Abstract

The creative process carried out by Yus Wiradiredja in arranging Pupuh Magatru to become Pupuh Magatru Raehan is a form of anticipation of an increasingly global era. Pupuh Raehan is the result of creativity that emerged as a response to increasingly global conditions. The influence of Western music can sometimes be found in various musical compositions that have been influenced by the process of globalization. Today, Western music has an almost equal influence in various countries around the world. Yus Wiradiredja arranged the Sundanese Pupuh Art to be more modern by adding western music idioms but not eliminating the Kasundaan elements in Raehan's Pupuh. This study aims to find out the meaning of Pupuh Raehan and to find out the creativity of Yus Wiradiredja in arranging magatru pupuhs. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with non-interactive analysis techniques by examining documents and writings regarding Yus Wiradiredja's creativity in arranging Pupuh Magatru Raehan. Through this research it is known that Wiradiredja's creativity in processing pupuh art into dynamic and relevant performances is an inspiring example in facing the challenges of an ever-changing era.

Abstract

Vocational learning in SLB is prioritized learning when compared to academic learning. This is because vocational programs are considered to be more needed by SLB students regarding the independence of students if they have graduated, they are expected to have the provision of work skills and be ready to live in society. Comparison of vocational learning is 60% and 40% of academic learning. Vocational programs are educational programs that aim to prepare personnel who can define expertise and skills in their fields, are ready to work and able to compete in the world of work globally. Gedangan SLBN is a driving and referral SLB school in East Java so that it becomes a reference school for other SLB in East Java. One of the vocational programs in the Gedangan Sidoarjo SLBN is the vocational batik. In the vocational batik program, students are taught to make stamped batik using canting stamps made of paper. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the creativity of students when working on batik accompanied by the batik they produced. The method used is descriptive qualitative. In the process of making, student creativity can be seen from the changes in the results of one work with another. The difference between the results of the work and those exemplified by the teacher indicates that there is a creative thinking process carried out by students

Abstract

Bunga mawar sering diartikan sebagai tanda cinta begitu pula dalam cerita dongeng “Beauty and The Beast”. Banyaknya versi dari cerita “Beauty and The Beast” menjadikan pertunjukan karya Sherlly Cindya Fancisca berbeda karena menggunakan konsep pantomim yang lebih menekankan gerak isyarat dan tanda untuk menyampaikan pesan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membedah tanda dan makna Bunga Mawar dalam pertunjukan “Beauty and The Beast” karya Sherlly Cindya Francisca yang berkonsep pantomim. Diharapkan dengan adanya kajian ini, masyarakat bisa lebih mudah memahami makna dari pertunjukan pantomim “Beauty and the Beast” dan menjadikan kajian ini sebagai referensi di kemudian hari. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dipilih penulis untuk mengkaji lebih detail dalam mendeskripsikan makna simbol Bunga Mawar dalam pertunjukan “Beauty and The Beast” karya Sherlly Cindya Fancisca. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penulis mengkaji penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotika triadik dari Charles Sanders Pierce. Penelitian ini menghasilkan segitiga makna tanda yakni (1) Bunga mawar sebagai objek yaitu Simbol; (2) Representasi Bunga mawar yaitu kutukan; (3) Bunga mawar menimbulkan interpretasi yaitu cinta sejati. Dari ketiga unsur tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bunga mawar merupakan takdir yang mempengaruhi perputaran roda kehidupan para tokoh. Hal ini memberikan pemahaman kepada penonton bahwa representasi dalam pertunjukan mempengaruhi interpretasi penonton terhadap objek, yaitu simbol Bunga Mawar.

