Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Agile methodology and proactive personality in a professional context using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Agile, known for its emphasis on flexibility, collaboration, and continuous iteration, provides an environment conducive to developing proactive behaviors. Individuals with a proactive personality, characterized by initiative, problem-solving, and innovation, significantly contribute to team success in Agile environments. The findings highlight a strong synergy between Agile practices and proactive individuals, where proactive team members facilitate quicker decision-making, innovation, and adaptability to change. However, teams with members who exhibit low levels of proactivity may struggle with collaboration and decision-making. The study offers both theoretical insights and practical implications for organizations, emphasizing the need to develop a proactive culture within Agile teams through recruitment, training, and leadership. By fostering proactive behavior, organizations can optimize the potential of Agile methodologies, enhancing overall team performance and project outcomes.

Abstract

This study explores the digital skills of Generation Z students through a qualitative lens, emphasizing the concept of agile digital skills as a multidimensional and adaptive competence. Drawing on in-depth interviews and focus group discussions with university students, the research investigates how young people understand, apply, and evaluate digital technologies in their academic and personal lives. The findings indicate that while students demonstrate strong operational proficiency with popular applications, they face significant challenges in theoretical knowledge and evaluative competences, particularly in critical assessment of online information. Moreover, social factors such as family background, gender, and prior learning experiences significantly shape the development of digital skills. By situating these findings within the frameworks of the second level digital divide and digital literacy theory, the study highlights the importance of cultivating agility in digital competence that is, the ability to adapt, transfer, and critically apply digital skills across diverse contexts. For higher education, this underscores the urgent need for curricula that integrate technical, conceptual, and evaluative components to promote critical digital citizenship, employability, and lifelong learning. Ultimately, digital literacy must be reframed not as a static skill set but as an evolving capacity for resilience and adaptation in the rapidly changing digital economy.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of academic culture and knowledge sharing on green innovation performance at Mercu Buana University, Jakarta. A quantitative approach with a survey technique was employed to test the proposed hypotheses. The respondents comprised 100 lecturers selected through random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires on academic culture, knowledge sharing, and green innovation performance, which were validated using the product moment correlation and reliability tested with Cronbach’s Alpha. Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS was applied for hypothesis testing and model evaluation. The findings reveal three key results. First, academic culture has a direct, positive, and significant influence on green innovation performance. Second, knowledge sharing positively and significantly affects green innovation performance. Third, academic culture exerts a direct and significant influence on knowledge sharing. Among the indicators, cooperation in academic tasks emerged as the strongest reflection of academic culture, while discussions between two or more parties proved to be the most influential indicator of knowledge sharing. Comfortable environmental innovation was found to be the most dominant indicator of green innovation performance. The study concludes that strengthening academic culture and promoting knowledge sharing are effective strategies to enhance green innovation performance in higher education institutions. These results provide theoretical implications for organizational behavior models and practical insights for universities to improve academic quality through sustainable innovation initiatives.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-learning on Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) within corporate environments through a theoretical literature review. The research employed a qualitative approach using a literature review method by analyzing 20 peer-reviewed journal articles sourced from databases such as Publish or Perish and Mendeley. Of these, 11 studies utilized quantitative methods while the rest applied qualitative approaches. The articles were selected using non-probability sampling techniques, including random and snowball sampling, focusing on keywords such as e-learning, digital learning, and training. VOS viewer was used for bibliometric analysis and visualization of research trends related to e-learning. The findings reveal that e-learning has developed significantly and is closely associated with key factors such as digital learning, learning motivation, learning effectiveness, and employee performance. E-learning platforms have shown to not only improve knowledge transfer and training efficiency but also encourage innovative behaviors among employees by enhancing flexibility, collaboration, and engagement. Visualization analysis showed a growing trend in research related to e-learning and innovation, with several research areas still underexplored, particularly regarding how digital learning influences the generation and implementation of new ideas at work. This study concludes that e-learning serves as a strategic tool for developing innovative work behavior, contributing both to organizational performance and to the advancement of knowledge in human resource management and educational technology.

Abstract

This community service program aims to foster entrepreneurial intention among students of Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Waru Jaya Village, Parung, Bogor, through intensive training on the use of Business Model Canvas (BMC). Despite the increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the country’s entrepreneurship ratio remains relatively low compared to neighboring Southeast Asian countries. This gap is evident within pesantren communities, which possess considerable economic potential but face challenges such as limited understanding of business planning tools, insufficient business management skills, and ineffective dissemination methods. The program addressed these challenges through a structured series of activities, including conceptual training, interactive workshops, mentoring by business practitioners, and dissemination of digital learning materials. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants’ understanding and ability to apply the nine components of the BMC in real-world business contexts. Post-training assessments showed improved entrepreneurial confidence and intention among students. The initiative also encouraged collaborative action within the pesantren, including the formation of student entrepreneur groups and plans for sustainable business incubation. Overall, this program contributes to the development of a community-based entrepreneurial ecosystem and aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting quality education and reducing poverty through entrepreneurship education.
