Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the description of career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of career development on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, to determine the effect of career development and job satisfaction on organizational commitment to employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Data collection techniques using survey methods, namely by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the IBM SPSS Statistics 19 program to process and analyze the research data. This study uses descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between career development and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees of PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 19 untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengembangan karir dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Serasi Tunggal Mandiri.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the description of self-efficacy, quality of work life and organizational commitment at company "X". 2) To determine the effect of self-efficacy on the organizational commitment of the company "X". 3) To determine the effect of the quality of work life on the organizational commitment of the company "X". This research was conducted on 113 employees of company "X". The data collection technique used a survey method through distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25 as software for processing and analysis. This research uses descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the regression analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect between self-efficacy and quality of work life on organizational commitment. The self-efficacy model and the quality of work life simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of Company "X" with a value of Fcount > Ftable 19,830 > 3,079 and the significance value obtained is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari efikasi diri, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi pada perusahaan “X”. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari efikasi diri terhadap komitmen organisasi perusahaan “X”. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi perusahaan “X”. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 113 orang karyawan perusahaan “X”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solutions) versi 25 sebagai perangkat lunak dalam pengolahan dan analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Model efikasi diri dan kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan Perusahaan “X” dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel 19,830 > 3,079 dan nilai signifikansi yang didapat lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research examines impact of work environment on employee engagement, and more that the role of job satisfaction as a mediator. We are empirically test relations between work environment and employee engagement mediate by job satisfaction in a national private bank in Indonesia. The data from questionnaires on job satisfaction, work environment and employee engagement collected from s survey that we received from 893 respondent via online. The structural model is based on four construct, which tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) using IBM SPSS v25 and IBM AMOS v24. An increase in work environment both positively relates to job satisfaction and employee engagement, and it shows also that job satisfaction mediate positively significant work environment to employee engagement. This research confirm that job satisfaction mediate work environment to employee engagement although it is never consluce yet from prom previous research. Work environment and job satisfactin both positively and significaly impact employee engagement and these constructs may strengthen employee engagement, as well as work environment impact to strengthen job satisfaction

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how work discipline and knowledge sharing affect employee performance with work discipline as a mediator. The research employs a quantitative method and is conducted through structural equation modeling analysis using AMOS. The respondents involved in this research are employees of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga at the central office, with a sample size of 355 employees selected through proportionate sampling method. The results show that work discipline, knowledge sharing, and motivation do not have a significant impact on employee performance. However, work discipline and knowledge sharing have a positive effect on work motivation. Finally, work discipline and knowledge sharing do not have a direct influence on employee performance but rather through work motivation mediation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This study was conducted at Persahabatan Hospital using quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 220 employees. The analysis method used is Explanatory research, which is a study conducted to explain the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee work motivation and performance. Work discipline was also found to have a significant effect on employee work motivation and performance. In addition, work motivation as an intervening variable has been shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. Explanatory research indicates that work motivation strengthens the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that leadership style and work discipline directly and indirectly through work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. This finding implies the importance of implementing an effective leadership style and increasing work discipline to improve employee motivation and performance at Persahabatan Hospital.

Abstract

In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. Abstract

Community empowerment, especially for the lower middle class, needs to be done to reduce unemployment and improve welfare. Weak family financial literacy is one of the fundamental problems. This community service team intends to provide solutions to the above problems, namely in the form of family financial literacy training. The target of this empowerment is housewives whose economic status is lower middle class in Beji Village, Beji District, Depok City, West Java. The training material is presented in the form of material presentations by resource persons, followed by discussion. This community service activity proved to be able to provide an understanding of financial planning for the participants who were members of the Baitussalam Healthy and Fit Community in Beji Village, Depok City.

Abstract

MSME empowerment needs to be done to improve MSME’s welfare. This community service team intends to provide training for MSME so they can improve their product and income. The target of this empowerment is MSMEs around the East Jakarta Industry, Trade, Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Office in Cakung District, East Jakarta. The training material is presented in the form of material presentation by resource persons followed by discussion. This community service activity proved to be able to provide an understanding of Islamic banking and product.

Abstract

Analisis pengaruh Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 178 Karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. Teknik sampel adalah sensus sampling dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) Kerjasama tim secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau, (2) lingkungan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau. (3) kerjasama tim dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan UMKM di Kota Baubau sebesar 23,1% dan sisanya 76,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT Jamkrindo. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 sampel karyawan dengan jabatan staff pada PT Jamkrindo dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. (3) pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
