Abstract

This study explores the use of Islamic stories for moral education in young children. It emphasizes the significance of moral education in shaping children's personalities and the role of Islamic stories in transmitting religious teachings and instilling moral values. Previous research has demonstrated that Islamic stories significantly impact moral and character development in early childhood by helping children grasp abstract concepts such as goodness, justice, honesty, and empathy. However, further investigation is required to identify the most influential elements in Islamic stories and how they can be adapted to the contemporary social and cultural environment of children in the digital age.The study employs a qualitative approach and literature analysis, analyzing various sources such as scientific journals, books, and articles to understand the impact of Islamic stories on moral education for young children. The results highlight the influence of Islamic stories in shaping moral education, emphasizing their ability to effectively convey values and create emotional connections with children. Islamic stories also contribute to the moral, emotional, and social development of children, helping them understand the consequences of their actions within the framework of Islamic values. The study identifies factors that influence moral education, including the types of stories, narrative style, characters, and emphasized values, and stresses the need for further research to better comprehend these elements and enhance the use of Islamic stories in early childhood education. The study also addresses the challenges and opportunities in implementing Islamic stories for moral education. It underscores the necessity of adapting stories to align with the social and technological context of today's children, suggesting the incorporation of modern technology and the creation of new stories that address contemporary issues. Collaboration between teachers, parents, and policymakers is emphasized to integrate Islamic stories into formal and informal education and enhance the quality of moral education for young children. In conclusion, the study highlights the significant role of Islamic stories in shaping moral and character development in young children, advocating for further research, adjustments, and innovations in utilizing these stories as a tool for moral education. The implications for teachers, parents, and policymakers are also discussed, emphasizing the importance of incorporating Islamic stories into education and supporting moral education at home. Overall, Islamic stories are regarded as valuable resources for nurturing moral and ethical character in young children.

Abstract

Rain is understood sometimes as grace and also as doom. Whereas The rain, when viewed from the process of falling, has the same understanding, namely: because of natural processes alone. Rain is one of the many natural phenomena that occur in human life that are mentioned in the Quran and even many studies and scientists have studied this. But this study will try to decipher the process of rain. This research uses library research, which is research that uses library study methods to collect data, review various literature and analyze topics relevant to research by browsing the literature by utilizing sources in the form of books, journals, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources related to research. The results of this study are expected to provide an explanation of the process of rain perspective of the Quran and science. (1) Rain in the Qur'an is expressed in four terms: maṭar, ghayth, anzala, māa, and wadqu. Water rain according to the Qur'an is water that falls is mercy, that is, it will revive the dead soil and support the plants. (2) The process of rain falling according to the Qur'an is the same as the process of raining rain in science. Rain is the result of the water cycle process, that is, starting with seawater, lakes, and rivers evaporating due to being heated by sunlight and then after reaching the top there is a condensation process so that it becomes grains of water vapor in the clouds. For this reason, the concept of rain according to the Qur'an is relevant to environmental conservation, because the cycle depends on natural conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan metode PQ4R dibandingkan metode konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Baureno Bojonegoro pada materi teks diskusi pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dan mendeskripsikan faktor belajar siswa yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, metode PQ4R memiliki lebih efektif dibandingkan metode konvensional yang dibuktikan dari hasil nilai rata-rata dan hasil uji wilcoxon. Nilai rata-rata pre test yaitu 44.667 dan post test yaitu 75 dan hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima dengan nilai 0.000 < 0.005. Selain itu, hasil rata-rata angket dengan menggunakan skala likert pada pemberian angket faktor belajar menunjukkan bahwa dari faktor internal yaitu faktor motivasi bernilai 4.23, faktor eksternal adalah metode pembelajaran bernilai 4.20, dan faktor pendekatan belajar adalah achieving bernilai 4.20. Faktor belajar siswa mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, untuk itu guru perlu membantu mencari alternatif dalam menangani permasalahan belajar siswa.

Abstract

Several authors of journal articles discuss Surah al-Nūr verses 11-20 related to the ifki hadith. The author considers that some of these articles are strongly influenced by Abdullah Saeed's theory because there are aspects of the Qur'an's linguistic and historical context, both micro and macro, as well as contemporary contexts. In this theory there is the story of 'Aisyah r.a. that was slandered at the time of the Prophet known as the ifki hadith which was later enshrined in Surah al-Nūr verses 11-20. The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the extent to which the authors of the article contextualize surah al-Nūr verses 11-20. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with library research. The theory used in this study is Abdullah Saeed's theory with a contextual approach. The findings of this study are that in general, the articles that study Surah al-Nūr verses 11-20 have fulfilled the theory put forward by Abdullah Saeed. One of the articles that fulfill Abdullah Saeed's contextual interpretation is the article written by 'Ayun Masfufah that this article takes the past context and then relates it to the current context.

