Abstract

Bimbingan karir membantu individu mengembangkan pemahaman diri, mencari informasi karir, dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat terkait keputusan karir. Pada pelayanan ini meibatkan aspek-aspek diantaranya, pengenalan minat, keterampilan, nilai , dan peningkatan pemahaman pasar kerja, adanya strategi bimbingan karir yang adaptif untuk menghadapi dinamika pasar kerja yang luas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada remaja madya yang berstatus sebagai pelajar di SMA N 1 percut Sei Tuan, dalam lingkungan pendidikan menengah atas, siswa menghadapi tekanan untuk membuat keputusan karir yang dapat mempengaruhi masa depan mereka. Bimbingan karir di tingkat SMA membantu mereka mengidentifikasi minat, bakat, dan nilai sekaligus memberikan pemahaman tentang berbagai pilihan karir. Perkembangan didunia kerja ynag dinamis dan perubahan pada pekerjaan menunut adanya panduan terkini. Layanan bimbingan karir pada remaja ini membekali individu untuk bisa mencapai perubahan-perubahan yang ada dan bisa lebih meningkatkan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan, dan ja;ur pendidikan yang relevan. Hal ini membantu meningkatkan kesiapan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan didunia pekerjaan setelah lulus. Dengan adanya layanan bimbingan karir ini diharapkan remaja dapat membuat keputusan karir yang lebih baik, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, dan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kontribusi mereka dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Overweight adalah kelebihan berat badan termasuk otot, tulang, lemak dan air. Overweight yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan obesitas. Asupan energi yang masuk dan keluar harus seimbang karena dapat menimbulkan penyakit tidak menular seperti risiko penyakit kardiovaskular, diabetes melitus tipe 2, dan gangguan pada sistem muskuloskeletal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran asupan gizi dan aktivitas fisik pada pekerja kantoran di Karawang. Penelitian melibatkan sebanyak 3 pekerja kantoran, 2 orang perempuan dan 1 orang laki-laki. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer terdiri dari hasil wawancara dan food recall 1 x 24 jam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini,  disimpulkan bahwa pola makan berkaitan dengan terjadinya overweight. Rata-rata responden memiliki pola makan buruk dapat memberikan dampak pada peningkatan indeks massa tubuh. Hal ini menyebabkan responden berisiko mengalami gangguan yang diakibatkan oleh kelebihan gizi. Sehingga pola makan (asupan gizi) yang baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh berdasarkan kelompok umur, jenis kelamin dan aktivitas sehari-hari.

Abstract

This article aims to review Bonjol's existence as one of the teaching centers of the Naqsyabandiyah Order which were founded by Syekh Maulana Ibrahim Al-Khalidi, the most influential Naqsyabandiyah sheikh in the Minangkabau area in the 19th century. His teaching at Bonjol made many scholars come to Bonjol to study with him so which gave birth to a network of new scholars in West Sumatra and North Sumatra. This research is a literature study using historical methods. Several manuscripts were used as primary sources and several books and relevant scientific articles were used as secondary sources. The conclusion of this study is that Bonjol is an important place for the development, dissemination, and main support for the popularity of the Naqsyabandiyah Order in West Sumatra in the 19th century AD.

Abstract

This study explores the representation of gender roles in the government-published English for Nusantara VII textbook for seventh-grade students, focusing on the portrayal of male and female characters in imagery and the actions they perform. Gender representation in educational materials is crucial, as it can shape students’ perceptions of societal roles. Despite efforts to promote gender equality in education, textbooks often exhibit gender biases, either by underrepresenting females or depicting them in stereotypical roles. This research addresses the gap in existing studies by examining the frequency and types of activities associated with male and female characters in the textbook. A content analysis method was used to quantify and analyze the presence and actions of male and female characters. The findings reveal a significant gender imbalance: male characters appeared more frequently and were often depicted in active, leadership, and outdoor roles, while female characters were more passive, engaging in stereotypically feminine tasks like reading and household chores. The implication of this study is that such gender biases in educational materials may reinforce traditional stereotypes, potentially influencing how students perceive gender roles in society. Addressing this issue is vital for promoting gender equality in education. Future research should explore the impact of these representations on students' learning and development, and seek to create more balanced and inclusive educational resources that challenge traditional gender norms.

Abstract

Stress is a condition where the body becomes unstable due to psychological triggers. Stress can cause depression, anxiety, frustration, and hinder concentration and has the potential to cause eating disorders. The severity of stress will affect abnormal eating patterns which can lead to more severe eating disorders that affect nutritional status. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress, eating disorders and nutritional status in class XII students at SMAN 1 Telukjambe Timur. This study used a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 122 respondents. Bivariate analysis used the Spearman rank test to determine the relationship between levels of stress, eating disorders and nutritional status. The results of this study were 31% mild stress, 46% moderate stress and 12% severe stress. As many as 31% of students experience eating disorders and 69% of students do not experience eating disorders. Nutritional status of students 38% were underweight, 49% were normal, 10% were overweight and 3% were obese. Bivariate analysis of the relationship between stress and nutritional status using the Spearman rank test obtained a p value of 0.642. Analysis of the relationship between eating disorders and nutritional status obtained a p value of 0.03. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between stress levels and nutritional status and there is a relationship between eating disorders and nutritional status

