Abstract

Permasalahan dasar yang dialami dalam pembelajaran oleh guru terhadap peserta didik adalah kurang menyenangkannya proses pembelajaran. Guru yang hanya mengejar untuk menyelesaikan materi pelajaran tanpa menyisipkan permainan dalam proses pembelajaran membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi kurang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Salah satu cara yang dianggap mampu dilakukan oleh guru adalah membuat permainan. Namun permainan yang dimiliki oleh seorang guru sangat  terbatas, sehingga  diperlukan adanya tehnik atau cara membuat permainan atau ice breaker. melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini maka diharapkan guru dapat memiliki tingkat pemahaman yang tinggi tentang peran dan fungsi ice breaker agar peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dalam mengikuti pelajaran.  Hasil evaluasi tahap pertama menunjukkan rendahnya pemahaman peran dan fungsi ice breaker atau permaian dalam pembelajaran. Rendahnya pemahaman tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang peran dan fungsi permainan dan jenis-jenis permaianan yang dilakukan dalam pembelajaran.Setelah guru mendapatkan materi pelatihan dan dilakukan evaluasi nampak bahwa para guru  sudah bisa memahami peran dan fungsi ice breaker atau permainan dalam pembelajaran. Abstract. The basic problem experienced in learning by teachers towards students is the lack of fun in the learning process. Teachers who only pursue to complete the subject matter without inserting games in the learning process make the learning process less fun for students. One of the ways that teachers are considered capable of doing is making games. However, the games owned by a teacher are very limited, so there is a need for techniques or ways to make games or ice breakers. Therefore, through this training activity, it is hoped that teachers can have a high level of understanding of the role and function of ice breakers so that students do not feel bored in attending lessons. The results of the first stage evaluation showed a low understanding of the role and function of ice breakers or games in learning. The low understanding is due to the lack of knowledge about the role and function of games and the types of games used in learning. After the teachers received training materials and evaluations, it appeared that the teachers were able to understand the role and function of ice breakers or games in learning

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode wawancara dan pengamatan serta terliba langsung dalam tradisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tradisi Anyorong Loppi dalam  pembentukan karakter bagi masyarakat pesisir di kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba. Karakter amat sangat penting, terkhusus dalam pembentukan pribadi seseorang agar bermoral, berakhlak mulia, tanggung jawab dan berprilaku baik.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah masyarakat seperti remaja, masyarakat, pemuda, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Makna Simbolik Tradisi Anyorong Loppi bagi masyarakat, (2)Pelaksanaan Tradisi Anyorong Loppi bagi Masyarakat, (3)Nila-niai Tradisi Anyorong lopi dalam pembentukan karakter Masyarakat Pesisir di kecamatan Bontotiro Kabupaten Bulukumba Pembentukan karakter pada Anyorong Loppi terdiri dari: Nilai religius, nilai sosial, nilai toleransi dan nilai gotong royong. Proses pengembangan karakter pada masyarakat adanya kebersamaan, perkumpullan sehingga adanya interaksi.(4) Demikian pula, Adapun yang menjadi faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi terjadinya pembentukan karakter masyarakat dalam Tradisi Anyorong Loppi  seperti factor letak geografis dan faktor keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy of the people of Negeri Latu in maintaining their government institutions and to know the structure in government institutions of the people of Negeri Latu. This study's data were evaluated via qualitative descriptive analysis in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Various data collecting methods include observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the forms of strategy undertaken by the people of Negeri Latu in maintaining their customary government institutions include: (1) holding demonstrations to the regional government of the western part of Seram Regency, (2) making petitions and letters of refusal to participate in the election of the village head to the local government of the western part of Seram district, (3) carrying out the preservation of traditions or local wisdom to maintain their existence for each generation. In addition, it was found that the existence of the traditional governance system of the Land of Latu still exists today. In addition, according to the results of the research conducted, it can be seen how the Latu government system with its various sub-systems still exists and is still being maintained by the Latu people to this day.

