This study analyzes the role of routine silaturrahim activities among the Brotherhood, Sisters, and Sympathizers of the An-Naqsyabandiyah Thariqot (SITQON) in Panaguan Village, Larangan District, Pamekasan Regency in shaping the religious character of the community. The study aims to explain the mechanisms of internalizing religious values through silaturrahim practices and their contribution to the formation of religious discipline and the strengthening of social and spiritual dimensions within the community. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through non participant observation, in depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed thematically using source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that routine SITQON silaturrahim functions as a structured space for religious habituation, enabling the internalization of religious values through repeated practice, role modeling, and sustained social interaction. Activities such as dhikr, religious sermons, and socio religious interactions foster worship discipline, moral responsibility, social awareness, and strengthened bonds of brotherhood. Silaturrahim also creates a social structure that supports the continuity of religious practices, allowing religious character to develop not only as a personal quality but also as a collectively shared social norm. The study highlights that community based silaturrahim offers a strategic model for religious character education in rural Muslim communities.

Education dualism cannot be separated from the historical aspects of the colonial era. This policy continues to be debated among academics, particularly with regard to budget policies and the quality of education. This study aims to describe the political implications of education dualism on budget and welfare policies. This research uses a systematic literature review approach comprising four stages: identification, screening, eligibility and conclusions. A total of 626 data items were collected, with 226 items collected from the Scopus database and 226 items from the Google Scholar database. All stages of data collection, screening and reporting were guided by PRISMA. The results showed that the political implications of dualism triggered inequality in the budget and welfare: the budget allocation for religious education was smaller than for general education, which also affected the welfare of educators. Although the government made efforts to equalise, policies between ministries often did not support each other. This research contributes by providing a concrete overview of how the political implications of dualism affect education budget policies and educators' well-being, encouraging the government and stakeholders to implement education system reforms that are more harmonious, efficient and socially just.

Students’ understanding of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) values at the senior high school level continues to face challenges, particularly in internalizing the principles of religious moderation in daily life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Aswaja extracurricular study program as a strategy employed by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to enhance students’ understanding and moderate attitudes. The research applied a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, structured interviews, and documentation. Informants consisted of PAI teachers, the school principal, and selected students chosen purposively. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation techniques employed to ensure validity. The findings reveal that regularly conducted and interactive Aswaja study activities effectively strengthen students’ understanding of tawassuth (moderation), tawazun (balance), and tasamuh (tolerance). Beyond improving cognitive aspects, the program also fosters more open-minded, wise, and tolerant attitudes in responding to differences, thereby contributing to the reinforcement of religious character and the practice of religious moderation within the school environment

This study examines the implementation of the 7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children (KAIH) program in strengthening students’ religious character at SMPN 8 Pamekasan. The research focuses on the implementation process, habituation strategies, and the program’s influence on students’ religious attitudes in both learning activities and school life. The aim of this study is to analyze the implementation of KAIH and to identify changes in students’ religious character following its consistent application. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and thematic conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that KAIH is integrated into intracurricular activities, co-curricular programs, and school culture. The habituation process enhances students’ discipline in worship, polite behavior, responsibility, and social awareness. The program also strengthens teachers’ roles as character role models. This research contributes theoretically to the development of habit-based religious character education and practically offers an applicable KAIH implementation model for junior secondary schools.

This study explores the impact of MGMP PAI activities on teacher competency at the junior high school level in Pamekasan Regency. The participants include MGMP board members and teacher members. A qualitative phenomenological approach was applied, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that MGMP activities enhance pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. Through workshops, discussions, and classroom observation, teachers develop teaching skills, deepen content knowledge, and foster creativity. MGMP serves as a collaborative learning space that promotes continuous professional growth in Islamic Religious Education.

In the daily learning process, several major problems arise. Teachers find that some students have difficulty maintaining previously memorized material, are inconsistent in adding new memorization content, and have not yet fully mastered proper reading techniques before proceeding to the next stage. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Ahsanul Qira’ah, Murojaah, and Ziyadah (AHQMUZI) method and its impact on the achievement of the students’ tahfidz program at MDTA Al-Munawwarah Pamekasan. This research employs a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the AHQMUZI method is a memorization activity that begins with students reciting verses in a tartil and correct manner using the Ahsanul Qira’ah method. This approach helps improve the quality of students’ recitation before memorization and provides positive effects and strong motivation on students’ memorization. Overall, the AHQMUZI method is effective in supporting the success of tahfidz learning in non-formal basic educational institutions.

This study aims to analyze the forms of verbal abuse committed by the character Walid in the film Bid'ah and examine the psychological and social impacts it causes on the representation of the victim, viewed from the perspective of Islamic Religious Education. This study employs a qualitative content analysis approach, closely examining the dialogues, scenes, and narrative elements that depict the verbal communication practices of the character Walid in the film Bid’ah. The findings reveal that verbal abuse takes many forms, including intimidation, psychological manipulation, humiliation, the silencing of dissent, the distortion of religious language, and the normalization of symbolic violence. These patterns of behavior do not simply pass as fleeting harm; they settle into the psychological fabric of the victims, shaping a fragile sense of self marked by insecurity, lingering fear, sustained anxiety, and a quiet but persistent burden of guilt. In a broader social sense, they encourage silence, distance individuals from one another, and slowly construct an atmosphere where fear replaces openness within religious learning spaces. From the standpoint of Islamic Religious Education, Walid’s actions reveal a serious departure from the ethical discipline of communication taught in Islam, including hifz al-lisan (restraint of speech), qaulan sadidan (truthful articulation), qaulan ma’rufan (respectful expression), and qaulan layyinan (gentle delivery). Rather than aligning with the purpose of Islamic education—which is to cultivate moral integrity and inner calm—such conduct disrupts and weakens it. In this light, the study argues that language within religious education must be reclaimed as a medium for ethical formation and personal freedom, not reduced to an instrument of control or intimidation.

