Abstract

The Inspectorate is one of the institutions responsible for supervising the implementation of regional governments to ensure that they continue to carry out their commitments. The author analyzes the extent of the role of the Bandung City Regional Inspectorate in carrying out this supervision, including to the Regional Apparatus Organizations at the Village and District levels in an effort to build an Integrity Zone. In this case, the author used a qualitative research method with literature studies as a data collection technique. Based on the data obtained, the Bandung City Inspectorate is still less transparent, effective, and accountable in carrying out its duties. This can be indicated by general information that is not accessible, assessments whose parameters are not transparent, and the absence of follow-up to corruption and gratification practices that continue to occur in the public service process. To overcome these conditions, concrete steps such as strengthening supervision, increasing transparency, increasing competence and integrity, and collaborating with external parties are important.

Abstract

Supervision in regional government governance is very important to create effective, efficient and transparent government. Pangandaran District faces major challenges in supervision, including low transparency, community participation, misalignment of program planning and implementation, and low accountability. This research analyzes the effectiveness of supervision in Pangandaran, identifying obstacles, and providing recommendations for improvement. Using qualitative methods and literature studies, the research results show the need for increased transparency, community participation, harmonized planning and accountability. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve government governance and increase public trust.

Abstract

Development and supervision of regional government is an important aspect in realizing good and accountable governance. In Bandung Regency, guidance and supervision is carried out by various parties, including the central government, regional government and the community. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area. The research method used is a literature study by examining various data sources, such as statutory regulations, reports on the results of coaching and supervision, and related research journals. The research results show that government development and supervision in the Bandung Regency area still has several weaknesses, such as lack of coordination between stakeholders, limited human resources, and not yet optimal use of information technology.Based on the research results, several steps are recommended to increase the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area, such as: Strengthen coordination between stakeholder, Improve the quality of human resources, Optimizing the use of information technology, Increase community participation in government development and supervision

Abstract

One of the innovations in the implementation of e-government and Smart Government in Bandung City is the launch of the Salaman application created by the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office. This innovation aims to facilitate the public in population administration services. The method used in this article is descriptive analytical and literature review. The research is intended to collect information on the status of existing symptoms. This research is intended to determine the level of effectiveness, community participation, and the impacts that occur in the implementation of the Salaman application innovation by the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Office. The results of the study indicate that population administration services through the Salaman application run effectively and some people feel satisfied and helped by the innovation, although in its implementation there are still obstacles, for example people who do not understand and still have difficulty understanding and accessing various applications provided by the government and end up getting conventional services. Abstract

Membangun kota Bandung dengan menerapkan konsep smart city memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif yang terintegrasi ke dalam satu kesatuan, dengan satu tujuan pokok, yakni melayani semua kebutuhan masyarakat dengan cepat, tepat, ramah, dan memuaskan, dengan bertumpu pada pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara maksimal. Salah satu pendekatannya adalah mewujudkan smart governance. Efisiensi kebijakan publik merupakan salah satu unsur utama terwujudnya smart governance di kota Bandung. Hal ini dilakukan agar pengambilan kebijakan publik dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, Demi terlaksananya kebijakan publik yang efisien, terdapat sepuluh strategi menurut survei Gartner yang dapat diterapkan oleh pemerintahan. Perlu diketahui apakah Pemerintah Kota Bandung telah menerapkan 10 strategi ini, sehingga dapat diketahui sejauh mana implementasi smart governance di kota Bandung. Dengan menggunakan studi literatur sebagai metode, maka berdasarkan kajian, Pemerintah Kota Bandung telah menerapkan 10 strategi dalam mewujudkan efisiensi kebijakan publik sebagai implementasi dari smart governance. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan pelayanan publik dapat lebih efisien dan mudah untuk diakses masyarakat.

Abstract

Public service is a duty of the government and its apparatus to fulfill the basic needs of its citizens who have fulfilled their obligations as citizens. Thus, public service from the perspective of citizens is a "right," while public service from the perspective of the government and its apparatus is an "obligation." In this paper, the author will discuss public services provided by the Bandung City Population and Civil Registry Department in collaboration with the Bandung City's Local People's Representative Council, namely the Geulis service. The method used by the author is a literature study method which is gathering data from the internet and journal articles. In this writing, the author aims to understand the implementation of Geulis in Bandung City within the context of Smart Governance. The results obtained in this paper show that with the development of technology in society, public services must also be accompanied by the development of technology. With the Geulis, it is hoped that the Population and Civil Registry Department can serve the people in Bandung City much better.

Abstract

This research aims to deploy smart mobility technology on electric buses in Bandung City and analyze its impact on the quality of public transportation services. Through quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research examines technical, operational and user perception aspects. The research results show that the application of intelligent mobility technology such as passenger information systems, electronic payments, and integration with other modes of transportation has increased operational efficiency, user comfort, and the level of public satisfaction. However, there are still several challenges that need to be overcome, such as limited charging infrastructure and expanding network routes. This study provides policy recommendations to accelerate the development of sustainable electricity-based public transportation in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

A smart city is a digital transformation concept that aims to improve the efficiency of public services and the quality of life of the community through the use of technology. The application of this concept in the city of Bandung has begun to create a smarter city. The success of smart city implementation is not only determined by technological advances but also by the ability of society to adopt and use it effectively, thus reflecting the importance of the smart people concept. Smart people in this case refer to people who have high digital literacy, so they are able to contribute to supporting the success of digital transformation. Information technology education plays an important role in this, but there are various challenges in information technology education that can hinder the achievement of these two concepts. This article aims to identify challenges and provide recommendations for solutions to overcome these challenges so that it is hoped that it can help the City of Bandung overcome existing challenges and optimise the potential of the smart city and smart people concept in improving the quality of life of the community.

Abstract

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan perencanaan kawasan berbasis transportasi yang menekankan integrasi antar moda, efisiensi ruang, dan aksesibilitas tinggi. Potensi pengembangan kawasan TOD di Stasiun Sudirman ditunjang oleh aksesibilitas tinggi, integrasi antar moda, dan ruang publik yang dapat dioptimalkan. Kendala utama meliputi perencanaan tata ruang yang belum matang, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat, serta minimnya integrasi teknologi dalam sistem transportasi. Pengembangan kawasan ini diarahkan pada keberlanjutan dan adaptasi terhadap kebutuhan mobilitas cerdas masyarakat urban.

Abstract

Setiap hari, manusia menjalani berbagai aktivitas yang saling mempengaruhi kualitas lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka. Di kota besar seperti Jakarta, pengelolaan lingkungan yang buruk dapat berdampak serius, baik terhadap kesehatan masyarakat maupun keberlanjutan ekosistem. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penerapan konsep smart environment atau "lingkungan cerdas" menjadi krusial dalam mendukung mewujudkan pembangunan smart city. Smart environment merupakan pendekatan inovatif dalam pengelolaan lingkungan yang bertumpu pada tanggung jawab dan keberlanjutan, menggunakan teknologi, analitik data, dan teknologi digital untuk mengatasi isu lingkungan seperti polusi udara, pengelolaan limbah, dan efisiensi energi. Di Jakarta, implementasi smart environment dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui beberapa inovasi seperti pengolahan RDF, pengendalian banjir berbasis TIK, program-progam terbaru dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini menyoroti langkah strategis dalam mewujudkan smart environment di Jakarta sebagai bagian integral dari pengelolaan kota yang berkelanjutan.
