Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of land area, number of trees and climate change (rainfall) on rubber production at PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke. The method used is quantitative with secondary data at PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke. The sample for this research is the number of months of production from 2016-2020, namely 60 research samples. Data analysis technique using SPSS 23.00. The results of this study indicate that based on the t test on land area tcount > ttable 111.675 > 2.00324 which means Ha1 is accepted, meaning that land area has a significant effect on rubber production at PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke. The t test on the number of trees t count < t table is 0.565 < 2.00324 which means that Ha2 is rejected, meaning that the number of trees does not have a significant effect on rubber production. The results of the t-test for climate change (rainfall) tcount > ttable -3.271 > -2.00324 means that Ha3 is accepted, meaning that climate change (rainfall) has a significant effect on rubber production at PT. Socfindo Aek Pamingke. The results of the F test show Fstatistics > Ftable 4.925 > 2.77 so that it can be concluded that Ha4 is accepted, or in other words land area, number of trees and climate change (simultaneous) affect rubber production at PT . Socfindo Aek Pamingke, where the probability value is 0.004 <0.050.Keywords: Land Area, Number of Trees, Climate Change, Production Results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana dan seberapa besar pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Bonus dan Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Diri, Gaya Kepemimpinan Pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Jasa Mitra Abadi Syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data Primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan di PT. Asuransi Jiwa Jasa Mitra Abadi Syariah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Asuransi Jiwa Jasa Mitra Abadi Syariah dan objek penelitian ini adalah Lingkungan Kerja, Bonus dan Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Diri, Gaya Kepemimpinan. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Spss22 untuk menguji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yaitu uji t menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Kerja dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,713. Bonus dan Insentif dengan hasil uji bahwa Bonus dan Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Kerja dengan nilai t hitung 2,669. Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Kerja dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,871. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Mutu Kerja dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5,901. Dan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Bonus dan Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Diri, Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Mutu Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Jasa Mitra Abadi Syariah dengan nila F Prob 0.000. Hasil uji ini menunjukkan bahwa variabl Lingkungan Kerja, Bonus dan Insentif, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Diri, Serta Gaya Kepemimpinan. Memberikan konstribusi sebesar 41,4% terhadap Mutu Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Jasa Mitra Abadi Syariah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT.The public service center is a very important service and is a top priority for administrators to meet the needs of the community. Health is one of the first facilities for health BPJS participants that can be obtained at the Puskesmas or clinic. The services provided are very useful to help the community, including BPJS patients. So that the services provided to patients must be of quality according to the specified service standards. Conducting this research aims to identify and discuss services for BPJS Health and Non BPJS Health participants as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for services. The research method used is qualitative by understanding the research subject. data collection techniques by observing and studying the literature to collect theories, regulations and information obtained from books and documents in the form of journals. The results of the study stated that the quality of services provided to BPJS Health and Non BPJS Health patients at the Langkat BPJS office was good and in accordance with the needs of the community, namely responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Factors supporting the service are the attitude of employees who are friendly as well as polite, clear and patient in conveying information and services, but there are still things that need to be improved, namely the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, such as loudspeakers, wifi networks and the incompatibility of the number of busy participants with the number of officers working or serve. Keywords: Quality, Service

Abstract

ABSTRAKBPJS Ketenagakerjaan is one of the organizations that provides social security services for all workers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how good the quality of public services at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Morawa uses the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) method which consists of five dimensions, namely the response dimension ( responsiveness), empathy (empathy), physical evidence (tangible), assurance (guarantee), and reliability (reliability). The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the quality of service at the Tanjung Morawa Employment BPJS is in the good category. This can be seen from the good fulfillment of four of the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely the dimensions of tangible, reliability, assurance, and responsiveness. While on the dimension of empathy, the results of the study show that the fulfillment of this dimension is still not good.Keywords: Public services; Service quality; BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Abstract

