Abstract

This study explores the emerging field of intelligent content marketing by examining how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of content-driven marketing strategies. Drawing on a conceptual framework, the paper presents illustrative models that demonstrate the potential integration of AI technologies into marketing processes. The primary aim is to increase awareness of AI’s transformative role in content marketing and provide preliminary insights into future opportunities in the field. Although this is a conceptual investigation, the proposed models are intended for further empirical development and testing, particularly within social media and web-based environments. Future research will focus on the practical deployment and performance assessment of these models, contributing to the broader discourse on AI-enhanced marketing innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan kepercayaan terhadap minat pelanggan menggunakan aplikasi PLN Mobile pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Nias. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh penurunan transaksi digital sebesar 34,48% pada periode Juni hingga September 2024. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Kegunaan dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pelanggan. Sebaliknya, Persepsi Kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap minat pelanggan sebesar 45,6%. Implikasinya, PT PLN UP3 Nias perlu lebih fokus meningkatkan kegunaan layanan dan membangun kepercayaan untuk menjaga minat pelanggan.

Abstract

Perkembangan rokok elektrik (vape) di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang cukup pesat, khususnya di kalangan generasi milenial. Fenomena ini dipengaruhi oleh perubahan gaya hidup modern, pertimbangan harga, tingkat pengetahuan, serta persepsi masyarakat yang menganggap rokok elektrik sebagai alternatif yang lebih modern dibandingkan rokok konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup, harga, pengetahuan, dan persepsi terhadap penggunaan rokok elektrik (vape) di kalangan generasi milenial di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah generasi milenial berusia 29–44 tahun di Kota Lhokseumawe dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya hidup, harga, pengetahuan, dan persepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan rokok elektrik (vape). Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan rokok elektrik di kalangan generasi milenial di Kota Lhokseumawe. Variabel gaya hidup merupakan faktor yang paling dominan memengaruhi penggunaan vape. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam memahami perilaku konsumsi rokok elektrik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, keamanan transaksi, dan kemudahan penggunaan mobile banking BYOND by BSI terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup yang diberikan kepada nasabah aktif pengguna layanan mobile banking BYOND by BSI. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, sedangkan keamanan transaksi dan kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Secara simultan, kualitas layanan, keamanan transaksi, dan kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan nasabah dipengaruhi oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis dalam pengembangan kajian pemasaran jasa perbankan digital serta implikasi praktis bagi Bank Syariah Indonesia dalam meningkatkan keamanan transaksi dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada jumlah variabel, ruang lingkup penelitian, dan penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif tanpa pendalaman kualitatif

Abstract

Digital transformation has accelerated the integration of marketing, sales, and information technology (IT) functions in managing customer interactions. However, the mechanisms through which these functions interact and achieve strategic alignment remain insufficiently understood. Concurrently, the emergence of customer success management (CSM) requires sales professionals to extend their responsibilities beyond the transaction phase to encompass ongoing customer experience and success. This study aims to explore the forms and dynamics of organizational alignment among marketing, sales, and IT actors using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four M–S–I triadic groups, including executive leaders, representing all stages of the customer journey. The analysis focuses on identifying interaction patterns, coordination challenges, and key factors influencing the effectiveness of cross-functional alignment. The findings reveal six primary dimensions comprising twenty attributes that collectively define the construct of organizational alignment. These insights are synthesized into a conceptual framework termed COMPLY, designed as an operational tool to assess and refine cross-functional M–S–I alignment. Furthermore, the study proposes several propositions that explain intra-dimensional relationships and intervention mechanisms across dimensions to enhance collaborative effectiveness. This research contributes to the literature on organizational alignment and customer success management, while also offering a practical framework for managers to optimize marketing–sales–IT integration in support of sustainable CSM implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the responses, strategies, constraints, and roles of communities in managing flash floods and landslides in Bener Meriah and Takengon Regencies. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and secondary documents. Analysis was conducted thematically to identify patterns, themes, and meanings of disaster management practices in the field. The results show that this disaster caused multidimensional impacts, including loss of life, mass displacement, and damage to critical infrastructure. The IAEB and related institutions implemented a priority needs-based strategy, cross-institutional collaboration, utilization of GIS technology, and social and infrastructure rehabilitation. The main constraints included limited access, resources, coordination, and the psychosocial conditions of the affected communities. Synergy between the IAEB and local communities through community-based emergency response groups proved effective in accelerating recovery and reducing disaster risk. This study emphasizes the importance of an integrated, participatory, and needs-based approach in increasing regional resilience to disasters.
