Abstract

This paper focused on the application of one psychological approach, it is Islamic cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) on students of Madrasah Aliyah As-Syafi'e Kapubaten Pamekasan who are less enthusiastic in learning because of low learning motivation. This research is important because low motivation or interested in learning has become a serious threat to the future of many students as the nation's next generation. The purpose of implementing Islamic-based CBT is to raise students' awareness of the importance of learning and to get rid of or neutralize everything that is negative that can lead to lazy learning attitudes. In the process, cognitive behavior therapy is also combined with self-management techniques. This technique provides guidance for the therapist to initiate treatment actions for students with problems. The method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review.Keywords: Cognitive Behavior, Beligion-Based Therapy, Students Learning Motivation

Abstract

Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling/Konselor merupakan tenaga pendidik di sekolah yang bertugas memberikan layanan psikologis-educational dalam membantu siswa mencapai perkembangan optimal. Dalam masa pandemi covid 19 diberlakukan kebijakan pemerintah berupa Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Para siswa membutuhkan penyesuaian untuk dapat mengikuti pembelajaran daring ini, yang dapat menimbulkan kecemasan disertai emosi tertentu. Oleh karena itu, para konselor sekolah membutuhkan kecakapan memandu siswa melaksanakan terapi mandiri yang mendukung kesehatan psikologisnya. Salah satu keterampilan yang dapat dilatihkan adalah terapi mandiri (Emotional Freedom Technique/EFT). Kecakapan ini relevan diberikan kepada konselor berdasarkan beberapa rasional diantaranya: (1) Para siswa membutuhkan penguatan psikologis positif pada situasi wabah saat ini, (2) melalui work from home konselor sekolah tetap menjalankan tugas dan perannya membantu siswa mencapai kesehatan mental dan perkembangan diri yang positif, (3) pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling membutuhkan cara-cara baru yang relevan dengan kebutuhan psikologis siswa, (4) kompetensi menerapkan  EFT memungkinkan layanan bantuan terapi emosional positif yang dibutuhkan pada situasi wabah saat ini. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatan kompetensi guru BK atau konselor dengan menerapkan terapi mandiri emotional freedom technique untuk meningkatkan emosi positif selama pandemi covid 19. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan ini kompetensi konselor semakin meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pretes dan post-tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan dengan nilai rata-rata pre-tes sebesar 4 9 dan nilai rata-rata post-tes sebesar 62.

Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi covid 19 diberlakukan kebijakan pemerintah berupa Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Proses belajar mengajar di kemas dalam on line learning dan belajar secara mandiri. Peran serta sekolah dan para guru terhadap pembelajaran siswa secara langsung berkurang. Target hasil belajar dan proses belajar tetap berjalan walaupun siswa melakukannya dengan belajar dari rumah. Kedisiplinan dan kemandirian belajar menentukan apakah siswa akan tetap belajar dan berjuang mencapai target hasil belajar atau tidak. Tanpa kemandirian belajar, program belajar mandiri di rumah tidak akan membuahkan hasil yang baik. Siswa akan menggunakan waktunya untuk aktivitas-aktivita yang tidak produktif. Self Regulated Learning (SRL) merupakan teori dan praktik tentang kemandirian belajar yang layak dikembangkan  pada siswa, terlebih pada situasi saat ini utamanya program belajar dari rumah. Tujuan PKM adalah meningkatkan kompetensi konselor dengan menerapkan Bimbingan Self Regulated Learning pada Siswa SMP kabupaten sidoarjo pada masa pendemi Covid 19. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah konselor harus bisa memberikan layanan bantuan belajar siswa membutuhkan keterampilan membimbing siswa tentang Self Regulated Learning. Sehingga melalui kegiatan ini kompetensi konselor dalam memberikan bimbingan self regulated learning pada siswa SMP meningkat. Hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil pre-tes dan pos-tes yang menunjukkan ada peningkatan kompetensi konselor atau guru BK SMP di kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan nilai rata-rata saat pre tes sebesar 44,11 sedangkan nilai rata-rata saat pos tes sebesar 61,68.

