Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertema “Sosialisasi Pengembangan Produk Gerabah Yang Lebih Beragam Untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Perajin Gerabah Pada Usaha Kerajinan Gerabah Di Desa Banyumulek Lombok Barat”. Tujuan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perajin Gerabah pada Usaha Kerajinan Gerabah di Desa Banyumulek Lombok Barat. Dalam Pengabdiaan Masyarakat ini, menggunakan tiga metode dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu: (1) Persiapan dan Sosialisasi Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Pengembangan Produk Gerabah Yang Lebih Beragam, (2) Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Sosialisasi Pengembangan Produk Gerabah Yang Lebih Beragam dan (3) Monitoring dan Evaluasi Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat Sosialisasi Pengembangan Produk Gerabah Yang Lebih Beragam. Hasil Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Desa Banyumulek Lombok Barat sangat bermanfaat untuk mengembangkan produk Gerabah yang lebih beragam untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan usaha kerajinan Gerabah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan perajin Gerabah di Desa Banyumulek Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Objective : Sustainability awareness has become an important topic in education, particularly in biology, where understanding ecosystems and human interactions with the environment is a major focus. This article reviews existing literature to explore how sustainability awareness contributes to biology education. This review aims to identify and analyze literature that addresses the role of sustainability awareness in improving students' understanding of biology concepts and promoting sustainable practices. Methods: Data was collected by searching literature sources for articles using specific criteria. Fifteen articles were synthesized in greater depth to answer the research questions. The results of this study state that the methodology and assessment tools influence the form and purpose of the research data to be achieved both qualitatively and quantitatively. In addition, the concepts in biological education are closely related to the environment so it is very important to ensure that future generations have a strong understanding of sustainability issues and can contribute to sustainable development in society with sustainability awareness to be able to achieve sustainable goals. Novelty: In increasing the contribution of sustainable development, it is necessary to facilitate interesting teaching materials and learning strategies in order to implement ESD. The learning process has an important role in supporting the improvement of a strong understanding of sustainability awareness. Can be done with a mixed method approach to make the research more comprehensive.

Abstract

Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) merupakan salah satu bentuk pupuk yang berasal dari tanaman atau kotoran hewan yang berguna untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman. Pupuk tersebut diproduksi dengan teknik molase yang melibatkan mikroorganisme lokal (MOL), dengan memanfaatkan limbah buah jambu kristal, serta proses fermentasi menggunakan mikroba EM4. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Labuapi tentang cara pembuatan pupuk orgaik cair dari limbah buah jambu kristal. Kegiatan ini menjelaskan mengenai program pembuatan POC dari limbah jambu kristal sebagai bahan dasar yang meliputi proses atau tahapan pembuatan, hasil, dan manfaat dari pembuatan POC. Ouput dari kegiatan ini, masyarakat akan memperoleh pemahaman baru mengenai pemanfaatan limbah buah jambu kristal sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan POC. Hal ini menjadi langkah positif dalam mendukung budidaya pertanian berkelanjutan, serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan pupuk cair menggunakan bahan lokal, yaitu limbah jambu kristal yang tersedia di Agrowisata Labuapi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find our whether cooperative learning model Co-Op Co-Op approach POE (predict-observe-explain) can increase the ability troubleshooting mathematical students. This research is a research Quasi Eksperimental Design and design researchers used  in this study is the design of the control group pretest-postest, with a technique random class. Hypothesis test used in this research is t-test. From the results of statistical tests showed that the value of t_hitung based on the calculation obtained t_hitung = 5.500869, and t_tabel = 2.001 so that t_hitung> t_tabel. So based on these calculation can be concluded that the model cooperative learning CO-Op Co-Op approach POE (predict-observe-explain) can increase the ability troubleshooting mathematical students.

Abstract

This research-based paper specifically aims to develop, describe and analyze and implement student assessment design products at the secondary school level which are integrated with digital education technology for learning biology with assessment for learning (AFL) format. In this study, the developed AFL design product was resulted in a valid and steady conclusion and became an alternative solution that could be implemented in the post-covid-19 pandemic for high school biology learning. This development research employs the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The chosen subjects of assessing the AFL design and instruments are lecturers of educational evaluation subject and three expert lecturers consist of one evaluation expert, one media expert, and one biological content expert. Such formulated review and input from expert lecturers serve as a validation of the AFL design instruments and products. In this research-based paper, the researchers describe how the process of making and assessing the feasibility of AFL for high schools biology learning and its implementation when submitted to the Subject Teacher Forum (STF) of Natural Sciences Subject in Subrayon 5 Gunung Halu, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency. Based on the findings of research and development of AFL biology learning in high schools in forms of assessments among the media experts, material experts, teacher evaluation and experts responses, as well as the results of implementation observations in the field, it can be concluded that AFL Biology learning with Educandy application is declared “feasible and effective” to be utilized in the learning process for high schools. The implication of such formulated research is to provide an alternative integrative learning approach for biology learning through the use of AFL Educandy for post-covid-19 pandemic learning.Keywords: assessment for learning, educandy, high schools biology learning

