Abstract

The cafe industry is booming with the rise of local brands like Kopi Kenangan, which embraces the grab-and-go concept and leverages technology and social media to attract consumers. This study aims to avoid unfair competition and things that deviate from Shari'a because they generate business income that is not Halal, implementing a sharia marketing strategy (theistic, ethical, realistic, humanistic) can overcome this impact. Analyzing the sharia marketing strategy at Kopi Kenangan Surabaya is the goal chosen by the researchers. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type, by obtaining data using observation, interviews, and documentation methods. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. The selected primary data sources are interviews with the Kopi Kenangan Surabaya Store Manager, employees, and consumers. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources are journals or literature on sharia marketing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the sharia marketing strategy to increase consumer buying interest in Kopi Kenangan Surabaya The Avenue MERR is considered to comply with Islamic law and has succeeded in increasing consumer buying interest with several supporting factors that influence consumer buying interest. It would be a good feeling if the research was carried out by looking for the influence of sharia marketing strategies that have an impact on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Desa Rejosari Kecamatan Gondang, Kab. Tulungagung terdapat beberapa pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang memproduksi tempe, namun sudah bertahun-tahun berjalan tetapi tidak ada perkembangan yang signifikan baik dari segi omset, proses produksi, manajemen dll, sehingga TIM Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) hadir untuk membantu permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha tempe di Desa Rejosari yang dalam hal ini bertindak sebagai mitra. Berdasarkan hasil diskusi dengan mitra  terdapat dua permasalahan urgen yang harus diselesaikan untuk mencapai tujuan  tersebut, yaitu (1) permasalahan aspek produksi, yakni rendahnya kualitas dan kuantitas produksi pengupasan kulit kedelai yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan (2) permasalahan aspek manajemen, yakni lemahnya pengelolaan manajemen UKM tempe, khususnya manajemen produksi dan manajemen keuangan. Solusi untuk menyelesaikan kedua permasalahan tersebut adalah: (a) penerapan mesin pengupas kulit ari kedelai yang efektif dan efisien, dan (b) Melakukan kegiatan diskusi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini dilakukan dengan tahapan: (1) menentukan permasalahan prioritas  (2 )Penentuan metode kegiatan, (3) perancangan mesin (4) Manufaktur (5) Uji coba mesin, (6) penerapan mesin, (7) Pelatiahan Pengoprasian mesin, (8) Pelatihan Manajemen Usaha, dan (9) Pemantauan dan pendampingan. Hasil pelaksanaan program PKM adalah: (1) penerapan 1 unit mesin pengupas kulit kedelai kering yang efektif dan efisien dengan kapasitas produksi minimal 250 kg/jam, (2) terjadinya perubahan penerapan manajemen usaha yang lebih baik, khususnya manajemen keuangan, (3) pendapatan pengusaha kecil tempe meningkat, (4) masih tersedia banyak waktu bagi UKM tempe untuk melakukan aktivitas produktif lain. Abstract

Permodalan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pedagang mikro. Hadirnya BMT menjadi solusi bagi mereka yang membutuhkan bantuan modal untuk mengembangkan usaha, sehingga perlu adanya peran BMT secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang dan mengetahui peran BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang dalam memberdayakan pedagang mikro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) mekanisme pembiayaan di BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang sangat mudah dan cepat dengan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pemohon mengajukan pembiayaan dengan memenuhi persyaratan kemudian akan dilakukan analisis dan survei. Setelah pengajuan di acc tahap selanjutnya adalah proses akad dan proses pencairan. (2) Peran BMT UGT Sidogiri cabang Jombang dalam memberdayakan pedagang mikro adalah dengan pemberian bantuan modal melalui pembiayaan. Selain melalui pembiayaan, BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang juga melakukan pembinaan namun belum maksimal yaitu hanya sebatas inisiatif berupa pemberian motivasi-motivasi kepada pedagang.

Abstract

Riset ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya calon anggota yang mengajukan pembiayaan di BMT BUS Cabang Cukir, salah satunya ialah pembiayaan mudharabah. Pastinya dari banyak yang mengajukan pembiayaan tersebut terdapat sebagian hambatan ada pembiayaan yang tidak mudah, diragukan dan macet ataupun diucap dengan pembiayaan bermasalah. Tujuan riset ini buat mengenali prosedur pemberian pembiayaan mudharabah serta kelayakan pembiayaan mudharabah dengan beserta pelaksanaan prinsip 5C yang dilaksanakan di BMT Bis Cabang Cukir. Riset ini memakai riset kualitatif dengan memakai informasi primer yang diambil dengan memakai observasi serta wawancara yang digunakan buat memperoleh informasi menimpa pembiayaan mudharabah di BMT Bis Cabang Cukir serta buat informasi sekunder riset dokumentasi: riset kepustakaan, buku-buku pustaka Internet serta menimpa profil BMT Bis. Hasil Riset menampilkan kalau dalam melaksanakan prosedur pembiayaan mudharabah di BMT Bis Cabang Cukir sangat benar melaksanakan prinsip 5C dengan cermat terhadap calon anggota serta demikian juga dengan kelayakan pembiayaan mudharabah mempraktikkan prinsip 5C namun buat calon anggota yang telah lama serta jujur menimpa kebutuhan di pihak BMT Bis Cabang Cukir cuma menganalisis dengan memakai Capacity, Capital serta Collateral.