Abstract

Abstrak: Jumlah kajian ilmiah terkait kontribusi nyata Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan sangatlah berlimpah. Akan tetapi, dalam konteks kontribusi Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan khusus/inklusif masih sangatlah minim, padahal dalam beberapa tahun belakangan lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah sangatlah progresif untuk memfasilitasi hal ini. Karena itu tulisan ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan upaya-upaya progresif Muhammadiyah di bidang pendidikan inklusif; 2) Menganalisis peluang dan tantangan pendidikan inklusi di sekolah Muhammadiyah, dan 3) Memberikan beberapa rekomendasi yang konstruktif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan inklusi di sekolah Muhammadiyah. Makalah ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan pada sumber-sumber yang relevan seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan berita kemudian dianalisis secara sistematis sesuai kaidah-kaidah ilmiah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah telah banyak berkontribusi dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak berkebutuhan khusus, terutama melalui program pendidikan inklusi di sekolah Muhammadiyah. Temuan penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dan pedoman bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan kurikulum sumber daya manusia dan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah Muhammadiyah ke arah yang lebih baik.Abstract: The number of scientific studies related to the actual contribution of Muhammadiyah to education is abundant. However, the gift of Muhammadiyah in special/inclusive education is minimal, although, in recent years, Muhammadiyah educational institutions have advanced to facilitate this. Therefore, this paper aims to 1) describe Muhammadiyah's progressive efforts in the field of inclusive education, 2) Analyze the opportunities and challenges of inclusive education in Muhammadiyah schools, and 3) Provide some constructive recommendations to improve the quality of inclusive education in Muhammadiyah schools. This paper uses a literature study method on relevant sources such as scientific journals, books, and news, then analyzed systematically according to scientific principles. The study results show that Muhammadiyah has contributed much to fulfilling the educational rights of children with special needs, primarily through inclusive education programs in Muhammadiyah schools. The findings of this study can be used as a reference and guideline for stakeholders in evaluating and developing a human resource curriculum and inclusive education in Muhammadiyah schools in a better direction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model bimbingan untuk meningkatkan aspek sosial dan motorik anak tunaganda di SD umum. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini metode fenomenologi dipilih sebagai kerangka penelitian dengan memanfaatkan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, pengolahan dokumen untuk pengumpulan data. Sedangkan untuk proses analisis data, data dianalisa dengan cara trianggulasi. Adapun subjek penelitian meliputi guru kelas sekaligus konselor, guru pendamping khusus, dan 1 anak tunaganda kelas IV yang bersekolah di SD umum. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa 1) model bimbingan bagi anak tunaganda di SD umum berupa play therapy dengan menggunakan berbagai alat permainan. Model bimbingan terbukti dapat meningkatkan aspek motorik dan sosial bagi anak tunaganda karena adanya peningkatan secara bertahap yang terjadi dari waktu ke waktu dalam proses bimbingan, 2) Sedangkan untuk upaya pengembangan model bimbingan dapat dilakukan beberapa hal seperti mengadakan workshop, sosialisasi terkait anak berkebtuhan khusus bagi guru pengajar, sekolah perlu menyediakan ragam metode pengajaran dan media permainan sederhana, serta guru pendamping khusus perlu menyusun program pengajaran secara individual sekaligus berkolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk pelatihan dan memantau perkembangan kondisi anak tunaganda secara berkala.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a set of android CMS (Conflict Management Style) to find out the style of managing conflict among high school students as an important information to reduce conflict appropriately and responsibly that meets the assessment criteria of acceptability includes aspects of usability, feasibility, accuracy and propriety. This research uses the Borg & Gall development research method which includes: (1) preliminary studies; (2) planning; (3) initial product development; (4) testing expert validation; (5) product revision. After that, the data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The material expert test assessment shows 92.19%, means that the contents of CMS (Conflict Management Style) android material is very good, no revision needed. Not only that, the Rating media expert test also shows a very good results, which is 100%, it means that this application design can be considered as a very good one. So concluded that the development of android-based conflict management style understanding media to determine students' conflict management styles had met the criteria for good acceptability in the design and content of the discussion, so that the Android CMS (Conflict Management Style) could be used as information to reduce and direct conflict.

