Abstract

Low learning motivation is one of the challenges in learning social studies, especially on the material of natural and social appearance. This research aims to develop interactive learning media “Seblak Edukasi” as an effort to increase the learning motivation of seventh grade students. This research uses the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used in this research are material expert validation sheets, media experts, and student response questionnaires. The validation results showed that Seblak Edukasi media was declared very feasible by material experts (92%) and media experts (92.3%), and received very positive responses from students (95.6%). This media combines elements of traditional games, visual approach, and utilization of digital technology (QR code), so as to create an interesting, active, and fun learning atmosphere. More than just a medium, Seblak Edukasi is a form of leadership for prospective teachers in designing adaptive, creative, and contextual 21st century learning, as well as a real contribution in supporting the transformation of education towards the Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

Interesting and interactive learning media is the key in increasing student learning activeness in social studies subjects, especially in the material about the process of implementing Indonesian Independence. The lack of active participation of students so far has encouraged this research to develop interactive learning media in the form of a game called LENTERA (Ludo Edukasi Menyenangkan dan Ceria). During this time, learning history tends to be monotonous and less directly involves students, so innovation is needed in the form of media that can motivate them to be more active. This research aims to develop a game-based interactive learning media called LENTERA to increase the activeness of grade VIII students. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. LENTERA media was developed by integrating a Game-Based Learning approach to create a more fun and meaningful learning atmosphere. The results of validation from experts, this media is declared very feasible to be applied, with the results of material expert validation of 87% and media expert validation of 89%. Implementation in class VIII F SMPN 10 Malang showed an increase in student activeness by 90%. This media also proved to be able to create a fun and collaborative learning atmosphere. Future research is recommended to develop a digital version to increase accessibility and flexibility of learning

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 is characterized by technological disruption that affects the education system. One of the implementations of technology orientation in the learning process facilitated by teachers is through learning resources. Therefore, this study aims to produce a mobile learning product, NARACY, as a learning media to support financial literacy material activities for grade IX junior high school students. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. This research and development showed a total percentage of material validators of 91.6% and media validators of 95%. At the same time, the trial results on grade IX students obtained an average percentage score of 93%. Based on these results, the NARACY application is very feasible to use as a medium for learning social studies in grade IX junior high school. This research and development is expected to be an innovative learning support media that can be used by teachers and students and is expected to facilitate diverse student learning styles. Suggestions for further research include testing the product's effectiveness by conducting experimental activities in the classroom and providing various themed features on the product. They can be disseminated through the Google PlayStore platform.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengembangan asesmen literasi numerasi bagi guru MGMP IPS MTs Kabupaten Malang dengan memanfaatkan platform Articulate storyline. Latar belakang studi ini melibatkan perubahan dari Ujian Nasional (UN) menjadi Asesmen Nasional (AN) sebagai respons terhadap kekurangan UN dalam mengukur kompetensi berpikir tingkat tinggi dan kurangnya penerapan model pembelajaran efektif. Hasil PISA 2018 menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan literasi numerasi siswa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengusulkan solusi dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada para guru tentang pengembangan soal AKM berbasis literasi numerasi dan mengenalkan penggunaan Articulate storyline untuk mengemas produk tersebut secara digital. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan selama 4 hari, melibatkan para guru IPS MTs Kabupaten Malang. Evaluasi keterlaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan tingkat ketercapaian sebesar 90,0%, menunjukkan keberhasilan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Guru mengharapkan adanya kegiatan serupa dan dukungan berkesinambungan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan asesmen literasi numerasi di lapangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung proses persiapan asesmen pembelajaran berkualitas dan meningkatkan literasi teknologi guru.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Social studies learning on the topic of colonial economic history still faces significant challenges due to the abstract nature of the material and the continued reliance on conventional teaching methods, such as lectures and textbook copying. These limitations result in low student interest, passive participation, and limited understanding of the economic developments prior to Indonesia’s independence. This study aims to develop an interactive learning medium called Peta Jelajah Ekonomi Kolonial (Peta Jeko) as an innovative solution to enhance the effectiveness of instruction. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Validation results indicated that the media was deemed highly feasible by both content and media experts without requiring revision. Implementation in an eighth-grade junior high school classroom demonstrated a significant improvement in student engagement and comprehension of the material. Therefore, Peta Jeko has proven to be an innovative, contextual, and engaging instructional medium for teaching colonial economic topics in middle school. For future research, it is recommended that the media be developed into an interactive digital format to allow for broader access and alignment with evolving digital learning technologies. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran IPS pada materi sejarah ekonomi kolonial masih menghadapi tantangan karena sifat materi yang abstrak serta pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih konvensional, seperti ceramah dan penyalinan dari buku teks. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya minat, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi perjalanan ekonomi sebelum kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berupa Peta Jelajah Ekonomi Kolonial (Peta Jeko) sebagai solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media ini dinyatakan sangat layak oleh ahli media dan materi tanpa memerlukan revisi. Implementasi di kelas VIII SMP menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Dengan demikian, Peta Jeko terbukti sebagai media pembelajaran yang inovatif, kontekstual, dan menarik dalam mengajarkan materi ekonomi kolonial kepada siswa SMP sehingga kedepannya disarankan untuk mengembangkan media ini dalam bentuk digital interaktif agar dapat diakses lebih luas dan sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis digital.