AbstractIn Indonesia, everyone has the right to the effectiveness of work accident insurance to be able to meet the basic needs of a decent life and increase their dignity towards the realization of a prosperous, just and prosperous Indonesian society. In order to create a basis for improving the welfare and protection of workers, the law regulates the implementation of the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) as a manifestation of social responsibility. The results of this study are: 1) The implementation of the effectiveness of BPJS Employment accident insurance in Tanjung Morawa is very much needed by workers/laborers; 2) Legal protection for the effectiveness of work accident insurance in Tanjung Morawa, has not been implemented as it should be, there are still many workers/laborers who have not been registered as participants in the effectiveness of work accident insurance, due to lack of awareness and not accepting employers in implementing the effectiveness of work accident insurance programs; 3) The effectiveness of work accident insurance in the protection of labor law in Tanjung Morawa through Employment BPJS as an accident insurance provider has fulfilled the elements of work accident insurance protection, but in practice there are still obstacles both in relation to existing regulations or rules and their realization and there are still many complaints about the services and benefits provided by Employment BPJS.Keywords: Employment BPJS, Law, Labor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Temporary Syirkah Funds (DST), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on Financing Risk which are calculated directly, and to analyze the effect of DST, FDR, BOPO and Financing Risk on ROA Sharia People's Financing Banks in Indonesia directly and indirectly. The dependent variable in this study is ROA which is a proxy for profitability and financing risk (RP). While the independent variables are DST, FDR, and BOPO. The analytical method used is Path Analysis or path analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The data used in this research is monthly time series data from January 2016 – 2020. The object of research is Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia. Based on the calculation, the direct effect of DST on ROA is 14.36%. And the direct effect of DST on Financing Risk is 54%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Industrial Agglomeration, Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) and Output Value affect Economic Growth in North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The number of samples for this study is time series data for 2016-2020 and interpolated to 59. The data was processed through SPSS Program version 22 with technical data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study proved that agglomeration, TPAK and output value have a significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, a significant value of Agglomeration of 0.001(sig<0.05) with a calculated t value of 1.610 < 2.003241(t hitunf < t table is known). The second hypothesis test showed a significant value of TPAK 0.000(sig < 0.05) with a calculated t value of 1.494 < 2.003241(t count< t table), and based on the third hypothesis test, it was known that the significant value of industrial output 0.000(sig < 0.05) with a calculated t value of 0.418 < 2.003241(t count < t table). Based on the conclusion that it can be known the most dominant free variable that affects bound variables is the Tpak variable which has a coefficient value of β 2.071 compared to other variables. Then from the results of the F test proved that the agglomeration of industry, TPAK and output values simultaneously or together had a significant effect on the Economic Growth Rate in North Sumatra which was indicated by the significant value of F < α (0.000<0.05). Abstrak     Analysis of the Implementation of Risk Control on financing kafalah products at PT. Askrindo Syariah Financing Guarantee". This is the result of a qualitative research that aims to answer questions about the risks that exist in financing kafalah products and how to control risks in financing kafalah products at PT. Askrindo Syariah Financing Guarantee. This research uses a case study approach to the research object. Data collection was carried out by way of direct interviews with staff in the operational field, staff in the financial sector and the head of the Medan sharia marketing office (KPS) and supported by documentation related to research.The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis method.The results obtained were The risks faced by PT Askrindo Syariah Financing Guarantee in financing kafalah products include operational risk, market risk, claims risk and lawsuit risk. will affect the level of profitability PT.JPAS. Control carried out by PT. JPAS, namely with several policies to reduce losses including setting KPS guarantee limits, analysis of surety bond submissions, and maintenance. It is necessary to apply risk management based on sharia principles where apart from guaranteeing and expecting profit, the application of sharia principles is necessary for mutual benefit between the two parties (guarantor and guaranteed).keywords: implementation, control, Askrindo Syariah financing

Abstract

Abstrack BPJS Employment (Social Security Organizing Agency) is a social security program which is the responsibility and obligation of the State to provide certain socio-economic protection and its organizers use an insurance mechanism. In addition, BPJS Employment is only intended for workers. In this social security program there are 2, namely Employment BPJS and Health BPJS, and both of course have different functions. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is only intended for workers, while BPJS Health is intended for all levels of society. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has four types of social security programs for workers, namely Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Benefits (JK), Old Age Benefits (JHT), and Pension Benefits (JP). In this study the problems that arise from the lack of awareness of the people with the status of non-wage workers (BPU). The points that must be paid attention to by the Tanjung Morawa Employment BPJS institution, especially towards workers who are not wage earners (BPU) because there are still many people with labor status who do not know and lack public understanding of BPJS Employment, there are very many human resources in Tanjung Morawa whose status is daily workers. Freelancers who work do not use work safety guarantees, namely BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using primary data in the form of interviews with officers in the general section of the Employment BPJS office and sources from workers whose status is workers who are not wage earners (BPU) and secondary data, namely data obtained from references in the form of journals, writings, and other sources. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in the role of the Employment BPJS, the Tanjung Morawa Employment BPJS had carried out percentages in the form of outreach to villages with participants attended by workers whose status was casual daily laborers or workers who were not wage earners (BPU). And also many of the workers who are not wage earners (BPU) still don't know what BPJS Employment is and while they are working they only know BPJS Health.Keywords: Program, Social Security. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Penerapan Prinsip Islamic Corporate Governance Dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Bank Muamalat KCP Sukaramai dan Untuk mengetahui Hambatan Penerapan Prinsip Islamic Corporate Governance Dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Bank Muamalat KCP Sukaramai. Pada tata kelola perusahaan yang baik didalamnya terdapat prinsip- prinsip yang di implementasikan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan umumnya di setiap perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan keyakinan bahwa dengan diterapkannya ICG pada suatu perusahaan maka perusahaan tersebut memiliki pengelolaan manajemen yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bank muamalat KCP Sukaramai menerapkan Corporate Value yaitu Muamalat IDEAL. Serta adanya peranan penting antara penerapan Islamic Corporate Governance dengan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan praktek ICG, dimana dengan penerapan prinsip ICG sesuai dengan prinsip syariah maka implementasinya terhadap pelaksanaan ICG menjadi lebih baik dari tahun ke tahun sehingga menjadi motivasi perusahaan dalam melakukan penerapan ICG secara umum serta berdasarkan prinsip syariah juga sangat penting diterapkan pada setiap individu yang bertanggung jawab terhadap tugas yang telah diamanahkan oleh Bank Muamalat KCP Sukaramai agar tercapainya visi, misi, budaya dan kode etik perusahaan menurut islam, serta lembaga yang mengawasi.
