Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bentuk – bentuk strategi perusahaan dengan memperhatikan Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results yang ada di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II. Memilih prioritas strategi kebijakan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II dan usulan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan.Metodologi pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian mix method yaitu kuantitatif yang dikualitatifkan dengan informan yang menjadisubjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Jajaran Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keuntungan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dan taktik yang masih dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran PTPN II dan tidak tertinggal dari produsen kelapa sawit lainnya.Hasil SOAR adalah Strategi S-A, yang merupakan rencana yang dikembangkan antara kekuatan dan aspirasi, adalah strategi yang cocok untuk diterapkan berdasarkan temuan analisis. Hasil QSPM yang menjadi prioritas adalah dengan menentukan dan membuat tim khusus untuk menyeleksi dan mengklasifikasi hasil kelapa sawit karena memilki skor STAS tertinggi yaitu 4,8. Saran bahwa startegi bisnis menawarkan saran rencana bisnis yang sesuai untuk mengatasi masalah saat ini di dalam organisasi di PTPN II, khususnya dalam memenangkan persaingan pangsa pasar.

Abstract

Business activities are generally carried out by the community by exploiting the natural potential around them, namely the business of utilizing palm oil stick waste. This waste has not been used at all by the community so it is left like that. However, the existence of a search for sticks can provide additional income for the community. This research aims to find out the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the economy of the people of the search for sticks (carli) group in Sungai Kanan District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. The Quadruple Helix implementation strategy is one model that is suitable for social research and innovation. Data collection was carried out using a qualitative research design through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews, then supported by literature study. The research results show that the strategy for implementing the Quadruple Helix in improving the community's economy can provide significant benefits if implemented well. There are several ways to implement the Quadruple Helix so that it can help improve the economy of the people of South Labuhanbatu Sungai Kanan District, such as Partnership and Collaboration. Through partnerships between government, academics, business and society, different resources and knowledge can be combined. This collaboration can produce innovations and new solutions to increase production, added value of stick products, and the number of stick exports, thereby providing greater economic benefits for the stick-seeking (carli) community. However, there are several obstacles in implementing the Quadruple Helix, namely that even though it has been implemented, it has not been fully implemented to the maximum extent for the people of Sungai Kanan Labuhan Batu Selatan District.

Abstract

AbstractInsurance is a protection mechanism between the insurance company that binds itself to the insured where the insurer receives several premiums paid by the insured in the event of a loss or risk in the future.  With the official payment paid every month, it will make it easier for the insured (customer) to carry out insurance activities.  However, in its activities, not every insured person meets the requirements to receive compensation at the time of filing a claim.  From this background, there is a formulation of the problem, namely the factors that cause rejection or failure of claims made by the insured and what solutions the company can provide to the insured.  This research was conducted at PT.  Prudential Life Assurance Binjai branch using a qualitative approach.  The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data.  Primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through journals, articles that match the object.  The results of the study show that the causative factors for failed claims to customers are due to insurance policies that have lapsed so that companies refuse to submit claims.  Meanwhile, to get compensation, the insured's policy must remain active so that claims can be made against the insured.Keywords : Factors, Claim Failure, Insurance

Abstract

AbstrakAsuransi Allianz sebagai perusahaan  perusahaan global terbesar yang bergerak di bidang layanan asuransi dan manajemen aset. Dan untuk Setiap perusahaan memiliki prosedur dan stardart masing-masing. Demikian halnya dalam hal prosedur klaim asuransi tentu berbeda antara perusahaan yang satu dengan yang lain. Maka dari itu agar dapat mempermudah prosedur penanganan klaim, Asuransi Allianz memberikan prosedur yang mudah agar calon nasabah dapat dengan segera mengklaim asuransi yang digunakan. Dari penjelasan di atas, tugas akhir ini mengangkat judul “Analisis Prosedur Pengajuan Klaim Asuransi Jiwa Unit Link Syariah Pada PT. Asuransi Allianz Syariah Cabang Batu Bara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk untuk mengetahui prosedur pengajuan klaim asuransi jiwa unit link syariah pada PT. Abstract

Abstract            In today's business world, insurance or coverage is very much needed in the business world. While the formulation of the problem in this study is how is the public's knowledge of personal accident and surety bond insurance products at PT. BUMIDA Insurance Medan Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine literacy in public knowledge about personal accident and surety bond insurance products. This research was conducted at PT. BUMIDA INSURANCE 1967 Medan Branch, which is located at Jl. Prof. H.M Yamin No. 41-V, Sidodadi, Kec. Medan Timur, Medan City, North Sumatra 20234. In this study the authors determined 2 (two) variables to be examined, namely the independent variable is a product of knowledge (X) while the dependent variable is (Y) = interest in coverage . The resulting regression equation: Y = 10.843 + 0.904X, and the coefficient of determination is 0.528. Product Knowledge is 52.8% while the remaining 47.2% is explained by other variables outside the research variables. From the t test, the t value for the Product Knowledge variable is 7.171 with a significance value of 0.000, while with a significance limit of 0.05 and in the direction of the positive regression coefficient, the t-table value is 2.013. By comparing the two values obtained, it can be seen that tcount > ttable, so that a decision can be taken to reject H0 and accept H1. The conclusion is that product knowledge partially has a significant effect on personal accident and surety bond insurance products at PT. Abstract

