Abstract

Agroeduwisata Mulyaharja merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata edukatif berbasis pertanian organik di Kota Bogor yang menggabungkan aspek pendidikan, konservasi, dan rekreasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis Agroeduwisata organik (AEWO) Mulyaharja dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) serta menyusun strategi pengembangan usaha berbasis analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AEWO Mulyaharja telah menerapkan sembilan elemen utama BMC dengan model bisnis berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan pentahelix: komunitas, pemerintah, dunia usaha, akademisi, dan media. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, dirumuskan strategi pengembangan SO, WO, ST, dan WT yang menitikberatkan pada penguatan jejaring, program inovasi edukatif, dan digitalisasi promosi untuk menjawab tantangan penurunan jumlah pengunjung dan keterbatasan sumber daya. AEWO Mulyaharja memiliki potensi sebagai model agroeduwisata berkelanjutan yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar dan berpeluang untuk direplikasi di lokasi lain dengan penyesuaian kontekstual berbasis sumber daya lokal.

Abstract

The horticulture sector is one of the sectors that plays an important role in national economic development. Cikajang District, Garut Regency, is one of the centres of horticultural crop production in West Java due to its favourable geographical conditions. Capital is a common problem for farmers, especially farmers with a small farming scale. One of the reasons is the difficulty of farmers in accessing capital sources. Financial Technology comes as a solution for farmers to facilitate access to capital sources. This study aims to describe and analyse thedirect andindirecteffects of farmers' perceptions and social influence on farm performance through the adoption of financial technology as an intervening variable. The research was conducted in Cikajang District, Garut Regency with 72 farmers as respondents. The research method used was Structural Model Equation - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that farmers' perceptions had no direct effect on improving farm performance, but had an indirect effect on farm performance through the adoption of financial technology. Social influence itself has both a direct and indirect effect on farm performance. The test also found that the adoption of financial technology has a significant effect on farm performance.

Abstract

Agriculture plays a crucial role in the economy of Bandung Regency, particularly in Ciparay and Rancaekek Districts. However, challenges such as land conversion, climate change, and market fluctuations affect agricultural productivity and sustainability. In response, the Bandung Regency Government implemented the Sibedas Farmer Card Program, aimed at improving farmers' welfare through input subsidies and access to agricultural insurance. This study examines the relationship between the Sibedas Farmer Card policy, livelihood capital, coping behavior, and livelihood resilience among rice farmers. A quantitative approach using SEM-PLS was applied, involving 72 rice farmers as respondents. The findings indicate that the Sibedas Farmer Card policy does not significantly influence livelihood capital (β = -0.168, P = 0.135). However, livelihood capital has a significant effect on coping behavior (β = 0.713, P = 0.000) and livelihood resilience (β = 0.346, P = 0.012). Additionally, coping behavior significantly impacts livelihood resilience (β = 0.536, P = 0.000). These results suggest that strengthening livelihood capital enhances farmers' adaptability and resilience. While the program has been implemented, its effectiveness in improving farmers' livelihood capital remains limited. To optimize its impact, policymakers should expand farmers' access to training, technology, and financial support. Therefore, well-directed agricultural policies are essential to enhancing the sustainability of the agricultural sector in Bandung Regency. Abstract

The success of cooperative is the primary goal of every cooperative business entity. One factor that influences this is the active participation of members in the cooperative. The lack of member participation often becomes an issue, even though the success of cooperative greatly depends on the extent of member participation in supporting the activities and operations of the cooperative. This research aims to determine the level of success of the cooperative and the extent to which member participation influences the success uses a survey method involving 73 cooperative members selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the level of member participation falls within the high criteria with a percentage of 78,95%, and the success level of the KSJP cooperative is in the good category with percentage of 79,15%. The independent variables consist of member meetings, capital contributions, cooperative supervision, and service utilization cooperative, while the dependent variable is the success of the cooperative. The research results indicate that the success of the cooperative can be explained by the variables of member participation in meetings, member participation in capital contributions, member participation in supervision and cooperative services by 56,5%, while 43,5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Simultaneously, the variables of member meetings, capital contributions, cooperative supervisions, and service utilization significantly affect the success of KSJP, while partially, only service utilization significantly affects the success of the cooperative.

