Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the variables tax knowledge, self-efficacy, motivation, and learning effectiveness on accounting students' interest in pursuing a career in the field of taxation. This research uses quantitative methods with data sources from primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires which have been answered by all respondents and the results will be analyzed with the help of the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 29 as a test tool. The population in this study were accounting students at Kahuripan Kediri University Class of 2020-2022. The sample used in this research was 65 students using the purposive sampling method and the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the independent variables tax knowledge, self-efficacy, and learning effectiveness have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely accounting students' interest in pursuing a career in taxation, while the independent variable motivation has no significant effect on the dependent variable, namely accounting students' interest in pursuing a career in taxation.

Abstract

Processed fish in the form of soft bone milkfish is a superior product of the city of Semarang that needs attention because it involves many business actors and has an influence on regional economic growth. However, there are still many obstacles related to production and marketing aspects. This paper is limited to handling production aspects in two fish processing SMEs in Semarang City, namely CV New Citra and UD Putri Laut. The problem faced by the two SME partners is that the production equipment for pressure cooking milkfish has a small capacity so that productivity is less than optimal. Another problem is that the shelf life of existing products is not long enough. To overcome this problem, the implementation team carries out community service using several methods, including socialization, training and mentoring. After the two tools were successfully created, the implementation team provided training and assistance on how to operate the two tools until the partners mastered and were skilled. Currently these two tools have been used in the pressure cooker milkfish production process, and have been proven to be able to increase production capacity and quality. Based on field observations, pressure cookers are able to increase production capacity by up to 300 percent, saving fuel costs by 66.66 percent. The retort tool succeeded in increasing product shelf life by up to 1 year, and saved retort costs of IDR 600,000, per retort process.

Abstract

Regional taxes in Indonesia can be classified based on the level of regional government, namely regional taxes at the provincial level and regional taxes at the district/city level. One source of regional tax revenue comes from motor vehicle tax (MVT) payments. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax in Kediri Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research with an associative approach. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was Random Sampling. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using several methods including descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), multiple regression analysis, f test and t test. In this research, the results showed that taxpayer awareness, application of E-Samsat, tax knowledge and tax sanctions had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle tax at SAMSAT Katang Kediri.

Abstract

Air sumur merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat vital dan merupakan sumber utama kehidupan masyarakat sahari-hari. Untuk menjaga kesehatan maka air minum harus hegines, keberadan air sekarang sudah tercemar sudah bercampur dari beberapa usur, sehingga dibutuhkan penanganan lebih serius dengan mengatur kandungan yg terdapat dalam air antara lain , Fe, Mangan, bakteri, timbal, tembaga dan bahan kimia yang berbahaya pestisida arsenik serta kimia lainnya. Zat yang terkandung dalam Air tanah diantaranya kadar besi (Fe) dan Mangan (Mn), jika kita ukur menggunakan TDS meter nilai yang dicapai berkisar antara 220 hingga 280 mg/l tergantung lingkungan atau sumber air tersebut. Termatup Dalam Peraturan Pemerintah PP Nomor 20 Tahun 1990 bahwa zat (Fe) yang dibolehkan dalam air minum maksimum 0,3 mg / l, dan kadar Zat Mangan (Mn) 0.1 mg / l. Untuk mengatur kadar campuran, perlu adanya system filterisasi dari beberapa komposisi bahan sebagai media penyaringnya diantara lain : tangki reaktor dengan kandungan chlorine/kaporit, pasir silika, krikil, filter mangan zeolite, butiran karbon aktif, filter cartridge, dan penyinaran ultra violet serta ozon generator.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compare the financial performance and environmental performance between local Indonesian e-commerce companies and foreign companies from Singapore operating in Indonesia. This study uses a mixed method, namely a quantitative approach with statistical analysis in the form of ANOVA One-Way test and Post Hoc Test on financial ratios (liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity) as well as a qualitative approach through the analysis of the content of financial statements and sustainability reports based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. The data used are derived from financial statements and sustainability reports for 2021–2023. The population of this study is e-commerce companies operating in Indonesia. The sample from this study is that ASEAN e-commerce companies operating in Indonesia have gone public both on the IDX and foreign stock exchanges, and have audited financial statements during 2021-2023. The results show that there are significant differences in several financial ratios between Indonesian and Singaporean companies. Foreign companies tend to have more efficient financial performance in terms of capital and asset management, as well as higher levels of environmental performance disclosure. This research contributes to the development of cross-border comparative literature in the digital sector, as well as being a practical reference for regulators and industry players in improving transparency and sustainability of company operations.

