Abstract

The problem of the source of Islamic law is a very urgent matter to be discussed. Given in reality the source of Islamic law is a guideline for all Muslims. Therefore, it is necessary to have the validity of legal sources that have been agreed upon by the fuqaha' so that there are no fatal mistakes in practicing Islamic teachings. This paper will describe the sources of muttafaq Islamic law.

Abstract

The East Pademawu community can be said to be an Islamic society because all its citizens are Muslim. In carrying out economic practices (mu'amalah), quite a few people use sharia contracts. The most popular one is the syirkah contract (Syirkat al-'Inan) with the muza'ra'ah system. In this system, it is often carried out in cooperation in growing tobacco with a Tellon profit sharing system for rice field owners and Tello' Perapat for cultivators. When viewed from the syirkah 'inan, the practices carried out by the people of East Pademawu Village do not violate the provisions of the sharia economic system at all as long as they are carried out with a clear agreement and with the mutual consent of both parties. The approach chosen by the researcher is a qualitative approach which aims to reveal a phenomenon that occurs in the field and is contextual in finding and understanding the practice of distributing Tellon for rice field owners from the perspective of the Syirkah 'Inan contract as part of the sharia economic system.

Abstract

Physical violence in the educational environment by students often occurs and leads to criminal acts. Apart from that, repeated acts of physical violence can be considered non-verbal bullying. This bullying can hurt the victim, causing physical disorders, mental health, impaired social relationships and decreased academic performance. However, monitoring activities against acts of violence currently being carried out have weaknesses, namely weak supervision by the school. A deep Learning-based physical violence detection system, namely LSTM Network, is the solution to this problem. In this research, we develop a Convolutional Neural Network to detect acts of violence. Convolutional Neural Network extracts features at the frame level from videos. At the frame level, the feature uses long short-term memory in the convolutional gate. Convolutional Neural Networks and convolutional short-term memory can capture local spatio-temporal features, enabling local video motion analysis. The performance of the proposed feature extraction pipeline is evaluated on standard benchmark datasets in terms of recognition accuracy. A comparison of the results obtained with state-of-the-art techniques reveals the promising capabilities of the proposed method for recognising violent videos. The model that has been trained and tested will be integrated into a violence detection system, which can provide ease and speed in detecting acts of violence that occur in the school environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas website terhadap pembelian impulsive dengan memasukan dua variabel intervening hedonic shopping motivation dan utilitarian value. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantiatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 119 orang dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Adapun analisis data menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan tahapan uji outer model, uji inner model dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 1) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive; 2) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hedonic shopping motivation; 3) Kualitas website terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap utilitarian value; 4) Hedonic shopping motivation tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsive; dan 5) Utilitarian value memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsive. Dari penelitian ini diketahui ada sebesar 48,7% pembelian impulsive yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model.

Abstract

Companies need to pay attention to advertising creativity and product quality in order to improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of advertising creativity and product quality on purchase decisions. This study used a quantitative method with a sample taken of 80 respondents using sunsilk shampoo in Serang City using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses the SEM approach which is processed through SmartPLS. The results test show that advertising creativity has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decision. This study concludes that advertising creativity has the most dominant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Puskesmas petir is one of the community health service centers located on Jl Tunjung-Petir Km. 17, District. Lightning Strike. Outpatient data processing at Lightning Health Center is a very important component to improve the quality of service to the community in the health sector. The Community Health Center feels the importance of information technology facilities, especially in processing patient data and making reports, which previously required more time and processing. One information system that is an alternative for hospitals in obtaining the necessary information is the Outpatient patient data processing information system. So far, data processing for registration, diagnosis, drug prescriptions, pharmacists and laboratories has not been integrated so that the data processing process is not yet optimal. There are many obstacles experienced by community health centers, including errors in inputting, storing data, taking a long time to search for patient data, and patient records being duplicated, so that data management becomes less effective and efficient. This can hinder the flow of reports and smooth service to patients. The development of this information system uses the Waterfall method. The results that will be achieved or expected from this research are that this information system can help the Lightning Health Center in managing outpatient data and speeding up the service process

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the legal protection for the holder of the Right of Encumbrance after the encumbered object of the Right of Encumbrance has been tied to the Customary Land Pledge by the grantor of the Right of Encumbrance. The method employed in this research is normative legal research with a statutory approach and within the scope of customary law. The research outcomes can be summarized as follows: the grantor of the Right of Encumbrance (debtor) can transfer the object of the Right of Encumbrance to the holder of the Customary Land Pledge (third party) because there are two provisions in obtaining a loan from guarantee institutions, namely Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Encumbrance Rights over Land and Related Objects and Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 56 of 1960 concerning the Determination of Agricultural Land Area. Therefore, the principle of droit de suite, or as a property right, provides legal protection for the holder of the Right of Encumbrance (creditor) regarding the transfer of collateral objects with Customary Land Pledge, which is of a personal nature, resulting in the non-binding of debt repayment on the pledged collateral object that was previously encumbered with the Right of Encumbrance.

