Abstract

Berdasarkan data awal yang diperoleh di Puskesmas Anreapi pada tanggal 3 Februari 2023, melalui dari petugas Puskesmas Anreapi jumlah kasus keseluruhan yang terkena Stunting di Puskesmas Anreapi kabupaten polewali mandar pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 118 atau 77,97%.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Instrument menggunakan kusioner dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 2-4 tahun stunting dan tidak stunting di wilayah kerja puskesmas tutallu dengan jumlah keseluruhan 91 sampel.Hasil Penelitian Ini pengaruh antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang didapatkan adalah tidak ada hubungan jenis kelamin anak pada kualitas hidup anak stunting usia 2-4 tahun dengan (p value,<5,28) ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu terhadap kualitas hidup anak stunting usia 2-4 tahun dengan (p value,<0,05) dan juga menunjukkan ada hubungan pendapatan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup anak stunting usia 2-4 tahun dengan (p value <0,05) di wilayah kerja puskesmas anreapi kecamatan anreapi kabupaten polewali mandar.

Abstract

The need for an efficient electrical energy consumption monitoring system is increasingly urgent in the digital era, especially to overcome power wastage due to the large number of electronic devices used. This research aims to develop a web application. The method used in this research is the experimental method with a system engineering approach, through the user interface. The application was built using PHP, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, and integrated in the XAMPP environment. The test results show that the application is able to display energy data interactively, both in graphical and tabular form, and provide reports in PDF and Excel formats. The system also provides the feature of controlling devices such as lights and fans through the dashboard, thus increasing efficiency and user convenience in managing energy consumption. With its comprehensive features and user-friendly interface, this application is expected to be an effective solution in supporting energy savings.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan identifikasi senyawa yang terdapat dalam ekstrak Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) asam dari kulit batang sagu (Metroxylon sago Rottb. L) menggunakan metode LC-MS. Studi meliputi tiga tahapan yaitu sintesis DES Kolin Klorida—Asam Oksalat (rasio molar 1:2) pada suhu 50°C (850 rpm), ektraksi bubuk kulit batang sagu memakai metode sonikasi (40W; 5, 15 & 30 menit; 30°C) dengan pelarut DES, serta karakterisasi dengan LC-MS. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, terdapat 73 senyawa dimana terdapat 54,75% diantaranya merupakan senyawa hidrokarbon alifatik, dan 72,60% diantaranya memiliki gugus fungsi N. Semakin lama waktu sonikasi, semakin banyak senyawa fragmen bergugus fungsi N yang teridentifikasi. Terdapat 6 senyawa ekstrak yang memiliki sifat khas antara lain sebagai agen antikanker, repellant, anti-inflamasi, fitohormon, inhibitor biosintesis kolesterol dan bahan aktif produk perawatan kulit wajah.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has a significant impact on the identity formation process of adolescents. Exposure to social media, a culture of social comparison, and the unfiltered flow of information often trigger an identity crisis, which Erik Erikson, in his psychosocial developmental stage, calls identity versus role confusion. This community service program aims to implement an Islamic counseling program as a preventive and curative effort to help adolescents build a healthy identity in the digital age. The method used is a participatory approach through group counseling, individual counseling, and psychoeducation based on the values ​​of monotheism, tazkiyatun nafs (respect for the self), and moral development. The program is implemented through a needs assessment, mentoring sessions, and evaluation of changes in participants' attitudes and understanding. The expected outcomes are increased self-awareness, controlled digital media use, and the formation of a more stable self-identity grounded in Islamic values. With an integrative approach combining psychological and spiritual aspects, Islamic counseling has the potential to become an applicable intervention model in schools and communities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the results of analysis and observation of the Daily Mathematics Test in eighth-grade classes at SMP N 2 Tilatang Kamang, which showed low students’ mathematics learning outcomes and teacher-centered instruction. One alternative strategy to address this issue is the implementation of the Double Loop Problem Solving (DLPS) learning model. This study aims to examine the effect of the DLPS learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of eighth-grade students at SMP N 2 Tilatang Kamang. A pre-experimental design with a Static Group Comparison Design was employed. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP N 2 Tilatang Kamang, comprising four classes with a total of 101 students. Sampling was conducted randomly after normality, homogeneity, and mean equivalence tests were performed on the population data. Class VIII.2 was assigned as the experimental group, while Class VIII.1 served as the control group. The research instrument was a posttest designed to measure students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using a t-test. The findings show that the t-count value was 3.696, while the t-table value was 1.67. Since the t-count exceeded the t-table, H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. The SPSS analysis also produced a p-value of 0.01, indicating a statistically significant difference in mathematics learning outcomes between the experimental and control groups. These results demonstrate that the DLPS learning model has a significant effect on students’ mathematics learning outcomes. The study contributes to mathematics education by providing empirical evidence that problem-solving-oriented learning can improve students’ achievement and reduce reliance on teacher-centered instruction.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between the work environment and employee loyalty at a savings and loan cooperative in Kuningan Regency (referred to as KSP X) facing declining employee loyalty reflected in fluctuating and relatively high turnover. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, the research adopts a quantitative associative design using a survey method. A saturated sampling technique was applied to the entire population of the cooperative's employees, and data were collected through a questionnaire and analysed using path analysis and the Sobel test. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and on employee loyalty, that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and that job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of the work environment on employee loyalty in a partial mediation pattern. These results confirm that a good work environment strengthens employee loyalty most effectively when it also raises job satisfaction. The cooperative is therefore encouraged to improve its work environment and to give priority to job satisfaction as the main way to build loyalty and reduce turnover.
