Abstract

Salah satu hal yang perlu diperoleh lulusan program studi Akuntansi menurut organisasi American Institutes of Certified Public Accountant adalah memiliki pengalaman belajar yang dapat membantu mengembangkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang dapat mengintegrasikan kemampuan teknologi informasi dalam keahlian akuntansi dan bisnis. Salah satu keterampilan teknologi informasi ini adalah kemampuan untuk mendesain dan mendokumentasikan proses bisnis entitas dalam suatu sistem informasi akuntansi yang mendukung penyediaan infomasi berbasis teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pengendalian manajemen, internal kontrol dan pengambilan keputusan organisasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan siklus pengembangan sistem (system development life cycle). Dari hasil Focus Group Discussion yang dilakukan oleh selama tahun 2020 bersama beberapa praktisi, pengguna lulusan dan alumni, salah satu poin penting yang sering dinyatakan adalah kemampuan lulusan dalam menganalisis dan mendisain proses bisnis suatu entitas dengan pendekatan siklus pengembangam sistem. Disamping itu, kurikulum juga mengharuskan program studi dalam mata kuliah praktik terus mengembangkan kasus-kasus terbaru secara berkala, agar kasus-kasus yang lama tidak lagi digunakan. Hal ini dikarenakan kasus-kasus yang telah dikembangkan sebelumnya sudah tidak relevan lagi dengan kebutuhan saat ini. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menyiapkan materi pembelajaran beserta metode pengajaran yang relevan untuk mata kuliah Praktik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, sehingga dapat membantu jurusan dalam pengembangan kasus-kasus praktik terbaruan yang sesuai dengan perkembanan zaman dan teknologi terkini.

Abstract

The Role of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Improving Community Welfare in Kuala Raja Village, Bireuen Regency. Development is an orientation in activities to advance the nation, including processes, one of which is village development which must be carried out in a planned manner and touch the real needs of rural communities. regarding the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) In improving the welfare of the community so that the BUMDes program is effective and targeted, how is the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in improving the welfare of the people in the village. Kuala Raja village. This PKM aims to find out how the role of BUMDes in improving the welfare of the community. The results of this pkm show that: 1) Seeing from the activities of BUMDes, it is clear that it helps the people of Kuala Raja to further improve their welfare because seen from the programs that are being run, there is nothing that harms the community but adds or increases he income of the community and the income of the Kuala Raja village.

Abstract

In competitive era nowadays, management is expected to make the right business strategies, including merger or acquisition actions, for optimizing the value of the company. This study aims to analyze the differences in financial performance before and after a merger or acquisition. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the idx.co.id website. The population in this study were banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 6 companies. The research data used are financial statements for 2 years before and 2 years after the merger and acquisition. The data is processed using the SPSS v.25 application. The results of the study using the Wilcoxon signed test showed that there were significant differences in TATO and EPS after the merger or acquisition, then there were no significant differences in CR, DER, ROA, and NPL.

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Universitas Syiah Kuala students who attended the Futsal TP course numbered one hundred and fifty people. And researchers determine the sample between forty five to fifty people. Materials and methods. The steps are adapted from the book "Educational Research" by Borg and Gall which consists of ten steps Results. The following: first, a total of sixty-eight point fifty-six percent of participants stated that futsal games were not fun; second, seventy-three point fifty-four percent stated that the training skill model was less varied; third, ninety-three point seventy-seven percent of participants agreed that they needed new and pleasant variations, fourth, sixty-three point sixty-nine percent of futsal sports skills using and the five players. Conclusions. trainers who need to develop models for futsal sports skills are one hundred percent.