Abstract

Abstract Exploitation in any form always leads to harmful consequences or, at the very least, does not provide significant benefits. This includes exploitation of children. This service provides an explanation to parents and children about the various forms, internal and external factors, and mechanisms of child exploitation, particularly in the aspects of sexual and economic exploitation. Furthermore, it addresses exploitation carried out by parents against their own children. The results of this service show that parents and children have responded positively to the information regarding the forms, internal and external factors, and mechanisms of parental exploitation of children, as provided by the outreach team to the community. The information shared during this outreach covers various forms of child exploitation, including sexual exploitation of children, commercial exploitation of children, criminal exploitation of children, and economic exploitation of children. The socialization materials also address the internal and external factors that lead parents to exploit their children. Internal factors include parental fear, a child's willingness to help their parents, awareness, and the desire to meet personal needs, as well as the ease of finding work. External factors include social environments, parental motivations and coercion, lack of parental concern, and low socioeconomic status. The socialization materials cover the mechanisms of child exploitation, including physical and psychological violence, threats, rewards, and freedom of association. These are considered crucial for parents and children to understand to prevent parents from becoming perpetrators of child exploitation and children from becoming victims of their parents while trying to support their families, such as by selling fried snacks. Abstrak Eksploitasi dalam bentuk apapun selalu akan berujung pada hal – hal yang merugikan atau setidaknya tidak memberikan manfaat yang besar termasuk eksploitasi terhadap anak, pengabdian ini memberikan penjelasan kepada orang tua dan anak terkait dengan bentuk-bentuk, factor internal dan eksternal serta mekanisme eksploitasi anak dalam aspek eksploitasi seksual dan ekonomi, selain itu eksploitasi dilakukan oleh orang tua terhadap anaknya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terkait dengan bentuk-bentuk, factor internal dan eksternal dan mekanisme eksploitasi orang tua terhadap anak mendapatkan respon positif dari orang tua dan anak yang mendapatkan sosialisasi dari tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Materi sosialisasi yang diberikan mencakup bentuk-bentuk eksploitasi terhadap anak yang terdiri dari eksploitasi seksualitas anak, ekspolitasi komersial anak, eksploitasi kriminalitas anak, eksploitasi ekonomi anak. Materi sosialisasi terkait factor internal dan eksternal orang tua melakukan eksploitasi terhadap anak mencakup ketakutan orang tua, kemauan anak membantu orang tua, kesadaran dan keinginan memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi dan pekerjaan yang mudah sebagai factor internal, sedangkan factor ekternalnya adalah lingkungan pergaulan, motivasi dan paksaan orang tua, kurangnya kepedulian orang tua dan rendahnya status sosial ekonomi orng tau. Materi sosialisasi mekanisme eksploitasi terhadap anak mencakup kekerasan fisik dan psikis, ancaman, pemberian hadiah dan kebebasan bergaul. Dianggap oleh orang tua dan anak merupakan hal yang sangat penting diketahui agar setiap orang tua tidak menjadi pelaku eksploitasi terhadap anak dan anak tidak menjadi korban dari orang tua dalam mecari nafkah menjadi penjual gorengan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the precession of the community towards the natural environment, especially in tourism activities, to determine the influence of the Dutungan Island tourist attraction on the economic development of the community, to provide an overview of the community's efforts to protect the environment of the Dutungan Island tourist attraction, and to describe the efforts of the community and local government in introducing Dutungan Island tourism object to become sustainable tourism. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research method was adopted by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and interpreted based on relevant theories and research results. The results of this show that the relationship between humans and the natural environment in tourism activities on the Dutungan Island tourist attraction is very important. The existence of tourist objects has an influence on the community's economy as well as the presence of a harmonious community and continues to preserve the environment by carrying out nature-loving activities. Until now, the community's culture of protecting the environment is still maintained so that it can maintain natural resources and produce several ecosystems that are utilized by the community and used as a livelihood

