Abstract

Singkong merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan yang memiliki potensi besar untuk diolah menjadi berbagai produk bernilai tambah. Namun, di Desa Renggata, Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, pengolahan singkong masih terbatas pada produk sederhana seperti keripik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan diversifikasi produk berbahan dasar singkong melalui pembuatan keripik ubi recah aneka rasa (manis dan pedas), sekaligus memberikan pelatihan terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran bagi kelompok usaha Sale Harapan di Dusun Berobot. Metode kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi, serta pelaksanaan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah singkong menjadi produk bernilai tambah serta peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran. Analisis keuangan menunjukkan potensi keuntungan yang signifikn. Selain itu, dukungan pemasaran melalui desain kemasan, distribusi, dan kerjasama dengan pedagang lokal turut meningkatkan daya saing produk. Kesimpulannya, diversifikasi olahan singkong ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Untuk keberlanjutan usaha, disarankan dilakukan pelatihan lanjutan di bidang pemasaran digital dan perluasan jaringan distribusi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of Brand Awareness of Sukarara woven fabric motifs among domestic tourists. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to tourists visiting the area. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents selected through non-probability sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that the level of Brand Awareness of Sukarara woven fabric motifs is at the brand recall level which is included in the high category, with an average value of 2.89 which is on a scale of 2.52 - 3.27. This finding indicates that domestic tourists have recognized and remembered Sukarara woven fabric motifs, although the product has not been the main choice when buying woven fabrics. This study provides important insights for craftsmen and marketers to formulate more effective marketing strategies to increase the attractiveness and relevance of Sukarara woven fabrics in the market so that they can transform from being simply recognized to being the main choice among consumers. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to the development of the local weaving industry and cultural preservation through increased brand awareness.

Abstract

Objectives- The focus of this research is to offer a significant contribution in understanding the management of the Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) in Riau Province. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2019 – 2023. By providing in-depth analysis and practical recommendations, this research can serve as a reference for policymakers and other stakeholders in formulating more effective strategies in regional financial management. Methodology- The research using quantitative analysis using research variables is divided into two, namely the main variables of APBD effectiveness, regional revenue and development investment with indicators of effectiveness ratio, income realization ratio and capital expenditure ratio and socio-economic impact variables with indicators of GDP per capita, poverty rate and open unemployment rate. Findings- This study reveals that during the period 2019 to 2023, the effectiveness of the Riau Provincial Budget fluctuated. The highest increase occurred in 2021, but in 2023 there was a slight decrease compared to the previous year. This shows that despite efforts to improve, consistency in the effectiveness of APBD management still needs to be improved through Optimizing Capital Expenditure Allocation, Improving the Quality of Budget Planning and Implementation, Strengthening Human Resources (HR) Capacity and Transparency and Accountability

Abstract

This study investigates the acceptance of prospective biology teacher students toward the Kumatalibi.Com, a web-based digital learning resource center. The research employs the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model to examine the factors influencing technology adoption. A total of 100 prospective biology teacher students from a state Islamic university in Bandung participated as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The study focused on four key UTAUT factors: affective need (14.2%), effort expectancy (16.5%), facilitating conditions (36.9%), and performance expectancy (24.1%). The findings reveal significant insights into the factors driving the acceptance of the Kumatalibi.Com web-based learning resource. The results indicate that facilitating conditions play a dominant role, followed by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and affective need. These insights are crucial for developing effective strategies to enhance the promotion and use of the Kumatalibi.Com platform in educational settings. The study contributes to a better understanding of the technology acceptance process, offering valuable implications for the design and implementation of digital learning tools in teacher education programs.Keywords: biology education, perspective of prospective teacher students, SEM-PLS, technology acceptance, UTAUT

Abstract

Fokus utama dari kegiatan ini adalah bagaimana membantu UMKM Wajik tapai Melayu agar dapat memasarkan produknya menembus pasar ekspor. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di kediaman UMKM yang beralamatkan di Jl. Muslimin Desa Pandau Jaya, Riau. Adapun permasalahan mitra ada pada kualitas dan ketahan produk yaitu tekstur produk yang cepat mengeras sebelum habis masa kadaluarsa serta proses produksi yang cukup lama. Cara yang digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut berupa pedampingan mulai dari diskusi dan menemukan referensi, pelatihan peningkatan kualitas produk, pelatihan efesiensi proses produksi, dan mengevaluasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 10 orang yang terdiri dari pemilik UMKM, pegawai, dan tenaga ahli pangan dengan lama nya waktu pengabdian lebih kurang 12 bulan. Hasil dari kegiatan yaitu setelah penggunaan Stabilex BR maka produk dapat bertahan hingga 1 tahun serta memiliki tekstur yang lembut. Pengguaan mesin Crystallization Evaporator mampu menghemat waktu 2 hingga 3 jam serta mampu mengoplah 50 kilogram adonan dan menghasilkan 125 kotak wajik tapai dengan berat bersih 400 gram per kotak. Artinya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mitra karena dapat meningkatkan kualitas produknya untuk menuju pasar ekspor. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan dapat membantu mitra untuk menuju pasar ekspor dan secarar tidak langsung meningkatkan pendapatan mitra

