Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap karakter Pancasila di SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri Se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang bersifat non test. Berdasarkan uji regresi diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar (0,001) < α (0,01), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan demokratis (X) terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y). Kesimpulannya bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (X) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap karakter Pancasila (Y) di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Pamijahan Bogor. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa untuk meningkatkan karakter Pancasila perlu meningkatkan indikator-indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah, karena semakin meningkatnya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah maka semakin meningkat juga karakter Pancasila peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of technopreneur leadership and interpersonal communication on the innovative performance of educational personnel at State Islamic Junior High Schools (MTs Negeri) in Bogor City. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The study population included all educational personnel in MTs Negeri Bogor City, with a sample of 120 respondents. The results revealed that both technopreneur leadership and interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on innovative performance. An R-square value of 0.651 indicates that the two independent variables explain 65.1% of the variance in innovative performance. These findings highlight the significance of technology-driven leadership and effective interpersonal communication in fostering a work environment that supports innovation. The results are expected to serve as a foundation for developing policies to enhance the capacity of educational staff in madrasah settings.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze technopreneurial leadership as a driver of digital literacy and learning innovation in Bogor City. A mixed-method approach was employed by integrating quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data were collected from 60 teachers selected through stratified random sampling and analyzed using linear regression to examine the relationship between technopreneurial leadership, digital literacy, and learning innovation. Qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 15 key informants consisting of school principals, supervisors, lecturers, and education practitioners to enrich the understanding of leadership practices in the field. The findings reveal that technopreneurial leadership significantly enhances teachers’ digital literacy and supports the development of innovative, technology-based learning models. Visionary, adaptive, and innovative leadership practices were shown to strengthen a collaborative digital education ecosystem. This study highlights that strengthening technopreneurial leadership capacity within educational institutions is a strategic factor for fostering a sustainable innovation culture. The results can serve as a reference for developing training programs, formulating educational policies, and fostering cross-sectoral collaborations to advance digital transformation in education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of educational facilities and infrastructure and its contribution to the quality of learning at MTs Al-Hidayah Karangploso Malang. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, the research involved five informants through interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding. Miles and Huberman’s analysis model was employed to systematically trace patterns of facilities management. The findings show that planning and procurement were relatively effective, although storage management remained suboptimal and maintenance tended to be reactive rather than preventive. Distribution of facilities adequately supported learning needs, while rehabilitation was carried out gradually based on the level of damage and usage priorities. Overall, facilities and infrastructure management contributed positively to learning comfort, student motivation, and classroom instructional effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening strategic planning, implementing preventive maintenance, and developing a sustainable asset management system to improve educational service quality consistently. The results provide practical and strategic implications for school management in enhancing learning quality through more structured facilities governance.

Abstract

The ability to convey mathematical concepts verbally and non-verbally is known as mathematical communication. Students' mathematical communication can be improved through the ethnomathematics-based PBL model. This study aims to analyze the application of the ethnomathematics-based PBL model to enhance students' mathematical communication in mathematics subjects. The method used is a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted on fourth-grade students at SDN Cibening 01, Paamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The sample used was non-probability sampling, with a total sample in class IV, consisting of 30 students. The instruments used were students' mathematical communication tests and observation sheets to implement the ethnomathematics-based PBL model. The mathematical communication test was administered in two stages, namely pretest and posttest. The research obtained an average score of students' mathematical communication on the pretest of 50.78%, while on the posttest it was 82.07%. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS 26 for Windows with paired sample t-test with α (0.01) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.01. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' mathematical communication between pretest and posttest. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' mathematical communication before and after the application of the ethnomathematics-based PBL model in class IV SDN Cibening 01.