Abstract

Pada saat ini pemanfaatan energi terbarukan merupakan salah satu solusi untuk menggantikan sumber energi yang berasal dari fosil., salah satu contohnya yaitu energi panas dari matahari. Radiasi sinar matahari yang terpancar ke bumi dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai Pembangkit Listrik. Pembangkit yang digunakan untuk memanfaatkan panas matahari tersebut adalah pembangkit dengan transduser termoelektrik, dalam penelitian ini termoelektrik yang digunakan berjumlah 20 buah. Energi listrik yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk disimpan dalam baterai yang kemudian dapat digunakan energinya menggunakan perangkat Inverter. Inverter adalah sebuah alat pengubah listrik yang merubah tegangan DC menjadi tegangan AC. Pemanfaatan energi tersebut dilakukan dengan cara mengoneksikan pembangkit dengan baterai dan inverter yang kemudian dipasangkan beban berupa lampu. Pada pengujian ini pembangkit dengan 20 buah TEG menghasilkan tegangan sekitar 1,8 – 2V dengan suhu 59,5oC dan arusmya sekitar 21 – 22 mA yang kemudian dinaikkan tegangannya menggunakan modul MT3608 sehingga tegangannya bisa menjadi 15 – 17V yang digunakan untuk charger baterai. Meskipun baterai dapat tercharger, akan tetapi membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk proses charger baterai karena output arus dari pembangkit termoelektrik masih kecil sekitar 21 – 22 mA

Abstract

Highlights: Candida albicans is capable of forming biofilm, which can lead to resistance to antifungal treatments. Clove leaf essential oil, which can inhibit biofilm formation, making it a potential anti-biofilm agent.   Abstract Introduction: Candida albicans (C. albicans) has a virulence factor, like biofilm formation. Biofilm is a three-dimensional structure that plays a role in antimicrobial resistance, thus requiring antibiofilm agents to address this problem. One of them is Clove leaf (S. aromaticum). S. aromaticum has active phytochemicals (eugenol, β-caryophyllene, and others) that can inhibit biofilm formation in microorganisms, including fungi. This study aimed to prove the effect and to find a concentration of Clove leaf essential oil that affects the biofilm formation of C. albicans isolate. Methods: This study used a microtiter plate with a two-fold dilution technique. The tested concentrations were 6.25%, 3.125%, and 1.5625%. The positive control was 200 µL of C. albicans biofilm suspension, and the negative control was 200 µL of tryptic soy broth media, and all were repeated four times. The biofilm was observed using crystal violet and evaluated using optical density. The data was analyzed statistically using the International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26, with a p<0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: The Optical density (O.D.) of the isolate was 2.039, while the negative control was 0.349, indicating that the isolate was a strong biofilm former. The concentrations of 6.25%, 3.125%, and 1.5625% showed inhibition percentages of 8.533%, 17.214%, and 8.484%, respectively. The Optical density was found to be normally distributed but not homogeneous p>0.05, The Kruskal-Wallis’s test was significant, and the Mann-Whitney test was not significant between test groups and positive control. Conclusion: Clove leaf essential oil has inhibitory effects on C. albicans biofilm isolates. However, statistically, there was no significant difference between the test groups and the positive control.

Coupled with the fact that most of today's students are from the digital generation who are accustomed to speed and convenience in other aspects of life, students expect the same speed and convenience when it comes to learning. Bing AI is an integral part of the Bing search engine platform developed by Microsoft. Built with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, Bing AI aims to improve users' online search experience by providing more relevant and personalised results. As video content continues to dominate the digital world, creating engaging and high-quality videos is a top priority for the younger generation in content creation. Producing videos quickly while entertaining audiences is important to stay ahead of the curve. Vidnoz is a versatile and free AI Video Generator for easy video creation, this is done through the use of Artificial Intelligence and intelligent automation. Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ragunan has many positive activities and actively spreads content on social media such as Instagram but does not yet have knowledge in the use of AI technology using Bing AI from Microsoft and the use of Vidnoz in each content. The Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ragunan administrators need insight in the form of training in the application of AI technology in the distribution of content to be shared on social media and need technical steps in the application of the use of AI technology using Bing AI from Microsoft and the use of Vidnoz. With the training in this community service, it is hoped that Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ragunan can understand the knowledge of the use of AI technology using Bing AI from Microsoft and the use of Vidnoz in every content to be shared on social media owned by Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ragunan and practice and be creative in technical steps in the application of the use of AI technology using Bing AI from Microsoft and the use of Vidnoz in every content to be shared on social media owned by Karang Taruna Kelurahan Ragunan.