Abstract

This study aims to understand the combined effect of extrinsic and intrinsic motivation on students' learning difficulties at the junior secondary school level. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The informants consisted of 10 people, including students with learning difficulties, subject teachers, guidance and counselling (BK) teachers, and parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participant observation in the classroom to see the implementation of motivational strategies in the learning process. Interviews were conducted to obtain informants' perspectives on motivation and learning difficulties. Data were analysed using thematic analysis method and data triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that the combination of extrinsic motivation, such as rewards and praise, with intrinsic motivation, such as curiosity and personal interest, can have a significant synergistic effect in reducing students' learning difficulties. This research is expected to contribute to the literature on motivation in educational contexts and provide practical guidance for educators in developing effective motivational strategies to support students with learning difficulties.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng memaknai pengobatan tradisional Majappi-jappi, (2) menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan pengobatan tradisional Majappi-jappi sebagai alternatif pada masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng, (3) mengetahui dampak pengobatan tradisonal Majappi-jappi berperan dalam pengambil keputusan masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposisive samping. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng memaknai pengobatan tradisional Majappi-jappi (a) sebagai warisan leluhur dan (b) sistem kepercayaan dan spiritualitas. (2) faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan pengobatan tradisional Majappi-jappi sebagai alternatif pada masyarakat Kabupaten Soppeng yaitu (a) faktor sosial, (b) faktor budaya dan (c) faktor habitus. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the standardization or conditions for ideal and forbidden marriages in Moncongkomba Gassinggau Village. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, in which the researcher emphasizes observation and in-depth interviews in collecting data for the process of the validity of this research, but still uses documentation. After obtaining the intended data or information, the next step taken by the researcher is to systematically describe the information or data and then analyze it using comparison and integration with existing theories. The results of this study indicate that in the Moncongkomba Gassinggau village community there are several things that are very guarded (1) the village community really maintains the lineage that is already there, this is inseparable from the intervention of their extended family in protecting offspring, (2) the marriage process in the village this is something that is very sacred so that all the requirements that exist for the two bride and groom are very obligatory, (3) the village community until now still highly respects and maintains existing customs so that they are not eroded by the era itself because these customs is their basis in society  Keywords: Matchmaking, Kinship, Marriage

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out (1) How is the perception of the Toraja Muallaf community towards the Rambu Solo traditional ceremony. (2) What is the form of participation of the Toraja Muallaf community in the Rambu Solo traditional ceremony. (3) How is the social relationship that occurs between the Toraja Christian community and the Toraja Muallaf community in the Rambu Solo traditional ceremony in Gandangbatu Village/Lembang, Tana Toraja Regency. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were obtained through several stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation involving several informants according to the required criteria. The results of this study indicate: (1) That the Muallaf Toraja community towards Rambu Solo' in Gandangbatu Village/Lembang has the perceptions of each individual, but all the perceptions expressed by them refer to positive perceptions. (2) The form of participation carried out by the Muallaf Toraja community in the Rambu Solo Ceremony in Gandangbatu Village/Lembang is realized by donating a material or non-material donation. (3) The social relations that occur between the Toraja Christian community and the Toraja Muallaf community have associative social relations and create a good, peaceful, peaceful and even harmonious atmosphere.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and understand the meaning of the people in Bonto Mate'ne Village regarding the month of Muharram, to know and understand the process of welcoming the month of Muharram in Bonto Mate'ne Village and to know and understand the function and value of the month of Muharram in Bonto Mate'ne Village on people's religiosity. To achieve this goal, qualitative research methods were used by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed and interpreted based on theory and relevant research results. The research results show that the month of Muharram is the beginning of the Islamic new year, the month of Muharram is highly revered and glorified among Muslims. The meaning of the people in Bonto Matene village in the month of Muharram as a month where they are not allowed to celebrate because it is based on the name of the month of Muharram in the Makassar language is called ma'rang which means crying hot sauce which is a bad analogy. In welcoming the month of Muharram, the people in Bonto Matene village perform the songkobala ritual and buy household tools such as brooms, ladles, basins, nyiru and pans. The function and value of the month of Muharram for the people of Bonto Matene village is that in the month of Muharram Muslims are prohibited from fighting and in the month of Muharram the reward or good deeds will be multiplied.
