Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan artifisial (KA) menuntut guru SMK untuk mampu merancang pembelajaran yang adaptif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Namun, hasil identifikasi kebutuhan di SMKN 4 Bandung menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum memahami Pendekatan Pembelajaran Mendalam (PPM) dan belum memiliki keterampilan dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital dengan memanfaatkan KA. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui workshop yang dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi, masing-masing pada 18–20 Juni 2025 dan 15–16 Juli 2025, serta terintegrasi dengan program In House Training (IHT) sekolah. Sebanyak 95 guru mengikuti workshop, didampingi oleh 15 mahasiswa yang berperan sebagai asisten fasilitator. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan pembuatan modul ajar digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman guru, terlihat dari kenaikan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 49,84 menjadi 82,81 pada post-test, serta meningkatnya kualitas modul ajar yang dihasilkan. Meskipun tingkat partisipasi bervariasi di setiap tahap, dampak pelatihan mencakup peningkatan literasi pedagogik, keterampilan digital, serta kesiapan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran mendalam berbantuan KA. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru dan dapat diadopsi sebagai model pelatihan berkelanjutan di lingkungan SMK.

Abstract

Spodoptera frugiperda is a highly polyphagous pest capable of causing up to 100% yield loss in maize. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of endophytic Beauveria bassiana applied through root drench, seed treatment, and foliar spray on the severity of larval feeding damage and egg parasitization by S. frugiperda. The B. bassiana isolate (JgSPK) used in this study was molecularly identified and deposited in GenBank (acc. no. MZ356494). Results indicated that among the three inoculation methods, seed treatment resulted in the highest endophytic colonization, followed by soil drench and foliar spray. Feeding on leaves colonized by the fungus increased larval mortality and resulted in abnormal pupation. Seed treatment showed the greatest potential in reducing larval feeding severity compared with foliar spray and soil drench applications. However, none of the inoculation methods significantly affected egg parasitization rates. Overall, endophytic B. bassiana reduced larval attack severity but did not influence egg parasitization, indicating compatibility with egg parasitoids. Further research is recommended to evaluate potential effects on larval parasitoids.

Abstract

Digital transformation is reshaping the financial sector and directly influencing both financial stability and the implementation of sustainable finance. However, empirical findings remain mixed, particularly regarding the mediating or moderating role of ESG integration. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following the PRISMA 2020 protocol to synthesize 20 relevant studies from an initial pool of 1,248 articles identified across Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar. The findings indicate that digitalization enhances efficiency, financial inclusion, and sustainability performance, though it simultaneously introduces cyber risks and regulatory uncertainties. ESG integration reinforces stability through stronger risk governance and transparency. Overall, the study highlights that synergy between digitalization and ESG is essential for building a stable, inclusive, and sustainable financial system and provides a conceptual foundation for subsequent empirical research.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi saat ini mendorong organisasi untuk semakin bergantung pada teknologi digital dalam mendukung aktivitas operasional. Namun, kondisi tersebut turut meningkatkan risiko ancaman keamanan siber, seperti kebocoran data, manipulasi informasi, dan gangguan layanan sistem. Arsitektur sistem informasi yang masih bersifat terpusat dinilai memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang tinggi terhadap berbagai bentuk serangan siber. Oleh karena itu, teknologi blockchain mulai dipertimbangkan sebagai alternatif solusi keamanan karena karakteristik desentralisasi dan ketidakterubahan data yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan teknologi blockchain dalam menangkal ancaman keamanan siber pada sistem informasi melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan whitepaper yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan karakteristik blockchain, seperti desentralisasi, transparansi, dan immutability, berpotensi memperkuat aspek keamanan data serta integritas sistem informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan awal bagi pengembangan sistem informasi yang lebih aman.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut karyawan perkantoran memiliki keterampilan tambahan, termasuk kemampuan mengolah desain grafis sederhana untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi kerja karyawan setelah mengikuti pelatihan aplikasi CorelDRAW. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan tes keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan karyawan dalam mengoperasikan fitur dasar dan lanjutan CorelDRAW, percepatan waktu kerja dalam membuat materi visual, serta peningkatan kualitas desain internal perusahaan. Pelatihan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi kerja dan efektivitas kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A systematic literature review aims to determine the challenges and structural ambidexterity in improving the quality of lecturers at Indonesian universities. Articles were selected through a screening process in 2014-2021. Reviews were conducted on an online database, Google Scholar. There were seven articles reviewed based on the lecturer's quality criteria. Based on the analysis of the article, there are nine challenges to improve the quality of lecturers in universities and structural ambidexterity to improve the quality of university lecturers in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation of the banking industry has positioned electronic banking (e-banking) as a critical service channel for commercial banks, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia. Despite its extensive adoption, challenges related to system reliability, service quality, security, and strategic sustainability remain significant. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate e-banking service quality and to formulate development strategies through an integrated application of the PIESCES framework and SWOT analysis. Employing a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving internal stakeholders responsible for managing e-banking services. The PIESCES framework was utilized to assess six key dimensions of information systems performance: performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. Subsequently, SWOT analysis was applied to translate service quality evaluation outcomes into strategic development directions by identifying internal strengths and weaknesses alongside external opportunities and threats. The findings indicate that e-banking services significantly enhance transaction efficiency and accessibility; however, persistent issues related to system stability, cybersecurity control, and responsiveness of supporting services require strategic attention. The integration of PIESCES and SWOT provides a robust analytical foundation for aligning service quality evaluation with strategic planning. This study contributes to the literature by offering an integrative evaluation–strategy model for digital banking services and provides practical implications for bank management in strengthening competitiveness and ensuring sustainable e-banking development.

