Abstract

This article reveals the strategy of modernizing the curriculum of the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jember based on the Indonesian national qualifications framework. With their salaf characteristics, Islamic boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in adapting the curriculum. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, pesantren remain consistent in exclusively studying classical books with a class system like modern schools, except that the subject matter of the study remains in the field of religion. Second, Islamic boarding schools incorporate the national curriculum into the cottage learning system so that the practice of teaching religion and science is realized in a balanced class form. Third, pesantren is consistent in traditional spending to study the yellow books and provide opportunities for santri to gain education provided by pesantren, which has been adapted to the Indonesian national qualification framework.

Abstract

This article describes the classroom management model in increasing interest in reading at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Lumajang. With their salaf characteristics, Islamic boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in classroom management to improve student literacy. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. In this study, data analysis was carried out from the time of data collection as a whole and checked again to ensure the validity of the data. The findings of the study indicate that classroom management in improving literacy culture has an impact on increasing students' interest in reading at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Lumajang through 1) survey strategies, questions, reading, being read and reviewing reading results, 2) reading-questioning strategies, 3) Storytelling and read textbooks. Asatidz (teacher) is carrying out their function as a class manager by using management functions, namely class planning, class organization, classroom arrangement, and measurement of program achievement thorough evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate apprenticeship education and training at PPSDM MIGAS using the CIPP method. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where data is obtained from interviews, documentation, and photos. Respondents who are the source of data are managers, teachers, and participants in education and apprenticeship at PPSDM MIGAS Cepu. The result of this research is to evaluate from the aspect of the context of education and training which contains the background, goals, and objectives that have been implemented by the objectives, the input aspect consisting of curriculum, human resources, infrastructure, and education financing. programs and training have been carried out by the existing curriculum and with competent managers and instructors. The process aspect consisting of preparation and evaluation of the results of education and training programs has been carried out well. product aspect (outcome) which consists of the quality of participants' learning outcomes and the number of graduates participating in the training program according to their achievements.

Abstract

The development of the BUMDesa Au Wula management education model must be carried out to produce better performance. Model development is carried out through the implementation of BUMDesa management and governance system education which leads to a digitalization system, especially in technical management of financial management and marketing of BUMDesa superior products. This research aims to develop and implement a BUMDesa management and governance education model including management, collaboration with other parties, and local economic development to increase the economic resilience of the community in Au Wula village. The research method used is research and development. The development plan is based on a model of increasing community economic resilience through BUMDesa management practices and the PIID-PEL program approach. The stages of the research consisted of pre-field, implementation, data analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the increase in the economic resilience of the people of Au Wula Village is the result of coaching and implementing: (1) General management elements at BUMDesa include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; (2) Collaborative management with 60 farmers, additional workforce, transportation synergy, opening of vegetable markets, and scholarship programs from elementary schools to master's programs; (3) Development of the local economy through the establishment of ecotourism centers, MSME centers, and the involvement of youth groups.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to find out and analyze the application of management, collaboration with other parties, and local economic development of BUMDesa to increase the economic resilience of the community in Au Wula village. Methodology: The research design is a research-based development. The development design is based on the model of increasing community economic resilience through BUMDesa management practices and the PIID-PEL program approach. The stages of the research consisted of pre-field, implementation, data analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. Findings: The results showed that the increase in the economic resilience of the Au Wula village community was the result of the development and implementation of: (1) General management elements at BUMDesa include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; (2) Collaborative management with 60 farmers, adding manpower, synergizing transportation, opening a vegetable market, and scholarship programs from elementary schools to master's programs; (3) Development of the local economy through the establishment of ecotourism centers, MSME centers, and the involvement of youth groups. Implications: Development and application of general management, collaborative management, and local economic development at BUMDesa can be used to grow and increase economic resilience in villages. Practical implications: Implementation of management governance, collaboration, and local economic development in the village. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Food and Beverage Industry in Malang City (study on f&b sudimoro employees in Malang City) The population in this study were F&B sudimoro employees in Malang City. Determination of the number of samples using the Mahoeltra formula and obtained results as many as 70 respondents. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this study using the help of SPSS with the analysis method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2). Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership, Communication, Work Environment on PT Employee Performance. Cimory Plant Pasuruan. The sampling technique used probability sampling to obtain a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Leadership, Communication and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Leadership and Communication have a positive and significant effect, while the Work Environment and employee performance have a positive and significant effect.  Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Work Environment

Abstract

Abstract The development of universities in Indonesia has implications for increasing the number of students. The tendency of the majority of students who are transmigrants in related university areas has a further impact on increasing the need for temporary housing. Differences in perception and background give rise to different characteristics of boarding house needs. There are several types of boarding houses with characteristics and according to their individual needs. This study tries to examine several housing preferences that are in accordance with the demands and desires of students. This is useful in providing boarding house occupancy for students and comparing the level of importance of respondents to each key attribute in each type of boarding house. This is also useful as the provision of more appropriate student housing according to the main characteristics of student demand. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires which distributed to 135 students of the Islamic University of Malang. This exploratory research data was then carried out quantitatively using conjoint analysis. The results showed that the attributes of the first order of price, second room facilities, third environmental conditions, fourth security, fifth completeness of public facilities, sixth location and the last order is social environment. Keywords: Preferences,Boarding House, Student

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of training and competency on mediating performance by member satisfaction in UKM Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling, namely by using simple random sampling to serve as a sample using the Slovin formula with a sample size of 102 respondents. Data processing uses SEM-AMOS. The data analysis method used in this research is by using outer model and inner model testing. Based on the research results, it is known that training and competence have a significant effect on performance, training and competence do not have a significant effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a significant effect on performance and satisfaction can mediate training and competence on performance. Keywords: Training, Competency, Performance and Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the description and model of improving the quality of human resource management learning through company internships for management students at the economics and business faculty. Using the phenomonological method, this research focuses on descriptive research with a qualitative approach. There were 4 research informants determined by those who were directly involved in the activities to be researched. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews and documentation. The analysis flow uses an interactive analysis model with techniques used in the analysis including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that overall it can be concluded that there are 3 divisions, namely for students, study programs and companies. For students: increasing work readiness and the importance of internship experience, developing professional competencies and honing skills, establishing professional networks. For study programs: collaboration with industry, improving the quality of graduates, the importance of assessment systems and achievements in internships. For companies: recruitment of potential talent, increasing productivity, building reputation and benefits for the company.  Keywords: Quality Of Learning, Human Resource Management, Company Internships
