Abstract

This activity provides education about clean and healthy living behavior to parents of students and teaching staff at the Amanah Kahmi Playground is one of the Community Service activities facilitated by the Universitas Sumatera Utara Community Service Institute unit, where this activity also wants to know the level of knowledge of parents of students in implementing healthy and clean living starting from home so that at school and also in the environment outside the home the child can apply clean and healthy living behavior. A clean and healthy lifestyle is the best solution as an early anticipation of the prevention of various transmissions of various diseases both from bacteria and viral transmission. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with techniques for providing counseling by giving questionnaires before counseling takes place. Researchers tabulated the results of the collected questionnaires and then collected data by scoring the questionnaires. The results of the questionnaires collected showed that the parents of students who filled out the questionnaire with a score of 9-8 were 4 people, with 7-6 were 14 people, filling out the questionnaire with a score of 5-4 were 8 people, so we can conclude that the level of knowledge of parents of students at  Amanah Kahmi Playground is a moderate level of knowledge and with the education that has been provided should be able to increase knowledge and understanding of the function of clean and healthy living so that the application of these behaviors has been based from home.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Diare masih menjadi salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas pada balita dan berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi serius seperti dehidrasi. Ibu sebagai pengasuh utama memiliki peran sentral dalam penanganan awal diare di rumah. Namun, kajian yang mengeksplorasi pengalaman ibu secara mendalam dalam merawat balita dengan diare masih terbatas, khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Martapura 1. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman ibu dalam merawat balita yang mengalami diare, meliputi aspek penanganan, kendala, respon emosional, dukungan keluarga, dan upaya pencegahan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi deskriptif. Partisipan sebanyak 12 ibu dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dari populasi 127 ibu yang memiliki balita dengan riwayat diare. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Hasil: Analisis data menghasilkan lima tema utama, yaitu: (1) penanganan diare di rumah secara farmakologis dan nonfarmakologis, termasuk penggunaan pengobatan tradisional; (2) kendala dalam perawatan, seperti kelelahan fisik dan tekanan emosional; (3) respon ibu berupa kecemasan, kepanikan, dan upaya pencarian informasi; (4) dukungan keluarga sebagai faktor penguat dalam proses perawatan; dan (5) upaya pencegahan melalui peningkatan kebersihan makanan dan minuman anak. Kesimpulan: Pengalaman ibu dalam merawat balita dengan diare dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan, kondisi emosional, serta dukungan sosial keluarga. Edukasi berbasis keluarga dan penguatan peran tenaga kesehatan sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan ketepatan penanganan diare dan mencegah komplikasi pada balita.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, anemia menjadi masalah yang belum bisa diatasi dimana anemia mengakibatkan kurangnya hemoglobin yang membawa oksigen ke seluruh tubuh.Upaya pencegahan anemia pada remaja putri melalui edukasi gizi seimbang, perbaikan pola makan, perubahan gaya hidup sehat, dan pemantauan indeks massa tubuh secara berkala. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara gaya hidup dan Indeks Massa Tubuh dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri di SMP Negeri 4 Martapura. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectionl sampel berjumlah 64 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner tentang Gaya Hidup dan Indeks Massa Tubuh, juga menggunakan alat cek Hb dan alat pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan menggunakan microtoise dan timbangan digital dan Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara gaya hidup dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri. Remaja putri dengan gaya hidup kurang baik memiliki risiko anemia 4,193 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan yang memiliki gaya hidup baik. Terdapat hubungan antara gaya hidup dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri, sedangkan indeks massa tubuh tidak berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kejadian anemia.

Abstract

Hypertension and DM are non-infectious diseases that require proper and careful lifestyle management. These diseases not only cause complications of heart attack, heart failure and stroke, but in many cases often lead to other severe complications. It is necessary to increase awareness and determination to carry out proper management in management independently to avoid severe disease complications. A good understanding of prevention and self-management such as blood sugar and blood pressure control and the use of drugs in accordance with the doctor's recommendations are needed. To improve understanding of these diseases for prevention for those who have not suffered and self-management for those who have suffered, education is needed with the scope of things that need to be done for diabetics and also hypertension which many of our society still do not understand. This community service programme aims to provide education on the understanding of hypertension and type 2 DM in terms of management such as diet, daily activities and exercise, regular medication and avoiding stress. The target of this programme is the community in Buluh Cina village, Hamparan Perak sub-district. With this education, it is hoped that the local community can understand the management of a healthy lifestyle to avoid severe complications.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education by examining the opportunities, risks, and ethical regulations associated with its implementation in the learning process. The research employed a qualitative-descriptive library research method through the analysis of various scientific literature, academic articles, and policy documents related to the application of AI in education and Islamic ethical perspectives. The findings indicate that AI offers significant opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education through personalized learning materials, broader access to religious information, the development of interactive learning media, and more efficient learning assessment processes. However, the use of AI also presents several risks, including the spread of invalid religious information, the diminishing role of educators, potential algorithmic bias, and challenges to students’ moral and spiritual values. Therefore, ethical regulations based on Islamic values are needed, emphasizing the principles of responsibility, honesty, justice, and human supervision in the use of AI technology within educational environments. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of analyses on AI opportunities, implementation risks, and the formulation of ethical regulations based on Islamic perspectives comprehensively within the context of Islamic Religious Education, which has received limited attention in previous studies