Abstract

Cultural and civic literacy is a person's skill in having a personality in a community environment which is part of a national culture so that they can always be proud and always preserve the culture of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine the application of the RADEC learning model to improve students' cultural and civic literacy. The method used is a pre-experiment with a one-group pretest posttest design. This study was conducted on grade V students of SDN Cibening 01, Pamijahan District, Bogor. The sample in this study used non-prpbability sampling with a sample size of 41 students. The instruments used were tests of students' cultural and civic literacy skills and observation sheets. The cultural and civic literacy skills test was carried out in two stages, namely pretest and posttest. from the study, the average value of students' cultural and civic literacy skills in the pretest was 55.37, while the average posttest value was 71.59. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS 21 for windows with Paired Sample t-test at α (0.001) and obtained a sig value of 0.000 <α (0.001). The results showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. It can be interpreted that there is an increase in students' cultural and citizenship literacy skills before and after the implementation of the RADEC model using nearpod learning media.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan instrumen utama dalam sistem keuangan negara yang berperan penting Dalam pembiayaan kegiatan publik dan pengaturan ekonomi. Penggolongan pajak Berdasarkan berbagai kriteria, seperti objek, subjek, dan sifatnya, memungkinkan pemerintah Untuk mengelola sumber pendapatan secara lebih efektif. Artikel ini menganalisis klasifikasi Pajak menurut Undang-Undang Perpajakan Indonesia, termasuk pajak penghasilan, pajak Pertambahan nilai, pajak bumi dan bangunan, serta pajak lainnya. Peranan pajak bagi Negara melampaui fungsi fiskal semata, meliputi redistribusi kekayaan, stabilisasi ekonomi, Dan regulasi perilaku masyarakat. Selain itu, implikasi penggolongan pajak terhadap Kebijakan fiskal tercermin dalam kemampuan pemerintah untuk merancang kebijakan yang Adil, transparan, dan responsif terhadap tantangan ekonomi. Melalui kajian ini, penulis Menyoroti pentingnya harmonisasi antara klasifikasi pajak dan kebijakan fiskal untuk Meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak, mengurangi kesenjangan sosial, dan mendukung Pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan. Analisis didasarkan pada data dari Direktorat Jenderal Pajak dan teori ekonomi terkait, menunjukkan bahwa penggolongan yang tepat Dapat memperkuat peran pajak sebagai pilar utama kesejahteraan negara.

Abstract

The digital based educational administration training for education staff at private Islamic senior high schools (MA) in Cibungbulang District aimed to enhance technical competencies and attitudes toward technology use. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory action research model involving 32 participants from five schools. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and pre–post training questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Results indicated a 32% average increase in digital competence, particularly in cloud based file management, automated reporting, and online communication. Participants also demonstrated positive attitude changes, shifting from initial reluctance to sustained motivation in adopting digital systems. Supporting factors included infrastructure readiness, school leadership support, and participant enthusiasm, while key challenges were limited devices and unstable internet connectivity. The program produced a replicable training model adaptable to local contexts, with implications for strengthening efficient, transparent, and technology adaptive education management.

Abstract

The training on developing Doratoon-based learning media incorporating local wisdom for elementary school teachers in Pamijahan District,Bogor Regency,aims to enhance teachers’ competence in integrating cultural values into classroom instruction.The program was implemented through a participatory workshop that combined experiential learning and learning by doing, and followed the stages of service learning:needs investigation (surveys,interviews,observations), material planning, hands-on practice in creating Doratoon media, and reflective discussion.Evaluation was conducted using observation sheets, product assessments, and participant questionnaires to measure improvements in technical skills, pedagogical competence, and the ability to embed local wisdom in learning media. The results indicate increased teacher capability in designing digital media that are contextual, creative, and culturally relevant, as well as readiness to apply them in classroom practice. This program contributes to improving the quality of elementary education and preserving local cultural values through their integration into instructional materials, and recommends continued mentoring for classroom implementation.

Abstract

Kidney damage can reduce the production of erythropoietin, a hormone that stimulates the formation of red blood cells in the bone marrow. This leads to anemia due to a lack of red blood cells. One of the signs of anemia symptoms in chronic kidney disease that has undergone hemodialysis is fatigue. The type of the study was correlation analytic which aimed to analyze the correlation of hemoglobin values with fatigue in patients undergoing hemodialysis with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all patients undergoing hemodialysis in the HD room of RSI Siti Hajar as many as 108 patients. A sample of 40 respondents was taken using a consecutive sampling technique for 4 days. The research instrument used the FAS (Fatigue Assessment Scale) questionnaire and laboratory examination results—data analysis using the Spearman rho correlation test. The results showed that p values of 0.031 < α 0.05 proved a correlation between hemoglobin values and fatigue levels in hemodialysis patients in the HD room of RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.341 indicated a positive correlation with a fairly strong and unidirectional level of correlation strength. The lower the hemoglobin level, the more fatigue patients tend to experience. Therefore it is very important to maintain Hb levels to prevent further decline and reduce fatigue as a result.
