Abstract

This research aims to analyze the administration needs of teachers based on the Google site in elementary schools. At this stage the researcher made observations of several elementary school teachers in Jejawi District regarding the administrative work carried out so far. This interview was conducted during testing with representatives of teacher administration assessors, in order to find out what needs to be improved before the Google Sites-based instrument is used during validation. Data collection in this research used qualitative data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique also uses qualitative data analysis techniques. Analysis techniques in qualitative research focus more on the details of understanding a problem in depth rather than on the problem as a generalized subject of study. The data that researchers need to analyze is regarding the use of Google Sites as an online service that makes it easier for teachers to more practically download and edit teacher administration data created by researchers in one link. Based on observations of teachers who do administration manually, only 24% of teachers complete administration. It is hoped that this research can increase teacher administration work in elementary schools to 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that this analysis of teacher administration needs is useful for designing and building a Google Sites-based teacher administration system so that teachers can easily organize elementary school teacher administration.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of students in class VI.A SD Negeri 4 Palembang on Energy Literacy material through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research used the Classroom Action Research method carried out in two cycles, involving 23 students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the learning model. The PBL model is designed to improve energy literacy by actively involving learners in solving problems relevant to everyday life, so that learning becomes more meaningful and contextual. Each cycle includes planning, action implementation, observation and reflection to ensure continuous improvement. The results showed significant improvements in the understanding of energy literacy concepts, learning outcomes, and critical thinking skills of learners. They became more active, enthusiastic and showed deeper engagement in the learning process. In addition, learners also showed an increased ability to connect energy literacy concepts with everyday phenomena, making learning more relevant. This study concludes that the implementation of the PBL model can improve students' energy literacy. The researcher recommends the use of PBL model as an alternative strategy to be applied in other classes, because it is proven to be able to encourage active, creative, and relevant learning. This strategy is expected to have a positive impact in improving the quality of education, especially at the elementary school level.

Interviews were conducted during testing with teacher representatives to find out what needed to be improved before the validation instrument was used. Data collection in this research used qualitative data. Analysis techniques in qualitative research focus more on the details of understanding a problem in depth rather than on the problem as a generalized subject of study. The data that researchers need to analyze is the use of Google Sites as an online service that makes it easier for teachers to more practically download teacher administration created by researchers in one link. Based on observations of teachers who carry out administration manually, only 24% of teachers complete administration. This research is expected to increase the administrative work of teachers in elementary schools by up to 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that this analysis of teacher administration needs is useful for designing and building a Google Sites-based teacher administration system so that teachers can easily manage elementary school teacher administration.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim mengenai penulisan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah sebagai persiapan mengikuti Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG). Khalayak sasaran dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini terisi dari 29 orang guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah ini dengan menggunakan metode pendampingan teknis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pemberian materi mengenai penulisan artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan bimbingan dan evaluasi terkait dengan artikel ilmiah yang dibuat oleh masing-masing khalayak sasaran. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada rata-rata peningkatan pengetahuan khalayak sasaran sebesar 0,72 atau terkategori tinggi. Peningkatan pengetahuan ini juga didukung dengan peningkatan keterampilan khalayak sasaran penulisan artikel ilmiah yang dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata untuk produk artikel ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh khalayak sasaran mencapai persentase 87,14 % yang terkategori sangat baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru Ekonomi SMA di Kabupaten Muara Enim sebagian besar sudah menguasai dan mengaplikasikan aspek-aspek penting dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah, serta keterampilan mereka dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah sudah meningkat dengan cukup efektif dalam rangka sebagai persiapan bagi guru untuk menempuh Program Profesi Guru (PPG).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh konformitas terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya tahun akademik 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen (bebas) dan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 44 mahasiswa dari Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya angkatan 2022. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik Sampling Jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket atau kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data konformitas dan minat menjadi guru diperoleh dari skor angket penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Hipotesis penelitian dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus pearson product moment dengan hasil penelitian nilai t hitung 25,46 dan nilai t tabel 1,993 maka nilai t hitung > t tabel = 25,46 > 1,993, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konformitas terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, diharapkan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya mempunyai keahlian konformitas yang baik, lebih menyadari pengaruh lingkungan sosial dalam menentukan pilihan karier, dan lebih mengutamakan minat serta potensi pribadi dalam memilih profesi guru. Abstract

