<![CDATA[Literasi digital merupakan salah satu literasi baru yang sangat diperlukan dalam era teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang perkembangannya begitu pesat saat ini. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, ‘literasi digital’ didefinisikan sebagai serangkaian keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan teknologi dan bagaimana mengevaluasi informasi yang disajikan melalui teknologi tersebut. Keterampilan ini mencakup keterampilan literasi tradisional – membaca, menulis, mendengar, berbicara – dan juga literasi lainnya seperti literasi informasi, literasi media, dan literasi penggunaan perangkat teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus berdasarkan pertimbangan bahwa desain ini mampu mengarahkan peneliti pada pengambilan kesimpulan yang holistik dan mendalam karena terfokus pada satu subyek penelitian dan digunakannya teknik pengumpulan data multi-metode untuk proses trianggulasi. Desain studi kasus ini mampu mengarahkan peneliti untuk mengkaji fenomena-fenomena yang muncul dalam proses pembelajaran secara detail karena penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam setting yang natural. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui obsservasi, dokumen pembelajaran, termasuk didalamya hasil tugas yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa, dan juga artifak pembelajaran. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif yang disusun secara tematis dan sistematis sehingga temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dipercaya dan dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital yang mencakup antara lain: menentukan media yang dipergunakan untuk menyelesaikan tugas; mencari sumber referensi yang tepat dalam menggunakan berbagai informasi untuk penyelesaian tugas. mengevaluasi realibilitas atau keabsahan informasi; menganalisis, menafsirkan, dan menggunakan berbagai informasi dan media untuk mengkomunikasikan ide/gagasan melalui teks multimodal; menggunakan teknologi digital dengan cara yang aman dan bertanggung jawab secara sosial; mengelola menyelesaikan masalah ynag berkenaan dengan komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. menggunakan informasi dan media secara etis; menerapkan informasi untuk merancang representasi diri dalam mengkomunikasikan pengetahuan secara efektif kepada orang lain; mengembangkan kemampuan dalam pemecahan masalah dan merefleksikan keterampilan teknologi, dan menggunakan berbagai perangkat teknologi untuk membuat informasi digital.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 outbreak has had a negative impact on all sectors in the world, including Indonesia. The MSME business and also startups are among those affected. Significant impacts, such as decreased sales, reduction of employees, and losses to cover operating costs. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the sectors most vulnerable to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic. Currently, the MSME sector is considered to be no longer able to become one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy, such as during the 1998 and 2008 economic and financial crises. mats, and large companies that have to downsize the number of employees so that there are massive layoffs, the worst impact that occurs is an increase in divorce rates due to reduced income in households. This must be an important concern for the community to creatively create new business opportunities amid the COVID19 pandemic. Changes in people's buying behavior from buying directly to traders to buying online can be an opportunity to make changes in the economic sector. E-commerce companies in Indonesia recorded an increase in sales volume with more and more people implementing physical distancing in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak. The government has also started to look at the e-commerce sector as a solution to overcoming the tax deficit due to the economic slowdown. Digital commerce has a very good opportunity in the midst of a pandemic which demands that people carry out social distancing, and opens opportunities for anyone to open new businesses after the pandemic. A digital startup company is a business that has just been established and is growing supported by digital services and still needs a lot of funding to operate with a minimalist work group. In Indonesia, there are currently many young entrepreneurs emerging to create startup businesses that have unlimited innovation and creativity. Based on the previous description, in community service activities with the community empowerment program scheme, it is intended to hold training and mentoring activities for MSMEs or people who already have business products to be able to build startup companies.]]>

<![CDATA[TPQ Imam Syafi'I is one of TPQs that has a manual management and learning process, both from the student registration process which still using forms and attendance reports. The student learning outcomes are reported by the teacher and submitted to the administrator to be reported to the head of TPQ with the data obtained. The data obtained are stored in a record book or the form of a digital file in a spreadsheet which can allow for errors in entering data. Based on this problem, TPQ Imam Syafi'i Banjarmasin Management Information System was created based on a Web that uses PHP as a programming language and Laravel for the framework. With the final results obtained from this web system, there are four types of users as follows; Head of TPQ, Administrator, Teacher, and Student (Student Guardian)]]>

