Abstract

Abstract - Websites are widely employed in its use as a way of delivering targeted information, such as the use of websites in government organizations aimed at distributing integrated information. The information will be published on the official government website so that the public may obtain all vital government information. Researchers picked online media websites because Bogor Regency is highly active and constant in distributing information in the form of increasingly diverse material every day. The purpose of this research is to define the Bogor Regency Government's plan for administering the bogorkab.go.id website. The website is an attempt to address public information demands, particularly those of the Bogor Regency government. The reference concept employed refers to the components that must be addressed in identifying the major message that government agencies aim to transmit through their social media initiatives, namely: Character, major Purpose, Main Motive, Main Story, and Details. The results indicated that in a month, this one regional apparatus website could post more than 140 materials regarding the Regent's operations and policies in the form of YouTube videos, pictures, and COVID-19 infographics, which were also shared on social media. The uploaded news material also demonstrates that the information given by Bogor Regency as the Regent's centralized official media is simple to grasp and diverse from numerous views, fields, and concerns in the Bogor Regency region. Abstract

Tahu Sumedang merupakan produk gastronomi khas yang merepresentasikan identitas budaya dan potensi ekonomi Kabupaten Sumedang. Namun, industri Tahu Sumedang yang didominasi oleh UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan berupa pola komunikasi dan pemasaran yang cenderung konservatif serta belum optimal memanfaatkan media digital. Kondisi ini membatasi peran Tahu Sumedang sebagai instrumen gastrodiplomasi daerah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan kompetensi komunikasi digital pengrajin Tahu Sumedang melalui pendampingan komunikasi digital inovatif untuk mendukung penguatan gastrodiplomasi Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif berbasis komunitas yang dilaksanakan secara bertahap, meliputi pemetaan awal kompetensi komunikasi digital, literasi gastrodiplomasi, pendampingan digital storytelling, aktivasi media digital, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kapasitas pengrajin dalam memaknai komunikasi digital tidak hanya sebagai sarana promosi, tetapi sebagai media pembentukan narasi, identitas, dan citra gastronomi daerah. Pengrajin mulai mampu menyusun cerita produk yang menonjolkan nilai tradisi, keaslian, dan identitas lokal, serta mengelola komunikasi digital secara lebih konsisten. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi literasi digital, narrative persuasion, dan brand trust memperkuat komunikasi digital sebagai instrumen gastrodiplomasi berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Humor is a powerful communication tool that goes beyond entertainment to build emotional connection, ease tension, and increase message effectiveness. In today’s digital era, it has become a strategic means of capturing attention, shaping perceptions, and sustaining engagement across social media platforms. This study examines the role of humorous content in enhancing audience engagement and strengthening media credibility on the Instagram account @simamaungcom, an independent platform focused on the Persib Bandung supporter community. Using qualitative content analysis of 24 humorous posts uploaded between January and March 2025, the findings indicate that humor significantly increases interaction and meets the audience’s affective, social, and cognitive needs, consistent with the Uses and Gratifications Theory. Two primary forms of humor, identification and clarification, contribute to humanizing communication, simplifying complex football-related information, and reinforcing solidarity within the Bobotoh community. In the context of high social media use and a strong culture of humor among supporters, these results demonstrate that humor functions not only as an entertainment medium but also as an element that supports collective identity formation, sustains emotional closeness, and reduces tension during periods of poor team performance. These findings offer valuable insights for digital media practitioners in designing effective humor strategies to enhance engagement, strengthen audience relations, and uphold credibility within the dynamic environment of sports communication.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how social media Instagram that tourism industry players, and the tourists use during the pandemic, can be utilized as a promotion tool so that more people will be interested in traveling again, especially in the era of the new normal. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type and data collection techniques carried out through in-depth interviews with one key informant, non-participant observation, and document study. The results show that in carrying out its promotion, Glamping Ciwidey utilizes some features of social media Instagram and emphasizes certain content to attract the attention of their target audiences. In modifying the audiences’ behavior, they optimize the ability of the influencer that was involved in building brand awareness and the interest of tourists’ attraction and maximizing the features of posting and reposting content from the influencers also visitors through Insta Story and Instagram Feeds. In providing the information such as product knowledge and persuading the audiences to be interested in visiting, they utilize some of Instagram’s features and emphasize the digital content creation, such as activities and the view around there, the implementation of health protocol, infographic, and repost content. Abstract