Abstract

MYOB accounting is software designed for financial accounting purposes, facilitating the recording of an organization's financial transactions. This application provides real-time financial data and has a user-friendly interface. According to the directives of the Ministry of National Education (Kemendiknas) in 2010, schools, particularly vocational high schools (SMK), are required to assess accounting competencies using the Mind Your Own Business software. SMKN 2 Mandau is a vocational school located in Bathin Solapan District, precisely at the border between Duri and Dumai, Riau Province. The school has one accounting class for each grade. As with other vocational schools, the curriculum of this school includes material on accounting software. Discussions with the head of the accounting laboratory and the curriculum coordinator at SMKN 2 revealed that students' ability to operate the MYOB accounting system is still limited. This community service involves three methods: preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The service was carried out on July 31, 2024. The results from the questionnaire distributed before the training indicate that students' understanding and awareness of MYOB Accounting were relatively low. Of the five statements in the questionnaire, statements 1 through 4 all received results below 50%. The results from the questionnaire after the MYOB Accounting training at SMKN 2 Mandau showed that the training significantly improved students' knowledge and skills. The average score for all statements increased to above 60%, with the highest improvement being in awareness and actual experience of the benefits of MYOB Accounting education, which rose to 74%.

Abstract

The city of Padang has great tourism potential and is part of the KSPN. Therefore, community service activities aim to prepare the tourism management community. The method used in strengthening community capacity is contextual teaching and learning (TCL) to connect material with real conditions that exist in partner communities, especially for targeting tourism actors and Pokdarwis. The service is carried out in two stages and ends with an evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, participants not only know but also have the ability to identify, select procedures, and solve problems related to tourism management. Community service activities produce solutions to community problems regarding the limited understanding of KSPN and tourism management. Furthermore, the community needs to get assistance in designing and implementing creative tourism strategies with participatory methods. calculation of the level of achievement of respondents. The results of this study indicate that overall, the attractiveness of City Tourism is still being developed, and also strengthened by a tourist questionnaire which shows the ability of Padang City Tourism attractiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the significant influence of Brand Image and Brand Awareness on Brand Loyalty in Sariayu Cosmetic Products in Mataram City. This type of research is associative quantitative with the data collection method used, namely a survey using a questionnaire via Google Form as a research instrument with a total sample of 100 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis via the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research analysis show that the brand image and brand awareness variables have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty in Sariayu cosmetic products. This shows that the better the brand image that Sariayu has, the higher the customer loyalty to the product. Apart from that, high brand awareness makes customers more likely to make repeat purchases and recommend Sariayu products to others. The results of instrument tests and classical assumption tests show that the data in this study is proven to be valid and all data is normally distributed. These findings have the implication that to increase brand loyalty, companies need to carry out effective marketing strategies to strengthen brand image and increase brand awareness of their products. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for PT. Martina Berto Tbk as a Sariayu producer in increasing competitiveness and maintaining customer loyalty amidst increasingly tight competition in the cosmetics industry.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer perceptions regarding the implementation of the marketing mix which includes product, price, place and promotion at the Home Industry of Ayang Skin Crackers in Mataram City. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a Likert scale to measure the level of consumer perception. The research results show that consumer perceptions of all aspects of the marketing mix are in the good category, with the product aspect getting the highest assessment, especially in terms of indicators of taste and product variety. Promotion strategies through social media and word of mouth have proven effective in expanding market reach. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing marketing strategies that are adaptive to consumer needs in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for small businesses in developing marketing strategies based on consumer perceptions.

Abstract

The urban farming outreach and mentoring program in Senggigi Village aims to empower women, particularly members of the local TP-PKK group, in strengthening household food security by utilizing limited home garden space. The method used involved participatory approaches, including formal and informal socialization, sustainable farming training, and implementation of Integrated Farming Systems such as vertical gardening and catfish cultivation in buckets. The results indicate a 100% increase in partner knowledge on urban farming fundamentals. This activity hopefully will contribute to the productivity of home gardens and increases awareness of the importance of household-based food security.
