Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Gumul. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Gumul, Karangnongko, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 1 Gumul yang berjumlah 8 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes dan non tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh: (1) Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar sebelum dilakukan penelitian yaitu 70,27 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 42,50%, kemudian dilakukan tindakan siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 75,23 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 50%, dan setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar lebih meningkat menjadi 80,23 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar 75%; (2) Penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan persentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu 60,60% pada siklus I dengan kriteria “tinggi” dan meningkat menjadi 75% pada siklus II dengan kriteria “sangat tinggi”. Berdasarkan hasil di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III Semester I di SD Negeri 1 Gumul, Karangnongko, Klaten, Jawa Tengah tahun pelajaran 2021/2022Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning; Hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Kramat 2 muatan pelajaran IPA. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPA menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN Kramat 2 dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siklus dimana terdapat satu kali pertemuan kegiatan pembelajaran pada tiap siklusnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kriteria keberhasilan penelitian yang ditetapkan untuk hasil belajar siswa adalah 75 untuk skala penilaian 1-100 sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal muatan pelajaran IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA, keaktifan siswa meningkat berdasarkan data observasi yang diperoleh dari observer. Kemudian hasil belajar siswa yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini juga mengalami peningkatan tiap siklusnya. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pra siklus hanya mencapai 67,9. Setelah diterapkan model PBL pada siklus I rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 77,5 dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,4. Berdasarkan hasil di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V di SDN Kramat 2. Kata kunci: IPA; hasil belajar; Project Based Learning

Abstract

Kabupaten Aceh Singkil merupakan salah satu daerah dari Provinsi Aceh yang memiliki kekayaan budaya cukup kuat. Salah satunya adalah pakaian adat yang dipakai dalam pesta perkawinan Suku Singkil. Makna simbolik pakaian adat Suku Singkil tidak lepas kaitanya dengan nilai agama, norma, dan nilai kehidupan. Untuk itu perlu dikaji bagaimana makna simbolik pakaian adat dalam pesta perkawinan Suku Singkil di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pakaian adat asli dan makna simbolik pakaian adat dalam pesta perkawinan di Suku Singkil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pakaian adat khas Suku Singkil berbentuk jubah berwarna merah dan memiliki kemiripan dengan pakaian orang Arab. Pakaian ini lazim dipakai masyarakat Suku Singkil daerah aliran sungai yaitu Simpang Kanan dan Simpang Kiri. Pakaian untuk mempelai laki-laki disebut dengan pakaian Mempule dan untuk perempuan disebut dengan pakaian Sanggul. Terdapat Jujung Naga dan Bunga Mekhaleh di bagian kepala pengantin pria dimaknai sebagai pelindung dan melambangkan keluarga. Pakaian pengantin perempuan terdiri dari baju kurung dan rok merah, dihiasi emas melambangkan keindahan dan kehormatan. Pakaian adat Batabu dipakai masyarakat Singkil Pesisir dalam acara pernikahan, mirip pakaian adat Sumatera Barat. Pakaian pengantin pria  disebut dengan pakaian Batabu dan pakaian untuk pengantin perempuan disebut dengan pakaian Goyang-goyang. Makna simbolik yang terdapat pada pakaian Batabu dan goyang-goyang memiliki makna keindahan dan kemewahan, kebijaksanaan, dan memiliki jiwa tanggung jawab dalam melindungi. Masyarakat Singkil percaya penggunaan banyak perhiasan berarti mendoakan  kedua pengantin memiliki rezeki berlimpah, layaknya seperti Datuk yang kaya raya.

Abstract

Technology in its development always brings changes to human life, especially in the world of education which will continue to experience changes. This article aims to determine the role of technology in educational media in an uncertain era. So it is hoped that educational technologists will no longer feel doubtful and interested in adapting and being able to take advantage of technology with all its benefits for educational life. The writing of this article uses the literature review method (library research), in which the researcher collects research-related materials from books, journals, scientific articles, literature and news from the mass media by describing and describing the data. Based on this discussion, it can be concluded that educational technology was created to solve learning problems by facilitating and providing new alternatives and innovations in the world of education. That way educational technology can make it easier to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Mass communication is communication that involves the production and distribution of messages continuously (continuously) which are widespread so that they are accepted by individuals in society, based on existing technology and institutions. One of the mass communication forms of production and distribution that is most accepted by society is film. . Films are loved by all ages, in Indonesia films are currently experiencing quite rapid progress, one of which is the drama genre film, namely the film Miracle In Cell No.7. The film Miracle In Cell No.7 is a family film that contains many moral messages that can be used as life lessons for viewers, especially parents and children. Therefore, the focus of the research is to analyze the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth through the moral messages implied by the scenes, settings and characters presented in the film Miracle In Cell No.7. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The object in this research is a scene that contains a moral message between children and their parents and the surrounding environment in the film Miracle in Cell 7. The results of this research can be concluded that in the film Miracle in Cell 7, which lasts 2 hours 25 minutes, using Indonesian, 12 scenes were found. there are 12 denotation sentences, 12 connotation sentences, 11 myth sentences and 12 moral message contents.Abstrak: Komunikasi massa adalah komunikasi yang melibatkan produksi dan distribusi pada pesan secara terus menerus (kontiniyu) yang bersifat meluas sehingga diterima oleh individu dalam masyarakat, berdasarkan teknologi dan lembaga yang ada, salah satu komunikasi massa yang bersifat produksi dan distribusi yang paling diterima oleh masyarakat adalah film. Film sangat banyak disukai oleh seluruh usia, di Indonesia saat ini film sedang mengalami kemajuan yang cukup pesat, salah satunya adalah film yang bergenre drama yaitu film Miracle In Cell No.7. film Miracle In Cell No.7 merupakan film keluarga yang terdapat banyak pesan moral yang bisa dijadikan pelajaran hidup bagi para penonton terutama bagi orang tua dan anak. Oleh sebab itu, fokus penelitiannya adalah menganalisis pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi dan mitos melalui pesan moral yang tersirat dari adegan, latar, serta tokoh yang disuguhkan dalam film Miracle In Cell No.7. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini merupakan adegan atau Scene yang terdapat pesan moral anak dengan orang tua dan lingkungan sekitarnya film Miracle in Cell 7. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pada film Miracle in Cell 7 yang berdurasi 2 jam 25 menit detik menggunakan bahasa Indonesia ditemukan 12 scene tersebut yang terdapat 12 kalimat denotatsi, 13 kalimat konotasi, 11 kalimat mitos dan 12 isi pesan moral.

