Abstract

This study is to find out the form of compensation and to find out more about the purpose of providing compensation to employees of PT Pos Indonesia Sentosa Raya Branch and to find out the obstacles that occur in the company in providing compensation to employees. The report on the results of the PBL compensation with the title "Employee Compensation System at PT Pos Indonesia Sentosa Raya Branch". The method used in this practice is the interview method. Abstract

Saat ini, kemajuan informasi dan teknologi terus mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Meskipun memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia, pengguna internet juga bisa mengalami risiko dalam keamanan dan privasi data mereka. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, UU ITE dibuat sebagai bentuk perlindungan bagi pengguna internet. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang melanggar peraturan dalam UU ITE. Untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengguna internet, teknologi Machine Learning digunakan dengan metode Text Mining untuk mengklasifikasikan pelanggaran UU ITE berdasarkan teks kronologi pelanggaran dengan menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pasal 27 dan 28 dengan total data sebanyak 245 kronologi pelanggaran. Pada implementasinya pada aplikasi web, menggunakan micro web framework Python yaitu Flask yang membantu dalam mengeksekusi teks kronologi dari text pre-processing, weighting, learning, dan testing sehingga menghasilkan informasi mengenai ancaman pasal yang mempunyai probabilitas tinggi untuk dilanggar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 80% dengan 196 total data latih dan 49 total data uji. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naive Bayes mampu menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dalam mengklasifikasikan sebuah teks.

Abstract

The government's strategy was previously under pressure to improve the economy, one of which is the implementation of fiscal policy. This is because the Covid-19 pandemic in previous years had an impact on all sectors, especially the financial sector. Now with its fiscal policy adjusting between government revenue and spending. Part of the government's fiscal policy during the pandemic, namely the tax relief program aimed at easing the burden on taxpayers and reorienting the 2020 State Budget to increase government spending. Through in-depth research and analysis of the government's strategy for overcoming the impact of fiscal and monetary policies on the economy, it is hoped that a better understanding of government actions in encouraging inclusive and sustainable economic growth in the Indonesian economy will be provided.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi manusia. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat memudahkan siapa saja untuk memperoleh informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Bagi PT. Siscom Technologies yang bergerak di bidang jasa, informasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengontrol aktivitas harian dari pelaksanaan proyek.                Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah para pengguna atau karyawan dalam mengirimkan laporan harian mereka setelah melakukan kegiatan di proyek. Dalam sistem ini karyawan hanya perlu mengisi sebuah data yang berbentuk form yang sudah disediakan. Sistem ini juga mempermudah Direktur untuk melihat hasil kerja atau progress harian dari sebuah proyek yang sedang dikerjakan oleh karyawan dengan memilih proyek mana yang akan dilihat laporannya. Sistem Informasi Manajemen dapat akan memperlihatkan progress suatu proyek. Dengan sistem ini data-data atau laporan yang sudah diterima tersusun dengan rapi, karena data-data atau laporan yang masuk sudah berdasarkan proyek yang dikerjakan dan tidak akan tercampur oleh laporan-laporan yang lain. Alat untuk pengembangan sistem adalah XAMPP khususnya PHP. Sedangkan perancangan sistem menggunakan konsep Unified Modeling Language(UML).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of information systems used in public services at the Medan Branch Of ice of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The quality of information systems plays an important role in improving efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction, especially in a public service environment that demands transparency and accuracy of information. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to employees, investors, and the general public as service users at the Medan IDX. The main focus of this study is to evaluate three main aspects of information system quality, namely system quality (reliability, ease of use, and accessibility), information quality (accuracy, relevance, and speed of delivery), and service quality (responsiveness, technical support, and professionalism). The results show that most users are satisfied with the quality of the existing information system, although there are some shortcomings that need to be corrected, such as slow response times during peak hours and the need for system updates that are more adaptive to technological developments. The implications of this study provide strategic recommendations to improve the quality of information systems, including training for service of icers, investment in more sophisticated technological infrastructure, and the implementation of a periodic evaluation mechanism for the system used. With these improvements, it is expected that the Indonesia Stock Exchange Medan Branch can provide more optimal public services, strengthen investor confidence, and support the growth of the capital market in Indonesia)