Abstract

Gout is a non-communicable disease caused by several factors, such as excessive intake of high purine, obesity and kidney disorders. Pre elderly age has a risk of gout, especially in women due to menopause. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of food consumption frequency high in purine, physical activity and nutritional status with levels of uric acid on pre elderly. Materials and Methods : Analytical observational research with cross sectional design and purposive sampling technique. Tools and materials use the Easy Touch GCU Meter Device to check uric acid levels, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) forms, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) forms, as well as direct measurements with digital body scales and height to determine the nutritional status of pre elderly. The subjects in this study were pre elderly aged 45-59 years, number 74 subjects, male and female, who resided in the West Cikarang Region. Result : The results of the statistical test between consumption of food with high purin and nutritional status were obtained ρ values 0,009 and 0,000 <0,05. Then the results of the analysis of moderate food consumption and physical activity are obtained ρ values 0,125 and 0,063 > 0,05. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between high purine food consumption and nutritional status with uric acid levels and there is no meaningful relationship between moderate consumption of purine foods and physical activity with uric acid levels. Advice that can be taken is the importance of early health checks by checking uric acid levels, maintaining a diet and controlling nutritional status. For the next research, education can be involve stakeholders to improve the high purine intake and nutritional status of pre elderly or older people.

Abstract

Excessive free radicals can lead to detrimental oxidative stress. Low antioxidant activity can trigger health issues like metabolic disorders and cell degeneration. Kombucha is the product of tea and sugar fermentation by a symbiosis of bacteria and yeast, offering benefits such as antioxidants, antibacterial properties, and immune support. The goal of this study is to explore the potential of kombucha as a probiotic beverage rich in antioxidant properties. A literature review of 8 research articles on antioxidant activity in kombucha was conducted. Articles were obtained through Google Scholar and the Garuda portal using the keyword "antioxidant activity kombucha," with a time span of the past 5 years. Screening was based on titles, abstracts, and full article contents, including background, methods, results, discussions, and conclusions. Kombucha exhibits varying levels of antioxidant activity, dependent on the phenolic composition of the beverage. Several studies indicate that kombucha made from ingredients such as cocoa leaves, green tea, cherry leaves, ginger, and pennywort has high antioxidant activity. Kombucha has the potential to be a beverage rich in antioxidants, contributing to combating oxidative stress and preventing degenerative diseases.

Abstract

According to Riskesdas in 2018, the prevalence of prediabetes in Indonesia reached 26,3% of the adult population. An increase in blood sugar can be caused by consuming foods or drinks with high sugar, physical activity, stress factors, smoking habits and alcohol consumption. This study aims to analyze the relationship between sugar sweetened beverage consumption habits, physical activity and stress levels with the incidence of prediabetes in adults in Sukaluyu Village. This research uses a cross sectional design. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique of 81 respondents. Consumption of sugar sweetened beverages using the SQ FFQ form, physical activity using the GPAQ form and stress levels using the DASS 42 form. The results showed that there was no relationship between the habit of consuming sugar sweetened beverages (p-value=0,120), physical activity (p-value=0,713) and stress level (p-value=0,324) with fasting blood sugar levels as indicators of prediabetes. The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant relationship between sugar sweetened beverage consumption habits, physical activity and stress levels with the incidence of prediabetes in adults in Sukaluyu Village.

Abstract

This research examines the role of cooperatives in improving the welfare of members of the Langkat Regency Ministry of Religion employee cooperative. The purpose of this research is to find out what cooperatives are, types of cooperatives, basic principles and principles of cooperatives, functions and objectives of cooperatives. The research approach used in writing this article is a descriptive method, namely research that attempts to describe phenomena, events and occurrences that are occurring in the present. This approach is also supported by conducting interviews and direct observation and is also supported by library methods. The results of this research show that the Langkat Regency Ministry of Religion employee cooperative has a very influential role on cooperative members, including by providing income and providing loans to members. The obstacle faced by cooperatives is bad credit. Efforts made to improve employee cooperatives at the Ministry of Religion of Langkat Regency include collecting loans from members who experience bad credit, being more selective in providing loans and giving prizes to borrowers who repay loans on time.

Abstract

The circular economy (CE) has emerged as a crucial paradigm for achieving resource efficiency and sustainability within Indonesia’s manufacturing sector. However, its implementation faces structural, technological, and regulatory challenges that hinder sustainable transformation. This study systematically reviews literature on CE implementation in Indonesian manufacturing to identify its drivers, barriers, and future research directions. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, data were collected from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar covering 2018–2024. Out of 462 records, 32 studies met the inclusion criteria after screening and quality assessment. Findings indicate that government policy support, digital technology readiness, and supply chain collaboration are key drivers, while limited funding, low organizational awareness, and fragmented regulation remain major barriers. This review contributes by proposing an integrative conceptual framework and outlining future research on circular business models and cross-sectoral policies to accelerate in Indonesia’s green economy transition.