<![CDATA[Typhoid fever is an acute systemic infectious disease caused by Salmonella typhi. According to the world health organization (WHO) 2003, is predicted there are about 17 million cases of typhoid fever in the entire world with incidence 600,000 cases of deaths every year. In Indonesia, is predicted there are about 900.000 cases with incidence >20.000 cases of deaths every year. The diagnosis of typhoid fever is done clinically and by laboratory examination especially by serodiagnostic test. Various serodiagnostic test that used to detect IgM anti Salmonella typhi are TUBEX TF and ELISA. The present study was aimed to understand the comparison interpretation TUBEX TF test and ELISA in detect IgM anti Salmonella typhi. This study was observational analysis with cross sectional study design. Sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. The total sample were 44 samples all examined with the TUBEX TF and ELISA. Research results showed that 24 samples (54.5%) were positive and 20 samples (45.5%) were negative with TUBEX TF examination, while 6 samples (13.6 %) were positive and 38 samples (86.4%) were negative with ELISA examination. Statistical analysis from Mc Nemar test showed that the two instruments differ significantly (p=0.000) and from Kappa conformity test showed that the conformity of two instruments was low (0.233). Statistical analysis from Spearman correlation test showed that TUBEX TF and ELISA had middleand significant positive correlation (r=0.446; p=0.002). There was still different interpretation between TUBEX TF test and ELISA in detect IgM anti Salmonella typhi.]]>

<![CDATA[The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at public high school (SMA Negeri) 10 OKU. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyakit infeksi masih menjadi penyebab tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian di dunia. Penyakit infeksi dapat disebabkan oleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Salah satu bahan alam yang dapat digunakan sebagai antibakteri adalah daun manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.) karena mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder berupa alkaloid, triterpenoid, flavonoid, tanin dan saponin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol daun manggis terhadap S. aureus dan E. coli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekstraksi maserasi selama 72 jam menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Rancangan yang digunakan berupa Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 kelompok perlakukan dan 2 kontrol (kontrol positif ciprofloxacin dan kontrol negatif aqudes). Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil dari uji bivariat menunjukan terdapatnya perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) zona hambat kelompok perlakuan dengan kontrol positif dan negatif (S. aureus, p-value 0,001 dan E. coli, p-value <0,01). Pada S. aureus didapatkan diameter zona hambat pada 4 kelompok perlakuan. Zona hambat terbesar adalah 17,5 mm pada konsentrasi 100% dan zona hambat terendah adalah 14,5 pada konsentrasi 25%. Pada E. coli diameter zona hambat hanya pada konsentrasi 100% sebesar 2,25 mm. Pada penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun manggis memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri S. aureus dan E. coli.]]>

<![CDATA[In a transition period like now technology is needed in the learning process, teachers must be able to use learning media by utilizing existing technology that makes it easier for students to learn in observations that have been carried out in high school in learning chemistry, it can be seen that during learning the teacher does not use technology in learning. , teachers still use media in the form of textbooks, and give assignments so as to make learning less interesting for students and sometimes make students less understanding of the content of the learning material, the purpose of this research is to analyze the development of web-based learning media google sites developed on subjects chemistry, and the feasibility of the developed google sites web-based learning media. The research and development model of learning media based on the google sites web uses the ADDIE learning model. This study uses non-test instruments, non-test instruments in the form of validation sheets that have met BSNP standards, namely aspects of the feasibility of content, presentation, language and graphics by a four-category scale validator. The results of the feasibility validation show that the development of learning media for google sites on ionic and covalent bonding material is in the feasible category and does not need to be revised with the acquisition of an average content feasibility value of 3.63; language eligibility of 3.85 ; presentation feasibility of 3.87; and the feasibility of the graphic is 3.74.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is due to the low results of science learning on electrical circuit material. This is because there are no teaching aids for electrical circuit material and teachers are not yet innovative. Hence, they still use the lecture method so that students cannot understand science learning in electrical material. This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD IT Ar-Rahman Jati Agung regarding the material on the similarities and differences between series and parallel electrical circuits by utilizing PhET Colorado. The research subjects were 19 grade 6 students at SD IT Ar-Rahman. Data collection techniques use test techniques and observation sheets. The research results show that using PhET Colorado media can improve student learning outcomes. This is proven by using this media, student learning outcomes have improved. The percentage of students who reached the KKM in the pre-cycle was 42.1% to 73.7%. In the second cycle, the percentage of students' KKM achievement was 84.2% with an average score of 81. So here, PhET Colorado media can help improve student learning outcomes.]]>

<![CDATA[As a text, Muslims agree that zakat is a pillar and ritual of Islam that every Muslim is obligated to perform. Nevertheless, as a form of text-ritual, zakat will always be contextualized. He is always tied to the culture of the community where the zakat ritual is performed. That is, the implementation of zakat is very likely to vary, depending on how the meaning of zakat is interpreted and reinterpreted by local communities. The law of zakat is different from other laws of worship, because the nature of the law at this level is flexible, dynamic and elastic in accordance with the development and needs of society (mu'amalah ijtima'iyyah) which is based on normative passages that are general and zanniyyah. This paper seeks to analyze and find applicative ideas about the theory of maslahat and social justice in various concepts of contemporary scholarly thought to then be correlated with the formulation of the development of ijtihad zakat based on maslahat and justice. A number of relevant references are used as sources as well as material for conducting critical analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach so that it can be emphasized the building of ideas and strategic steps to make zakat an Islamic social system that not only touches the question of creed alone, but also the socio-economic welfare of the community as well as the great purpose of zakat sharia.]]>
