Abstract

The emerging of Human Rights Court particularly for the Indonesian National Army, the myths regarding patriotic and war should be disarmed and the responsibility should be carried out in this context, the norm of human right prepares an effective service for those who become the victims of naive nationalism or stability in appearance. Practising of responsibility stated above has large implication, namely choosing the action of security must consider four important factors: (1) whether the action aforementioned is in accordance with law, (2) is it proportionally?, (3) is it coincide with the ethics ?, and (4) that the action is really needed and accepted by society. According to writer that described four considerations must be guidance, instead, it needed to be organization formulation so that they do not motivate the Indonesian National Army return to dark eras.

Abstract

Shift workers have a higher risk of health problems than daily workers. Shift workers experience circadian rhythm disturbances. Circadian rhythm disorders can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease due to changes in hormone secretion, neurotransmitters, metabolism, heart rate, and autonomic heart control. Neurotransmitters are influenced by circadian rhythm are one of norepineprin, epinephrine and serotonin which can affect the mental health stage. This research is an observational analytic study with primary data. From the data collection, 33 people met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of taking blood pressure were normal (84,9%) and abnormal (15,2%). The heart rate is normal (90,9%) and abnormal (9,1%). Mild anxiety disorders (12,1%), normal (87,9%). Low depression (9,1%), limit depression (9,1%), normal (81,8%). Work shift has a significance value of t-test 0.503> α and a coefficient of determination of 1,5% for blood pressure. Work shift has a significance value of a t-test of 0.549> α and a coefficient of determination of 1,2% of the heart rate. Work shift has a significance value of t-test 0.502 <α and a coefficient of determination of 1,5% for anxiety disorders. Work shift has a significance value of the t-test of 0.103> α and a coefficient of determination of 8,3% for depression. Conclusions There is no effect of shift work on blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety disorders, and depression.

Abstract

In the industrial world, companies are required to be more effective and creative with the development of today's technology. Transverse ducting flange (TDF) machine is a machine that functions to make ducting flange products and form ducting connections, where there are several components in large quantities, so the design of the frame construction made must be strong to support these components. Responding to the cases that occurred, with the aims and objectives of this study, namely to determine the level of efficiency in the use of the design on a hollow galvanized steel frame measuring (100 × 50 × 3,2) mm, by performing simulations using SolidWorks Premium 2019 software with static analysis features. using the finite element method. So with this research, we can find out whether the frame is receiving loads that exceed the yield strength limit or vice versa. The results of the research are three load-bearing areas received, with load values in a row, namely 11693,809 N, 266 N, and 598,206 N. From the results of the three, it shows that the design of the frame construction that has been made is safe to use, because the calculation of the analysis meets the value requirements safety factor and the maximum stress simulation that occurs does not exceed the yield strength limit of the frame material.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to do customer segmentation in retail companies by implementing the Recency Frequency Monetary (RFM) K-Means cluster model and algorithm optimized by the Elbow method.Methods: This study uses several methods. The RFM model method was chosen to segment customers because it is one of the optimal methods for segmenting customers. The K-Means cluster algorithm method was chosen because it is easy to interpret, implement, fast in convergence, and adapt, but lacks sensitivity to the initial partitioning of the number of clusters. To help classify each category of customers and know the level of loyalty, they use a combination of the RFM model and the K-Means method. The Elbow method is used to improve the performance of the K-Means algorithm by correcting the weakness of the K-Means algorithm, which helps to choose the optimal k value to be used when clustering.Result: This research produces customer segmentation 3 clusters with a Sum of Square Error (SSE) value of 25,829.39 and a Callinski-Harabaz Index (CHI) value of 36,625.89. The SSE and CHI values are the largest ones, so they are the optimal cluster values.Novelty: The application of the integrated RFM model and the K-Means cluster algorithm optimized by the Elbow method can be used as a method for customer segmentation.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan bagian penting dalam mengelola dan menjalankan semua kegiatan. satu diantaranya adalah sistem informasi catering. Sistem Informasi mami catering yang ada di Kota Solok sekarang ini masih belum menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan admin khususnya untuk menangani masalah pemesanan yang belum dapat dilakukan secara online, pencatatan pesanan dan laporan pembukuan belum berjalan secara maksimal sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sehingga admin masih membutuhkan sistem yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan sistem yang berbasis komputer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the occurrence of convergence in inclusive economic growth at both the national and regional levels, as well as the factors that drive the increase in inclusive economic growth to reduce regional disparities. The analysis used is sigma convergence, absolute beta convergence, and conditional beta convergence. The data used is a panel consisting of 21 provinces in the Western Region of Indonesia (KBI), including Sumatra, Java and Kalimantan, 13 provinces in the Eastern Region of Indonesia (KTI), namely Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara and Bali, Maluku and Papua, as well as national level consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2017 to 2021. This study shows that at the national level, KBI and KTI, there has been both sigma convergence and absolute beta convergence. Conditional beta convergence only occurs at the national level and KBI. Meanwhile, in KTI, there is no process of conditional beta convergence or what can be called divergence occurring. Variables that significantly affect the convergence process at the national level include government expenditure in the economic, health, and social protection sectors, domestic investment, and the open unemployment rate. At the KBI, significant factors include government expenditure in social protection sectors domestic investment and the unemployment rate. At the KTI, significant factors include government expenditures on the economic, health, and social protection sectors, foreign investment, and the unemployment rate.

