The making of wall magazines aims to understand how effective wall magazines (wall magazines) are in increasing the literacy of elementary school students. Wall magazine as one of the media raises students' motivation in literacy and creativity. The role of the teacher and students is needed in increasing interest in reading and creativity. Making wall magazines with student creations and displaying them makes students like to read or make a work of poetry or rhymes that are posted on the bulletin. The research results of wall magazines (mading) have a very important role both in the formation of students at SDN Gebang 3 Surakarta. Several aspects that can be formed are aspects of knowledge, aspects of skills, talents and interests. Candles are a source of light energy that is solid and has a wick that is easy to burn. Along with the times, the function of candles can also be used as a room deodorizer or aromatherapy. Making candles by utilizing waste cooking oil is an effort to reduce household waste. Pandan leaves as aromatherapy can be found easily in the yard. Training on the process of making pandan leaf aromatherapy candles was carried out targeting members of the PKK RT 01, RW 08, Banjarsari Village. This training was given considering that most of the residents are MSME actors in snacks that use cooking oil. The results of the study show the enthusiasm of PKK members to learn and it is hoped that this will generate additional income from the MSME sector

The enactment of Law No. 24 of 2009 concerning Flags, Languages and State Symbols and the National Anthem which is confirmed by PP No. 57 of 2014, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 42 of 2018, and SK No. 0424/I/BS.00.01/2022, of course, must be obeyed by all Indonesian citizens. Governance of correspondence in government agencies is one that is regulated in the law, in particular Article 33 paragraph 1 which reads "Indonesian must be used in official communication in government and private work environments". Meanwhile, linguistic problems, such as spelling errors, word choice errors, sentence meaning errors, sentence composition errors, are rarely considered. There are many versions of letters sent by government agencies, especially at the village/kelurahan level. There are many variations and there is no standard one related to this correspondence because government officials do not yet have standard guidelines. There are so many mistakes made by government officials in making official letters. The target group for this community service is the sub-district in Donorojo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province which consists of 12 hamlets. This community service program will be carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the program is planned to last 6 months starting in mid-2023. This implementation begins with planning, implementation, and ends with evaluation.

This community service activity aims to develop MSMEs in RW 08 Banjarsari Village. In addition, it is also to increase the understanding of business actors about the importance of product branding as a marketing strategy. In this activity, the FKIP 01 UNS KKN Team collaborated with the UPPKA Sehati group which acts as a forum for MSMEs in RW 08 Banjarsari Village. The methods used in this activity are focus group discussions, surveys, interviews, MSME data collection through forms, and design making. The participation and enthusiasm of business actors in this activity is very good, the partner group actively contributes to the implementation of the activity from beginning to end. The result of this activity is in the form of logo branding by making logos for products from business actors who do not yet have their own logos and product catalogs for the UPPKA Sehati group.

