Data collection using a questionnaire includes the independent variable in the form of structural empowerment and the dependent variable in the form of work motivation and nurse performance in patient safety quality with all questionnaire a valid value of r = 0.714-0.942 and Cronbach alpha reliability 0.982. Data were analyzed using the logistic regression test with a p-value ≤ 0.05. Results: The research results show that structural empowerment has a positive and unidirectional influence on work motivation (0.000) and nurse performance in patient safety quality (0.016). Conclusion: Structural empowerment provides implementing nurses with access and freedom to leaders including opportunities, information, support, resources, formal power, and informal power. Abstract

Nurse rotation is a process of dynamically replacing scheduled nurses from one department to another. Job rotation can have a negative impact on nurses including feelings of anxiety, anger, fear, frustration, sadness, and nurses must begin to adapt to a new environment where this can reduce nurse satisfaction so that it can reduce the quality of work of nurses in providing nursing care. Objective: To analyze the effect of nursing supervision based on proctor's model on improving the quality of nursing work life of nurses after nurse rotation at RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya. Methods: This research design is a pre-experimental research method one-group pre-posttest design. The sample in this study were 30 nurses who were carried out nurse rotation using total sampling technique. Research data were collected through the QNWL questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test statistical test. Results: The results showed that the results of statistical test analysis with Wilcoxon on the Quality of Nursing Work Life variable (Work life home life, Work design, Work context, and Work world produced a significance value < alpha (5% or 0.05). Conclusion: There is a significant effect of nursing supervision based on proctor's model on improving the quality of nursing work life of nurses after nurse rotation at RSUD dr. Soetomo Surabaya. It is expected that the head of the room to supervise the nurses regularly and scheduled so that they can find out the various problems experienced by nurses, especially regarding the QNWL of nurses so that they can improve the performance of nurses which in turn can improve the quality of nursing care.

Methods: This study used a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in the study was 115 nurses taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instruments used were intrinsic and extrinsic motivation questionnaires, as well as a questionnaire on the implementation of health education. Data were analyzed using a logistic regression test. Results: There is a significant relationship between extrinsic factors including: rewards, awards, punishments, internal rules, external rules towards nurse motivation in providing health education to pre-operative patients with a significant p-value of the extrinsic motivation variable of 0.003. Conclusions: Nurses' motivation in providing health education to pre-operative patients is influenced by various intrinsic and extrinsic factors, therefore hospitals should provide interventions that can increase nurses' motivation so that health education to patients can be carried out properly.

Abstract

This study aims to develop augmented reality-based learning media using Asemblar Edu for science subjects in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sahid, focusing on understanding the concept of the digestive system. The research employs the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the analysis phase, student needs and issues in learning were identified through interviews and surveys conducted at MI Sahid, involving 25 fifth-grade students and 2 teachers, revealing the necessity for a more interactive learning approach. The learning media was designed with storyboards and engaging content, then developed and tested in the classroom. Pretest results showed an average score of 49%, which increased to 84.67% in the posttest, indicating a significant improvement in understanding. Student responses to the media averaged 89.55%, categorized as very good. Feedback from both students and teachers indicated that the media effectively enhanced engagement and motivation in learning. This study concludes that the use of augmented reality media is effective in improving students' understanding of science concepts at MI Sahid. It is hoped that the findings can serve as a reference for educators in integrating technology into learning and encourage the development of similar media for other subjects in elementary education.
