Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide solutions to problems in RPTRA in the form of RPTRA management information systems and provide information technology training in the form of RPTRA website management. The problem in the management of RPTRA so far is that there has been no integrated data, both data on guest visits, activity agendas, and events carried out by RPTRA and external parties that use the Annur RPTRA land. The main problems related to digital infrastructure at RPTRA Annur are the availability of access to digital information such as the use of devices for digital learning for children, access to information and online registration of activities, communication and coordination between RPTRA managers and the community. The expected result in Community Service at RPTRA Annur is to make a product in the form of an RPTRA website profile that contains an agenda of activities and events, and a guest visit book that uses land at RPTRA. In addition, with this digital transformation activity, RPTRA managers also gain increased knowledge in using the Canva application for the learning process carried out.

Abstract

Background: The prevention of low back pain (LBP) is a complex issue that necessitates a multifaceted approach, as highlighted by the literature reviewed. The interplay between psychological, physical, and social factors is crucial in understanding LBP and developing effective prevention strategies. (Brandt, 1998) emphasized the significance of psychological evaluations in physical therapy, noting that psychological factors can greatly influence rehabilitation outcomes. Literature Review: Collectively, these articles illustrate the evolving understanding of LBP prevention, emphasizing the necessity of integrating psychological assessments, diverse treatment modalities, and workplace interventions into comprehensive management strategies. The findings underscore the importance of tailored approaches that consider individual patient characteristics, the multifactorial nature of LBP, and the role of education in empowering patients to engage in preventive measures. Conclusion: In conclusion, the prevention of low back pain requires a comprehensive, biopsychosocial approach that integrates psychological evaluations, diverse physical interventions, and workplace modifications. The literature demonstrates that effective prevention strategies must be personalized and adaptable to individual needs, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes and reduce the economic burden associated with LBP.

Abstract

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a serious complication that can occur in individuals who have diabetes. This disease affects the blood vessels in the retina, a part of the eye that is important for vision. Early detection of DR is key to preventing further complications and saving the patient’s vision. The goal of Diabetic Retinopathy Debrecen Data Set Analysis is to get the best, most accurate results for medical professionals to receive appropriate Diabetic Retinopathy Debrecen prediction results through the stages of data collection, evaluation, and classification.   Data is collected from existing secondary sources, then assessed using a deep neural network algorithm with various variations. The classification algorithm in this research uses the Python programming language to measure accuracy, F1-Score, precision, recall, and ROC AUC. The test results show that the accuracy of the deep neural network algorithm is 79.94%, the F1 score reaches 79.16%, the precision is 79.58%, the recall is 79.60%, and the AUC is 79.56%. Thus, based on this research, the deep neural network data mining technique with variations of the four hidden layer encoder-decoder, sigmoid activation function, Adam optimizer, learning rate 0.001, and dropout 0.2 is proven to be effective. When compared with other variations   such as decoder-encoder, 3-8 hidden layers, learning rate 0.1 and 0.01, the average difference in values between this variation and the others is 0.07% accuracy, 2.03% F1 score, 0.25% precision, 0.80% recall, and 0.90% AUC. Therefore, the deep neural network algorithm with the variation used shows significant dominance compared to other variations.Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a serious complication that can occur in individuals who have diabetes. Abstract

Standard Marine Communication Phrase (SMCP) is compulsory to be used onboard vessels by all seafarers worldwide, and it has been mandatory by International Maritime Organization (IMO). This research employs a qualitative method, and collecting the data is done by SMCP documents analysis in the context of onboard and external communication, administering open-ended questionnaires, conducting interviews, and recording. From the study, the usage of SMCP for external & internal communication had different numbers. The utilization of SMCP for external communication is 9% optional, 26% for recommend, and 65% mandatory. Moreover, the usage of English in crew radio communication, especially for onboard communication, differs in number. 11% of respondents chose optionally, 41% chose recommended, and 48% chose mandatory. From the finding, it could be summarized that Standard Marine Communication Phrase (SMCP) was rarely used by Indonesian seafarers while working on the bridge. They were reluctant to use the language for some reasons; the crew being fully Indonesian seafarers, lacked awareness of the language and never had any reward or punishment for the one who obeyed/disobeyed the regulation. Besides, they had to memorize every word from the standardized phrases from the SMCP book. Therefore, using SMCP for internal and external onboard communication has become the most crucial priority to avoid accidents and incidents at sea.

Abstract

International Direct Call is a method of shipping containers directly from domestic ports to foreign ports of destination without making any stops at domestic ports. The East Kalimantan region now has an international connection thanks to the International Direct Call from Kariangau Port, managed by PT Pelindo IV and PT Kaltim Kariangau Terminal (KKT). The introduction of direct calls through the Port of Balikpapan has boosted the economy of East Kalimantan and its environs on a broader scale. One is lessening planned operations expenses for USD 300-500 for each compartment and decreasing the span of ware shipments to various commodity objective nations. This research focuses on the development and management of international direct calls, as well as the threats and roles of related institutions at the Kariangau port in Balikpapan. Using qualitative descriptive analysis, the researchers collected data through in-depth interviews and direct field observations. It is known from this research that: It has been demonstrated that Pelindo IV's International Direct Call program improves the time and cost efficiency of export activities. For instance, exports to China now take just 16 days instead of the previous 24 days, exports to Japan now take 18 days instead of the previous 28 days, and exports to Korea now take 17 days instead of the previous 26 days. Additionally, the expense per holder has been diminished radically, from arriving at IDR 4 million for each compartment to just around IDR 792 thousand for every compartment. According to Pelindo IV's calculations, the export time to Shanghai, China, will be reduced from 25 to 30 days for direct calls from Balikpapan to 9 days. The port of Kariangau, Balikpapan, has become a world-class pioneer in the New Capital Region thanks to this remarkable achievement.

Abstract

The research was carried out descriptively quantitatively, with a questionnaire instrument on a sample of millennials in the city of Lhokseumawe. The results of respondents' perceptions show that the law and the meaning of market demand are still low. Likewise, regarding the meaning and law of bidding, around 30% still do not understand it exactly. Regarding the theory about setting and changing commodity prices, 52% understand it and the rest don't understand it and don't bother about it. In general, the elasticity of demand and supply for the price of goods is still more than 40%, which is not yet understood precisely. The results of quantitative analysis using a statistical test approach explain that there is no significant influence between the elasticity of demand and supply on price variables.
