Abstract

Purpose: Digital transformation has driven the development of technology-based financial services, including super-apps that integrate various services in one platform. This study aims to analyze the effect of super-apps usage and digital literacy on people's financial behavior, with financial inclusion as a mediating variable. Research Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. Respondents were 194 people from Semarang City who were active users of super-apps services. Results: The results of the study show that the use of super-apps and digital literacy have a positive effect on financial behavior, both directly and indirectly through financial inclusion. Digital literacy is proven to have the strongest influence on financial inclusion, which then significantly mediates the relationship between digital literacy and financial behavior. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of super-apps usage on financial behavior through financial inclusion is relatively small. Conclusions: These findings emphasize the importance of increasing digital literacy to encourage broader financial inclusion and wiser financial behavior. Limitations: This study is limited to a sample of 194 respondents in Semarang, so the findings cannot be widely generalized. The use of self-report questionnaires may introduce bias. The variables examined are still limited, and the cross-sectional design cannot explain causal relationships. In addition, the study does not differentiate types of super-apps and does not consider structural factors such as income and digital infrastructure. Contribution: May consider adding variables such as trust in fintech, personal financial efficacy, or digital security risks.

Abstract

The increasingly complex dynamics of government organizations present significant challenges in managing human resources to enhance employee performance. Leadership, organizational culture, and talent management play crucial roles in achieving organizational effectiveness, particularly in the education and culture sector. This study examines how transformational leadership, organizational culture, and talent management influence employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Batang Regency within the context of bureaucratic reform. This research employs a quantitative approach, with the population consisting of all employees of the institution. A sample of 96 employees in 2025 was selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, talent management exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that better implementation of transformational leadership, a stronger organizational culture, and more effective talent management lead to improved employee performance. This study underscores the importance of enhancing leadership quality, strengthening organizational culture, and optimizing talent management to promote improved employee performance in the government sector.

Abstract

The development of social media has driven changes in consumer behavior, particularly in spontaneous purchasing decisions (impulse buying), along with the increasing utilization of digital platforms as marketing media. TikTok has become one of the platforms widely used by brands to deliver engaging and persuasive marketing content. This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing and price perception on consumer impulse buying of Roti'O products in Semarang City. This study employs a quantitative approach with associative research design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with criteria of TikTok users who have viewed Roti'O content and made product purchases. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results show that simultaneously, content marketing and price perception have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying with an F value of 10.325 (p = 0.000) and an Adjusted R² value of 0.159, indicating that 15.9% of the variation in impulse buying can be explained by both variables. Partially, content marketing has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying (t = 2.795; p = 0.006), where relevant, informative, valuable, easy-to-understand, easily discoverable, and consistently presented content can attract attention and create emotional interest that encourages spontaneous purchases. Price perception also has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying (t = 2.086; p = 0.040), where prices perceived as affordable, aligned with product quality and benefits, and competitive can shape positive value perceptions in consumers' minds, thereby encouraging unplanned purchase decisions. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of the influence of TikTok-based content marketing and price perception on impulse buying for food products, positioning TikTok as an interactive and emotional visual marketing medium to provide contextual understanding of the mechanisms underlying impulsive buying behavior formation in the digital marketing era. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of digital marketing studies and practical contributions for business practitioners in designing effective content strategies and pricing to enhance consumer impulse buying.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap komitmen organisasi, menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) dengan responden karyawan PT. PT. Indo Chem Semesta sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

AbstrakKualitas merupakan kesesuaian untuk memenuhi harapan pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sistem aplikasi dan kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem aplikasi RTS (Rail Ticketing System) yang dimediasi oleh kepercayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna (pelanggan) yang menggunakan RTS (Rail Ticketing System) di PT Kereta Api Indoonesia (persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang selama 6 (enam) bulan periode Desember 2015 – Mei 2016, kereta api ekonomi.  Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik kuota. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan dengan kuota 100 pengguna (pelanggan).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem aplikasi dan kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan, kepercayaan tidak berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas sistem aplikasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan kepercayaan sebagai mediasi, dan kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna melalui kepercayaan sebagai mediasi. Kata kunci:    Kualitas Sistem aplikasi, Kualitas Informasi, Kepercayaan, Kepuasan Pengguna, RTS (Rail Ticketing System). AbstractQuality is conformance to meet customer expectations. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the application system and the quality of information on user satisfaction application systems RTS (Rail Ticketing System) is mediated by the trust. This research used path analysis (path analysis). The population in this study are all users (customers) whose using RTS (Rail Ticketing System) in  PT Kereta Api  Indonesia (Persero) Regional Operations 4 Semarang during six (6) months (December 2015 - May 2016)  in  the economic train. Technical sampling using quota. The number of samples in this study determined the quota of 100 users (customers).These results indicate that the quality of the application system and the quality of information significant effect on confidence, trust no significant effect on user satisfaction, the quality of the application system significantly affect user satisfaction with trust as mediation, and the quality of the information does not significantly affect user satisfaction through trust as mediation. Keywords:    Quality of application systems, Information Quality, Trust, User Satisfaction, Rail Ticketing System

