Abstract

Perkembangan industri kedai kopi di Kabupaten Bogor yang sangat pesat mengakibatkan persaingan antar kedai kopinya semakin ketat. Aranya Coffee and Forest merupakan pendatang baru dalam industri kedai kopi yang berada pada lokasi dengan tingkat persaingan yang tinggi tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis karakteristik konsumen, tingkat kepuasan konsumen serta pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan konsumen Aranya Coffee and Forest. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif, perhitungan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen berusia antara 17-25 tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, berdomisili di daerah luar Bogor, latar belakang pendidikan akademik (S1/S2/S3) dan berstatus sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa dengan pendapatan kurang dari Rp.1,900,000. Berdasarkan analisis CSI diperoleh tingkat kepuasan sebesar 88.12 % atau “sangat puas” dan dari analisis SEM PLS diperoleh bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah variabel produk dan bukti fisik.

Abstract

Gambier faces various challenges along the value chain, including financing problems and the quality of gambier that does not meet standards because it still uses mixed materials. This study aims to identify value chain mapping, analyze value chain governance patterns, and analyze strategies for improving the gambier value chain in West Sumatra. The research location was purposively selected on the grounds that Lima Puluh Kota Regency and Pesisir Selatan Regency are the largest gambier centers in West Sumatra. This study used the data analysis method from Gereffi and Fernandez-Stark 2016 and ACIAR 2012. The results explained that the activities carried out were planting, harvesting, processing, drying, packing, quality control, sales, with the actors involved being farmers, intermediary traders, cooperatives, large traders, and exporters. The type of governance formed in this gambier value chain is market governance. With low complexity, high codification and high capability variables. The upgrading strategy carried out in this study uses 3 types of upgrading, namely product upgrading, process upgrading, and function upgrading. Product upgrading can be done by making gambier product innovations. Process upgrading can be done by using modern technology in processing to increase theyield and quality of gambier. Function upgrading can be done by building processing facilities that are able to produce high-quality gambier products according to international standards.

Abstract

This study examines the public communication strategy implemented by the broadcasting division of the Bogor City Communication and Informatics Office (Diskominfo) in producing and disseminating video content through social media as a means of public information and education. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, using observation, interviews, and document study techniques to gain an in-depth understanding of contextual communication practices. The results indicate that the public communication strategy was implemented through three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. In the pre-production stage, messages relevant to community needs were planned. The production stage focused on creating content that was informative, engaging, and easily understood by the audience, while the post-production stage included the dissemination and evaluation of message effectiveness. Challenges encountered included limited resources, technical issues, and sometimes suboptimal coordination between departments. However, these obstacles were overcome through teamwork, technical training, and more efficient equipment management. This study confirms that video content plays a strategic role in strengthening the relationship between the government and the community and encouraging transparency and public participation. Continuous evaluation based on audience feedback is recommended to improve the effectiveness of future communication.

Abstract

This study analyzes the copywriting strategy of the NGO PILI Green Network during its 2025 World Coffee Day campaign on Instagram (@piligreennetwork) in response to the urgency of environmental communication in digital media. Employing a qualitative-descriptive approach using content observation, interviews, and active participation (internship), this research examines the implementation of the persuasive AIDA framework (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). The results indicate the strategy’s success in building Attention and Interest through a friendly tone of voice and eco-storytelling that emphasizes Dual Benefits (farmer welfare and forest conservation). However, a significant limitation was found in the Action phase, where Call-to-Action (CTA) tended to be low-effort (interaction) and lacked specificity in encouraging high-effort conversions (e.g., sustainable coffee purchase). This study contributes to non-profit communication practices by highlighting the importance of measurable CTAs to enhance public participation and real sustainability action