Abstract

Metadata as structured data that has the function of defining, describing, organizing information with the aim of facilitating data management(Pratidina & Nasution, 2024). It is pretty much also referred to as one data against another data, one information against another information, playing a crucial role in various sectors, such as education, libraries, and also included in e-commerce management. This research article aims to explain the role and concept of metadata and its types that can be used in e-commerce systems. The writing of this research uses the literature review method. This method was chosen to explore existing knowledge to collect previous research results that are relevant to the topic discussed. The findings of this research found that metadata has an important role and its types can be used and developed further in e-commerce. The implication is that this research strengthens academic understanding that metadata is not only about data management but also supports the efficiency of information systems including in e-commerce.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Dana Desa merupakan semua kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dana desa di Desa Lebak wangi sudah sesuai dengan asas-asas pengelolaan keuangan desa berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 dan berdampak kepada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat desa dan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif menekankan pada asas-asas pengelolaan keuangan desa berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 seperti Transparansi, Akuntabilitas dan Partisipasi Masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa di Lebak wangi belum sesuai dan belum maksimal dengan asas-asas pengelolaan keuangan desa seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas dan partispasi masyarakat. Adapun hambatan yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di Desa Lebak wangi Kecamatan Sepatan Timur Kabupaten Tangerang yaitu sumber daya manusia yang masih lemah dan tidak terdapat data mengenai Potensi Desa.

Abstract

Deindustrialisasi prematur merupakan tantangan serius bagi negara berkembang yang sedang menuju status negara maju, di mana sektor industri masih memegang peranan sebagai sektor utama penggerak ekonomi. Fenomena ini semakin diperburuk oleh kompetisi global dan keterbukaan perdagangan yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan industri dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar, pendapatan per kapita, tarif impor, Pembentukan Modal Tetap Bruto (PMTB), dan investasi asing langsung terhadap deindustrialisasi prematur di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan data deret waktu tahunan periode 1990–2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan per kapita, tarif impor, dan PMTB berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap proporsi nilai tambah sektor manufaktur terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), yang mengindikasikan peran ketiganya dalam mendorong deindustrialisasi prematur. Sebaliknya, investasi asing langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, yang berarti dapat menghambat laju deindustrialisasi. Sementara itu, nilai tukar menunjukkan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai tambah manufaktur. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi kebijakan dalam mengalokasikan PMTB ke sektor bernilai tambah tinggi serta memperkuat kemampuan substitusi bahan baku impor untuk mendorong penguatan sektor manufaktur nasional.

Abstract

Background: Office OSH includes all activities that guarantee and protect the safety and health of employee work so that they do not experience work accidents or diseases related to their work at work. Purpose: To determine the description of office OSH policies, work safety standards, work health standards, office work environment health and office ergonomics at the Ngembal Kulon Health Center, Kudus Regency. Methods: This study is study qualitative with use method descriptive. Technique purposive sampling sample selection and this data collection technique uses interview techniques, observation, and documentation with informant as much as 6 person. The main instrument used in this study was an interview guide on the implementation of office OSH standards at the community health center. Results: The policy OSH in health center still not optimal. Occupational safety standards aspect, that have not been met include hydrants, fire alarms, and box first aid kits. Occupational health standards aspect, are quite good with the implementation of fitness exercises, mental health screening, routine check-ups, and support for exclusive breastfeeding programs for employees. Environmental health standards aspect, the fulfillment of waste management, vector control, and sanitation. Ergonomic standards aspect, the lack of socialization about ergonomic work postures for officers in the health centre. Conclusion: Office OSH is still not optimal based on Permenkes No. 48 of 2016. Need support from District Health Office as the supervisor of implementation OSH offices at health centre. This is very important because it has implications for protection of health workers, patients, and work environment.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price to Book Value on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2021 to 2023. Financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), while the independent variables consist of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV). The study employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach and uses secondary data from 83 companies over three years, resulting in 249 firm-year observations. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to examine the relationships among variables, with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that simultaneously, CR, DER, and PBV have a significant effect on financial performance. Partially, CR and PBV have a positive and significant effect, while DER has a negative and significant effect on ROA. These findings highlight the importance of liquidity, capital structure decisions, and market valuation in enhancing company profitability. This study contributes to financial decision-making practices for company management and investors in the property and real estate sector.