Abstract

Plasenta previa merupakan salah satu penyebab pendarahan pada ibu postpartum. Prevalensi kejadian plasenta previa menunjukkan persentase 15-20% dari kematian ibu di dunia. Salah satu tindakan yang dilakukan untuk ibu dengan plasenta previa yaitu persalinan dengan sectio caesarea. Kasus persalinan dengan SC di Aceh sekitar 44,31% dan diantaranya 4,35% karena plasenta previa. Tujuan studi kasus ini untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.Y post sectio caesarea dengan indikasi plasenta previa. Diagnosa keperawatan yang diangkat adalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif, menyusui tidak efektif, nyeri akut dan risiko infeksi. Intervensi yang diberikan yaitu identifikasi sirkulasi perifer, pendidikan kesehatan dan demonstrasi terkait pijat oksitosin, pompa ASI, posisi menyusui dan perlekatan yang benar pada ibu dan bayi saat menyusui, kompres hangat, manajemen nyeri secara nonfarmakologi yaitu teknik relaksasi napas dalam, relaksasi benson, perawatan luka post SC dan edukasi nutrisi yang mengandung zat besi, nutrisi yang memperlancar ASI dan protein tinggi untuk mempercepat penyembuhan luka bekas SC. Hasil evaluasi selama tiga hari rawatan menunjukkan konjungtiva tidak anemis, akral hangat, hemoglobin dalam perbaikan 11,7 g/dL, ASI meningkat, menyusui sudah efektif, nyeri sudah berkurang dan tidak terdapat tanda dan gejala infeksi seperti nanah, bau, kemerahan serta luka dalam keadaan kering dan perban bersih. Disarankan kepada perawat untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien post partum khususnya post sectio caesarea dengan plasenta previa dan menjadikan tulisan ini sebagai referensi dalam menerapkan asuhan keperawatan

Abstract

Kearifan lokal merupakan pandangan atau cara masyarakat dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, termasuk budidaya kopi. Pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal semakin ditinggalkan oleh masyarakat, dikarenakan msifnya teknologi modern yang ditransfer kepada masyarakat. Disisi lain penerapan teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal yang tepat cenderung masih memberikan dampak positif terhadap keberlanjutan usahatani kopi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi petani dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk menggunakan teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal dalam budidaya kopi. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah :  (1) memberikan kontribusi terhadap studi keilmuan yang berkaitan dengan persepsi  dan Keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal pada budidaya kopi yang berkelanjutan;  (2) secara praktis dapat diterapkan dan dikembangkan bentuk penyempurnaan bagi petani dalam proses adopsi inovasi teknologi budidaya kopi berbasis kearifan lokal; (3) secara implikasi sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan bagi penentu kebijakan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2022 di Tanggamus dan Lampung Barat Provinsi Lampung. Petani yang dijadikan sampel ada petani kopi rakyat sebanyak 140 petani. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah karakteristik sosial dan ekonomi petani responden, jenis teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal, persepsi dan adopsi teknologi kearifan lokal. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik untuk menentukan variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan petani dalam mengadopsi teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal. Sementara itu, persepsi dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi berbasis kearifan lokal budidaya kopi secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh umur, pendidikan, pengalaman usahatani, luas lahan, produktivitas, keuntungan relatif, compatibility, complexity, trialability, observability. Namun secara parsial hanya 3 variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan adopsi yaitu pendidikan, luas lahan dan kemudahan untuk dicoba (trialability). Persepsi petani terhadap budidaya kopi berbasis kearifan lokal dilihat dari karakteristik inovasi menunjukkan bahwa secara ekonomi cukup menguntungkan, sesuai dengan kebiasaan dan pengalaman petani, tidak rumit untuk dipraktikkan, mungkin untuk dicoba dan  mungkin untuk dilihat hasilnya.