Akhlak merupakan salah satu dasar dari konsep pendidikan Ibn Miskawaih. Dia menawarkan konsep akhlaknya dengan mendasarkan pada doktrin jalan tengah (al-wasat}). Secara umum dia mengartikannya dengan keseimbangan, moderat, harmoni, utama, mulia atau posisi tengah antara dua ekstrem. Akan tetapi ia cenderung berpendapat bahwa keutamaan akhlak secara umum diartikan sebagai posisi tengah antara ekstrem kelebihan dan ekstrem kekurangan masing-masing jiwa manusia. Ada tiga hal penting atau pokok yang dapat dipahami sebagai materi pendidikan akhlaknya, yaitu: hal-hal yang wajib bagi kebutuhan tubuh manusia, hal-hal yang wajib bagi jiwa dan hal-hal yang wajib bagi hubungannya dengan sesama manusia. Tantangan pendidikan pada era nglobalisasi ini adalah kemajemukan yang ada pada masyarakat baik pada aspek budaya, agama, sosial masyarakat, misalnya terdapat beraneka ragam karakteristik peserta didik berdasarkan perspektif jasmani dan psikologi, yaitu ABK (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus) Disabilitas dan ATBK (Anak Tanpa Berkebutuhan Khusus) Normal. Hal ini menuntut adanya inovasi pendidikan untuk malakukan transfer of knowledge and transfer of value pada mereka. Salah satunya adalah memberlakukan pendidikan inklusi pada setiap jenjang pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusi yang dideklarasikan dalam Konferensi Dunia tentang Pendidikan kebutuhan khusus di Salamanca, Spanyol, 1994 menghasilkan kesepakatan bersama bahwa prinsip mendasar pendidikan inklusi yaitu mengikutsertakan anak berkelainan di kelas regular bersama dengan anak-anak normal lainnya, yang berarti melibatkan seluruh peserta didik tanpa kecuali. Hal ini dilandasi oleh kenyataan bahwa dalam masyarakat terdapat keberagaman yang tidak dapat dipisahkan sebagai satu komunitas. Dan keberagaman itu justru akan menjadi kekuatan bagi kita untuk menciptakan suatu dorongan untuk saling menghargai, saling menghormati dan toleransi.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis metode studi kasus (case study). Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa penting pemberian matakuliah pendidikan inklusif di Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian ini: pertama matakuliah pendidikan inklusif hanya diberlakukan pada Prodi Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PIAUD) dan Prodi Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) saja. Kedua, matakuliah pendidikan inklusif sangat penting untuk diberlakukan bagi semua prodi di Jurusan Tarbiyah dikarenakan memiliki hubungan yang erat, yakni sama-sama mengarah pada tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional maupun tujuan pendidikan Islam. Ketiga, Dampak positif bagi mahasiswa/i yang mendapatkan matakuliah pendidikan inklusif, mereka mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan, pengalaman, serta semakin berkembangnya sense of humanisme dalam menangani ABK. Jika matakuliah pendidikan inklusif tidak diberikan pada mahasiswa/i STAIN Pamekasan sebenarnya terdapat dua implikasi, yaitu Implikasi positif dan Implikasi negatif.Peneliti merekomendasikan beberapa hal yaitu: pertama, pemberian matakuliah pendidikan inklusif di semua prodi Jurusan Tarbiyah STAIN Pamekasan. Kedua, untuk matakuliah praktek mengajar hendaknya mahasiswa/i juga diajari cara mengajar di kelas inklusif dan SLB. Ketiga, Semoga STAIN Pamekasan mempunyai Lembaga pusat disabilitas sehingga menjadi Pionir PTKIN pertama di Pulau Madura yang mempunyai lembaga pengkajian disabilitas. This study aims to analyze the construction of religious meaning in the film Munafik 2 using Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach at the levels of denotation, connotation, and myth. This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data were collected through documentation techniques, including repeated viewing, dialogue transcription, and identification of relevant scenes and symbols. Data analysis followed the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that at the denotative level, the film explicitly represents Islamic teachings through characters’ dialogues and actions. At the connotative level, religious meanings evolve into representations of steadfast faith, eschatological hope, and critiques of deviant social practices. At the mythological level, the film constructs religious ideologies, including myths of faith resilience and eschatological narratives, while also deconstructing visual myths in society. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a religious semiotic perspective encompassing performative, transcendental, and reflective-critical dimensions in film analysis. These findings highlight that film functions not only as a representational medium but also as a producer of religious meanings and ideologies, with potential as a contextual learning medium in Islamic education.
