Abstract

Drug abuse poses a serious threat to health, social well-being, and the future of the nation. This research employs a case study method by directly conducting socialization and education on the dangers of drugs to the community. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of outreach in increasing public knowledge and awareness of the dangers of drugs. The results of the study indicate that direct outreach is able to increase public understanding, foster an attitude of rejection towards drugs, and encourage active participation in prevention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, price and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Sidik Putra Selong Building Shop, East Lombok. The type of research used is associative research. The sample in this study amounted to 100 samples. The data collection method uses a survey method. The sample collection technique in this study used non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. All research data were obtained using SPSS Statitic 26. It is obtained: (1) Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. So it is concluded that the more positive the word of mouth, the higher the purchasing decision will be, otherwise if the word of mouth is negative, the lower the purchasing decision will be. The more appropriate the price, the higher the purchasing decision will be, otherwise if the price is not appropriate, the lower the purchasing decision will be. The more appropriate the service quality, the higher the purchasing decision will be, otherwise if the service quality is not appropriate, the lower the purchasing decision will be.

Abstract

The interest in learning mathematics among students is still considered low, with many students perceiving this subject as difficult. Learning interest is a crucial factor for achieving academic success, prompting educators to innovate and be creative in their teaching methods. One approach that can enhance student engagement is the use of interactive and appealing learning media. This study utilized the Quizizz application with the Lesson feature to explore its impact on students' interest in learning in the 12th grade at SMAN 1 Tayan Hulu. The method employed in this research is quantitative, using a quasi-experimental design with a Posttest Only Control Design model. Sampling was conducted using a Nonprobability Sampling technique, and the research instrument consisted of a questionnaire containing 25 positive statements. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Statistics 25.0 for Windows to conduct normality tests with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method, homogeneity tests with Levene, and hypothesis testing using a t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The analysis results indicated that the t-value of 8.768 was greater than the t-table value of 2.011, indicating a significant effect of using Quizizz as an interactive media on students' interest in learning mathematics. Thus, this study demonstrates that interactive media can positively contribute to increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Tofu is one of the products made from soybeans that a sizable portion of people in a larger society consume. There are several ways to make tofu, from conventional to modern. The conventional tofu production process generates a lot of waste. Many of the researchers have explored numerous strategies to handle tofu waste in a way that minimizes its harmful influence on the environment. However, in many cases, the environmental impact is simply transferred from one process to another during the treatment of tofu waste. As a result, the whole tofu-making process requires an evaluation of the effects. Among these approaches is life cycle assessment (LCA). The study discovered that energy use was the primary factor leading to environmental impacts. Burning firewood for energy resulted in 55.61 kg of carbon dioxide equivalent. The emission value has been reduced to 32 kg CO₂ eq and 28 kg CO₂ eq, respectively, according to the findings of simulations by utilizing biogas and natural gas as fuels.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the content validity of an AI-based automatic assessment system for scientific literacy instruments on green chemistry integrated with ethnochemistry using Aiken’s V index. The research design adopts the R&D model with the ADDIE approach, limited to the analysis, design, and development stages. A combination of quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods was utilized through purposive sampling, engaging 10 experts—chemistry education lecturers from UNS, UNY, UM, and high school chemistry teachers in Surakarta. Data were obtained through Focus Group Discussions (FGD), focusing on three aspects: context, language, and construct. Essay-based instrument items were rated using four relevance categories: irrelevant, less relevant, quite relevant, and relevant. Items with an Aiken index ≥ 0.73 were considered valid. The results showed that 1 question item had moderate validity and 14 question items had high validity, making them suitable for further testing. The questions were designed to assess students’ understanding of green chemistry principles and their ability to relate these to ethnochemistry practices—local cultural knowledge that supports sustainability. The formulation of the questions also demonstrated how the application of local culture can be interpreted through green chemistry to enhance scientific awareness and environmental responsibility. Based on the content validation results and subsequent revisions, the instrument is deemed ready to move forward to the limited trial stage.

Abstract

Sekolah dasar adalah tahap awal dalam pendidikan formal, di mana dasar-dasar pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap pertama kali diajarkan. Salah satu pendekatan yang menarik dalam bidang pendidikan adalah pembelajaran berbasis neurosains, yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan tentang fungsi otak manusia dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terkait pembelajaran neurosains dalam pendidikan sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan metodel literature review. hasil dari kajian iterature ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran neurosains adalah pendekatan pendidikan yang didasarkan pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana otak manusia bekerja dan bagaimana informasi diproses dalam otak. Pendekatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan tentang neurosains untuk merancang metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan berfokus pada pengembangan potensi kognitif, emosional, dan sosial siswa. Pembelajaran neurosains merupakan pembelajaran yang sangat tepat untuk diterapkan di dalam sekolah untuk mengembangkan karakter peserta didik serta dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengarang peserta didik mealui pemberian bimbingan pada setiap tahap penulisan dengan memperhatikan fungsi dan cara kerja otak.

