Abstract

Payment Collection has an important role in PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. Payment Collection has the authority to handle the collection of accounts receivable and cash income from Indihome customers. This unit is tasked with communicating with customers to remind them of their obligations in making payments for current month's bills and past due arrears. This study uses qualitative methods with primary data types. The results showed that the role of Payment Collection is very influential on the cash income of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Medan. However, there are obstacles faced both from customers and from companies, such as network damage, customer data input errors and so on. Suggestions from the author for Payment Collection When providing information to customers, sales should adjust the information in accordance with applicable policies at Telkom so that there are no misunderstandings between marketing and billing, and reduce the level of customer complaints

Abstract

A case based learning method has been implemented in the mechanics course. Learning activity is carried out online through Universitas Jambi e-learning website and Zoom Meeting platform. This method produces learning instruments, namely learning outcomes for graduates of mechanics course, syllabus and lecture contracts, Semester lesson Plans, Student Project Task Plans, Learning Outcomes Assessment Sheets for case based learning model with reviewed. This research was accomplished through the observation and evaluation stages. The observation are carried out by observing the class activities, starting with the stages of finding cases, solving cases, presenting the solved cases in front of the class, and discussion. The evaluation stage is indicated by the results of the student satisfication questionnaire about the learning method used. The results of the questionnaire showed that more than 80% of students were satisfied and interested in the case based learning method.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anemia terjadi pada ibu hamil karena defisiensi besisehingga kadar Hb < 11 gr/dl. Anemia ibu hamil di wilayah Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima terjadi peningkatan 27% dari tahun 2018 sampai 2020. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Umur dan Paritas dengan Kejadian Anemia pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kumbe Kota Bima. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan survei cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu hamil yang melakukan pemeriksaan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kumbe tahun 2020. Menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu 172 orang Instrumen kohort ibu hamil. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dari 124 responden dengan umur tidak berisiko sebagian besar tidak mengalami anemia (79,8%), sedangkan responden dengan umur berisiko dari 48 responden sebagian besar mengalami anemia (54,2%). Hasil uji chisquare menunjukkan ada hubungan antara umur dengan kejadian anemia nilai Pvalue = 0,000. Dari 160 responden dengan paritas tidak beisiko sebagian besar tidak mengalami anemia (72,5%), sedangkan responden dengan paritas berisiko dari 12 responden sebagian besar mengalami anemia besar (58,3%).Hasil uji chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan antara paritas dengan kejadian anemia nilai Pvalue = 0,043. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa umur dan paritas merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian anemia ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kumbe.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Village Original Income (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Revenue Sharing Taxes and Retribution (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector (Case Study in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency). The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR on village spending on education in Bringin village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The independent variables in this study were PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR, while the dependent variable was village spending on education. The object of this research is the village income and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2015-2021 period. The data for this research are from the Bringin village office, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. In the interpretation of this research, it is shown that PADes, DD, and BHPR have a positive and significant influence on village spending on education. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether Economic Value Added, Market Value Added and Tobin's Q partially and simultaneously affect stock prices. This research was conducted in the banking industry registered with LQ-45 for the period February-July 2021 with a total of 6 companies and 6 samples of financial statements. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis method in this study used statistical analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that the Economic Value Added (EVA) had a significant and positive effect on the LQ-45 Stock Price, the Market Value Added (MVA) had no significant effect on the LQ-45 stock price, Tobins'Q had no significant effect on the LQ-45 Stock Price. The contribution in this study can be an evaluation for potential investors who want to invest in banking sector stocks to be able to understand, find out what factors affect stock prices in banking. Keyword: Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Tobins'Q and LQ-45 stock price

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy beliefs on the entrepreneurial interest of student majoring ini management, Faculty of Economics anda Business, Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were undergraduate students majoring in management, economics and business faculty in 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the slovin formula targeted at 85 student majoring ini management. The place of research was conducted in the management department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Teh data analysis  method used classical assumption test and multiple linear regression to analyze teh data using the SPSS 14 application of windows evalution version. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. However, self-efficacy beliefs have ni significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Keywords : Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Interest In Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. The location of this research was conducted on employees who work at CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. This research is a quantitative research. This research uses a case study method where data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees of CV. Maju Djaya Beton selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Maholtra formula and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression test and determination test. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test indicate that spiritual leadership and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at CV. Forward Djaya Concrete. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that spiritual leadership and job satisfaction partially have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at CV Maju Djaya Beton. The results of the determination test show that the percentage is 31.6%, where employee performance is able to be influenced by spiritual leadership and job satisfaction. It is better if a leader in deciding the appropriate decision must be considered again and discussed more thoroughly, in order to provide useful solutions for the progress of the company. Keywords: Employee Performance, Spiritual Leadership, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abtract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity and Liquidity (CR) on Capital Structure during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population used in this study were tekstil and garment industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2020 period. The sample used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. Companies included in the criteria for this study consisted of 11 companies during the study period of 1 year. The data collection method used in this research is the documentation of the financial statements of tekstil and garment industry companies which are listed on the IDX. The analysis used is multiple linear regression by testing the hypothesis using the f test and t test. The results showed that the simultaneous test on the Profitability (ROE), Growth Opportunity, and Liquidity (CR) variables had a simultaneous effect on the capital structure (DER). Whereas in the t test the Profitability (ROE) and liquidity (CR) variables had a significant effect on the capital structure (DER), while the Growth Opportunity variable had no significant effect on the Capital Structure (DER). Keywords : Profitabilitas, Growth Opportunity, and Likuiditas

The study describes the kind of research explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The source of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Sampling techniques and populations using non sampling techniques. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of promotion, service, and trust on the decision to take Super Micro People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT BRI Unit Polehan (Case Study on MSMEs in the Polehan Region). This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study are all MSMEs that have used or are currently using Super Micro KUR in the Polehan Village area. The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling are MSMEs that have or are currently taking Super Micro KUR. Samples were taken using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 75 samples was obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test there is a partial influence between the variables of promotion, service, and trust on the decision variables of credit makers. Adjusted R Square of 48.2% to the dependent variable, namely the decision to take credit can be explained by the variables of promotion (X1), service (X2), trust (X3) while 51.8% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Credit Decision Making, Promotion, Service, Trust