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to examine the legality of the position and authority of the acting regional head, as well as to examine the dignity of democracy in the appointment of acting regional heads by the president and its construction after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 15/PUU-XX/2022. Methodology: This study applies normative legal research methods using a statutory, conceptual, and case approach. Results: The results of the study show that the appointment of acting regional heads is the operationalization of the concept of politically appointed presidential power and not the concept of election (political elected) as regional heads.  The consequence is a lack of regional legitimacy and a lack of relations with the people because it is not the people's choice.  This condition shows a portrait of the decline of democracy in the regions.  In this case, the government should prepare by making implementing regulations related to the mechanism for selecting regional heads by not degrading the democratic values as mandated by the Constitutional Court in its decision Number 15/PUU-XX/2022. Applications of this study: This article provides an analysis of how democratic principles should still be applied in the process of appointing acting regional heads.  This research is expected to be useful and can be a reference material for those who conduct research, especially with regard to the appointment of the acting regional head.  Thus, this research is expected to enrich the scientific treasures and studies related to the mechanism for appointing acting regional heads. Novelty/ Originally of this study: The research related to the appointment of acting regional heads is still very minimal.  So with the research that examines the dignity or portrait of democracy in the mechanism for appointing the acting regional head, it is considered very important as reference material in the process of implementing democracy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Murals in the modern era can create interactivity with visitors (users) as a form of participatory description of societal phenomena, particularly murals at Living World Mall Bali (LWMB), which use the Bali garden concept. The aim of this study is to describe interactivity, visitor responses, and the implementation of the Bali garden concept in the murals at LWMB. To achieve these goals, the researcher applies theories and approaches from interactivity, aesthetics, color psychology, and education. The research method is descriptive qualitative, in the form of a case study. Research data include visitor behavior and responses, as well as the construction of murals with the Bali garden concept. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis uses an interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. The research findings contain descriptions of visitor interactivity with the murals, including behaviors such as taking photos, appreciating aesthetic value, using the mural as an inspirational image medium, an information medium, a medium for conveying moral messages, and an educational medium by observing, touching, and documenting. Visitor interactivity with the murals at LWMB serves as a medium for inspiration, a means of conveying moral messages to promote cultural and environmental values of Bali, and an educational medium in the arts, fostering psychological comfort, a sense of brotherhood, and a spirit of mutual cooperation.

Abstract

This study explains that the main idea of tolerance education lies in how everyone who comes from a different background can then be respected and accepted well so that a peaceful life can be realized in a plural and homogeneous society. To realize this, the authors put forward several principles that are used as the basis, namely: Pancasila as the basis of the state and the 1945 Constitution as well as strengthening the Koran which explains "la ikhraha fi al-din" (there is no compulsion in religion) and the sentence lakum dinukum wa liyadin (for you Your religion and mine is mine. This verse is a strong proof of the Quran's appreciation of religious pluralism, which then requires that every adherent of his religion have a moderate and tolerant.

Abstract

This article discusses the relationship between da'wah and football, where a Muslim player should be an example (dakwah bil hal) for others. The phenomenon of Muslim footballers in Europe is increasing every year, such as the presence of Mohamed Salah at the Liverpool club in England since July 1 2017, has changed the mindset of non-Muslims in the English league. That Muslim football players have friendly personalities, are not grumpy and also obey the rules that apply both in terms of religion and the rules of the team. Mohamed Salah is the first Egyptian player to join Liverpool, and has never received a red card from a referee to date. What is Mohamed Salah's activity like as a Muslim footballer in the perspective of da'wah bi al-hal? Through descriptive analysis based on cyber media theory on Instagram, Twitter and Youtube social media accounts, which are relevant. The results of the study state that (1) Mohamed Salah's example as a winger is an example for other players to minimize violations and not swear at the opposing team; carry out fasting orders (mandatory) in training and or matches; prostration celebration of gratitude to Allah SWT.; istikamah in the five daily prayers. (2) activities outside the competition include; social service; donations for orphans; defend women; Property Waqf for the Animal Charity Agency (Qurban) of the country of origin; even (3) some of the fans of the club or supporters of Mohamed Salah converted to Islam (converts).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the communication patterns of librarians to users of the 'Rohiqul Ilmi' Library, Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. Library staff must carry out library management and services optimally so that the library becomes a place that is more appreciated by users. Each librarian has different communication patterns according to their characteristics and personality traits. What is the librarian's communication pattern like in serving users of the 'Rohiqul Ilmi' village library in Binor village, Paiton, Probolinggo? This research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation, between August and October 2023, all data collected from observation, interviews and documentation was analyzed descriptively within the interdisciplinary communication science paradigm. The results of the research state two important things, namely: (1) the communication patterns of Rohiqul Ilmi' village library librarians tend to be passive and less interactive. They tend to accept and implement activities proposed or mandated by policy makers to be implemented in village libraries, such as great parent activities, implementation of KKN and others; (2) assertive communication patterns are also the choice of librarians in serving users of the 'Rohiqul Ilmi village library. When librarians convey their opinions or ideas, they do not appear to offend other people or partners, either verbally or non-verbally, such as with a smile and thumbs up to show silent agreement.
