Abstract

This paper discusses the evaluation of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in student industrial internships. Due to the possibility of the risk of work accidents on industrial internship students are prone to occur. Currently, there are still few who discuss the evaluation of OHS implementation as the basis for carrying out sustainable action efforts. Based on the evaluation carried out, the OHS Implementation in Electronics Engineering Education's Student Industrial Internship has been feasible and follows applicable laws and regulations. The results of this evaluation can provide ideas for increasing sustainable action efforts regarding OHS in Student Industrial Internships.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Sampora, Kabupaten Sukabumi, dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk implementasi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dengan tujuan utama meningkatkan partisipasi warga melalui pemberdayaan di sektor ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lingkungan. Program yang dijalankan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), pemberian makanan tambahan bagi anak-anak yang mengalami stunting, pembentukan Sampora Study Club untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar anak-anak, serta pembuatan bak sampah dan pemasangan plang jalur evakuasi bencana sebagai bentuk kepedulian terhadap kebersihan dan kesiapsiagaan lingkungan. Seluruh kegiatan tersebut dirancang secara kolaboratif antara mahasiswa, pemerintah desa, dan masyarakat setempat, dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang menekankan sinergi dan keberlanjutan.

Abstract

Hubungan bilateral antara Indonesia dan India telah berkembang sejak peristiwa pada tahun 1947 di New Delhi, ketika kedua negara menjalin kerjasama untuk menciptakan perdamaian dunia dan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Dalam perkembangan hubungan ini, perjanjian persahabatan pada tahun 1951 memperkuat komitmen keduanya untuk keluar dari masa penjajahan bangsa-bangsa Barat. Fondasi dasar kerjasama ini adalah persamaan nasib dalam masa penjajahan dan aspirasi untuk membangun tatanan dunia baru yang damai. Kerjasama bilateral semakin kuat dengan peran Indonesia dan India dalam memimpin Konferensi Asia-Afrika di Bandung pada tahun 1955, dihadiri oleh 29 negara dari Asia dan Afrika. Kemitraan strategis ditandatangani pada tahun 2005, yang meliputi bidang pertanian, perdagangan, teknologi, hukum, pendidikan, dan pertahanan, mempercepat perkembangan kerjasama bilateral. Kerjasama maritim antara Indonesia dan India menjadi fokus penting dalam hubungan ini, dengan penandatanganan perjanjian dan kesepakatan tahunan yang memperkuat kerjasama pertahanan dan keamanan maritim. Data menunjukkan peningkatan kerjasama maritim antara 2001-2017, termasuk kerjasama dalam pertahanan, industri kelautan, dan patroli gabungan. Namun, dalam konteks persaingan antara India dan Tiongkok di Samudera Hindia, kebijakan maritim India dapat memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kepentingan nasional Indonesia. Indonesia melakukan strategi hedging dengan menjalin kerjasama maritim yang intensif dengan kedua negara tersebut, tetap menjaga hubungan baik sambil memperkuat posisinya di wilayah Samudera Hindia.Pengamatan tentang dampak kebijakan maritim India terhadap kepentingan nasional Indonesia menyoroti pentingnya persepsi bersama tentang ancaman dan keamanan maritim. Dengan meningkatnya aktivitas pelayaran dan kriminalitas laut di wilayah Selat Malaka, kerjasama maritim menjadi semakin penting bagi kedua negara untuk menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan regional.

Abstract

Mathematics learning is often perceived as difficult due to its abstract nature, particularly in the topic of arithmetic sequences and series. This study aims to explore the implementation of scaffolding strategies in teaching sequences and series and to examine their impact on students’ understanding. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design involving 22 eleventh-grade social science students from MA Hidatul Islamiyah Bagik Nyaka. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the application of scaffolding through guiding questions, visual representations, step-by-step exercises, and direct feedback effectively enhances students’ conceptual understanding of sequences and series. Students demonstrated improved systematic thinking as well as progress in identifying patterns, understanding formulas, and solving contextual problems. Therefore, scaffolding strategies are proven to be effective in helping students grasp abstract concepts in a more concrete manner. The study recommends that teachers consistently integrate scaffolding, particularly in mathematics learning that requires a high level of conceptual understanding

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Lenek Duren dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan berbasis limbah plastik. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat, khususnya pemudi, dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi program. Sebanyak 15 pemudi dilibatkan dan membentuk komunitas “Srikandi LDR Bergerak”. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam merajut serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap isu lingkungan. Sebagai hasil awal, peserta berhasil memproduksi tiga tas rajut yang dijadikan sebagai contoh produk dari pelatihan. Berdasarkan evaluasi akhir, sekitar 80% peserta menyatakan minat untuk melanjutkan kegiatan ini secara mandiri dan menjadikannya sebagai peluang usaha berbasis kerajinan daur ulang. Program pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat ganda: pertama, mendukung pengurangan limbah plastik rumah tangga melalui pemanfaatan bahan bekas; kedua, memberikan keterampilan praktis yang mampu meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, kreativitas, dan potensi kemandirian ekonomi peserta. Terbentuknya komunitas perempuan kreatif ini menjadi indikator keberhasilan program dalam mendorong kolaborasi, inovasi sosial, dan keberlanjutan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat dipandang sebagai strategi pemberdayaan perempuan yang relevan sekaligus kontribusi nyata terhadap pelestarian lingkungan di Desa Lenek Duren

Abstract

Effective management of laboratory tools and materials is essential to support experimentation and practical learning in higher education. However, many institutions still rely on manual inventory processes, which lead to data inaccuracies, inefficiencies, and limited monitoring capabilities. This study aims to develop and evaluate a web-based laboratory and workshop inventory management system tailored to the Department of Electronics and Informatics Education Engineering (DPTEI). The research adopts a Research and Development (R&D) design using the Waterfall Model, encompassing communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment phases. Data were collected from 22 participants (laboratory officers, workshop technicians, and lecturers) selected through purposive sampling. Requirement analysis was conducted via observations, structured interviews, and document review, while system evaluation employed questionnaires and automated testing tools. System quality was assessed using ISO 25010 criteria—functional suitability, reliability, performance efficiency, and usability—and a paired t-test was used to compare inventory management efficiency before and after implementation. The system achieved 100% functional suitability, very high reliability (up to 99.84% in stress testing), and strong performance efficiency with an average Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 1.180 seconds. The System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded a score of 84, classified as excellent, and the paired t-test (p = 0.002) indicated a significant improvement in inventory efficiency. These findings demonstrate that the developed system is robust, reliable, and well-accepted by users, contributing a domain-specific, empirically validated solution for digital resource management in academic laboratory settings.

Abstract

This study is important because it addresses the growing need for critical thinking in Islamic boarding school-based education, which is often considered to emphasize traditionalism and rote learning rather than analytical engagement. Despite this perception, the study of fiqh, the traditional Islamic discourse on problem solving, contains dialogical and analytical elements that have not been sufficiently researched in the context of contemporary education. Using a qualitative research approach based on library research with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) design, this study examines literature from 2010 to 2024 sourced from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. The review identified three main themes: (1) the pedagogical structure of fiqh studies, (2) its cognitive impact on students' critical reasoning, and (3) the integration of pesantren traditions with higher education pedagogy. The findings show that fiqh studies offer a culturally rooted, reflective, and problem-oriented model of inquiry that encourages students to engage in argumentation, ethical deliberation, and collaborative learning. This review contributes to the ongoing debate on the decolonization of education and offers insights into how traditional Islamic epistemology can contribute to global educational reform.

Abstract

Penggunaan LKPD dalam pembelajaran masih sederhana karena terbatas pada penggunaan soal-soal latihan dari buku tematik, terutama dalam pembelajaran IPA, sehingga siswa tidak memahami materi yang diajarkan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metodologi R&D. Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk membuat LKPD berbasis Tri N yang valid dan praktis untuk pembelajaran gaya dan gerak di kelas V SD Negeri Mendungan 2 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 8 siswa kelas V SD Negeri Mendungan 2 Yogyakarta dengan uji coba terbatas. Hasil validasi ahli materi menunjukkan persentase 55% (cukup valid), hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan persentase 91% (sangat valid), dan hasil validasi ahli bahasa menunjukkan persentase 80% (valid). Ini menunjukkan bahwa media telah valid dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa. Kepraktisan LKPD berbasis Tri-N (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) dalam isi materi IPA kelas V, melalui respon siswa, menunjukkan skor 90,5%, yang menegaskan bahwa LKPD yang dikembangkan sangat praktis dalam penggunaannya. Hal ini diperkuat oleh respon guru yang menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 96%. Terbukti dalam uji coba terbatas, terdapat peningkatan hasil tes siswa yang menggunakan LKPD berbasis Tri-N dalam isi materi IPA kelas V, dari nilai rata-rata awal 64,2 menjadi 96,7.The use of LKPD in learning is still simple because it is limited to the use of exercise questions from thematic books, especially in science learning, so that students do not understand the material being taught. This research applies the R&D methodology. The purpose of this development research is to create a valid and practical Tri N-based LKPD for learning force and motion in grade V of Mendungan 2 Yogyakarta State Elementary School. This research was conducted on 8 fifth grade students of Mendungan 2 Yogyakarta Elementary School with a limited trial. The results of material expert validation showed a percentage of 55% (quite valid), the results of media expert validation showed a percentage of 91% (very valid), and the results of language expert validation showed a percentage of 80% (valid). This indicates that the media has been valid from the material, media, and language aspects. The practicality of the Tri-N-based LKPD (Niteni, Nirokke, Nambahi) in the content of grade V science material, through student responses, showed a score of 90.5%, confirming that the LKPD developed was very practical in its use. This is reinforced by the teacher's response which shows a practicality level of 96%. Evident in the limited trial, there was an increase in the test results of students who used Tri-N-based LKPD in the content of grade V science material, from the initial average value of 64.2 to 96.7.
