Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of competency on the performance of PT employees. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3. Samples were taken from PT. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3 had 48 respondents. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research instrument uses a Likert scale. Data analysis using applications Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. Based on the research results, it is stated that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Micro Banking Cluster Makassar 3.

Thesis for the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervised by Supervisor I M. Hidayat and Supervisor II H. A. Muhiddin Daweng. This research aims to partially and simultaneously examine the influence of conflict and work stress on employee performance at the Bajiminasa Village Office, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 32 employees or officials from Bajiminasa village, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency as respondents in this research. The analysis technique in this research uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear. regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing through the T test and F test. The results of the research show that: 1.) Partially the Conflict variable has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance at the Village Office Bajiminasa, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency. 2.) Partially, the Job Stress variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bajiminasa Village Office, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency. 3.) Simultaneously, the Conflict and Work Stress variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Bajiminasa Village Office, Rilau Ale District, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency in Bone Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed are the results of distributing questionnaires to employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office in Bone Regency with a sample used of 32 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, coefficient analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the regional development agency of Bone Regency with a Significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination test with an R Square value or coefficient of determination of 0.072, and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.830 or with an influence level of 83% and 17% influenced by the limitations of this research model. Based on the results of this study, there is an Influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Bone District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation components on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Mahalona Health Center, Towuti District, East Luwu Regency. The population in this study were 83 employees at the Mahalona Health Center. And this study used a purposive sample sampling technique with certain considerations. Then the sample used was 45 people using the Slovin formula. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of research from data processed using SPSS Version 25 statistical calculations, based on the results of SPSS output partially the results showed that partially the variables of financial compensation and non-financial compensation Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Other results found that the variables of financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation had no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant value for financial compensation of 0.001 < 0.05 and a significant value for non financial compensation of 0,000 < 0.05. Financial compensation and non financial compensation do not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The Gunung Anyar Mangrove Botanical Garden is located on Jalan Medokan Sawah Timur, Segoro Tambak Sedati, Medokan Ayu, Rungkut District, Surabaya City, East Java. The area which has an area of 25 hectares is known as a place for nature conservation, equipped with various supporting facilities, such as a pavilion, fishing pond and jogging track. Various types of mangrove plants and various kinds of wildlife such as long-tailed monkeys, bird species and other animals also provide added value. In its development this area also functions as a tourist place, a means of education and gain knowledge. To maximize its function, this conservation area needs to be continuously maintained, including by replanting mangrove forests. This community service activity aims to support efforts to rehabilitate and improve mangrove ecosystems, increase the participation of the community, local government, and universities in the action of saving the coast in the mangrove botanical garden area of Gunung Anyar Surabaya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of green accounting and environmental performance on company profitability by using good corporate governance as a moderating variable. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for 2017 – 2021. This study used multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method which resulted in 15 companies that were worthy of observation and research. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that green accounting does not have a positive effect on profitability, environmental performance has a positive impact on profitability, good corporate governance does not strengthen green accounting on profitability, and good corporate governance strengthens environmental performance on profitability. The implication of the research is to develop literature on legitimacy theory and stakeholders as well as provide advice to companies, investors regarding the usefulness of implementing green accounting, environmental performance which is supported by the existence of good corporate governance in increasing profitability for corporate sustainability.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh green accounting dan kinerja lingkungan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan dengan menggunakan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) tahun 2017 – 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 15 perusahaan yang layak untuk diamati dan diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menunjukan bahwa, green accounting tidak berpengaruh positif pada profitabilitas, kinerja lingkungan berdampak positif profitabilias, good corporate governance tidak memperkuat green accounting terhadap profitabilitas, dan good corporate governance memperkuat kinerja lingkungan terhadap profitabilitas. Implikasi penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan literatur tentang teori legitimasi dan pemangku kepentingan serta memberikan saran kepada perusahaan, investor tentang kegunaan dalam menerapkan green accounting, kinerja lingkungan yang di dukung dengan adanya good corporate governance dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas bagi keberlanjutan perusahaan.Keywords: Green Accounting; Environmental Performance; Profitability; Good Corporate Governance.