Abstract

Sapta pesona is a condition who expected to be able to create a comfortable and give a good impression to every visitor who comes. Kampung Flory is one of the agro-tourism located in Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, which began popular since 2016. The potential offered is quite diverse, ranging from nature tourism, outbound, to culinary with a distinctive nuance. Visitors who come tend not to increase even on certain days it looks very quiet. Based on visitor’s data from January to July 2019, there was a decrease from January to April 2019. This study aims to determine visitors' perceptions about the implementation of sapta pesona in Kampung Flory. The method used is qualitative with a case study. The results showed that the implementation of sapta pesona in Kampung Flory was good, but there were still some things that needed to be improved especially joglo souvenirs as aspects of the memory attribute.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The agricultural sector plays a very important role in ensuring the most basic needs of society, namely the availability of food as a basic need. Apart from rice, food crop commodities that can be an alternative for fulfilling national food are taro, one of which is beneng taro. Apart from good nutrition, the potential of beneng taro is that it is easy to cultivate and has high economic value because all parts of the plant can be used, from the leaves to the tubers. This research aims to find out how much income farmers receive and whether beneng taro farming is worth pursuing and what the strategy for developing beneng taro is. The research method uses a case study method with respondents who are beneng taro farmers. The research was conducted in Jatiwaras District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses R/C, B/C analysis, and SWOT analysis. The research results show that beneng taro farming is worth pursuing with an SO development strategy, namely maximizing the cultivation process, establishing collaboration with various agencies and institutions, and developing products with SME.

Abstract

Comfort Zone Cafe is an MSME located in Bekasi City and was founded in 2021. This cafe has faced challenges over the past year, which was marked by a significant decline in the number of consumers and turnover. One of the main causes of this problem is the absence of a business plan that includes financial feasibility. This research aims to find the right solution to ensure the continuity of Comfort Zone Cafe in the future. The research method used is a qualitative approach with financial ratio analysis, financial feasibility analysis, and SWOT analysis. Financial ratio analysis is used to evaluate business performance, financial feasibility analysis to determine whether Comfort Zone Cafe is worth continuing, and SWOT analysis to formulate the right strategy for the future of this cafe. The research results show that the Comfort Zone Cafe's business performance is still not good, but financially it is still feasible to continue. Therefore, a SWOT analysis was carried out to develop the right strategy to improve the performance and sustainability of the Comfort Zone Cafe business in the future. The results of the financial ratio analysis show that Comfort Zone Cafe is efficient in terms of solvency and activity ratios, but is still not efficient in terms of profitability ratios because sales will decline in 2023 and the costs incurred are very large. The results of the financial feasibility analysis show that Comfort Zone Cafe is worth continuing with an NPV value of IDR 1,978,327, IRR of 8.08%, Net B/C of 1.03, and PP of 1 year 10 months 21 days. The results of the SWOT analysis produced 8 alternative strategies, including developing ideas for attractive branding, maintaining good quality, price and service, using effective promotions, opening cafes earlier, improving financial management, improving product quality, developing more attractive promotions, and improve financial bookkeeping.

Abstract

Efforts to regenerate agricultural Human Resources (HR) have seen the potential of Islamic boarding schools as a space for regeneration as a provider space. Agricultural education and training for santri is a breakthrough in efforts to develop santri and develop the regeneration of human resources so that they are interested in the agricultural sector. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' interest in business in the agricultural sector, especially horticulture cultivation at the Al Kautsar 561 Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods (multiple linear regression) and descriptive methods. This research used a survey method with tools in the form of questionnaires on 48 santri’s. The results of the research show that internal and external factors as well as students' interest in horticultural farming are in the high category. Then, internal factors and external factors of students have a significant influence on students' interest in horticultural farming at the Al Kautsar 561 Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya Regency. This shows that the higher the value of the students' internal and external factors, the higher the students' interest in horticultural farming. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of regeneration of agricultural human resources through Islamic boarding schools will be in line with improving the quality of Islamic boarding school students' human resources so that it will have implications for high interest in the world of agriculture, especially horticulture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the added value, profit, and efficiency of the melon business at the Manba'ul Ulum Jamanis Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using primary data through observation, interviews and documentation, and secondary data in the form of scientific journals and literature studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that islamic boarding schools get a profit of Rp. 2,334,433.66 from all marketing channels that are passed. The marketing channel that generates the highest profit is modern retail through Asia Plaza and Borma Dakota. Based on the B/C analysis of the melon business at the Manba'ul Ulum Jamanis Islamic Boarding School is efficient with a value of 0.125 with the marketing channel that has the highest efficiency, namely e-commerce of 0.29.

Abstract

The development of UMKM is currently quite rapid and has an effect on economic growth in Indonesia. West Java is known to be the province with the largest number of UMKM in Indonesia in 2022 with 6,664,548 units. Bogor is one of the areas in West Java that is strived for the development of UMKM with a total of 47,758 units in 2022. Persada Farm Bogor is one of the UMKM in Bogor City that was established in November 2020 and is engaged in agriculture, especially organic fruit and vegetable seeds. However, Persada Farm Bogor began to develop its business in processing products into finished products, namely kale juice. The development of Persada Farm Bogor, there is a need for a financial feasibility analysis to find out how the future prospects and how much added value is obtained from processing kale juice. This research uses a qualitative design with a case study approach. The financial feasibility analysis used Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Net B/C, while the value-added analysis used the Hayami method. The results showed that Persada Farm Bogor is not feasible to continue with the Payback Period value for 8 years and 8 months; Net Present Value Rp(158.778.250,8); undefined IRR; and net B/C of 0.3; while the added value obtained is Rp27,900 with an added value ratio of 27.9%.