Abstract

Anxiety disorders often appear in adolescents aged 10-24 years. When adolescents experience anxiety disorders the accompanying emotional reactions are body tension, fear, distress, and anxiety in response to certain situations that are perceived as threatening. Anxiety in adolescents can be measured by the Hamilton Rating Scale For Anxiety (HRS-A), and the Child Anxiety subscale of the Revised Children's Manifest Anxiety Scale (RCMAS), as well as graphical tests, such as Draw A Person (DAP), Draw a Tree (BAUM), and House Tree Person (HTP), which are performed by the adolescent (subject). The purpose of this study is to address adolescents with anxiety disorders. This study uses qualitative methods to describe anxiety disorders in adolescents and quantitative methods to see the effect of art therapy as a creative education media in overcoming anxiety disorders in adolescents. The subjects in this study were 5 adolescents with anxiety disorders of which 2 subjects were given art therapy. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The results of this study, art therapy has been shown to be able to reduce anxiety in adolescents with anxiety disorders. From the results of the above research, it can be concluded that art therapy will produce positive developments at different levels.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran pendidikan seni dalam meningkatkan keterampilanberpikir kritis, konstruktif dan inovatif pada era society 5.0 untuk revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yangdigunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan yaitu menggunakan berbagai sumber rujukan baik yag berasal dari hasilpenelitian maupun hasil pemikiran penulis lainnya. Peran pendidikan seni tidak hanya dalam konteks mikro(sekolah dan pergruan tinggi), tetapi juga dalam konteks makro, yakni masyarakat yang merupakan luaran darilembaga-lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu pendidikan seni harus bisa menjawab berbagai macampersoalan yang berhubungan dengan masyarakat. Belum selesai dengan isu Revolusi Industri 4.0, kinimasyarakat dihadapkan kembali dengan isu society 5.0 (masyarakat 5.0) yaitu masyarakat, benda dan segalatatanan sosial yang ada terintegrasi dengan dunia maya. Pendidikan seni menjadi salah satu elemen yangsangat penting bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi era yang terus berubah. Melalui pendidikan seni ini pesertadidik diberikan layanan secara optimal dalam hal meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, konstruktif daninovatif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the creativity process of Imron Sadewo in song composing based on Kuntowijoyo’s biography theory, Wallas’s creativity theory and Rhodes’s creativity theory. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The validity test of this study is using triangulation technique and triangulation time. The results of this study indicate the creativity of Imron Sadewo in composing songs is always inspired by the background of his personal life, his relatives life and the surrounding environment. The creativity of Imron Sadewo is proven through four preparation stages; preparation, incubation, illumination and verification, also through the four creativity dimensions; person, proces, press, and product.

Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of creative learning based on children's song models in developing children's character. Using a literature review approach, this research analyzes the literature on creative learning and character development in children. Findings from the literature review indicate that creative learning based on children's song models has great potential in shaping positive character traits in children. Through this model, children can actively engage in enjoyable learning experiences while internalizing character values embedded in song lyrics. The use of music in learning also enhances children's motivation, creativity, and communication skills. This research makes a significant contribution to understanding and developing innovative teaching methods for children's character development. The importance of fostering good character in children is widely recognized, and this approach based on children's song models offers an effective strategy to achieve this goal. By integrating music and creativity into the learning process, it is hoped that the younger generation can become intellectually sharp and possess positive personalities in their daily lives.

Abstract

Education is now starting to adapt technology in learning. Educators must begin to improve to develop themselves in creating meaningful and enjoyable learning. Like Mrs. Dra. Sugiati as a teacher at SDK Indriasana IV Surabaya who utilizes technology in learning by utilizing digital media Chrome Music Lab in music arts lessons especially to introduce students to basic musical elements consisting of tone, rhythm and harmony. The purpose of this research is to find out how the subjects teach music art and how it impacts students when using this media. Research methods with a qualitative approach to reveal objects naturally and deeply. The results of this study are that Chrome Music Lab's digital media has various features that students can use as fun media in getting to know musical elements, including; Shared Piano, Rhythm, and chords features. Learning is carried out through three stages, namely opening, core, and closing. At the opening, educators motivate students to enter into learning. At the core is learning with the media. At the end, reflection and singing are performed. Responses from students, they were very happy and interested in following the lesson carefully. Students can get to know the elements of music shown through their singing and clapping according to the tone and rhythm with the teacher.

Abstract

The Pencak Silat and Bantengan Garuda Jaya Association in Lumbangrejo Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency, was established on October 1, 1982, specializing in Bantengan arts. This study aims to explore the history and current existence of this community using a descriptive qualitative approach, guided by James R. Brandon's theory of artistic life. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using triangulation techniques. The findings indicate that the association's existence is sustained by internal factors such as the artists, artistic quality, and management, as well as external factors like support from government institutions and socio-economic conditions. The study concludes that the association has adapted its performance structures to modern times, ensuring its continued relevance. Future efforts should focus on engaging the younger generation in learning and appreciating these traditional arts to preserve them for future generations.