Abstract

In addition to using policies from the government, there are also policies from the administrators of the pesantren, known as students who study in Islamic boarding schools. Many problems occur to students, especially new students who cannot adjust to their new environment. They will, have difficulties in social and learning. Group guidance services use problem-solving techniques expected to help students solve problems that occur, so that students are accustomed to solving their own problems. The author uses a pre-research method that collects various main informatprimaryabout hidden themes by using various sources. What needs to be observed is how the scheme works on the object, the environmental conditions, and also what problems are going on in the object; after the observation, the researcher interviewed the auto to know how the thing was. The aim was to find what obstapurposes and kinds of obstacles were, hota were who were threats involved,and how the concepts and methods were wanted t develop further.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of text to speech assistive technology on the reading ability of ADHD students in learning using e-learning. The ability of ADHD students who have impulsive and hyperactive behavior shows that students who are diagnosed will have difficulty focusing on one thing as a result of coordination functions and emotional responses that affect learning abilities, especially in reading. To improve reading skills, the use of assistive text to speech technology is needed by students during e-learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve the reading ability of ADHD students in reading spelling of words, with a clear voice and straightforward word emphasis. The method used in this study is Single Subject Research (SSR) using the ABA technique. Instruments to determine the level of reading ability of ADHD students are observation and documentation. The results showed that the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve reading skills in e-learning for ADHD students made progress in spelling words and with clear vowels and straightforward word emphasis. It can be concluded that the role of text to speech assistive technology to improve reading skills in e-learning for ADHD students is highly recommended to be applied in every e-learning lesson. Abstract

The are many problems in online learning experienced by students and teacher consequence to Covid-19, presents its own challenges for guidance counseling teacher. Various efforts have been made by guidance and counseling teacher in order to help solve the problem faced by students during the pandemic through Cyber Counseling. This is the background for researchers to conduct e-counseling research conducted by guidance and counseling teacher. This study aims to describe the cyber counseling process carried out by guidance and counseling teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The location of this research in SMPN 59 Surabaya City with purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this research were homeroom teacher for grades VII, VIII, IX, two guidance and counseling teachers and students in grades VII, VIII, IX at SMPN 59 Surabaya. Research data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique in this research is the Miles and Huberman (Interactive Model) The results of this research describe the Cyber Counseling method carried out by guidance and counseling teachers for students who have problems during the Covid-19 pandemic. Cyber Counseling can help solve problems faced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The advantage of Cyber Counseling is that it can be carried out anywhere and anytime. Meanwhile, the weakness of Cyber Counseling, if it is held for a long time and the application is heavy, it requires memory space and excess quota. However, this can be overcome with contributions from the school who facilitate handphone for those whose handphone do not support or because they are experiencing financial problems and provide free internet package quotas in order to support the implementation of Cyber Counseling.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the behavioral model of academic procrastination in vocational students and describe the factors that have an influence on this behavior. In this article on the academic procrastination variable, there is a tendency not to immediately start and take an action from procrastinating behavior, negligence in time management. Students who have academic procrastination behavior will generally work on assignments at the last minute of collecting assignments and can trigger panic, this feeling of panic will make students make bad decisions in doing assignments.Keywords: academic procrastination, students AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang model perilaku prokrastinasi akademik pada siswa SMK dan menjabarkan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku tersebut. Pada artikel ini diutamakan pada variabel prokrastinasi akademik, adanya kecenderungan untuk tidak segera memulai dan mengerjakan suatu tugas merupakan suatu indikasi dari perilaku menunda-nunda, kelalaian memanagement waktu.
