Abstract

This study aims to improve elementary school students' paragraph writing skills through the application of the Pair Check cooperative learning model supported by YouTube media, images, and picture cards. Paragraph writing skills are an important aspect in learning Indonesian, but students often have difficulty in developing ideas coherently and interestingly. This study uses a Classroom Action Approach (CAR) which is implemented in two cycles, with elementary school students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, written tests, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Pair Check model facilitates cooperation between students and facilitates the process of correcting each other's work results. The use of YouTube media provides concrete examples of paragraph structure, while images and picture cards help students develop ideas visually and contextually. There was a significant increase in the quality and number of paragraphs written by students in each cycle. Thus, this learning strategy has proven effective in improving elementary school students' paragraph writing skills.

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the essential skills in learning Indonesian in elementary schools. However, the reality shows that many students still have difficulty in writing sentences correctly and effectively. This article examines five learning methods, namely the dictation method, writing exercises, syllabus, Think Talk Write, and picture media, with the aim of improving students' sentence writing skills. The results of literature research show that each method has its own advantages and significantly helps the development of students' writing. This article recommends that teachers use methods that are appropriate to the characteristics of students and the learning context.

Abstract

This research focuses on understanding how organizational commitment, learning agility, and digital pedagogy affect the sustainable behavior of Generation Z teachers. This research used the quantitative approach with a survey involving 120 respondents. The findings reveal a positive and significant impact of all variables on the sustainability behavior. Organizational commitment promotes loyalty and professional resilience, learning agility enhances a teacher’s adaptability, while digital pedagogy fosters innovation and a readiness to embrace educational digitalization. This research, theoretically, contributes to the literature on sustainability-based educational management, and, practically, it proposes to educational managers the need to reinforce the supportive research for the Generation Z teachers in order to become resilient, adaptive, and sustainable educators in the digital transformation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) guru sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam konteks pendidikan, peran guru sangat krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang baik, termasuk pelatihan, pengembangan profesional, dan evaluasi kinerja, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan potensi guru, sekolah dapat menciptakan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi para pengelola pendidikan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang berfokus pada pengembangan SDM guru.

Abstract

Cultural diversity within multinational management is a pivotal area of study with profound implications for organizational effectiveness, innovation, and performance. This open-access article presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis conducted to synthesize and evaluate the current state of knowledge in this field. Utilizing systematic literature review and bibliometric techniques, we identify and analyze 910 scholarly articles spanning from 1965 to 2024, with a total of 232,210 citations. The analysis reveals enduring scholarly interest, as evidenced by an average citation rate of 3,935.76 cites per year. Top cited research articles highlight seminal contributions that have significantly shaped our understanding of cultural diversity in multinational contexts. Network and overlay visualizations unveil evolving research trends, identifying clusters of interest and emerging areas for future investigation. The findings not only provide a comprehensive overview of existing literature but also offer insights into promising avenues for further research, ultimately contributing to improved organizational performance and intercultural collaboration in the global marketplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali urgensi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Dasar di era Cybernetics. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang melibatkan analisis terhadap berbagai sumber informasi terkait pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, terutama pada tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Hasil penelitian menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak akan integrasi media pembelajaran interaktif sebagai respons terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang cepat dan mendunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau analisis koneten. Hasil penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa urgensi pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif dalam pendidikan dasar tidak hanya membentuk lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan dinamis, tetapi juga memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi pengembangan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang relevan dengan era digital saat ini. Dengan demikian, implementasi pendekatan pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu mencetak generasi yang siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan dengan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan tuntutan teknologi dan informasi yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the size effect of the STEM-based mind mapping learning model to increase students' scientific literacy in the revolutionary era 4.0. This type of research is meta-analysis. The research samples came from 15 national and international journals published from 2018-2023. The method for selecting this meta-analysis research data is through the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Search for data sources through Google Scholar, Wiley, Eric and ProQuest. Data source collection techniques are direct observation and documentation through online databases. Data analysis is a quantitative analysis by calculating the effect size, standard error and average value with the help of the JSAP application. The results showed that from this study it could be concluded that the combined effect size value was (d = 1.30; p < 0.05) high criteria. These findings explain that STEM-based mind mapping models are more effective in improving scientific literacy skills in the 4.0 revolution era than conventional learning models. The STEM-based mind mapping learning model provides a new breakthrough in the world of educational technology.

