Abstract

ABSTRAC Blood donation is the process of voluntarily giving blood for the purpose and purpose of blood transfusion for other people in need. The process of delivering information related to blood stock, the public must always visit PMI, so it is inefficient and less effective. Many want to stock up blood to help others, but because of the lack of information, people don't know how to find out the location of existing blood stocks. The result of this research is a blood stock application that is able to provide blood bag stock data, as well as blood stock information. This makes it easier for users to find information about the method, place, and requirements for blood stock so that it is hoped that the public (users) who need blood supply information can access accurate and reliable information that has been presented by the PMI or UTD concerned. Abstract

ABSTRACT: SMAN 4 Bengkulu City is a school that has many students in the Bengkulu City environment. SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City has several rules and regulations that must be obeyed by all students but not infrequently these rules and regulations are violated by some students. This study aims to design a decision support system for sanctions for violating student rules using the Simple Multi Attributte Rating Technique (SMART) method. The system that will be designed has several weighted assessment and summation criteria for each alternative on each attribute or existing violation criteria. Any violations committed by students can be processed quickly and accurately with predetermined sanctions and actions, have the same calculations between manual calculations and calculations on the system so that they can assist BK teachers in the reporting process to the principal at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. It is hoped that this application will be able to use this application in determining violations of rules and regulations in Bengkulu, as well as the maintenance of applications that the writer has previously made so that in the future it can be used by SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. Abstract

In a school, the ranking of outstanding students is usually only chosen based on their final grades, and this is also the case at SMK 03 Bengkulu City. The selection of outstanding students at SMK 03 Bengkulu City is only based on report card scores which are ranked 1 to 5. In the selection process, there are many opportunities for making wrong decisions because the student selection process is only based on one aspect, namely the student's final grade, while the attitude and achievement scores obtained outside of school are not taken into consideration as additional criteria for determining students who are considered to be successful and get scholarship. This means that it is very likely that the selected outstanding students do not reach the desired standards which does not get the best candidates. The purpose of this research is as an alternative way for schools to determine outstanding students so that it is not only based on academic scores, and there is no cheating in selecting outstanding students. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this research show that SAW method can provide the best results from the criteria and weights that have been determined. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, a student named Ceci Dinda Trangilang obtained a preference value of 0.96

Abstract

The development of Science and Information Technology is currently increasingly rapid, making it easier for all elements of society to use data and information quickly and accurately, one of which is using expert systems. This study aims to create an expert system for diagnosing schizophrenia, because schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders with the most patients at the Soeprapto Bengkulu special mental hospital. This expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method, a mathematical theory based on functions or belief values that is used to combine and calculate the probability of a phenomenon. This application can be accessed by patients through the registration room so that staff and patients can quickly carry out consultations without waiting for a doctor and it is hoped that it can be used by patients in early diagnosis to prevent more serious diseases. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database,therefore the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose schizophrenia as well as provide fast and precise solutions to the disease they are experiencing.

Abstract

PT Indosari Niaga Nusantara Bengkulu Branch is one of the bread companies in Bengkulu Province, also known as Sari Roti, which sells various types of halal, quality, safe for consumption and affordable bread for the community. So far, the performance appraisal is still using a paper performance appraisal form which is then inputted again to make a performance appraisal report. This certainly takes a long time and the lack of efficiency of the Company's HRD department in providing performance evaluation results, especially bread sales. The application of the Key Performance Indicator Method in the performance appraisal of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales can help facilitate the management of Sari Roti sales data and sales performance appraisal data, can assist in providing information on the results of the evaluation of sales performance appraisal every assessment period, and can be used as a basis for evaluating sales performance every assessment period. Based on the test data used as many as 15 bread sales in the July-September assessment period of 2023, it was found that the results of the evaluation of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales performance were very good as many as 12 sales, good as many as 1 sales, and quite good as many as 2 sales.

