Abstract

Tindakan kekerasan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dan penegakan disiplin suatu lembaga pendidikan kerap terjadi diberbagai daerah di Indonesia bahkan dunia Internasional. Pemerintah selalu mengkapanyekan dan menangani kondisi ini secara serius guna menciptakan suasana kondusif sehingga tujuan pendidikan dapat tercapai oleh semua anak didik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan lembaga Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan, Kabupaten Sumenep Madura, program ini yang dilakasanakan oleh Tim pengabdian Fakultas Hukum Universitas Madura sebagai implementasi Tridharma perguruan tinggi yang didukung sepenuhnya oleh LPPM Universitas Madura. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari survey lokasi, interview dengan pengurus dan pimpinan pesantren, penjajakan kondisi dan pengetahuan santri pengurus, penyuluhan hukum dan pembentukan tim Anti Bullying. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat antusias tinggi dari semua kalangan pesantren.

Abstract

In today’s highly competitive educational landscape, universities must focus on enhancing the quality of services they provide to their students. To effectively understand the needs and desires of students, institutions must actively seek their feedback. However, a common challenge faced at Banten Jaya University is that students often hesitate to share their input regarding service processes. This reluctance stems from the absence of a systematic platform for lodging complaints or feedback.To address this issue. necessity of developing a robust system that can efficiently gather and present student complaints and suggestions. The goal is to deliver quick and accurate reporting that can be utilized by the campus management for evaluation and improvement purposes. The research employs the Agile Method for system development, complemented by data collection techniques such as interviews and direct observations.With the introduction of the Student Complaint System, known as SIDUMA, it is anticipated that all student complaints and reports will be systematically captured. The insights derived from these submissions will enable Banten Jaya University to conduct ongoing evaluations, ultimately striving for excellence in service quality.

Abstract

This research discusses contemporary Islamic thought in facing the challenges of da'wah in the digital era, which is characterized by the rapid development of technology and changes in people's communication patterns. The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze new approaches in da'wah that are in accordance with the digital context, as well as to reveal the thoughts of contemporary Muslim scholars on da'wah strategies that are effective and relevant to modern society. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with digital da'wah figures, Muslim scholars, and media practitioners, while secondary data was collected from literature in the form of books, journals, articles, and content analysis from da'wah digital media. Data analysis was carried out with the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that contemporary Islamic thought in answering the challenges of da'wah in the digital era has a common problem. First, the relevance and contextualization of Islamic teachings. Second, the use of digital media for effective da'wah, third, facing the challenges of spreading hoaxes and radicalism, fourth, the importance of moderate and inclusive da'wah, fifth, emphasizing digital literacy and ethics in da'wah, and sixth, the role of scholars and scholars in the development of digital da'wah. The implications ofthis study confirm that contemporary Islamic thought must be adaptive to the challenges of the digital era, utilizing technology for da'wah that is moderate, inclusive, and relevant to the needs of modern society.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) merupakan elemen penting dalam sistem perlindungan bagi tenaga medis, terutama perawat, yang berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien dan berada di lingkungan dengan risiko tinggi penularan penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada perawat. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dan dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam pada tahun 2024. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Grandmed Lubuk Pakam, khususnya perawat yang bertugas di instalasi bedah sentral, dengan jumlah 57 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada perawat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung distribusi frekuensi dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil: Kepatuhan penggunaan APD pada perawat sebesar 19,3%. Pengetahuan perawat (p = <0,001), sikap perawat (p = 0,003), pengawasan (p = 0,004), ketersediaan APD (p = <0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan perawat yang kurang baik, sikap perawat yang negatif, pengawasan yang tidak baik, ketersediaan APD yang tidak memadai berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD.