ABSTRACT This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of high school economics teachers in Muara Enim regarding writing and publishing scientific articles in preparation for the Teacher Professional Education Program. The target audience for the implementation of this service activity was filled with 29 high school Economics teachers in Muara Enim. The method of implementing this scientific article writing training activity is by using the technical assistance method. This service activity begins with providing material on writing scientific articles and publishing scientific articles, then proceeds with guidance and evaluation activities related to scientific articles made by each target audience. The evaluation results show that the implementation of this service activity has an impact on the average increase in knowledge of the target audience of 0.72 or high category. This increase in knowledge is also supported by an increase in the skills of the target audience in writing scientific articles as evidenced by the average score for scientific article products produced by the target audience reaching a percentage of 87.14% which is categorized as very good. This indicates that high school Economics teachers in Muara Enim have mostly mastered and applied the important aspects of writing scientific articles, and their skills in compiling scientific articles have increased quite effectively in order to prepare teachers for the Teacher Professional Education Program. Abstract

This research proves the influence of edupreneurship based on the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) on the entrepreneurial interest of Sriwijaya University Economics Education Study Program students. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research sample consisted of 51 students who received PMW funding in 2023 and 2024. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses prerequisite tests, namely normality and linearity tests of simple regression; and hypothesis testing includes Pearson product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results showed that PMW-based edupreneurship affects entrepreneurial interest with a correlation of 0.475 (medium). The coefficient of determination shows an influence of 22.63 percent, while the rest is influenced by other factors such as family environment and self-confidence. The t-test shows that tcount = 3.78 is greater than ttable = 2.009, so the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an effect of edupreneurship based on the Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW) on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Economic Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University.

Abstract

IPA seringkali dianggap sulit karena melibatkan banyak konsep dan teori. Fenomena ini sejalan dengan penelitian yang menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan kemampuan komunikasi matematika peserta didik di sekolah dasar yang masih kurang baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kesulitan dalam memahami konsep dasar mungkin berlaku juga pada IPA. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan inovatif untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut dan menjadikan pembelajaran IPA lebih menarik. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan infrastruktur teknologi sekolah sangat memadai. Mayoritas peserta didik (60-80%) melaporkan ketersediaan dan kualitas baik hingga sangat baik untuk jaringan listrik, laboratorium komputer, Chromebook, LCD, speaker aktif, dan WiFi. Kesiapan infrastruktur ini menjadi fondasi kuat implementasi teknologi pembelajaran. Namun, wawancara guru dan angket peserta didik mengidentifikasi keterbatasan media konvensional (gambar, buku teks, YouTube, PowerPoint) dalam menyajikan visual interaktif dan meningkatkan motivasi. Sebanyak 93,3% peserta didik membutuhkan media tambahan, menyatakan media berbasis teknologi lebih menarik, dan fitur animasi, suara, serta interaktif sangat membantu pemahaman mereka. Aplikasi Quizizz mendapat respons positif signifikan dari kedua belah pihak. Sebanyak 73,3% peserta didik merasa Quizizz meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi, didukung pengakuan guru atas efektivitasnya dalam menarik minat dan antusiasme. Temuan ini selaras dengan konsep gamifikasi, teori konstruktivisme, dan prinsip multimedia learning. Urgensi pengembangan media interaktif berbasis Quizizz, terintegrasi video pembelajaran, menjadi sangat jelas. Proyek ini didukung penuh oleh fasilitas sekolah yang memadai serta kebutuhan nyata peserta didik dan guru untuk menghadirkan pengalaman belajar IPA yang lebih menarik, partisipatif, dan efektif.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan kemudahan akses internet telah mendorong peningkatan penggunaan e-commerce, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa yang dikenal sebagai generasi digital dan lebih menyukai kemudahan serta kepraktisan dalam berbelanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2021 di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi sebanyak 75 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan linieritas regresi sederhana; dan uji hipotesis meliputi korelasi product moment, koefisien determinan, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif dengan korelasi sebesar 0,584 (sedang). Analisis data menggunakan Uji t menunjukkan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel atau 6,15 ≥ 1,66, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Terdapat Pengaruh Penggunaan E-commerce Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya.
