Abstract

In an effort to improve the performance and competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the synergy of environmentally friendly practices with digital marketing is an important focus. The community service carried out highlights Warung Makan Mbokcentil, an MSME that is not yet accustomed to environmentally friendly practices and is less than optimal in digital marketing strategies. Through community service initiatives, efforts are being made to promote environmentally conscious practices, recommending the implementation of packaging made from cassava leaves—commonly known as cassava bags, as a more environmentally friendly way of doing business at Warung Makan Mbokcentil. At the same time, community service activities strengthen digital marketing efforts by introducing barcode scanning for complaint services. This innovation facilitates fast and efficient customer feedback, thereby driving continuous improvement in the quality of Warung Makan Mbokcentil's services. In addition, strategic use of social media across related platforms is used to expand market reach and strengthen customer engagement. This community service activity uses interview, observation and mentoring methods. The results of the service underline the positive impact of the synergy of environmentally friendly practices and digital marketing at Warung Makan Mbokcentil. This collaborative approach makes a significant contribution to increasing operational efficiency, enhancing brand image and supporting environmental sustainability. Additionally, it has proven to play an important role in expanding market share through increasing presence on social media platforms.

Abstract

UMKM play an important role in the country's economic development. Good marketing is needed for every UMKM player so they can sell their products and get good results. However, in reality, some UMKMs do not market their products on social media due to several factors that influence this. Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Pak Aji has several problems or issues, starting from inactivity on Social Media & recognition of the restaurant's location via Google Maps. Social media marketing basically has high potential in reaching consumers more widely. UMKM Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Pak Aji in terms of taste has met the expectations of society in general, it would be even better if marketing was also improved in the areas of social media and location recognition. Therefore, the community service team provided a solution to UMKM Ayam Bakar Pak Aji, by creating active social media to provide an introduction to Rumah Makan Ayam Bakar Pak Aji to the local community, as well as registering the restaurant's location on Google Maps with the aim of reaching the consumer market.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on increasing the competitiveness of RM Bu Entoy, a business that lacks cashless payment options and an effective social media marketing strategy. Offering cashless payments is a modern, customer-centric approach that sets businesses apart in competitive markets. Unfortunately, RM Bu Entoy does not currently have such an option, thus providing opportunities for improvement. This service activity aims to assist RM Bu Entoy in adopting cashless payment methods and the importance of effective social media marketing for MSMEs. Social media serves as a direct channel for interaction, relationship building, and market expansion. The methods used are observation, interviews, surveys, and assistance in this community service activity. The results achieved are in line with the project objectives, as RM Bu Entoy successfully integrated QRIS for cashless payments and utilized social media effectively for marketing, thus contributing to its overall competitiveness and market reach.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan ekonomi lokal dengan menghasilkan pendapatan dan mendorong pertumbuhan masyarakat. Strategi khusus pemberdayaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berkisar pada pemasaran media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar RM Dapur Lintau. Menyadari peran penting platform digital dalam mengelola bisnis, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali RM Dapur Lintau dengan strategi pemasaran media sosial yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan komprehensif seperti observasi, wawancara, pra-survei, dan pendampingan. Metode-metode ini dipilih secara strategis untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang praktik pemasaran RM Dapur Lintau saat ini, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan memberikan panduan yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan kehadiran media sosial RM Dapur Lintau. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian tersebut menunjukkan adanya dampak positif terhadap RM Dapur Lintau, yaitu penerapan strategi pemasaran media sosial yang lebih baik, dan bisnis mengalami peningkatan efektivitas dalam menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi Lula Pasta, sebuah Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang mengkhususkan diri dalam pembuatan pasta bergizi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan kekayaan bahan-bahan lokal. Lula Pasta menggunakan bahan baku gluten-free, melayani individu dengan gluten intoleransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai Business Model Canvas (BMC) Lula Pasta yang ada dan mengusulkan peningkatan strategis untuk pengembangan di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan komprehensif, yaitu observasi, wawancara pada pemilik usaha, dan survei pelanggan Lula Pasta. Hasilnya adalah kerangka kerja BMC yang komprehensif dan memberdayakan pemilik usaha dengan pemahaman mengenai BMC usahanya serta kemampuan untuk menyempurnakan aspek operasional untuk efisiensi optimal pada Lula Pasta. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam mengambil memahami lanskap industri kuliner yang terus berkembang dengan pendekatan BMC sehingga meningkatkan daya saing dalam prosesnya