Abstract

Aspal Concrete – Binder Course ( AC-BC ) adalah Lapisan yang berguna untuk meneruskan beban menuju ke pondasi. Untuk meningkatkan sifat fleksibilitas, salah satunya dengan penggunaan Crumb Rubber berasal dari limbah ban ukuran lolos saringan No. 4 (4,75 mm) sebagai bahan Tambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kadar aspal optimum campuran AC-BC dan mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Crumb Rubber dan filler batu laterit terhadap nilai karakteristik Marshall serta nilai kadar optimum penambahan crumb rubber pada campuran AC-BC. Tahapan awal penelitian mencari Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO), kemudian dilakukan penambahan Crumb Rubber kadar 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, dan 8% terhadap total berat benda uji dan filler batu laterit dengan kadar 5 %. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) sebesar 5,4 % dan Nilai stabilitas, VMA, dan MQ tertinggi didapat pada kadar crumb rubber 2 % adalah 1111 kg dan 16,66%, nilai flow tertinggi pada kadar 8 % adalah 13,18 mm, nilai VIM tertinggi pada kadar 4 % adalah 4,96%. Nilai optimum yang dapat digunakan dalam campuran AC-BC adalah 2%. Penggunaan crumb rubber pada campuran AC-BC mampu menahan kelelehan plastis lebih baik dari campuran aspal konvensional.

Abstract

Pekerjaan konstruksi khususnya perkerasan jalan di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur banyak menggunakan material penyusun seperti agregat kasar dan agregat halus yang didatangkan dari luar pulau Kalimantan. Sedangkan Kabupaten Kutai Barat memiliki banyak ketersediaan material lokal berupa agregat kasar dan agregat halus yang sudah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sebagai bahan pembuat beton. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang pemanfaatan material lokal tersebut, yaitu agregat Muara Asa dan Keay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik material lokal Kutai Barat terhadap kuat tekan dan kuat lentur beton normal. Harapannya, penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pengembangan dalam pemanfaatan material lokal di Kalimantan Timur. Benda uji yang digunakan untuk pengujian kuat tekan beton adalah silinder beton dengan ukuran 15 cm ´ 30 cm dan benda uji untuk pengujian kuat lentur beton adalah balok beton dengan ukuran 15 cm ´ 15 cm ´ 60 cm. Pembuatan mix design menggunakan metode SNI 03-2834-2000 dengan umur beton 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kuat tekan variasi batu pecah Muara Asa dan pasir Muara Asa sebesar 11,87 MPa pada umur beton 28 hari serta kuat lentur sebesar 2,838 MPa pada beton umur 28 hari, pada variasi batu pecah Muara Asa dan pasir Keay didapatkan hasil 12,03 MPa dan kuat lentur beton sebesar 3,568 MPa pada beton umur 28 hari.

Abstract

Hasil pembakaran daun bambu akan menghasilkan abu yang mengandung silika (SiO2) yaitu suatu bahan yang juga ada pada semen. Silika berfungsi sebagai pengikat material penyusun beton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik beton yang optimal dengan variasi penambahan abu daun bambu. Beton dirancang dengan mutu beton fc’20 MPa dengan variasi penambahan abu daun bambu 0%, 8%, 12%, dan 16% dari campuran semen. Pengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan pada umur 7 dan 28 hari berbentuk silinder ukuran 10 cm x 20 cm dan pengujian kuat lentur beton dilakukan pada umur 28 hari berbentuk balok ukuran 15 cm x 15 cm x 60 cm. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh bahwa beton yang optimal terdapat pada variasi penambahan abu daun bambu 8% dengan kuat tekan dan kuat lentur beton sebesar 11,51 MPa dan 2,12 MPa

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work conflict and work morale on employee performance at the North Galesong District Office, Takala Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative using simple regression analysis. Research data was obtained from respondents through a questionnaire with 32 employees as respondents. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS 20 program. The research results obtained by the author of the work conflict variable (????1) and employee performance variable (Y) show that the significant value is 0.310 (>0.05). Obtained t table of 2.048 with a t count of 1.035 then (1.035<2.048) with a significant value (0.310>0.05) then it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that the partial (individual) work conflict variable has no significant effect on employee performance and The partial test (t) of the work enthusiasm variable (????2) on employee performance (Y) shows a significant value of 0.015 (<0.05). Obtained a t table of 2.048 with a calculated t of 2.616 so (2.616>2.048) is significant (0.015<0.05) then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the partial (individual) workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value is positive, meaning that the influence that occurs is positive, or can be interpreted as decreasing the workload, which will increase employee performance