Abstract

This study aims to determine mathematics learning motivation of elementary school students’ at Mangki Village, Cempa District, Pinrang Regency. This is descriptive research with quantitative approach. Population in this study is all of elementary school students at Mangki Village as many as 141 students and 59 students as sample. Research instrument was questionnaire with 36 statements adapted from ARCS questionnaire by Keller. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics. Result of data analysis showed the largest percentage of students’ mathematics learning motivation was 50,85% and belongs to high motivation category. It can be concluded that mathematics learning motivation of elementary school students’ at Mangki Village in high category.

Abstract

Media relations in Central Aceh between the Tourism Office and journalists are a central point for increasing the promotion of tourism destinations in 2022 in Central Aceh Aceh Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. As a tourist area, information is important, one of which is delivered through social media in the form of online, audio/video, and printed information. Therefore, a strategy is needed for approaching relations with the mass media, such as journalists, media entrepreneurs, professional associations of journalists, and associations of media entrepreneurs. In the study of media relations, at least some of the commonly used strategies are known: Press Tours, Media Gatherings, Press releases, Press conferences, Press Receptions, Press Relations, and Media Events. The last part is the evaluation of the practice of media relations strategy. Evaluations aim to analyze whether the strategy used is applicable and followed by the increase in tourist numbers. On the other hand, to reveal if tourists receive information from the mass media or social media, which has been growing rapidly recently in the country. The presence of digital technology helps facilitate official relations with media actors. The presence of various image, text, and video-sending applications makes this relationship should be easier. As a result, the target of bringing in more and more tourists was achieved. In this context, the Central Aceh Tourism Office has used a media relations strategy, but it has not been maximized due to the limited budget available in the 2022 Central Aceh Regional Budget.

Abstract

Equitable distribution of information development in Indonesia aims to expand access to information and support equitable development for all levels of society. This is important to ensure prosperity, welfare, and social justice for the people. The transformation of mass communication in the digital era demands good, appropriate, and useful policies and regulations. One of the important policies is the change from Analog TV broadcasting to Digital TV in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This change reflects a significant transformation in the world of broadcasting, following the development of information and communication technology. Digitalization has changed the way information is delivered, received, and consumed, having a major impact on mass communication practices. This transformation opens up new opportunities but also presents great challenges, especially in the outermost, remote, and frontier (3T) regions. Equal Access to Information and Communication (PARI) is a priority in this policy. Although the internet has become part of human rights, there are still villages that have not yet been reached by broadband internet. Low internet speeds are a major problem. The process of switching from Analog to Digital TV aims to optimize limited frequencies, improve broadcast quality, and ensure interference-resistant broadcast stability. For this reason, further investment in digital infrastructure is needed, especially in the 3T region.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to describe the change process in schools participating in the Program Sekolah Penggerak (PSP). The study adopts Michael Fullan's educational change theory framework, covering the stages of initiation, implementation, and continuity of change. Qualitative descriptive research methods are considered relevant to explore the perceptions of principals and teachers at Program Sekolah Penggerak regarding the stages of educational change in schools through PSP. Data were obtained through surveys, interviews, observations, and focus group discussions from six schools at Barru Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The results showed that most participants considered PSP a relevant innovation and was supported by various parties, such as internal schools, local governments, and local communities. This support facilitated the successful implementation of the program despite challenges, such as increased teacher workloads and inadequate infrastructure. At the continuity stage, the program was considered to have a significant positive impact on school management, teacher mindsets, and the quality of student learning. Participants also showed enthusiasm for continuing the program. In conclusion, PSP has brought significant changes to schools in Barru Regency. However, long-term success requires ongoing support from various parties and strict monitoring to ensure that the program has a significant and sustainable impact on the quality of the process and student learning outcomes. These findings provide several important implications for the program's sustainability, particularly in ensuring the sustainability of education transformation in Indonesia. Keywords: Education Change, Sekolah Penggerak, Education Transformation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' learning process and activity through the applying of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The focus of the research is the focus of the learning process and the focus of activeness. This research was carried out at UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare for the 2024/2025 school year with the subject of this study, namely 1 class teacher and 30 students consisting of 15 male and 15 female. The research was carried out in two cycles, each of which consisted of two meetings which included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection techniques used are process observation, active observation, and documentation. The data was analyzed using data condensation techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. In the first cycle, the results of the study showed that the learning process of teacher and student activities was in the category Enough (C). Then, the students' learning activity is at a moderate qualification level. The second cycle shows that the learning process of teacher and student activities is in the Good (B). Then, the students' learning activity is at a high qualification level. So it can be concluded that by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in the subject of Pancasila Education, it can improve the learning process and learning activity of students in class V UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare.
