Abstract

AbstractUnder normal circumstances, 90% of the kidneys produce the hormone erythropoietin which has the function of stimulating the spinal cord to produce red blood cells, so that when kidney function decreases, there is a decrease in the production of the hormone erythropoietin which causes the formation of erythrocytes to be disrupted, resulting in a decrease in hemoglobin levels or anemia. The aim of this study was to determine the therapy of anemia in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis and to determine the results of anemia therapy in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at RSUD Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Year 2022. The research was conducted using a retrospective descriptive method by looking at the medical record data of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis who were receiving anemia therapy. The sample in this study amounted to 80 patients. The data were then analyzed descriptively regarding the analysis of anemia therapy in hemodialysis chronic kidney failure patients. The results showed that the hemodialysis hemoglobin level examination found an average of 8.8 g/dL and was included in the range below the normal value of hemoglobin levels. The most use of anemia drug therapy in 2022 for mono therapy is the most PRC Transfusion of 1 mg Folic Acid combination in 39 patients (48.8%). Furthermore, in the combination therapy of anemia with Blood Supplementary Tablets combined with Folic Acid 1 mg in 17 patients (21.3%) and the use of folic acid 1 mg in 24 patients (30.0%).Keywords:  Anemia, Chronic Kidney Failure, Hemodialysis, RSUD Dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara.

Abstract

WHO in its program, namely the Global School Health Initiative seeks to mobilize and strengthen health promotion and education activities in young children. One of the health education programs that could be held in elementary schools is the training of young pharmacists. Little Pharmacist, commonly abbreviated as Apocil, is an idea to introduce the role of the pharmacist profession more clearly from an early age. It is hoped that the presence of this little pharmacist in the future will increase elementary school students' awareness of medication and introduce the pharmacist profession to students and the community.  Student and community knowledge regarding health and medicine is still limited. Medications have an important role in maintaining health, therefore it should be used correctly in order to provide optimal clinical benefits. The purpose of this community service is to train little pharmacists in an effort to use the right medicine and educate healthy, nutritious food for elementary school students in Kemanisan Village. The method used was the Active Individual Learning Method (CBIA), the practice of making powder medicine, and it was evaluated by carrying out DAGUSIBU (get, use, store, and dispose of) mini-games. The media used in this activity are banners, mortar and stamper, and parchment paper. From the results of the activities was found that the students had known the pharmacist role and understood DAGUSIBU as well as education on healthy nutritious food with good results using mini-games. In summary, it can be concluded that the provision of education can increase the knowledge of elementary school students in the village of Kemanisan.

Abstract

Fenomena kaum lesbian, gay, biseksual dan transgender (LGBT) menuai kontroversi sehingga   menimbulkan polemik di masyarakat, lantaran banyaknya pro dan kontra terhadap hal tersebut. Selain itu, orientasi seksual komunitas LGBT tersebut tidak pada umumnya dan tidak lazim di masyarakat kita yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai norma agama, hukum dan budaya. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni tahap pra kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini   diadakan di Panti Asuhan Harapan Kita, Kabupaten   Bone Bolango, Provini Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian,   berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan,   maka diperoleh   hasil penelitian yakni terjadi peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari anak-anak Panti Asuhan Harapan Kita, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, Provinsi Gorontalo dan kegiatan tersebut   berjalan sesuai harapan dan berhasil serta respon positif ditunjukkan oleh para peserta penyuluhan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman secara umum dari 30 peserta sebesar 50 %.

Abstract

This study provides a richer and more holistic view of how Islamic law and local cultural values can be integrated effectively and harmoniously in regulating the lives of heterogeneous Muslim communities. The research method adopted in this study is library research with an integrative and comprehensive literature analysis approach to identify concepts, theories, techniques, and findings that have been put forward by previous researchers regarding the relationship between Islamic law and local wisdom by looking for patterns, similarities, differences, and trends that emerge from the analyzed literature. The results show that Islamic law, through its flexible conceptual framework, facilitates the integration of local cultural values into legal practice, maintaining its relevance in diverse social and cultural contexts. This integration process not only strengthens local cultural identity in the face of globalization but also supports social harmony by defusing cultural conflicts and strengthening community coherence. Furthermore, it creates an inclusive and fair legal system, recognizing and respecting individual diversity. This integration contributes to knowledge development by demonstrating how laws adaptive to cultural contexts can support sustainability and social justice in heterogeneous societies.

Abstract

Rapid changes in educational technology necessitate innovative approaches to sustainable teacher development. However, implementing learning technologies like Cybergogy faces significant challenges due to imbalances in digital pedagogy competencies and motivation among secondary school mathematics teachers. This study aims to cluster mathematics teachers' profiles based on the Cybergogy model's application using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm. The study involved 88 mathematics teachers from various secondary schools in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Clustering results converged at the sixth iteration with an objective function value of 620.006, and an optimal two-cluster structure (PCI = 0.5578). Cluster 1 comprises teachers with high digital competencies and effective use of online learning media in understanding Cybergogy. Conversely, Cluster 2 includes teachers with limited online learning experience and low Cybergogy understanding. These findings highlight the lack of appropriate training efforts to support technology implementation and motivate each cluster based on their unique perceptions of Cybergogy. This study contributes to educational technology by offering insights into how the Cybergogy model can enhance digital learning quality, with long-term implications for teacher competency development and the sustainability of digital education innovation in Indonesia.