Abstract

The influence of interactive elements and promotional initiatives within the Shopee Live platform on spontaneous purchase tendencies among patrons of Najmia Beauty in Semarang Municipality was investigated through this inquiry. A quantitative methodology was adopted, whereby empirical evidence was gathered via digital surveys disseminated to individuals who had engaged with and transacted through Najmia Beauty's live broadcasts. Purposive selection was applied to recruit 100 participants. Statistical evaluation of the dataset was conducted employing multivariate linear modeling, facilitated by SPSS software version 25. Positive and statistically meaningful associations were revealed between interactive dynamics and promotional efforts, on one hand, and patrons' unplanned acquisition patterns, on the other. Bidirectional engagement in real-time broadcasts, coupled with fleeting incentive schemes, was found to foster abrupt buying choices. Such outcomes suggest that refined dialogic exchanges and incentive frameworks in livestream merchandising can robustly provoke impromptu consumer actions. Nonetheless, constraints arise from the inquiry's confinement to a singular brand and locale. Subsequent investigations are thus advised to incorporate supplementary factors while broadening contextual and territorial dimensions for more holistic insights. Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pati Regency. In this study, financial literacy and financial inclusion are the independent variables, and MSME performance is the dependent variable, assessed by measures of profit, marketing area, workforce, and capital. The study employs a quantitative methodology via a survey approach and data collecting via questionnaires administered to 100 MSME participants in Pati Regency. We utilized SPSS version 27 software to do multiple linear regression on the data. The findings indicate that financial literacy positively and significantly influences MSME performance in Pati Regency. This means that better understanding and better money management can help a business do better. Moreover, financial inclusion positively and significantly impacts MSME performance, underscoring the importance of access to and utilization of formal financial services in fostering MSME development. The adjusted R-square value of 13.6% indicates that the variables of financial literacy and financial inclusion can account for some of the differences in MSME performance, while other factors account for the rest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021–2024. Profitabilitas diukur menggunakan Return on Assets (ROA) yang mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba dari aset yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 21 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan total 84 data observasi selama periode penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)  dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perputaran Kas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Perputaran piutang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kas, mempercepat penagihan piutang, serta mengelola persediaan secara efisien agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The academic achievement of Generation Z students faces new challenges as higher education dynamics are increasingly shaped by instructional interaction styles and feedback quality. Theoretically, this study is grounded in democratic leadership theory (Avolio et al., 1999) and effective feedback theory (Kluger & DeNisi, 1996; Wisniewski et al., 2020). Research gap shows inconsistent findings regarding the simultaneous relationship of democratic leadership style and constructive feedback with academic achievement among Gen Z students in Indonesian higher education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between democratic leadership style (X1) and constructive feedback (X2) on the academic achievement (Y) of Gen Z students at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang. The study employs a quantitative correlational approach using Pearson Product Moment on 100 students selected through stratified proportional sampling. The results of the correlation test show that democratic leadership style has a positive and significant correlation with academic achievement (r = 0.699; sig. = 0.000), constructive feedback has a positive and significant correlation with academic achievement (r = 0.813; sig. = 0.000), and constructive feedback demonstrates a stronger correlation than democratic leadership style. These findings indicate that feedback quality is the dominant factor in promoting student academic achievement. The research recommends prioritizing faculty competency development in effective feedback delivery as the primary strategy for improving student academic achievement in higher education institutions.

Abstract

Abstraksi Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh pengalaman pelanggan dan personalisasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tembakau di wilayah kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen yang melakukan transaksi pembelian produk tembakau di Toko Tembakau Nusantara SR Tobacco yang berlokasi di Semarang. Jumlah sampel yang di tetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 128 responden, dengan teknik purposive sampling diterapkan sebagai metode dalam proses pengambilan sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer, di mana kuesioner menjadi instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan teknik analisis regerensi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang diperoleh, ditemukan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputus pembelian, demikian pula dengan personalisasi yang juga menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. nilai koefisien determinasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,546, yang mengindikasi bahwa variabel pengalaman pelanggan dan personalisasi secara bersama sama mampu menjelaskan variasi yang terjadi pada variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 54,6%. Dengan demikian terdapat ruang terbuka bagi pelaksanaan penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek lain yang perpotensi mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian
