Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja ASN di BKPSDM Kabupaten Nganjuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, melibatkan seluruh 33 ASN sebagai responden melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja ASN. Analisis regresi menunjukkan disiplin kerja sebagai faktor paling dominan, diikuti kompensasi dan budaya kerja. Secara bersama-sama, ketiganya mampu menjelaskan 92,3% variasi kinerja ASN. Temuan ini menguatkan pentingnya pengelolaan disiplin, sistem remunerasi yang adil, dan pengembangan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan Kinerja ASN. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengambilan kebijakan SDM sektor publik, khususnya dalam menyusun strategi peningkatan kinerja ASN yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh burnout, kesehatan mental, dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas karyawan di sektor kesehatan, dengan studi kasus pada Rumah Sakit Pelengkap Medical Center Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan medis dan non-medis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa burnout berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, sementara kesehatan mental berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Work-life balance tidak berpengaruh secara parsial, namun menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna secara simultan bersama variabel lainnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang kesehatan dengan mengintegrasikan faktor psikologis dan gaya hidup kerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan burnout dan peningkatan kesehatan mental sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efektivitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the strategies for developing students' religious character through religious development programs. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study design. The study was conducted at MTs. Raudlatul Hasaniyah Mojolegi Gading from January to May 2025. Data were collected through interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that the strategies for shaping students’ religious character through religious development programs include the Integration Model of Religious Values in Learning, the Habituation Model, the Role Model (Uswah Hasanah) Model, and the Reward–Punishment Model. These findings highlight that the development of religious character cannot rely solely on cognitive instruction but must also involve internalization, habituation, exemplary conduct, and effective implementation of reward–punishment systems.

Abstract

Abstract This community service program was conducted in Karang Rejo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The primary objective was to enhance community knowledge and skills in hydroponic farming through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The program focused on vocational agribusiness training based on local potential, particularly the introduction and hands-on practice of simple hydroponic techniques that can be applied at the household level. The results showed that participants were able to understand and implement basic hydroponic methods such as seed germination, nutrient mixing, and the use of recycled materials as growing media. In addition to improving technical skills, this program also encouraged food self-sufficiency, optimized the use of limited land, and reduced household consumption costs. It is expected that this activity will serve as a replicable community-based empowerment model for sustainable development.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of reducing and increasing preheat temperature in the welding repair process on API 2W grade 50 carbon steel material using a stick welding process or Shielding metal arc welding (SMAW). A number of test samples were prepared with varying preheat temperatures of 350C, 650C and 950C with the same welding parameters.This test is carried out by applying a non-destructive test (NDT) and hardness test to reduce the effectiveness of reducing and adding preheat temperature to the welding results after the weld repair process. The results of this research can provide useful guidance or references for students, campuses and the industrial world in minimizing the occurrence of weld defects and knowing the hardness value of API 2W grade 50 material after the weld repair process at companies in future projects

Abstract

Background : Hypertension in one degenerative diseases that has high mortality level and influences the quality of life and the productivity of elderly. The Physicaal changing decrease of the elderly causes health problem that is caysed by aning process and that often happens in the cardiovaskular system is hypertension disease. Problems were found in the village Trimulyo is less active elderly Posyandu activities because of the lack of family support that drove the elderly and the less explains the benefits cadres Posyandu activities so that the health condition of the elderly can not be monitored well, especially in patients with hypertension. One of the solutions in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly is the role of family support and the role of the cadre in recognizing, supervising, and taking care of the health problems in the elderly. The role of the cadre that is optimal and that is increasing the health level can control the disease in the elderly. Objective : The objective of the research was to find out the influence of the role of family support and the role of the cadre in the hypertension management effort in the Posyandu for the elderly in Puskesmas Jetis 1 Bantul. Methodology : The research was analytical survey in nature with cross sectional research design. The sample taken was 44 respondens using Total Sampling technique. The research instrument was using questionnaire and the data analysis was using Kendall Tau’s test. Result : The role of family support in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,922. The role of the cadre in the management effort for hypertension in the elderly has p value of 0,000. This showed that 0,000 < 0,05 and r count of 0,734. Conclusion : There was an influence of the family support in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated the the level of the correlation was vey strong and the t count value has positif correlation direction. Meanwhile, there as also an influence of the role of the cadre in management effort for hypertension in the elderly and it indicated that the level of the correlation was strong the r count value has positive correlation direction.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PBL) model in enhancing students’ economic literacy at MAN 1 Kediri City. The research was motivated by the low level of economic literacy among students, which is attributed to the dominance of conventional, theory-based instructional approaches that limit student engagement and practical understanding. To address this issue, a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design was employed across two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. A total of 28 students from grade X-F participated in the study. Data collection techniques included pre-tests and post-tests to measure economic literacy gains, observation sheets to assess engagement, interviews to gather student perceptions, and documentation of project outputs. In Cycle 1, the average student score increased by 13% compared to the pre-test, although not all students achieved classical completeness. After revising the instructional strategy, Cycle 2 yielded a further 20% increase in scores, with all students meeting or exceeding the minimum mastery criteria. Qualitative data also indicated improved motivation, collaboration, and critical thinking. The study findings are consistent with prior literature, confirming that PBL enhances not only conceptual understanding but also student engagement and higher-order thinking skills. This research contributes novel insights by applying a two-cycle CAR framework within an Islamic high school context, integrating both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results suggest that PBL is a highly effective pedagogical strategy for improving economic literacy and can be adapted in broader educational settings to support meaningful, student-centered learning.