Abstract

In order to improve the ability of Human Resources (HR) in the field of tourism, especially in MSMEs ATV Ozzy Bali Adventure, a community service program was initiated with the main focus on providing assistance and English language training. The aim is to improve employees' knowledge and skills in utilizing English, thereby facilitating improved communication and improving the quality of service for foreign tourists. The two-day service initiative uses a variety of methods, including the delivery of Basic English content through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and on-site mentoring. The results of this training can be seen from the increase in English language competence which can be seen from a significant increase in Post-Test scores compared to Pre-Test results. In addition, there was visible improvement in both verbal and non-verbal English usage skills among the four ATV Ozzy Bali Adventure employees involved in the program.

Abstract

Self-development can help employees to stay productive in retirement. One of the training that can help develop employees to prepare for retirement is Business Model Canvas (BMC) training. The purpose of the implementation of community service is BMC training to prepare for the retirement of KMS Cooperative members of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. The method used is in the form of training. The success indicator in the implementation of this BMC training program is that 80% of trainees can compile a planned and measurable business plan. The training results show that almost 100% of trainees can develop a planned and measurable business plan that is expected to support them to remain active and productive after retirement.

Abstract

UMKM menjadi salah satu peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Indonesia mempunyai potensi basis ekonomi nasional yang kuat karena jumlah UMKM yang sangat banyak dan daya serap tenaga kerja sangat besar. Kurangnya pengetahuan pemasaran digital dan produk ramah lingkungan seringkali menjadi permasalahan pada UMKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan untuk pemasaran digital, khususnya media sosial dan penggunaan produk eco-green pada UMKM Kosan Mantan untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan mendampingi dalam pembuatan konten media sosial, menu digital dan penyediaan produk yang ramah lingkungan (eco-green). Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, ditemukan bahwa Kosan Mantan telah mampu untuk membuat konten media sosial, menu digital dan penyediaan produk yang ramah lingkungan (eco-green).

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors influence employee performance, and researchers also want to know how much influence the independent variables influence employee performance, namely leadership and work motivation, through job satisfaction. The sample for this research is permanent employees (non-leaders) of PT. KIE Indonesia (Kumon) totalling 50 people. This research uses a quantitative research design carried out through interviews and questionnaires in data collection. In this research, data collection was carried out over a period of 36 days starting from 24 June 2023 to 29 July 2023. The supporting application used as a tool to calculate data for this research was using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that there is a positive influence between leadership on two variables, namely work motivation and job satisfaction, then work motivation has an influence on two variables, namely job satisfaction and employee performance, work motivation also has an influence on employee performance through job satisfaction. However, this research also shows that leadership has no effect on employee performance, and it has also been proven that leadership has no effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Suggestions for further research are expected to be able to examine a wider range of objects, and not only at PT. These include work discipline, competence, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Starting from the flexing phenomenon, transforming into an exclusive group emotional bond, ending with the intention to buy back Indonesian luxury fashion products, used as a marketing approach for "Buttonscarves." It is broken down into utilitarian values, hedonic values, and brand community engagement on customer satisfaction, the implications for repurchase intention, then tested and analyzed for each roles. A muslimah community created with an appropriate use called "BS Lady." 61 members joined the survey, fill-in the a 1-6 scale structured online questionnaire, analyzed with PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 3.0 software. Research conducted in March 2023. Results show that brand community engagement and customer satisfaction have proven to have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Utilitarian value is proven to have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Indirectly, hedonic values affect repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Finally, it was found that utilitarian values and hedonic values have no on repurchase intention.