This research aims to understand how the service in Bumiputera Muda 1967 insurance company. This can be seen from the attitude and behavior of the worker figures concerned with the Bumiputera Muda 1967 insurance company itself. Insurance companies can be rated good in the eyes of customers through points including service. Service in an insurance company Insurance is one of the important instruments to protect the company. If the company is negligent in serving customers, it can be concluded that the company will be at financial risk in everyday life. However, services in insurance companies in each company can be different too. But the service in the Bumiputera Muda 1967 insurance company is very good. This can lead to a good bond between customers and workers at Bumiputera muda 1967 insurance company. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, with the in-depth interview method as the main data collection tool. Research participants consisted of individuals from each customer of Bumiputera Muda 1967 insurance service users, who had used or considered insurance. Interview data was analyzed using thematic analysis method to identify the main themes that emerged.The results showed that the service at the Bumiputera Muda 1967 insurance company was very good. Not differentiating or grouping customers, both the service and each process is classified as very good and runs normally. These findings provide valuable insights in understanding how customers respond to services at Bumiputera muda 1967 insurance company. The implication of the results of this study is the importance of strategizing how to make customers happy and comfortable in the services of young bumiputra insurance companies.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies carried out by agents in achieving company targets by selling general insurance products at PT Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda Medan Branch. This research was conducted by conducting interviews with insurance agents operating in the branch. The results showed that agents use various marketing strategies to achieve the sales target of general insurance products. The strategies carried out are SWOT Analysis Strategy and identifying potential target markets, building good relationships with prospective customers, making persuasive presentations, providing clear and accurate information about products, and providing good service to customers. In addition, agents also use marketing media such as social media and personal networks to expand the reach of product promotion. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of general insurance agent marketing strategies to achieve company targets and increase sales of general insurance products. Abstract

The sports field is of course much needed by the community, especially sports lovers, especially futsal and badminton. Ofcourse this affects the concept of market demand in the sports field rental business which must pay attention to the high and low market demand and the demand in the market is different.The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that influence the field rental business based on the theory of demand in the city of Medan. The selected factors are price (X1), Location (X2), Consumer Satisfaction (X3). This study uses quantitative methods by using data and numbers that are processed again using the SPSS 25 application to find results and conclusions from the research. The total sample of respondents taken is 55 people according to the number of futsal and badminton field owners in Medan City. The results show that all factors such as price, location, and customer satisfaction always affect the demand for the sports field rental market.

Abstract

Workers in Indonesia currently really need social security for themselves, with this social security they can focus more on carrying out their duties until they are finished. With social security, the welfare of workers itself has a good impact on family survival in the future. If one day a work accident occurs while they are carrying out their duties, family members can enjoy financial assistance from the government through this social security. This study uses a qualitative method, namely a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behavior. This method also comes from actions that are used as an understanding based on phenomena that occur in society, especially farmers. In influencing workers, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan has functions for workers, namely: Organizing work accident insurance programs, Organizing death security programs, Organizing old age security programs, Organizing pension insurance programs. The conclusion in this study is that there are still many farmers who do not take part in the BPJS Employment Program. As well as the lack of awareness from farmers about the benefits of Employment BPJS for them in the event of a work accident. Keywords: Employment BPJS, Welfare, Labor, Farmers

Abstract

Dalam Perkembangan zaman, sektor asuransi di Indonesia terus meningkat, tapi banyaknya Perusahaan jasa Asuransi menimbulkan persaingan dalam memperebutkan para nasabah, agar perusahaan tidak kehilangan kepercaan dan loyalitas nasabah, Perusahaan dan agen perlu menerapkan strategi pemasaran untuk  mempertahankan kepercayaan yang lebih tinggi dari nasabah dalam perlindungan dan jaminan asuransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi Kompetensi Agen asuransi dalam meningkatkan pemasaran dan mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Chubb Life Insurance Cabang Medan dan kelemahannya dalam menghadapi kesempatan dan ancaman dari  strategi pemasaran asuransi pada Perusahaan asuransi. Contoh penelitian ini mengadopsi strategi efektif yang memaksimalkan kekuatan dan peluang perusahaan serta meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman dengan menggunakan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi yang digunakan oleh para agen PT. Chubb Life Insurance Cabang Medan adalah strategi integrasi horizontal, pelayanan yang baik, efisiensi biaya dan penggunaan teknologi tinggi dalam sistem pembayaran dan sistem pemesanan produk asuransi. Semua ini harus ditujukan untuk kepuasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran agen dan mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah kepada PT. Chubb Life Insurance Cabang Medan.