Abstract

Tugas akhir merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai kemampuan akademik dan profesionalisme calon tenaga kesehatan, khususnya bidan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk memastikan bahwa mahasiswa mampu menyusun karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan kaidah metodologi penelitian dan standar akademik yang berlaku. Melalui pelatihan ini, mahasiswa akan diarahkan untuk memahami setiap tahapan penting dalam penelitian, mulai dari proses identifikasi dan perumusan masalah, penyusunan tujuan dan manfaat penelitian, peninjauan literatur, pemilihan desain dan metode penelitian yang tepat, hingga pada tahap pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan analisis data secara sistematis. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga dibimbing dalam menulis laporan akhir dengan bahasa ilmiah, struktur yang logis, serta mengikuti format penulisan yang sesuai ketentuan institusi. Diharapkan melalui pelatihan ini, mutu tugas akhir yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa dapat meningkat secara signifikan, mencerminkan kemampuan intelektual dan profesionalisme mereka sebagai calon bidan. Lebih jauh lagi, peningkatan kualitas tugas akhir ini juga akan turut memperkuat citra, kredibilitas, dan reputasi institusi pendidikan kebidanan di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning with and without differentiated learning using the station rotation model to improve students' creative thinking skills on global warming material. This research method is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consisted of 54 samples consisting of two research groups, namely the control and experimental groups and each class consisted of 27 students. Data collection was based on tests taken with subjective test types, namely essay tests based on creative thinking indicators. The improvement of creative thinking skills on global warming learning materials in classes with and without differentiated learning using the station rotation model based on the results of the N-Gain of the experimental class has a fairly effective criterion with an N-Gain value of 0.62 in the experimental class and 0.42 in the control class. Differentiated learning using the station rotation model to improve students' creative thinking skills has a positive and significant effect on improving students' creative thinking skills on global warming material. Thus, this research is quite effective and significant if applied in learning at school.

Abstract

Baby massage is a form of multisensory stimulation that involves touch, movement, as well as auditory and visual stimuli, which is known to provide various physiological and psychological benefits for babies, including increased breastfeeding frequency. This study aims to determine the relationship between infant massage and the frequency of breastfeeding in babies aged 1–6 months in the working area of the Lambai Health Center, North Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique was carried out in total sampling, involving the entire population of infants aged 1–6 months who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out through observation and structured interviews with infant mothers, as well as recording breastfeeding frequencies before and after infant massage interventions. Data analysis uses relevant statistical tests to test the relationships between variables. The results showed a significant relationship between infant massage and increased breastfeeding frequency, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that infant massage had an effect on increasing breastfeeding activity in infants. The conclusion of this study is that infant massage has a positive relationship with the frequency of breastfeeding in infants aged 1–6 months. These findings support the use of infant massage as a simple but effective intervention in supporting breastfeeding success, especially in the early stages of life. This study recommends that the practice of infant massage can be socialized more widely to health workers and parents as part of the promotion of maternal and child health. The implementation of regular baby massage has the potential to improve the nutritional status and optimal growth and development of the baby.

Abstract

Studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Dr. R. Ismoyo Kota Kendari diperoleh data pada tahun 2017 dari 796 ibu bersalin, yang bersalin dengan tindakan sectio caesarea berjumlah 342 orang (42,96%). Tahun 2018 dari 779 ibu bersalin, yang bersalin dengan tindakan sectio caesarea berjumlah 307 orang (39,40%). Tahun 2019 (Januari – Juni) dari 404 ibu bersalin, yang bersalin dengan tindakan sectio caesarea berjumlah 128 orang (31,68%). Untuk mengetahui karakteristik ibu dengan persalinan sectio caesarea di Rumah Sakit Dr. R. Ismoyo Kota Kendari tahun 2019. maka di gunakan metode penelitian Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi adalah semua ibu bersalin dengan tindakan sectio caesarea yang berjumlah 128 orang pada bulan Januari-Juni tahun 2019. Sampel sebanyak 57 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Kategori umur terdapat 9 orang (15,8%) yang risiko tinggi dan 48 orang (84,2%) umur risiko rendah. Kategori paritas terdapat 31 orang (54,4%) yang risiko tinggi dan 26 orang (45,6%) umur risiko rendah. Kategori KPD terdapat 34 orang (59,6%) yang KPD dan 23 orang (40,4%) yang tidak KPD. Kategori makrosomia terdapat 30 orang (52,6%) yang makrosomia dan 27 orang (47,4%) yang tidak makrosomia.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower the residents of Dusun Prabe, Batu Mekar Village, West Lombok Regency, through the utilization of kolang-kaling (sugar palm fruit) as an innovative raw material for the development of healthy, locally-based functional beverages. Traditionally processed with limited added value, kolang-kaling holds great potential to be transformed into economically valuable products. The program was implemented in stages using participatory and educational approaches, including preparation (local potential survey), functional food concept dissemination, technical training, and business mentoring. The outcome of this initiative is the creation of Yogurt Wedang Kolang-Kaling, a functional drink that combines the probiotic benefits of yogurt with the nutrition and distinctive taste of kolang-kaling and traditional spices. This product not only carries economic value but also promotes the preservation of local wisdom. Practical training significantly enhanced community skills and awareness of entrepreneurship opportunities based on local resources. The participants’ enthusiasm and their initiative to continue production independently reflect the program’s success in fostering economic self-reliance. This innovation is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of sustainable and competitive home-scale enterprises. Thus, this activity demonstrates that local food-based innovations can serve as strategic solutions to holistically improve community welfare