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial, khususnya Instagram, telah mengubah cara individu dalam berkomunikasi dan mengekspresikan diri secara kreatif. Storytelling kini menjadi salah satu strategi yang banyak digunakan untuk menarik perhatian audiens sekaligus membangun kedekatan emosional melalui narasi dan visual yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya storytelling pada akun Instagram @galanggjr_ terhadap tingkat inspirasi konten mahasiswa Komunikasi Digital dan Media Sekolah Vokasi IPB University. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 78 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji normalitas Kolmogorov–Smirnov dan Shapiro–Wilk, serta uji korelasi Spearman karena data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya storytelling memiliki hubungan kuat dan signifikan dengan tingkat inspirasi konten mahasiswa (r = 0,627; p < 0,001). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin baik penerapan storytelling dalam konten digital, semakin tinggi pula tingkat inspirasi kreatif mahasiswa. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori Narrative Paradigm dari Walter R. Fisher (1984) yang menyatakan bahwa manusia memahami dunia melalui cerita. Storytelling dengan alur yang koheren dan autentik terbukti efektif membangun makna dan keterlibatan emosional. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya storytelling sebagai strategi komunikasi digital yang mampu menumbuhkan kreativitas dan inspirasi di kalangan mahasiswa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya storytelling memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap tingkat inspirasi konten mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pelestarian budaya lokal menjadi penting di tengah arus globalisasi yang berpotensi mengikis identitas bangsa. Budaya Minangkabau dengan falsafah adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah perlu dijaga agar nilai-nilai luhur dapat diwariskan kepada generasi berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara konten kesejahteraan sosial pada akun Instagram @ipmmbogor1 dengan pelestarian budaya Minangkabau di kalangan mahasiswa IPB University. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan kuesioner daring kepada 97 responden yang merupakan pengikut akun @ipmmbogor1 sekaligus mahasiswa aktif IPB University. Validitas dan reliabilitas diuji menggunakan Pearson Product Moment dan Cronbach’s Alpha, sedangkan analisis hubungan antar variabel dilakukan melalui uji Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paparan mahasiswa terhadap konten kesejahteraan sosial berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi, sedangkan pelestarian budaya Minangkabau berada pada kategori sedang. Uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif cukup kuat dan sangat signifikan antara konten kesejahteraan sosial dan pelestarian budaya Minangkabau (Rs = 0,648; p < 0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi paparan mahasiswa terhadap konten, semakin tinggi pula kesadaran dan partisipasi mereka dalam menjaga budaya Minangkabau. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa media sosial, khususnya Instagram, berperan strategis dalam memperkuat kesadaran budaya generasi muda.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi pola komunikasi organisasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor dalam mengimplementasikan Program Bantuan Keuangan Infrastruktur Desa. Satu desa diberikan dana maksimal satu miliyar, sehingga program ini lebih dikenal dengan Satu Miliyar satu Desa (Samisade).Penelitian menggunakan  metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kritis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bogor. Jumlah informan terdiri dari 10 kepala desa, sembilan camat.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Komunikasi vertikal—antara pejabat pemerintah tingkat tinggi dan aktor di tingkat desa—memiliki peran penting dalam penyebaran kebijakan, pendelegasian tugas, dan penegakan akuntabilitas; (2) Komunikasi horizontal antar instansi dan antar aktor sejawat memfasilitasi koordinasi dan pemahaman bersama, sedangkan komunikasi diagonal memungkinkan keterlibatan lintas fungsi, sehingga memperkuat kapasitas respons dan pemecahan masalah; dan (3) Terdapat empat strategi komunikasi utama yang digunakan pemerintah: strategi berbasis media (cetak, digital, dan media sosial), strategi instruksional (pelatihan teknis untuk bendagara dan staf desa), strategi pemasaran  mengemas nilai pembangunan dengan, serta pendekatan budaya, agama dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Strategi pastisipatori dengan musdes, musrenbang desa, musrenbang kecamatan  dan musrenbang kabupaten. Strategi-strategi ini secara kolektif memperkuat kepatuhan, dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan perdesaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa komunikasi organisasi dalam program Samisade, yang mengalir secara vertikal, horizontal dan diagonal mendukung proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi program. Empat strategi komunikasi yang digunakan berdampak positif bagi pembangunan infrastruktur di pedesaan.