This study aims to examine the legal certainty of ownership of works produced by artificial intelligence (AI), specifically ChatGPT, from the perspective of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The main focus of this research is to answer the question of whether works produced by AI can be copyrighted and to identify the legal challenges arising from the absence of explicit regulations in the Indonesian positive legal system. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statute approach and analysis of primary and supplementary legal materials. The study's findings indicate that, to date, there are no national regulations explicitly governing copyright recognition for works produced autonomously by AI systems. Based on the provisions of Article 1 number 3 of Law Number 28 of 2014, works must arise from human intellectual ability, therefore, AI products do not qualify as works potentially entitled to copyright protection. Therefore, legal reformulation through regulatory updates is needed to provide legal certainty and address challenges in the digital era, as well as prevent potential disputes in the national creative industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi konsep restorative justice dalam penanganan pecandu dan korban penyalahgunaan narkotika di Kabupaten Buleleng serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaanya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan sifat deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan fokus pada institusi Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, dan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan penentuan subjek penelitian melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang diproleh selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi restorative justice dalam penanganan perkara Kata Kunci: Restorative justice, Narkotika, Pecandu, Rehabilitasi, Penegakan Hukum

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to convey information from the Semarang City government to the public based on the sources used, relevant to people's lives, delivery of information based on the latest facts and accountable information, proximity to the community, and the use of the 5W + 1H formula. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that the Semarang City Government used YouTube and vlogs as a medium for delivering information to the public by creating vlog content "Yossie-Dani." There are several tricks in the vlog, such as utilizing the blooper concept, giving style editing in the form of sound effects and text effects. There are several news values in the Yossie-Dani vlog, namely popular sources, relevant to people's lives, delivery of information based on the latest facts and accountable information, proximity to the community, and the use of the 5W + 1H formula. By creating digital creative ideas in communicating, closeness will be built with the public so as to increase customer engagement with positive values.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara penyampaian informasi pemerintah Kota Semarang kepada publik berdasarkan narasumber yang digunakan, relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat, penyampaian informasi berdasarkan fakta terbaru dan informasi dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, jarak kedekatan dengan masyarakat, serta penggunaan rumus 5W+1H. Penelitian ini   menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Pemerintah Kota Semarang menggunakan youtube dan vlog sebagai media penyampaian informasi kepada publik, dengan membuat konten vlog “Yossie-Dani”. Ada beberapa trik dalam vlog tersebut seperti, memanfaatkan konsep blooper, memberikan style editing berupa sound effect dan text effect. Ada beberapa nilai berita di vlog Yossie-Dani, yaitu narasumber yang populer, relevan dengan kehidupan masyarakat, penyampaian informasi berdasarkan fakta terbaru dan informasi dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, jarak kedekatan dengan masyarakat, serta penggunaan rumus 5W+1H. dengan menciptakan ide-ide kreatif digital dalam melakukan komunikasi, maka akan terbangun kedekatan dengan publik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan customer engagement yang bernilai positif.

Abstract

Social media provides almost unlimited connection opportunities. Organizational public relations place social media as a platform for carrying out public communication and strategic communication. Determining how to approach and forge relationship between the institution and the community is a strategic communication that the organization needs to put forward. Perum Peruri as the Money Printing Public Company of the Republic of Indonesia manages Instagram social media as part of the effort to communicate with the public. This study aims to see and describe how is Peruri's public relations strategy to utilize Instagram as a means of communication with the public. This research focuses on activities carried out in digital media; characteristics of digital media use; and strategic planning for communicating with the public. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The research took place for three months from October to December 2021. Data of the research was collected through an interview with Yahdi Lil Ihsan as the Secretariat, Protocol and Corporate Communication Bureau of Peruri, and observations through social media monitoring. The results of the study show that the Management of Instagram social media by Peruri aims to build an image as digital security with guaranteed product authenticity and safety.  Peruri's PR uses social media as its strategy for communicating with the public. The strategy comprises five stages including mapping the institution's image in the eyes of the public, conducting editorial planning, collecting data to create content, distributing content through Instagram social media, and evaluating (monitoring).

Abstract

Corruption is a big challenge in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research aims to determine the role of organizational communication carried out by the Head of Haurgeulis Village in providing anti-corruption services that support SDGs 16, which focuses on peace, justice and strong institutions. The research method is qualitative with a case study approach in Haurgeulis Village, West Java. The results show that effective communication by the Village Head is crucial in increasing transparency, community participation, information accessibility and responsiveness of public services. Transparency is achieved through periodic financial reports, open meetings, and publication of documents that can be accessed by village residents. Community participation is increased by active involvement in decision making through working groups and discussion forums. Accessibility of information increases through notice boards, social media and village apps, enabling residents to better understand their rights and obligations. The responsiveness of public services can be seen from the Village Head's ability to respond quickly to complaints and input. The study also found that information and communication technology, such as village applications, websites and social media, contributed greatly to communication. This technology accelerates the dissemination of information and responses to public input. Dialogue forums between the village government are effective in discussing important issues, formulating policies and solving common problems. In conclusion, Village Head communication is the key to strengthening transparent and accountable village governance and supporting sustainable development. Good communication creates an environment that supports peace, justice and strong institutions in line with SDG target 16.