Abstract

This paper presents about improving teacher performance through strengthening spiritual intelligence in schools. This spiritual intelligence is critical to be developed to enhancing the character of PAI teachers for learning tasks. Maintaining Spiritual Intelligence is very influential in forming morals in education to produce education that is broad-minded in the field of science. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, as for analyzing the research data with data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that strengthening spiritual intelligence could improve the performance of PAI teachers at SMP Nurul Jadid from the level of discipline, the ability to make lesson plans, mastery of the material, and the ability to master the class. Teachers carry out activities that can support the strengthening of spiritual intelligence, which can improve PAI teachers' quality through habituation, training, and coaching, as well as guidance from caregivers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the assimilation of Islamic educational ideas in a contemporary setting, as well as to evaluate the approach that is taken and the challenges that are involved with this endeavor. The significance of having a comprehensive understanding of how Islamic principles might be implemented in educational settings is expanding in parallel with the process of globalization and the advent of technology. The research technique makes use of a qualitative approach, which includes conducting in-depth interviews and making observations of Islamic educational institutions as well as other important stakeholders. The examination sheds light on the successes and challenges that have been encountered in the process of introducing Islamic concepts into the modern curriculum, as well as the instructional methods that have been utilized and the challenges that have been faced while attempting to integrate these principles in surroundings that are culturally and technologically diverse. The outcomes of the research provide an essential understanding of the implementation of Islamic education within a contemporary framework. In respect to Islamic principles in the modern day, the purpose of this research is to investigate the potential impact that Islamic principles could have on the curriculum, learning practices, and the development of student character.

Abstract

The use of electric irons can be used anywhere as long as there is an electrical installation. Electric irons lead to waste of electricity. In contrast to the use of a steam iron, it is a special choice when you need to iron a large number of clothes. A steam iron is an iron that can release steam from its base. The hot steam of the iron can help remove bad odors from clothes. When a steam iron is used for ironing clothes, heat transfer will occur. Heat transfer occurs because of the temperature difference in the material.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, with additional multiple linear regression analysis. Involving 150 employees, the study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach with questionnaires as the main survey instrument. Although quantitative methods provide a measurable analytical framework, it is important to be mindful of some potential weaknesses, including bias in the measurement of complex constructs and the limitations of statistical analysis. The addition of multiple linear regression analysis allowed the researcher to evaluate the extent of the influence of perceived organizational culture and transformational leadership on innovative work behavior of PT. sumber cipta multiniaga (dso jombang) jointly, while controlling for other factors that might influence the results. However, interpretation of multiple linear regression requires caution, due to assumptions about linearity and independence between variables. The statistical analysis tool SPSS version 25 is also worth noting, especially in the context of this complex study. Multiple linear regression analysis may provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationships between variables, but a qualitative or mixed methods approach may be needed to capture deeper context and nuance. The results of this study highlight the importance of an innovation-supportive organizational culture, employee perceptions of the work environment, and the role of transformational leadership in driving innovative work behaviours. The practical implications include the potential development of more effective management strategies, but keep in mind that further research is needed to deepen the understanding of these complex dynamics. By combining holistic quantitative and qualitative approaches, future studies may make more substantial contributions to sustainable and innovative management practices.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the perspective of al-Zamakhsyari, as a classical interpreter whose book of interpretation is referred to as the main book of interpretation of the lughowi style, related to the eschatological verses in the surah al-Zalzalah to prove the epistemological construction of interpretation based on the source, method and validity of interpretation. The object of this research is the text and its relationship to past events, so a literature study was conducted to study the content analysis using a historical approach. The primary data in this study is the book Tafsir al-Kasysyaf and is supported by literature on the epistemology of interpretation in a philosophical approach. The results of the study reveal that al-Zamakhsyari has interpreted the surah al-Zalzalah by referring to Arabic grammar, poems and the hadith of the prophet. In the epistemology of interpretation, verses about eschatology are not sufficient if interpreted linguistically separately, although it has proven the validity of the coherence of interpretation, but he remains consistent in using this method, even in line with the interpretation of zilzal which is a description of the state of the earth when it shakes according to the reality and scientific facts about earthquakes, and in line with the evidence about the apocalypse which will definitely happen as the terminology in the Qur'an

Abstract

Public speaking merupakan keterampilan kunci dalam pendidikan abad ke-21 yang mendorong mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) untuk menjadi pendidik yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi kecakapan public speaking mahasiswa prodi PAI yang bermukim di pondok pesantren sebagai persiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian melibatkan mahasiswa prodi PAI yang bermukim di pondok pesantren. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan, wawancara, dan evaluasi dokumen yang terkait dengan program pendidikan di pondok pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa prodi PAI yang tinggal di pondok pesantren memiliki kecakapan public speaking yang cukup baik, terutama dalam menyampaikan materi keagamaan dan berbicara di depan umum. Namun, ditemukan pula beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya variasi dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan kurangnya latihan formal dalam mengembangkan keterampilan public speaking. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang kecakapan public speaking mahasiswa prodi PAI yang bermukim di pondok pesantren. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dalam pengembangan keterampilan public speaking bagi mahasiswa PAI, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi pendidik yang mampu memenuhi tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21.