Abstract

Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) digadang-gadang dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin dan pelaku usaha mikro di sekitar pesantren, yang mana BWM ini dihadirkan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai keislaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera beserta perannya dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lingkungan pesantren. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan didasarkan pada pengamatan, wawancara atau penelaahan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan dana pada BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera juga telah terskema dengan baik, rapih dan tertib. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hal tersebut telah dibuktikan melalui kemampuan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan Maqoshid Syariah berupa perlindungan agama (Hifdzu Ad-Din), perlindungan jiwa (Hifdzu An-Nafs), perlindungan akal (Hifdzu Akl), perlindungan keturunan (Hifdzu An-Nashl) perlindungan harta (Hifdzu Maal).

Abstract

This research examines and analyzes the influence of lifestyle, advertising, and ease of access on consumptive behaviour, as well as the influence of consumptive behaviour on interest in online loans and the influence of lifestyle on interest in online loans, which is moderated by consumptive behaviour. The quantitative method used in this research was with a population and research sample of 169 students with sampling using the Slovin formula. The statistical analysis used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research show that lifestyle influences consumer behaviour. Apart from that, advertising and ease of access also have a positive and significant effect on consumer behaviour. Meanwhile, consumer behaviour also has a positive and significant effect on interest in online loans. Meanwhile, consumer behaviour also moderates the relationship between lifestyle and online loans. Based on the research results, the theoretical implication of this research is that lifestyle, ease of access, and advertising can influence a person's consumptive lifestyle, which can direct someone to online loans, so students must pay attention to spending for future needs, so that the dangerous impacts caused by loans online may be reduced during the study period. Meanwhile, this research it can be used as input for students regarding their responsibilities in managing finances and creating awareness to reduce consumer lifestyles, which can lead them to online loans which have several negative impacts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the analysis of sharia marketing strategies for sunflower seed MPASI snacks using marketing mix research instruments with the help of interview data from the 7P aspects, including (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence). The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, using primary data sources in the form of interviews with 3 informants, producers, nutritionists and postpartum mothers in the city of Surabaya. The presentation and analysis of the data was carried out based on the source triangulation technique from the results of the interview data. In the marketing strategy analysis using the 7P principles on the basis of fulfilling the behavior of Rasulullah SAW through the 4 mandatory characteristics, namely siddiq, amanah, fatanah, and tablig in the Sunflowsticks sunflower seed MPASI snack product. Thus, resulting in a link between the 4 mandatory characteristics of Rasulullah SAW with the 7P marketing strategy, that Sunflowsticks products are marketable according to the characteristics of shiddiq, able to realize marketing that meets the needs of employees and consumers in the nature of trust, able to create innovation, ideas and novelty from the products being marketed from the nature of fatanah, and being able to provide transparency over the entire business being carried out, capable of meeting the health, halal and safety needs of all babies and children of post-natal mothers

Abstract

This research examines the role of BTPN Syariah in supporting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pasuruan Regency to promote sustainable economic development. The research focuses on BTPN Syariah's contribution in providing sharia financing products and empowerment programs for MSME customers. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores how the sharia financing scheme and entrepreneurship training organized by BTPN Syariah help MSMEs overcome capital limitations and improve their business skills. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, with secondary data collection (articles, statistical data, and books), and primary data with direct interviews. The results show that BTPN Syariah's mentoring and strategic partnership programs significantly strengthen the MSME sector, improve their competitiveness, and promote financial inclusion in Pasuruan. The approach applied by BTPN Syariah focuses not only on increasing profits but also on social welfare and inclusiveness, making it one of the important pillars in realizing sustainable economic development in the area.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the values of Islamic entrepreneurship can serve as an important foundation for improving business performance, particularly for Muslim women entrepreneurs. However, in reality, many business actors still face limitations in optimally integrating spiritual perspectives, Islamic business ethics, and the use of digital technology. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Entrepreneurship Spiritual Perspective, Islamic Entrepreneurship Business Perspective, and E-Commerce Adoption on Business Performance among Muslim women entrepreneurs in Surabaya. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 129 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings indicate that the Islamic Entrepreneurship Spiritual Perspective, Islamic Entrepreneurship Business Perspective, and E-Commerce Adoption have a positive effect on Business Performance among Muslim women entrepreneurs in Surabaya.
