Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach focused on continuous quality improvement through the involvement of all organizational components. In the educational context, school principals play a strategic role in implementing TQM principles to improve educational quality. This study aims to describe the implementation of TQM in school leadership and analyze its impact on educational quality at SDN Serang 15. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The results show that TQM implementation is carried out through participatory quality-based planning, implementation of quality improvement programs such as academic supervision, teacher development, and learning innovation, as well as continuous evaluation for improvement. The impact includes improved teacher performance, enhanced learning quality, and the development of a positive and quality-oriented school culture. Therefore, the implementation of TQM in school leadership significantly contributes to improving educational quality in primary schools.

Abstract

The publication of scientific articles in Science and Technology Index (SINTA)-accredited journals is an important indicator in measuring the academic productivity of lecturers, students, and researchers in Indonesia. Although the number of accredited journals continues to increase, the acceptance rate of articles still faces various challenges, including low manuscript quality, lack of research novelty, methodological weaknesses, and inconsistencies between the articles' focus and scope and the intended journal. This study aims to analyze and synthesize various strategies for writing scientific articles that increase the likelihood of publication in SINTA-accredited journals. The study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Data were obtained from scientific articles published in the 2021–2025 period through the Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, Crossref, and ResearchGate databases. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using content analysis and thematic analysis techniques. The study results indicate that the success of scientific article publication is influenced by several key factors, namely the ability to identify research gaps and research novelty, the preparation of informative titles and abstracts, the development of an introduction based on the research problem, the use of a strong and transparent methodology, the preparation of critical results and discussions, and the use of up-to-date and relevant references. Furthermore, the ethical use of technologies such as Mendeley, Zotero, Publish or Perish, VOSviewer, Grammarly, and generative artificial intelligence has been proven to improve the quality and efficiency of the scientific article writing process. This study concludes that successful publication in SINTA-accredited journals requires a combination of research quality, the authors' academic competence, the use of supporting technology, and an understanding of the editorial and peer-review processes. The findings of this study are expected to serve as guidelines for lecturers, students, and researchers to improve the quality of scientific articles and enhance opportunities for publication in reputable national journals.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the ongoing need to enhance the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism to support student academic achievement at State Elementary School (SD Negeri) Kartasana 2. Identified issues include suboptimal instructional innovation, limited variety in teaching methods, and a need to strengthen the principal's role in fostering a creative and professional learning culture. The study aims to analyze the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism in improving student achievement through instructional innovation at the school. A qualitative approach utilizing a case study method was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and subsequently processed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the principal's leadership plays a pivotal role in providing direction, guidance, and motivation, while also encouraging teachers to develop instructional innovations. Teacher professionalism is demonstrated through lesson planning, the use of diverse teaching methods and media, and the evaluation of learning processes. These innovations have positively impacted student engagement and academic achievement. In conclusion, the quality of educational leadership and teacher professionalism, supported by instructional innovation, contributes significantly to improving student academic achievement.

Abstract

Improving primary education quality requires adequate facilities, a positive school culture, and strong teacher work motivation. This study examines the role of facilities and infrastructure and school culture in improving educational quality through teacher work motivation at SD Negeri Banjarwangi, Pandeglang Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed with purposively selected informants, including the school principal, teachers, and school supervisor. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data trustworthiness was ensured through source and technique triangulation and member checking. The findings reveal that basic educational facilities support learning activities, although limitations remain in digital facilities, instructional media, library resources, and supporting facilities. School culture is reflected in religious values, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, integrity, environmental awareness, and character-building practices. Teacher work motivation is influenced by intrinsic factors, such as professional responsibility and commitment, and extrinsic factors, including leadership support, a supportive work environment, appreciation, professional development opportunities, and available facilities. These factors encourage effective resource utilization, instructional creativity, and improved educational services. The study concludes that educational quality is enhanced through the synergy of facilities, school culture, and teacher motivation, with motivation functioning as a connecting mechanism. The study contributes a qualitative explanation of this integrative mechanism in a public primary school context.

Abstract

Sistem pengidentifikassian kelayakan penerima kredit investasi pada BPD Bank Aceh terhadap para penerimanya masih dilakukan secara manual pada setiap prosesnya, yang terdiri dari proses mengajuan, penyeleksian berkas, wawancara, pengobservasian terhadap calon Nasabah masih dilakukan secara manual.Untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, maka dibuatlah suatu sistem pengelompokan pengidentifikasian penerima Kredit Investasi dengan data mining menggunakan metode K-Nearest Neighbor untuk mengidentifikasi objek atau individu yang serupa dengan memperhatikan beberapa kriteria. Dengan demikian hasil pengelompokan  yang telah dirancang dapat membantu pihak BPD Bank Aceh dalam proses penidentifikasian penerima Kredit Investasinya berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan sehingga pengelompokan dan pengambilan keputusan dapat dilakukan secara lebih cepat,tepat, dan akurat serta terhindar dari kesalahan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komputer pada saat ini memberikan dampak yang besar dalam penyampaian informasi, sedangkan keamanan data menjadi salah satu apek yang sangat penting dalam sistem informasi saat ini. Toko baju family menggunakan teknologi komputer dalam melakukan proses transaksi penjualan sehingga setiap transaksi yang dilakukan tersimpan dalam bentuk data penjualan. Pada permasalahan yang dibahas, dengan menerapkan Perancangan Aplikasi Keamanan Data salah satunya dengan menggunakan algoritma RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) dalam mengamankan data penjualan. Dengan mengamankan data penjualan bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai dalam mengamankan data penjualannya. Hasil penelitian merupakan terciptanya sebuah aplikasi Pengamanan Data dengan Algoritma RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) yang dapat membantu pegawai dalam mengamankan data penjualan yang berada pada Toko Baju Family.