Abstract

Jurnal ini adalah hasil penelitian yang berjudul “Implementasi Underwriting pada Penerbitan Polis di AJB Bumiputera 1912 Divisi Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana implementasi Underwriting pada Penerbitan Polis di AJB Bumiputera 1912 Divisi Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo, faktor-faktor apa yang dipertimbangkan underwriter dalam Seleksi Risiko pada Penerbitan Polis asuransi AJB Bumiputera 1912 Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo dan Implementasi Penerapan Underwriting Syariah di AJB Bumiputera 1912 Divisi Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan informan, dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak AJB Bumiputera 1912 Divisi Syariah Cabang Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menyatakan : Pertama : tahapan field underwriting, seleksi kesehatan dan seleksi financial calon tertanggung, penentuan besarnya premi, pengecekan berkas serta proses penerbitan dan percetakan polis. Kedua : faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan underwriter yaitu usia, jenis kelamin dan jenis pekerjaan. Ketiga : Dalam penerapan underwriting mengandung prinsip-prinsip syariah diantaranya adil dan seimbang, transparan, serta bebas riba>, ghara>r, maysi>r.

Abstract

Ketidaknyamanan akibat terjadinya perubahan fisik dan psikologis pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu masalah yang muncul pada masa kehamilan, sehingga perawat maternitas dapat memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan melakukan senam yoga selama kehamilan. Senam yoga dapat membantu mempersiapkan kondisi fisik dan psikologis ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinannya. Penelitian ini mempelajari pengaruh senam yoga pada ibu hamil trimester II terhadap kesiapan dalam menghadapi persalinan di Bidan Praktek Mandiri Ny. Rosita di Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desain penelitian menggunakan Desain Analitik Komparasional dengan pendekatan pre-pasca test (One Group Pre Test Post Test Design), jumlah sampel sebanyak 28 responden diambil dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah pemberian senam yoga pada ibu hamil trimester II. Data dianalisis dengan uji Willcoxon dengan kemaknaan p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 19 responden (67,9%) memiliki tingkat kesiapan cukup siap dan terdapat pengaruh senam yoga pada ibu hamil trimester II terhadap kesiapan dalam menghadapi persalinan (Wilcoxon, p value 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho di tolak). Disimpulkan bahwa senam yoga dapat membantu tingkat kesiapan ibu hamil trimester II dan diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait manfaat senam yoga dalam kehamilan.

Abstract

This article discusses the curriculum content based on wasathiyah (moderation) in Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) College. This study uses a qualitative research approach, relying on documentation, observation, and surveys. The research identifies the content of wasathiyah values in the PAI Unisnu Jepara’s curriculum and explains values are internalized in the teaching process. The study finds that the content of wasathiyah values supporting the university curriculum includes tolerance (tasamuh), democracy (syura), peace (islah), nationalism (muwathanah), moderation (tawassuth), and respect for tradition and culture (i'tiraf bi al-'urf). These values are instilled through the use of cooperative learning methods. The results is confirm that NU, as a representation of moderate Muslim organizations in Indonesia, prioritizes the principle of religious moderation. NU has resolved the relationship between religion and the state. By adhering to the principle of muwathanah, Indonesia, based on Pancasila, is final and cannot be replaced by any other ideology, including Islamism. This study has important implications for education and Indonesian society. Wasathiyah-based education can help promote the formation of tolerant, democratic, peaceful, nationalist, moderate, and respectful characters. In addition, wasathiyah education can strengthen Indonesia as a country based on Pancasila and prevent society from radicalism

Abstract

Melalui kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), mahasiswa Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan di SMA Negeri 17 Surabaya dengan mengangkat tema “Introducing Websites for Organizations in High School: Building a School Brand through WordPress.” Berdasarkan observasi, kebutuhan teknologi informasi untuk organisasi di sekolah berguna dalam membangun keberadaan organisasi di dunia maya. Maka, kegiatan KKN ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada organisasi siswa di sekolah dalam pembuatan situs web. Metode yang digunakan survei dan analisis data kualitatif. Mahasiswa KKN memberikan teori WordPress dipadukan dengan hands-on activity, dan penugasan berbasis challenges. Hasil dari post test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota OSIS. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan KKN, dapat menciptakan sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan lembaga pendidikan menengah, memperkuat penerapan prinsip Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, dan memberikan dampak positif pada pengembangan potensi masyarakat.