Abstract

Missing values in multivariate time series data are a critical issue in many domains, especially in healthcare datasets such as MIMIC-IV. This study aims to analyze the performance of imputation results using an Autoencoder-based architecture. Autoencoder is a deep learning model capable of learning data representations and reconstructing missing values through latent feature extraction. The research methodology includes data preprocessing, missing value simulation, model training, and evaluation using metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and R². The results show that Autoencoder-based imputation provides competitive performance in reconstructing missing values, particularly in nonlinear and complex patterns. However, the model's performance depends on the proportion of missing data and network architecture design. This study contributes to understanding the effectiveness of Autoencoder in multivariate time series imputation and provides a baseline for further development using hybrid models.

Abstract

The Impactful Campus Program (Kampus Berdampak) is an implementation of the role of higher education institutions in community service aimed at addressing social and environmental issues. One of the environmental problems commonly found in communities is inadequate waste management and low collective awareness of environmental cleanliness. This program was conducted in RT 12 RW 03, Sawah Lebar Subdistrict, with the aim of increasing community knowledge, awareness, and participation in waste management through environmental education and mutual cooperation activities. The implementation methods included educational sessions on household waste sorting and management, interactive discussions, and collective environmental clean-up activities. The results showed an improvement in the community’s understanding of proper waste management and the growth of collective awareness and cooperation in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The Impactful Campus Program is expected to serve as an initial step in fostering sustainable environmentally friendly behavior and strengthening collaboration between universities and local communities.

Abstract

The general public requires high-quality tailoring services that are fast and within their budget. However, many consumers still struggle to choose the right tailor due to a lack of objective information about quality, price, and services offered. The implementation of the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City can offer the best tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City based on consumer criteria such as price, facilities, and turnaround time, as well as provide information on each tailor in Bengkulu City, including address, contact number, operating hours, facilities, and prices. To facilitate the implementation of the TOPSIS method, a web-based application was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The application for implementing the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City can be accessed online via the URL link http://tailorkotabengkulu.online/. Based on the system testing conducted, it can be concluded that the application for implementing the TOPSIS method in providing tailor recommendations in Bengkulu City has functioned well as expected and is capable of providing tailor recommendations that align with consumer preferences.

Abstract

Abstract: The Library and Archives Service of Bengkulu Province is a library based in the provincial capital of Bengkulu which aims to provide facilities and sources of information and become a center of learning. The number of visitors recorded on the visitor book list at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkulu Province can generate library visitor profile information. By using visitor data at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkuu Province, data mining can be carried out using the K-Means Clustering method. K-Means is a method of grouping data by taking the parameters of a number of clusters, and partitioning the data into these clusters. Based on the similarity between data in one cluster and the dissimilarity between different clusters, the center of the cluster is the average of the values of the cluster members. which are called centeroids. It is hoped that future research can be developed by adding attribute variables in forming visitor data groups for at the Library and Archives Service of Bengkuu Province such as regional and other variables.Keywords: K-Means; clustering; vb-net Abstrak: Dinas Perpustakaan dan kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu merupakan perpustakaan yang berkedudukan di ibukota provinsi bengkulu yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan fasilitas dan sumber informasi dan menjadi pusat pembelajaran. Banyaknya pengunjung yang tercatat pada daftar buku pengunjung di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkulu dapat menghasilkan informasi profil pengunjung perpustakaan. Dengan menggunakan data pengunjung di Dinas Perpustakaan Dan Kearsipan Provinsi Bengkuu bisa dilakukan penambangan data (data mining) menggunakan metode Clustering K-Means. K-Means adalah metode pengelompokkan data dengan mengambil parameter sejumlah cluster, dan mempartisi data ke dalam cluster tersebut., dengan berpatokan pada kemiripan antar data dalam satu cluster dan ketidakmiripan di antar cluster yang berbeda, pusat dari cluster adalah rata-rata dari nilai anggota cluster yang disebut centeroid.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membantu proses pengelompokkan jumlah data pengunjung pada kantor Dinas Perpustakaan. Diharapkan pada penelitian yang akan datang dapat dikembangkan dengan menambah variabel atribute dalam membentuk kelompok data pengunjung dinas perpustakaan dan kearsipan provinsi bengkulu seperti variabel wilayah dan lainnya.Kata kunci: K-Means; clustering; VB-Net