Abstract

The fisheries sector represents a key potential in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency, but its utilization has not been optimal due to a lack of coordination and cooperation between regions. This study aims to examine the priority scale of authority in regional regulations related to regional cooperation and their impact on the fisheries sector. Using a qualitative approach through document analysis and interviews, the results indicate that priorities should include interregional cooperation, infrastructure development, fisherman capacity building, and ecosystem protection. Effective implementation requires a systematic approach through communication forums, outreach, institutional strengthening, monitoring, evaluation, and budget support.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan kondisi jangka panjang akibat kerja insulin yang tidak mencukupi atau aktivitas insulin yang tidak adekuat. Penyakit ini berkembang ketika tubuh memproduksi insulin secara berlebihan, sehingga mengganggu fungsi insulin dan menyebabkan sel-sel dalam tubuh menjadi resisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar efek samping obat antidiabetes dengan Kualitas Hidup pasien DM. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan metodologi cross sectional, penelitian observasional dan pengumpulan data kuantitatif. Wawancara langsung dengan responden, kuesioner kualitas hidup dan efek samping digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 100 pasien DM rawat jalan yang  telah meminum antidiabetik oral serta memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 100 responden, 17 orang (17,0%) dengan efek samping obat rendah memiliki kualitas hidup yang rendah 12 orang atau (12,0%), sedang 24 (24,0%) dan dengan kualitas hidup tinggi tidak ada. 41 orang (41,0%) dengan efek samping obat sedang memiliki kualitas hidup rendah 24 (24,0%), sedang 17 (17,0%) dan tinggi tidak ada. Sedangkan efek samping yang tinggi sebanyak 42 ( 42,0 %) dengan kualitas hidup rendah sebanyak 15 (15,0%), sedang 27 (27,0%) dan dengan kualitas hidup tinggi tidak ada. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efek samping yang dialami penderita DM baik ringan, sedang maupun berat sangat signifikan menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien DM.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Tim Dosen Fakultas Hukum Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya pencegahan perkawinan di bawah umur. Melalui kegiatan ini, siswa dapat memahami peran masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam mencegah dan melindungi hak anak dari perkawinan di bawah umur. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pentingnya pencegahan perkawinan di bawah umur. Pemilihan metode penyuluhan hukum dipandang relevan karena mampu menjangkau langsung peserta didik dengan pendekatan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta studi kasus yang berkaitan dengan praktik perkawinan anak di masyarakat. Metode ini juga dilengkapi dengan penyampaian materi berbasis regulasi yang berlaku, seperti Undang-Undang Perkawinan dan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak, sehingga siswa tidak hanya memahami teori tetapi juga aspek normatifnya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih memahami dampak negatif perkawinan anak, baik dari sisi normatif, pendidikan, kesehatan, maupun sosial. Selain itu, mereka juga menyadari pentingnya peran keluarga, sekolah, dan aparat pemerintah dalam mencegah terjadinya praktik tersebut. Kesadaran ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal bagi siswa untuk turut berperan aktif dalam menyuarakan pencegahan perkawinan di bawah umur di lingkungan mereka.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Gorontalo Regency Regional People's Representative Council's (DPRD) oversight of the implementation of the Regional Budget (APBD), using normative and empirical legal methods. Regulatorily, the DPRD possesses formal oversight instruments such as the right of interpellation and working meeting mechanisms. Still, their implementation is often hampered by member capacity, limited resources, local government transparency, and the dominance of political interests. The results of the study indicate that strengthening DPRD capacity, executive transparency, and public participation are crucial to enhancing oversight effectiveness and achieving accountable and responsive regional governance.

Abstract

Many violations of the law and crimes that occur in Indonesia, these violations or crimes can occur because of the lack of legal awareness in themselves. In criminology, crime means certain actions or deeds that are not approved by society. an action or negligence in acting, Seeing cases of traffic violations in the form of illegal racing, basically illegal racing is motorbike racing that is carried out illegally. The vehicles used are also not equipped with safety and security standards, this motorbike racing activity is usually carried out without using driving safety and security standards. This study uses an Empirical legal research method using a legal research method whose empirical facts are taken from human behavior, both verbal behavior obtained from interviews and real behavior carried out through direct observation. Empirical research is also used to observe the results of human behavior in the form of physical remains and archives. The results of the study show; Review of Law No. 22 of 2019 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation The implementation of the law related to illegal racing in Gorontalo City is considered ineffective and not in line with the desired expectations. Although many drivers violate traffic rules and types of vehicles, the police continue to take action in accordance with Law Number 22 of 2019 by providing warnings. If the warning is ignored, violators will be subject to sanctions in accordance with legal provisions. The role of the police is vital in enforcing the law and maintaining public order. They have the responsibility to resolve conflicts or violations in accordance with the provisions of the Police Law as regulated in Law Number 2 of 2002, articles 13, 14, 15, and 16, by maintaining order, ensuring security, providing assistance to the community, and arresting lawbreakers in their area