Abstract

Setiap organisasi beroperasi dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan mudah berubah dan oleh karena itu organisasi harus mengadopsi pendekatan untuk mengelola perubahan. Dalam manajemen perubahan, model Lewin banyak dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi suatu institusi untuk menerapkan, mengelola, dan mengevaluasi perubahan yang terjadi. Model Lewin dikenal sebagai teori klasik dan sebagai pedoman bagi organisasi untuk mengimplementasikan, mengelola dan mengevaluasi perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model perubahan dari Kurt Lewin. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplorasi, dimana mengkaji literatur untuk menyajikan dimensi dan karakteristik perubahan organisasi teori dari Kurt Lewin. Teori perubahan organisasi Kurt Lewin ini memiliki 3 tahapan yaitu, mencairkan (Unfreeze), perubahan (Movement) dan membekukan kembali (Refreeze). Diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman kita tentang teori perubahan Kurt Lewin dalam konteks organisasi dan penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi para peneliti akademis dan praktisi.

Abstract

Perubahan dapat diartikan sebagai peralihan ke situasi atau keadaan yang baru atau berbeda. Perubahan dapat didefinisikan sebagai proses di mana suatu entitas bergerak dari kondisi awal ke kondisi yang berbeda. Perubahan inilah yang menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam perubahan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan informasi terkait apa saja yang menjadi tantangan dalam perubahan organisasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan referensi yang terdiri beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Tantangan-tantangan dalam perubahan organisasi tidak jauh dari individu dalam orgnaisasi tersebut. Sealain itu perubahan organisasi ini memiliki banyak teori dan modelnya seperti model Kurt Lewin, Dunphy dan Stacy, Mintzberg dan Quinn, Anderson dan Mckinsey 7-S. Penelitian di masa depan sebaiknya memperluas jenis perubahan dan metode perubahan.

Abstract

Perubahan dapat diartikan sebagai peralihan ke situasi atau keadaan yang baru atau berbeda. perubahan adalah misi paling berisiko di organisasi mana pun, dengan 70% inisiatif perubahan tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Perubahan terbagi atas dua yaitu inkremental dan tranformasional. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui secara mendalam terkait perubahan inkremental dan transformasional. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan studi literatur. Perubahan inkremental memiliki 3 tipe, Smooth incremental change, Bumpy incremental change dan Discontinuous change. Dan perubahan transformasional juga terbagi atas 3 tipe juga. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan inkremental adalah peruabahan yang baik karena terjadi sepanjang waktu dalam organisasi dan membantu meningkatkan atau memodifikasi produk, proses, prosedur, atau sistem yang ada.