Abstract

This study was motivated by findings on the implementation of the "Merdeka Curriculum" by Social Studies (teachers in Junior High School (JHS) in Bireuen Regency, where performance in teaching and learning responsibilities did not meet expectations. This was evident from the lack of analysis of learning evaluation results and the failure to implement 21st-century framework-based learning, which emphasizes student-centered teaching, critical thinking, and innovation. The research aims to 1) analyze the effect of work motivation on the work discipline of Social Studies teachers in JHS in Bireuen Regency; and 2) examine the combined effects of work motivation and discipline on their performance. The study involved 52 Social Studies teachers in Bireuen Regency, selected using Slovin's formula. Path analysis using SPSS was applied as the analytical technique, and the research employed a causal descriptive approach to investigate direct and indirect relationships between variables. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The findings revealed that 1) work motivation significantly influences the work discipline of Social Studies teachers, indicating that improving teacher motivation enhances their discipline; and 2) work motivation and discipline significantly affect teacher performance, suggesting that enhancing both factors can improve the performance of Social Studies teachers in JHS in Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

ZnPtO is widely used as an active substance in anti-dandruff shampoo. Instead of describing its benefits, many articles have reported that ZnPtO can harm the environment and human health. Through the Food and Drugs Administration, Indonesia has been regulated to have a maximum limit of 2.0% for rinse-off hair products. The research aims to develop an accurate and reliable method to determine product ZnPtO level. ZnPtO was analyzed using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with Photo Diode Array (PDA) at a wavelength of 257.9 nm. This research used a C18 column with dimensions of 250 x 4.6 nm and five μm in particle size. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and a mixture of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution and disodium EDTA at pH 4.0 (30:70). Column temperature was maintained at 40oC at a 1.0 ml/min flow rate.  The results showed that ZnPtO was detected at a retention time of 7 minutes. The method's correlation coefficient and residual deviation were 0.999% and 0.65%, respectively. Method precision at 20, 100, and 160 μg/ml was 0.6694, 0.4511, and 0.4728%, respectively. Method accuracy at those levels was 98.3 to 100.9%. All validation parameters have fulfilled the qualification. ZnPtO levels contained in anti-dandruff shampoos were 0.0081%, 0.0040%, and 0.016%, respectively. The developed method has proven selective, accurate, and reliable. It can control the quality and safety of anti-dandruff shampoo due to pre-market and post-market surveillance.

Abstract

Understanding Government Accounting concepts is a competency that must be mastered by teachers and students at Vocational High Schools (SMK) as a basis for carrying out learning activities, especially in the field of Government Accounting. In its implementation, it is still necessary to improve the understanding of teachers and students related to the concept of Government Accounting. SMK Negeri 3 Padang, which is a partner in this service, faces obstacles in understanding Government Accounting. This service aims to provide understanding and skills to teachers and students at SMK Negeri 3 Padang about government accounting through technical guidance activities by making practical work modules for teachers and students in accordance with applicable government accounting standards in Indonesia. Activities carried out in this technical guidance are discussions, making modules and practical work on Government Accounting, technical guidance and training, as well as more in-depth mentoring of teachers and students. The results showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding from 70% to 90% based on the tests conducted. With this activity, it is expected to improve the competence of teachers and accounting students of SMK Negeri 3 Padang related to Government Accounting.

Abstract

Residents are people who are in an area and are controlled by applicable rules and interact with each other Residents are people who are in an area and are bound by applicable rules and interact with each other continuously or continuously. If population growth increases, this will cause many problems, including: poverty levels, unemployment, school dropout rates and increasing crime rates in each region. In anticipating the problem of increasing the population of Aceh Province, information about the population is needed. Therefore, this study will discuss several applications of mathematical methods in estimating the population of Aceh Province in the coming year using the Euler method and the Runge Kutta method of order 4. The results of the estimation of the population of Aceh Province using the Runge Kutta method are 5.030.503 inhabitants in 2021, 5.076.307 in 2022 and 5.122.486 in 2023 The estimation results using the Euler method are 5.026.162 in 2021, 5.071.745 in 2022 and 5.117.700 in 2022. The conclusion in this study is that estimation using the Runge Kutta method is a method that is better applied than the method Euler on the problem of estimating the population of Aceh Province. This is because the error value of the Runge Kutta method is smaller than the Euler method with an error value of about 0.04%. Key words : Runge Kutta, Euler, Population.