Abstract

TOEFL is one of the indicators that an English learner is said to have language competence or not. In answering questions on the TOEFL, a technique or trick is needed, so that the time spent answering questions becomes more effective and efficient. One such technique is using the skimming technique. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the skimming technique is appropriate for use in the TOEFL reading test for students of the Orthotic Prosthetics Department of Health Polytechnic of Surakarta. The research method used is a quantitative experimental research method with a One group Pre and Post Test Design. The number of Orthotic Prosthetic students in semester III totaled 60 people in two classes, the sample was taken by random sampling. The TOEFL reading test consists of 50 numbers. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the use of skimming techniques can increase TOEFL Reading Test scores for Diploma III students of the Orthotic Prosthetics Department of the Surakarta Polytechnic of Health.

Abstract

This community service program was motivated by the low level of Qur’anic reading fluency among students at TPQ Achsin Qifly, Besuk Agung. A preliminary survey revealed that approximately 50% of the students were unable to read the Qur’an fluently and in accordance with proper tajwid rules. This condition was primarily caused by the use of conventional teaching methods and the lack of participatory approaches. The purpose of this program was to improve the students’ Qur’anic reading skills through the implementation of the Jibril Method, which consists of three main components: talaqqi (direct recitation), takrir (repetition), and tas-hih (correction). The program employed a qualitative case study approach combined with participatory methods, actively involving students in all stages of the learning process, from needs assessment to evaluation. The results demonstrated significant improvements in the students’ pronunciation (makhraj), application of tajwid rules, and reading fluency. In addition to technical skill enhancement, this program also fostered positive changes in students’ learning behavior and increased parental involvement in supporting the learning process. Therefore, the Jibril Method has proven to be effective and suitable as a holistic and adaptive approach to meet the students’ needs. However, these findings are still contextual, and further research is required to explore its applicability in other Qur’anic learning centers.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui workshop pembuatan ecoprint merupakan inisiatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, kesejahteraan ekonomi, dan kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan peserta. Workshop ini memberikan pelatihan tentang teknik pewarnaan kain alami menggunakan bahan-bahan dari tumbuhan lokal seperti daun dan bunga. Peserta belajar bagaimana mengaplikasikan teknik ini untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas yang memiliki nilai jual tinggi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, yang memungkinkan mereka untuk memproduksi dan menjual produk ecoprint, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan dan taraf hidup mereka. Selain manfaat ekonomi, workshop ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan memberdayakan peserta secara sosial dan budaya. Penggunaan bahan alami dalam proses pewarnaan mengurangi ketergantungan pada bahan kimia berbahaya, mendukung konservasi lingkungan, dan mempromosikan praktik berkelanjutan. Peserta, terutama perempuan, merasa lebih percaya diri dan mandiri setelah mengikuti workshop ini. Meski demikian, beberapa tantangan seperti pengadaan bahan baku dan akses pasar perlu diatasi untuk keberlanjutan inisiatif ini. Rekomendasi termasuk pembentukan koperasi, dukungan pendanaan, dan promosi produk melalui berbagai platform. Workshop ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berbasis komunitas dapat memberikan dampak positif yang luas dan berkelanjutan. Abstract Community empowerment through ecoprint workshops is an initiative aimed at improving skills, economic well-being, and environmental awareness among participants. The workshop provided training on natural fabric dyeing techniques using local plant materials such as leaves and flowers. Participants learned how to apply these techniques to produce quality products with high selling value. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills, which enabled them to produce and sell ecoprint products, thereby increasing their income and standard of living. In addition to economic benefits, the workshop also succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and empowering participants socially and culturally. The use of natural materials in the dyeing process reduced dependence on hazardous chemicals, supported environmental conservation, and promoted sustainable practices. Participants, especially women, felt more confident and independent after attending the workshop. However, several challenges such as procurement of raw materials and market access need to be addressed for the sustainability of this initiative. Recommendations include the formation of cooperatives, funding support, and product promotion through various platforms. This workshop proves that community-based training can have a broad and sustainable positive impact.