Abstract

This study examines the role of SEO Content Writers in increasing the organic traffic of the Akurat.co website. The rapid growth of digital media has reshaped how audiences access information, making Search Engine Optimization (SEO) an essential strategy for enhancing visibility and engagement in online journalism. Specifically, this study explores how SEO Content Writers contribute to improving organic traffic in a digital newsroom context an area that remains underexplored compared to general marketing focused SEO studies. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in depth interviews with three informants: a Senior Managing Editor of SEO as the key informant, supported by an SEO Content Writer and the Entertainment Editor of Akurat.co. Furthermore, literature studies were utilized to enrich the analysis and support data interpretation. The findings highlight that SEO Content Writers play a strategic role in keyword selection, content structuring, trend based topic analysis, and the production of evergreen articles that sustain long term visibility. Based on internal insights from the editorial team, approximately 80% of Akurat.co’s high traffic articles are driven by SEO based content, indicating a dominant contribution to organic readership (based on company estimation, not independent analytics tracking). In conclusion, SEO oriented content writing extends beyond technical optimization, serving as a core editorial strategy to maintain competitiveness in digital journalism.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed how news is produced and consumed, requiring online media to adopt strategies that allow articles to remain relevant over time. Previous studies using Google Trends have focused on specific practical applications, such as analyzing newsroom patterns in Madania.co.id, assessing the impact of COVID-19 on the stock market, improving product keyword competitiveness, forecasting airport passenger arrivals, identifying public health risks, and analyzing social media usage trends. However, none of these studies investigate how Google Trends is used within editorial decision-making to support sustainable evergreen content production. This study fills that gap by examining how editors at Akurat.co utilize Google Trends to identify and select evergreen topics that continue attracting readers in the long term. The research uses a qualitative method through observation, interviews, and literature study conducted during an internship at PT Akurat Sentra Media. This internshipbased approach enables direct access to editorial routines, allowing deeper understanding of how data analytics supports decision-making in the newsroom. The findings reveal that Google Trends helps editors recognize topics with stable search interest such as education, lifestyle, and health thus supporting a more focused and data-driven SEO strategy. This study contributes to the discussion on data-driven journalism by demonstrating how search analytics can guide editorial sustainability practices in Indonesian online media. The implication is that integrating search data into newsroom workflows can improve content quality, match reader needs, and enhance the long-term competitiveness of digital news platforms.

Abstract

This study examines the digital communication strategies of "homeless accounts" informal, anonymously managed entities on TikTok in building substantial audience engagement within Indonesia's digital landscape. Addressing a significant gap in literature regarding non-traditional media actors, the research employed qualitative methods combining digital ethnography and content analysis of 10 purposively sampled accounts over three months. Findings demonstrate that these accounts strategically leverage trending content formats, emotional storytelling, and interactive platform features to foster engagement. Their content portfolio primarily consists of viral themes, local information, and inspirational narratives, consistently enhanced with trending audio-visual elements for optimal algorithmic visibility. Core communication strategies are built upon authenticity, emotional resonance, and dialogic community management, effectively cultivating digital empathy and co-creation among followers. The study reveals that effective digital communication can be successfully cultivated outside traditional media infrastructures through strategic application of platform-specific features and authentic narrative techniques. This represents a modern form of citizen journalism that thrives on relational trust rather than institutional credibility. However, this operational model presents significant challenges regarding accountability and potential misinformation spread, necessitating enhanced digital literacy initiatives and platform-supported verification mechanisms. This research contributes valuable insights into how informal digital actors cultivate influence and community trust beyond institutional boundaries, offering important implications for understanding evolving digital communication paradigms in platform societies.