The function of literature can be manifested in its utilization as a medium to reinforce the Pancasila profile among high school students. As contemporary educational materials increasingly require the integration of moral values that need to be echoed and instilled in students, many of them have begun to distance themselves from ethical considerations. It is crucial to guide students in distinguishing between right and wrong actions, fostering a collective consciousness, and promoting tolerance. The purpose of this research is to describe Freudian psychoanalysis in the short story "Serupa dan Serapuh" by Valiant Budi and its relevance in Indonesian literature learning. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive research. The object of the study is the author's worldview using theories from psychological literary approaches. Data collected, analyzed, and described may include words, sentences, and discourse. Data collection techniques involve reading and note-taking. Based on the findings, the research identifies personality structures in the main character, comprising the id, ego, and super-ego. The emergence of personality dynamics, such as anxiety, is inseparable from the character's personality structure. Defense mechanisms, including repression, reaction formation, and fixation, also manifest in the characters. The relevance of these findings to strengthening the Pancasila profile for students is evident throughout the storyline, character portrayals, story content, language, and the author's intended messages, all of which align closely with the values of the Pancasila student profile. Education in modern era encourages all of us to be able to elaborate on the learning process through various means and facilities including technology. One of the elements that needs to be presented is local cultural elements that contain character education. This research aims to explain the use of teaching materials that represent local cultural values on the Youtube Edutaiment / Magazine Show Trans7 channel as the development of Indonesian language teaching materials. The research method used is qualitative research with a content analysis approach. The data analysis technique using content analysis techniques consists of six steps, namely: (1) data collection, (2) sample determination, (3) recording/transcripting video content, (4) data reduction, (5) drawing conclusions, and ( 6) description/results of analysis of local cultural values in YouTube video. Data validation uses Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification through Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Based on good algorithm findings, the average number of viewers is 29.5% males aged 13-17 years, and 6.8% of viewers are females aged 13- 17 years. The local cultural values found from the analysis are: (1) The nature of human life, (2) Human relationships with natural resources, (3) Human perception of time, (4) Arts and crafts, (5) Social relationships. Based on these findings, the Youtube Edutainment/MagazineShow Trans7 channel is suitable for use as alternative teaching material and digital means to instill cultural values integrated with education is right step because apart from instilling character, it also instills cultural values in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of the novel Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Live as a literacy medium in an effort to strengthen the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. This research will focus the analysis of the novel on the dimensions of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila obtained through the attitudes and actions of the main character. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a novel content analysis method. Descriptive research is research carried out by providing an overview of research results. The document data source used is the novel entitled Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Liye. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique that is based on certain considerations, objectives and reasons. The results of this research are that the novel Si Anak Cahaya by Tere Liye contains the dimensions of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila, namely: (1) having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, and having noble morals: (2) working together: (3) being independent; (4) critical reasoning; and (5) creative. Based on the results and discussions that have been obtained, it can be concluded that the novel Si Anak Cahaya is suitable to be used as a media for literacy and strengthening the Profil Pelajar Pancasila in high school. This study aims to analyze the critical discourse analysis of microstructure aspects contained in the slogans and Instagram posters of legislative candidates in 2024. The data source of this research is based on Hapri Sianturi's Instagram social media for legislative candidates in 2024 (https://www.instagram.com/haprisianturi/) by observing the linguistic aspects of Instagram posts and the language of Instagram captions. This research uses the critical discourse analysis framework of Teun van Dijk's model to explore the microstructure in the slogans and Instagram posts of legislative candidates in 2024. The research used a qualitative approach and listening method with listening and recording techniques for the data collection. Then, interviews and field observations were conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta and SMP Negeri 4 Surakarta to determine the relevance of teaching media. The results of research and discussion show that the microstructure aspects of the 2024 legislative candidate Hapri Sianturi are complete. Critical discourse analysis research on posters and slogans of legislative candidates is relevant to learning at the 8th-grade junior high school level using the independent curriculum on the material of Advertising Texts, Slogans, and Posters.

The aim the research was to describe the acquisition of words and the use of various conversational languages used by international students either in a classroom or in extra-curricular activities outside the classroom. Conversations and introductions to Indonesian culinary food were the hallmarks of teaching Indonesian to foreigners at Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret, Solo. The rich traditions of Indonesian society were very attractive to foreign people. The Bahasa Indonesia bagi Penutur Asing (BIPA) learners arrived from different countries, such as Nigeria, Afghanistan, Palestine, Uzbekistan, and several other students from Arab nations. The research applied a qualitative descriptive research using case study method. Data were obtained from the observation of participants and nonparticipants, both activities inside and outside the classroom. The research reveals that the use of basic words, formed words, abbreviated words, and words or phrases of various slang is found. In various conversations, many words and phrases with a foreign language structure and the use of non-standard languages that do not correspond to the correct rules of Indonesian grammar are used. They have a tendency to use their mother tongue's pronunciation when expressing difficult words. Language acquisition at this stage can be an initial strategy for BIPA learners to be able to fight and survive in a native-speaking society.

Lately, the allegations of deviations from religious teachings that occurred at the Al Zaytun Indramayu Islamic Boarding School have become a hot topic of discussion. The fact that the leadership of the Islamic boarding school deviated from religious teachings raises concerns for the Indonesian people as a whole. Islamic boarding schools should be the center of religious civilization. The purpose of this study is to analyze text structure, social cognition and social context in the news Tribunnews.com, Sindonews.com, and Liputan6.com regarding alleged deviations from religious teachings that happened at Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School. The source of research data comes from the online news portals about alleged deviations from religious teachings that occurred at the Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses data collection methods through documentation, observation, observation, and direct recording. Data analysis methods used include reduction, presentation, and verification. The findings from the research show that three news stories have the same theme and topic, namely informing about alleged deviations from religious teachings that took place at Al Zaytun Islamic Boarding School. The three stories have been analyzed using the discourse analysis model by Teun A. van Dijk. The results of critical discourse analysis conclude that the news presented included in the criteria for critical analysis according to Teun A. van Dijk's model, includes (1) text structure, (2) social cognition, and (3) social context. This research has implications for the implied message, which expects readers to be more careful in choosing news portals. Apart from that, it is also appealed to the general public to be aware of any deviant actions that might occur even in an environment that is considered to be religious.
