Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Serang City Regional Inspectorate in 2023 in carrying out its duties and functions to supervise the performance of civil servants. The method used in this research is a literature study method in which data is collected through sources such as books- books, journal articles, and supervisory report documents as well as other documents sourced from the internet. The results obtained show that the Serang City Regional Inspectorate has carried out its internal supervision duties quite well, but there are still several obstacles that need to be corrected. Some of these obstacles include a lack of competent human resources, limited budget, and continued resistance from several supervised parties. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to increase the capacity and competence of human resources, increase the budget, and increase cooperation with related parties. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the performance of the Serang City Regional Inspectorate in carrying out more effective and efficient internal supervision in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the DPRD's supervision is carried out towards optimizing the DPRD's supervisory function regarding the administration of regional government in Mamasa Regency. The research method used was a qualitative method, data collection was carried out using library research techniques sourced from book literature, scientific journals, statutory regulations. The results of this research show that the supervisory function carried out by the Mamasa Regency DPRD is in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2014. However, in its implementation, the Mamasa Regency DPRD is still not running optimally because there are still many obstacles in its implementation

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of regional government information systems in Manado City with a focus on the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency (Bapelitbangda). The method used is a literature study which includes analysis of various sources of related information. The research results show that the implementation of regional government information systems has a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah menjadi persoalan utama di DKI Jakarta. Dari beberapa wilayah di DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Timur merupakan salah satu daerah sebagai penyumbang timbulan sampah tertinggi. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta dengan Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Timur menerapkan konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) konsep ini kemudian diterapkan di beberapa TPS yang ada di Jakarta Timur dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan tujuan untuk dapat meminimalisir kenaikan sampah dan melaksanakan program penanganan sampah secara menyeluruh, sistematis, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pemantauan dan pengawasan terhadap program pengelolaan sampah di wilayah Jakarta Timur yang dilakukan oleh Suku Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta Timur. Untuk memperoleh data terkait permasalahan yang ada artikel ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung oleh teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan analisis kajian mengenai penelitian yang dilakukan, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa dalam urusan ketepatan sasaran program belum mencapai sesuai atas visi misi oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Jakarta. Pemerintah DKI Jakarta khususnya di wilayah Jakarta Timur sebenarnya telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mengurangi permasalahan sampah yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut, namun polemik yang ada dalam tahapan pelaksanaan dan pengawasan atas berbagai program menjadi sebuah isu menarik yang perlu dikaji lebih dalam.

Abstract

Infrastructure improvements at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Department of Sukabumi Regency need to be prioritized to ensure quality, timeliness and efficiency in implementing building projects. This policy focuses on employee training, material quality, and work suitability based on previously established objectives and technical specifications. Through concise and comprehensive planning, it is hoped that it will be able to reduce bureaucracy, increase accountability and increase transparency at every stage of infrastructure improvement. The results of this research also provide valuable information for future research and project implementation, so that infrastructure development in Sukabumi Regency can run smoothly and efficiently and provide maximum benefits to the general public. The data collection method used in this research is library research, by reading, recording and processing data from journals, articles and relevant documents. The results of this research are that there are two types of supervision in infrastructure repairs, namely preventive and representative at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Department of Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

The Papua DPR, the legislative body in Papua, oversees the implementation of special autonomy in the country. However, the Papua Province Development Index is still below expectations, with special autonomy funds amounting to 98.395 trillion. The Papuan DPR has an important role in supervising special autonomy, with four mechanisms in place: responding to community aspirations, working meetings, working visits, and following up on results. The implementation of the Papua DPR is considered less than optimal with problems such as inadequate fund management, local elites seeking profit, and inadequate use of technology. The success of Special Autonomy for Papua depends on the performance of the DPR in supervising, managing and implementing it. The DPR must guarantee transparency, accountability, and appropriate use of funds, as well as the active participation of the Papuan people in the decision-making process. Despite receiving Special Autonomy funds amounting to IDR 1.3 trillion since 2002, the use of these funds has given rise to corruption and the legitimacy of KKN by objectifying community poverty. A comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of Special Autonomy is needed to resolve problems such as infrastructure development, education, economy and health of indigenous Papuans. Corrective action is needed to ensure the effective and efficient use of special autonomy funds and improve the welfare of the Papuan people.

Abstract

Functional supervision is one part of government administration that cannot be separated, in order to monitor and also make improvements to things that deviate from the rules. One of the functional supervisions in Makassar City through the Makassar City Regional Inspectorate is the use of smart auditing as a form of technology implementation within the scope of the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) at the Makassar City Regional Inspectorate. Smart auditing is one of the systems used to effectively check SPJ from Makassar City SKPDs through an online system so that it can be done quickly regardless of time and place. The writing of this research uses descriptive qualitative methods using secondary data as a comprehensive data source for this scientific writing.

Abstract

The Inspectorate is one of the institutions responsible for supervising the implementation of regional governments to ensure that they continue to carry out their commitments. The author analyzes the extent of the role of the Bandung City Regional Inspectorate in carrying out this supervision, including to the Regional Apparatus Organizations at the Village and District levels in an effort to build an Integrity Zone. In this case, the author used a qualitative research method with literature studies as a data collection technique. Based on the data obtained, the Bandung City Inspectorate is still less transparent, effective, and accountable in carrying out its duties. This can be indicated by general information that is not accessible, assessments whose parameters are not transparent, and the absence of follow-up to corruption and gratification practices that continue to occur in the public service process. To overcome these conditions, concrete steps such as strengthening supervision, increasing transparency, increasing competence and integrity, and collaborating with external parties are important.

Abstract

Supervision in regional government governance is very important to create effective, efficient and transparent government. Pangandaran District faces major challenges in supervision, including low transparency, community participation, misalignment of program planning and implementation, and low accountability. This research analyzes the effectiveness of supervision in Pangandaran, identifying obstacles, and providing recommendations for improvement. Using qualitative methods and literature studies, the research results show the need for increased transparency, community participation, harmonized planning and accountability. Implementation of these recommendations is expected to improve government governance and increase public trust.

Abstract

Development and supervision of regional government is an important aspect in realizing good and accountable governance. In Bandung Regency, guidance and supervision is carried out by various parties, including the central government, regional government and the community. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area. The research method used is a literature study by examining various data sources, such as statutory regulations, reports on the results of coaching and supervision, and related research journals. The research results show that government development and supervision in the Bandung Regency area still has several weaknesses, such as lack of coordination between stakeholders, limited human resources, and not yet optimal use of information technology.Based on the research results, several steps are recommended to increase the effectiveness of government guidance and supervision in the Bandung Regency area, such as: Strengthen coordination between stakeholder, Improve the quality of human resources, Optimizing the use of information technology, Increase community participation in government development and supervision