Abstract

This research explores the determinants of adherence to antihypertensive medication among patients at the Primary Care Clinic Polkes 01.10.02 Lubuk Pakam. Hypertension refers to a consistent elevation in blood pressure, typically above 140/90 mmHg. Clinical records indicated a growing number of hypertension cases: 1,001 in 2021, 1,115 in 2022, and 1,074 in 2023. The highest recovery rate was recorded in 2022, with 1,056 patients showing improvement after undergoing treatment. A quantitative approach was adopted, utilizing an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. A total of 95 hypertension patients were selected purposively from the Pegasing Health Center. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate techniques. The study identified significant associations between medication adherence and several factors: level of education (p = 0.000), patient knowledge (p = 0.000), distance to healthcare facilities (p = 0.000), family involvement (p = 0.000), length of time on medication (p = 0.000), and health education received (p = 0.005). Among these, the duration of medication use emerged as the most influential factor (p = 0.017; 95% CI = 2.088–1614.65). The findings suggest that these six factors play a critical role in patients' consistency with hypertension therapy. Strengthening healthcare personnel's involvement and implementing strategic interventions is advised to enhance adherence and lower hypertension rates

Abstract

End-stage chronic renal failure is a condition that requires long-term treatment such as haemodialysis and poses a serious threat to patient survival. However, the survival time of each patient varies, depending on various clinical and demographic factors. Identifying variables that have a significant effect on survival time is important to help medical personnel prioritise patient care. Cox proportional hazard and exponential regression are statistical methods used to identify independent variables that affect the dependent variable, survival time. In this study, Cox proportional hazard and exponential regression survival analysis were modelled on end-stage chronic renal failure patients who were hospitalised in January-April 2024 at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This study aims to identify independent variables that have a significant influence on the survival rate of patients with end-stage chronic renal failure and the best model between Cox proportional hazard and exponential models. The Cox Proportional Hazard method is a semi-parametric method that analyses the influence of variables without having to know the specific shape of the failure time distribution. Meanwhile, the exponential model is a parametric model that assumes that the hazard function is constant over time. In this study, 10 variables were used to see their influence on the risk of occurrence. The results of Cox proportional hazard and exponential regression analysis obtained independent variables that have a significant effect, the variables of main complaint (X3), urea (X6), and diastolic blood pressure (X8) on the survival time of patients with chronic renal failure. The hazard ratio value on significant variables, the variable that can increase the risk of death, is urea. Every additional 1 mg/dL urea value will increase the risk of death of chronic renal failure patients by 0.9%. The exponential model of 383.4526 is the best model based on the AIC value.

Abstract

Abstrak            Semakin tinggi daya konsumtif sebuah produk saat ini dan luasnya inovasi produk oleh pelaku usaha mengakibatkan daya kreativitas juga harus bisa bersaing antar produk mulai dari kemasan, bentuk, rasa, khasiat atau manfaat dari produk itu sendiri hingga kondimen atau komposisinya. Yang mana kondimen ini akan menjadi peran utama dalam sebuah produk sebagai suatu bentuk dari kandungan kandungan sebuah produk. Kondimen dalam produk harus di informasikan dengan secara terbuka dimana hal tersebut besar kaitannya dengan keadaan bahkan kesehatan dari konsumen yang menggunakan produk tersebut. Produk yang di pasarkan oleh pelaku usaha juga harus sesuai dengan standart dari Badan pengawasan obat dan makanan (BPOM). Sebagai pelaku usaha yang memproduksi makanan, minuman ataupun barang yang memiliki daya konsumtif seharusya sudah memahami bahwa pelaku usaha wajib memiliki itikadbaik sebagaimana yang disuratkan dalam Pasal 7 huruf (a) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Itikad baik itu sendiri adalah bagian dari tanggung jawab atau ganti rugi pelaku usaha atas produk yang telah di keluarkan dan di pasarkan. Ganti rugi yang dimaksud dapat berupa pengembalian uang atau penggantian barang dan/atau jasa yang sejenis atau setara nilainya, atau perawatan kesehatan dan/atau pemberian santunan yang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penyelasaian dari sengketa konsumen ini dapat di selesaikan oleh lembaga-lembaga yang sudah di tunjuk langsung guna untuk menyelesaikan masalah sengketa konsumen.Kata Kunci: Asas Itikat baik, Pelaku usaha, pemakaian kondimen