Abstract

Digital banks are increasingly transitioning from product-centric institutions to platform orchestrators that enable multi-actor financial ecosystems through standardized application programming interfaces (APIs). In Indonesia, Standar Nasional Open API Pembayaran (SNAP)—issued by Bank Indonesia—formalizes technical, data, security, governance, and risk requirements to support interoperability and safe collaboration in payment-related Open APIs Source. This study develops an IMRAD-based conceptual framework for a SNAP-based open ecosystem banking business model and explains how standardization can accelerate scaling, strengthen fintech partnerships, and unlock API monetization opportunities while maintaining regulatory alignment. Using a qualitative, document-driven approach, the research synthesizes SNAP regulatory materials with established literature on platform ecosystems, ecosystem governance, and API management capability. The analysis maps SNAP’s regulatory scope (interconnection/interoperability, information security, governance, and risk management) into actionable design dimensions for digital banks, including API portfolio structuring, partner onboarding mechanisms, consent/authorization controls, and third-party risk governance Source. The resulting framework highlights three strategic outcomes. First, SNAP reduces bilateral integration complexity by encouraging standardized interfaces and shared implementation practices, improving ecosystem readiness and time-to-market. Second, it enables scalable collaboration by clarifying stakeholder roles and governance expectations across banks, payment service providers, and non-bank partners. Third, it supports new revenue logics—such as usage-based pricing, tiered access, and value-added API services—by treating APIs as managed products within a governed platform. The study concludes that SNAP can function as a national-level “rulebook” for ecosystem banking, helping digital banks shift from standalone service providers to trusted enablers of Indonesia’s digital economy while balancing innovation, security, and compliance.

Abstract

Abstrak:Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat pada abad ini membawa dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap dunia pendidikan, di mana proses peralihan dari abad industrialisasi ke abad pengetahuan menuntut setiap bidang dalam kehidupan berubah sangat cepat dan harus dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat. Begitu pula dengan pendidikan, karakteristik umum model pembelajaran abad pengetahuan berbeda dengan dengan karakteristik pembelajaran abad industrialisasi. Model praktik pendidikan yang dianggap menguntungkan pada abad industrial, seperti belajar fakta, drill dan praktik, kaidah dan prosedur digantikan dengan belajar dalam konteks dunia nyata, otentik melalui problem dan proyek, inkuiri, discovery, dan invensi dalam praktik abad pengetahuan. Akan tetapi pola belajar yang diterapkan pada masa industrialisasi sudah dianggap tidak cocok lagi di abad pengetahuan, di mana perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berkembang begitu pesat, dan teknologi tersebut merupakan katalis penting untuk gerakan menuju metode belajar di abad pengetahuan.Makalah ini akan membahas perancangan model pembelajaran abad 21 dengan cara mengintegrasikan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning, Project Oriented Learning, dan Cooperative Learning dengan teknologi informasi Web 2.0.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pembelajaran berorientasi proyek, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis Web 2.0.Abstract:The rapid development of information technology in this century has brought a very significant impact on the education sector where the process of transition from century of industrialization to the century of knowledge in every aspect of life is changing and adapting quickly. Within the same manner in the aspect of education, the general characteristics of the learning model in the industrial century is different than in the knowledge century. Among many educational practices considered beneficial to the industrial age are learning facts, drill and practice, rules and procedures have been replaced by learning-in-realworld context through authentic problems and projects, inquiry, discovery, and invention in the knowledge century practice. However, the pattern of learning applied at the time of industrialization has been deemed to be unfit anymore in the age of knowledge in which the development of information and communication technology is evolving very rapidly, and the technology is an important catalyst for movement toward learning methods in the knowledge century.This paper will discuss the design of 21st century learning model, learning model design by integrating Projects Based Learning, Project Oriented Learning, and Cooperative Learning with information technology based on web 2.0.Keyword: Projectbased nearning, project orientedlearning, problem-based learning, Web 2.0 based cooperative learning.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in shaping human beings and civilization. Ibn Khaldun, through his monumental work Al-Muqaddimah, offers an educational concept that is holistic, humanistic, and contextual. This article aims to examine Ibn Khaldun’s educational thought and analyze its implications for contemporary Islamic education. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research, involving the examination of primary and secondary sources relevant to Ibn Khaldun’s educational ideas. The findings indicate that, according to Ibn Khaldun, the purpose of education is not merely oriented toward the acquisition of knowledge, but also toward the formation of moral character, the development of intellectual potential, social preparedness, and the sustainability of civilization. Principles such as gradual learning, the rejection of violence in education, and the emphasis on dialogical relationships between teachers and learners constitute the core characteristics of his educational concept. The implications of Ibn Khaldun’s thought for contemporary Islamic education are reflected in the importance of developing learner-centered curricula, adopting humanistic pedagogical approaches, and strengthening the role of teachers as intellectual and moral guides. Therefore, Ibn Khaldun’s educational thought remains relevant as a conceptual foundation for the renewal and strengthening of Islamic education in the modern era.