Abstract

Talking skills are a essential skill that need to be evolved from an early age, in particular on the primary school level, as they play a critical position within the conversation and studying system. this text examines the use of storytelling methods combined with hand puppet media and audio-visuals as a approach to enhance the speakme competencies of primary school students. thru a story qualitative technique and literature evaluation, this text shares that the storytelling approach encourages newbies to specific thoughts coherently and expressively, whilst the usage of hand puppet media can create a amusing getting to know environment and entice pupil hobby. in the meantime, audio-visual media which includes tale videos or animations provide actual examples of pronunciation, intonation, and the realization of self-expression. The mixture of these 3 proves to be powerful in shaping self-self as surance, enriching vocabulary, and growing energetic scholar participation in speakme sports. by using the use of this, the usage of suitable techniques and media can notably aid the development of students' talking skills in basic faculty.

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan fenomena multidimensional yang membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam bidang kebahasaan. Dalam konteks Indonesia, globalisasi memengaruhi cara masyarakat menggunakan, menilai, dan melestarikan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai simbol identitas nasional. Fenomena ini tidak hanya berdampak pada pola komunikasi, tetapi juga pada pembentukan sikap bahasa dan keberlanjutan eksistensi Bahasa Indonesia di tengah arus budaya global .Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan pustaka (library research), yaitu menelusuri berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan artikel akademik yang relevan dengan topik pengaruh globalisasi terhadap Bahasa Indonesia. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal nasional terakreditasi yang membahas perubahan penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di era digital dan dampak globalisasi terhadap identitas kebahasaan. Beberapa di antaranya adalah yang menyoroti pengaruh globalisasi terhadap pola berbahasa remaja Indonesia.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap Bahasa Indonesia, di antaranya adalah perluasan jangkauan penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia di ranah internasional, peningkatan kosakata melalui istilah serapan dari bahasa asing, serta munculnya variasi bahasa baru yang mencerminkan kreativitas generasi muda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Bahasa Indonesia terus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi komunikasi. Sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh (Aqila et al., 2024), globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi digital berperan besar dalam memperluas ruang interaksi Bahasa Indonesia di dunia maya.Namun demikian, globalisasi juga menimbulkan dampak negatif yang cukup signifikan. Antara lain, terjadi penurunan penggunaan bahasa baku, meningkatnya penggunaan bahasa campuran (code mixing dan code switching), serta melemahnya identitas kebangsaan terutama di kalangan generasi muda.Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberlangsungan Bahasa Indonesia di era global menuntut komitmen nasional yang kuat dalam bidang pendidikan bahasa, penerapan Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI), serta penguatan konten digital berbahasa Indonesia sebagai strategi utama menjaga eksistensinya. Kolaborasi antara lembaga kebahasaan, institusi pendidikan, dan media digital diperlukan agar Bahasa Indonesia dapat tetap relevan, bermartabat, dan berdaya saing di tengah arus globalisasi yang cepat dan tak terhindarkan.

Abstract

This paper examines the role and benefits of drama as a learning method in elementary schools. Drama is not only a form of literary work performed, but also serves as an effective medium for developing various student abilities, including cognitive, affective, social, and psychomotor aspects. In the learning process, drama can improve speaking skills, self-confidence, empathy, and the ability to cooperate among students. This study uses a literature review method by examining various literature sources related to education, drama learning, and its application to elementary school children. In addition, this paper also discusses various types of drama in general and drama that is suitable to be introduced to elementary school students, such as folk theater and pantomime. By utilizing drama, learning becomes more interesting and enjoyable and supports the overall development of students. Therefore, the use of drama in elementary education is very important to help shape character and improve the quality of student learning.