Abstract

Di era digital ini, pasti banyak cara untuk mempromosikan suatu hal seperti kegiatan, acara dari sebuah seminar, hingga event sebuah kegiatan. Ada berbagai cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam publikasi atau promosi tentang kegiatan organisasi, seperti menggunakan media digital (melalui Instagram, Facebook, website, dan email). Di era digital seperti sekarang para pebisnis atau perusahaan akan mengirimkan promosi ini menggunakan e-flyer. E-flyer merupakan salah satu tools promosi yang cukup efektif untuk mempromosikan produk atau event bisnis perusahaan kepada customer. Jaringan Pemuda & Remaja Masjid Indonesia (JPRMI) memiliki banyak kegiatan namun belum memiliki ketrampilan dalam menyebarkan informasi terkait akan banyaknya kegiatan tersebut serta belum ada kemampuan bagaimana promosi secara digital bisa membantu dalam operasional event event yang diselengggarakan. Para pengurus Jaringan Pemuda & Remaja Masjid Indonesia (JPRMI) membutuhkan pelatihan guna mengasah kemampuan dalam membuat flyer yang memuat adanya kejelasan informasi yang meliputi nama kegiatan, tema, pembicara, tanggal dan waktu, logo (identitas), tempat, dan contact person. Canva merupakan platform desain grafis yang memudahkan pengguna untuk membuat desain media sosial, presentasi, poster, dan konten visual lainnya. Diharapkan dengan adanya pelatihan ini setiap kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh Jaringan Pemuda & Remaja Masjid Indonesia (JPRMI) dapat dibuat media digital berupa Flyer sebagai media informasi agar berjalan baik dan membantu dalam operasional kegiatan hingga proses akhirnya bagi organisasi.

Abstract

Purpose: The study is conducted to determine the factors that affect sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Indonesia listed companies with a green accounting approach. Three independent variables (ESG disclosure, environmental performance, and green accounting) were empirically tested to determine their relationships with sustainable development goals (SDGs). Method: The data set covers 16 companies that are consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period 2020 - 2024, data source was collected with purposive sampling technique, and hypotheses were tested using an ordinary least square regression random effect model. Findings: The results showed that ESG disclosure, environmental performance, and green accounting simultaneously affect sustainable development goals. Partially, ESG disclosure and environmental performance have a significant positive effect on sustainable development goals, while green accounting has no effect on sustainable development goals. Novelty: This study brings us to a different point of view, explaining that achieving sustainable development goals from a green accounting perspective. According to the findings, stakeholders can use it in making business decisions, both by companies and governments. Further research can add the variable of company value to see the investor’s perspective in contribute achieving sustainable development goals.

Abstract

Background: Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a complication that often occurs in diabetes mellitus, in which the kidneys are damaged. Nitric oxide (NO) and Asymmetric Dimethylarginine (ADMA) are mediators that play a role in the pathophysiology of DN. Rosmarinic acid (AR) is an antioxidant compound that has the potential to be an alternative treatment for diabetic nephropathy. Valsartan and Irbesartan are antihypertensive drugs that have a nephroprotective effect. However, no studies have studied the concomitant use of AR with these two antihypertensive drugs. Aim: To identify the effect of the combination of AR and Valsartan and Irbesartan on NO and ADMA levels in DN rat models.. Methods: True experimental laboratory design and a randomized posttest only controlled group design method. The rats were divided into four groups, namely the negative control group, positive control (diabetic rats without therapy), group 3 (AR) 75 mg/kgBW/day with Irbesartab 1.5 mg/kg BW/day) and group 4 (AR) 75 mg/kgBW /day with Valsartan 1 mg/kg/day). Data were analyzed using One-way ANOVA with a significance level of p<0.05. Results: Administration of Valsartan (79.42±13.95 µmol/L) and Irbesartan (84.62±18.59 µmol/L) significantly increased NO levels compared to the positive control (61.49±8.03 µmol/L) (p< 0.05). Administration of Valsartan (57.87 ± 9.29 ng/mL) and Irbesartan (53.77 ± 9.42 ng/mL) did not decrease NO levels compared to control (50.46 ± 8.52 ng/mL) (p> 0.05 ). Conclusion: Administration of valsartan and irbesartan increased NO levels in DN rats exposed to rosmarinic acid. However, administration of valsartan and irbesartan did not affect ADMA levels in DN rats exposed to rosmarinic acid.