Abstract

Peserta didik membutuhkan media ajar pada materi pembiasaan manusia pada zaman pra aksara. Potensi yang dimiliki Geopark Tulungagung sebagai media ajar dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar dalam membantu peserta didik memahami materi pembiasaan manusia masa pra-aksara. Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah mengembangkan media ajar materi pembiasaan manusia masa pra-aksara, validasi media, dan uji coba kepada peserta didik. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model PLOMP. Model PLOMP terdiri dari 3 fase, yaitu fase pengkajian awal, fase pengembangan desain dan prototype, dan fase evaluasi. Media ajar yang dikembangkan adalah LARATU (Lacak Sejarah Tulungagung) yang merupakan media ajar dalam bentuk website yang dilengkapi oleh teknologi Virtual Reality. Hasil validasi materi adalah 95% dan dinyatakan layak untuk di ujicobakan. Hasil validasi media adalah 96% sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk di uji cobakan. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan pada 16 peserta didik kelas 7 di SMP Negeri 1 Sendang adalah 83,80%.

Abstract

The use of e-comics in social studies learning is gaining popularity due to their ability to convey concepts visually. However, students still face difficulties in understanding the material, as e-comic storylines are often not contextual and do not present real-world problems. This study aims to develop KOMIK ALAM, a website-based e-comic learning media focused on natural resource utilization for Grade VIII students at MTs Negeri 2 Malang City. The research employs an R&D method utilizing the Design Thinking development model, which encompasses four stages: empathize, define, ideate, and prototype. The study focused on prototype development without proceeding to the test stage. Validation from subject and media experts, as well as a readability test with students, indicated that KOMIK ALAM is highly feasible. KOMIK ALAM is expected to serve as a visual and interactive learning media that presents contextual content and real problems to support diverse learning styles and increase student engagement. Future research should examine its effectiveness through experimental methods.

Abstract

This community service activity was motivated by the problem of the low quality of Student Worksheets (LKPD) used by teachers at SMP Negeri 16 Malang City. The LKPD in circulation are generally not in line with the characteristics of innovative learning models such as Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Project Based Learning (PjBL), so they are not optimal in supporting the development of 21st century skills. The purpose of this activity is to improve teachers' understanding of the PBL and PjBL models and the deep learning approach, train teachers in compiling LKPD based on these models with the help of live worksheet technology, and produce contextual and applicable LKPD. The method used is service learning through four stages: survey, preparation, implementation, and evaluation-follow-up. The results show that the training activities carried out using blended learning are able to significantly improve teachers' understanding, facilitate the preparation of LKPD that are in line with PBL and PjBL syntax, and encourage critical reflection through presentations and peer feedback. Evaluation through questionnaires showed a positive response from participants, especially in terms of material relevance and resource person competence.

Abstract

The Kurikulum Merdeka (Independent Curriculum) policy allows pre-service teachers to engage in two-semester internships, offering extended practical experience in schools. This study aimed to analyze the pedagogical and professional abilities of pre-service teachers in the digital era following the implementation of the Project-Based Research Learning model within the Teaching Assistance program. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative data. Research instruments included open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and thematic qualitative analysis. Findings revealed that pre-service teachers demonstrated strong pedagogical and professional competencies in the digital teaching environment after applying the Project-Based Research Learning model. Most participants favored group projects over individual assignments, citing benefits such as: fostering collaboration aligned with gotong royong (mutual cooperation) values, facilitating shared problem-solving, expediting project completion, and reducing individual workload. The study also identified several challenges faced by pre-service teachers during implementation, including classroom management and digital content adaptation, which are discussed in detail. The Project-Based Research Learning model effectively enhances both pedagogical and professional competencies among pre-service teachers in the digital era. Group-based projects are particularly beneficial for collaborative skill development. Future research should further explore strategies to address the challenges encountered during digital teaching practice.

Abstract

Desa Samar is a village with the potential to develop into a tourist village. The village located in the Pagerwojo District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java Province has various promising natural potentials. In order to realize a Tourism Village, the role of stakeholders is certainly an important element. This study aims to identify, map, and describe the roles and relationships among stakeholders involved in the development of Samar Village Tourism. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review as supporting data. The analysis technique in this study uses the stakeholder analysis method approach. The stakeholders involved are divided into primary stakeholders, key stakeholders, and secondary stakeholders. Data collection was conducted using purposive sampling to ensure the accuracy of the data collected. The research results show that the success of developing a village tourism destination is greatly determined by the collaboration among the involved stakeholders. Through stakeholder mapping in Samar Village, it was revealed that there are primary, key, and secondary stakeholders, whose interrelated roles necessitate strong commitment, coordination, and cooperation among them. Samar Village, with its various tourism potentials such as orange agro-tourism, bee farming, cattle ranching, and watermills, if managed and organized well by the related stakeholders, will become a sustainable village tourism and provide positive impacts for the community. Active participation from BUMDES, youth organizations, local government, and the local community is crucial for the successful management of these potentials. The level of active participation among stakeholders determines the sustainability of tourism in Desa Samar.
