Learning media has an important role in attracting students' interest and as an intermediary for learning activities from teachers to students. The difficulties that exist in mathematics subject require the creativity of mathematics subject teachers to develop their learning, both in terms of methods and media used. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of video learning media for fractional mathematics online in elementary schools. There is an experimental class and a control class from class V from elementary school. The results showed that the use of video learning media for fractional mathematics was effective. The errors that still appear after the research is done are that there are still some students who have not equated the denominator when working on the problem.

Elementary school teachers in Indonesia are required to master many subjects to be taught to their students. It is undeniable that the teachers’ mastery of knowledge (material) in some subjects inadequate. Therefore, it is worth to argue that there was a misconception in mathematics teaching in elementary schools. This research was designed using a qualitative approach. The participants of this study were 30 elementary school teachers in Semarang city area, Central Java province, Indonesia. The research data were obtained through questionnaires, and interviews. The purpose of the study was to discuss the types and causes of the misconception of mathematics teaching in elementary schools. Alternative solutions were also presented to problem-solving so that misconceptions do not occur anymore in mathematics teaching. The findings show that, teachers evenly experience types of misconceptions: (1) pre-conception, (2) under-generalization, (3) over-generalization, (4) modelling error, (5) prototyping error; and (6) process-object error in teaching mathematics in elementary schools. Some misconceptions have taken root and are difficult to remove, called "ontological misconceptions" because of teachers' years of belief that the knowledge they received was true when in fact it was not quite right.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana untuk menghasilkan materi pembelajaran matematika problem possing berbasis komputer dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kuantitas dan kualitas pertanyaan siswa dari masalah pendekatan problem possing berbasis komputer. Pertanyaan dan respon siswa dikumpulkan dari 35 siswa kelas satu SMA di Bandung. Data dianalisis dengan deskriptif dengan menggunakan rubrik Leung dan taksonomi Bloom. Untuk menghasilkan materi problem posing berbasis komputer, pertama, guru harus memilih konsep yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan siswa. Setelah itu, guru mencari konteks yang sesuai dengan konsep. Setelah konteks yang dipilih dan cocok tersebut, guru harus memilih software untuk melakukan ide dalam bentuk yang dinamis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 240 pertanyaan yang diberikan oleh siswa, hanya 35% yang masuk akal dan cukup masalah matematika. Dari 35% pertanyaan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 75% siswa di tingkat pemahaman berdasarkan Bloom taksonomi. Dari 75% siswa yang merespon tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mereka senang terhadap materi yang menggunakan pendekatan problem possing matematika berbasis komputer. This study aims to know how to produce mathematics problem posing material based on computer and to know how the quantity and quality of students’ question from mathematics problem posing based on computer. Students’ questions and respond is collected from 35 first grade students of senior high school in Bandung. The data is analysed with descriptively by using Leung’s rubric and Bloom taxonomy. To produce problem posing material based on computer, first, teacher must choose a concept that wish to be gifted to students. After that, the teacher searchs a context that according to the concept. After the context is selected and match with it, the teacher must choose a software to perform the idea in dynamic form. The result of this study shows that there is 240 questions that pose by students, only 35% is plausible and sufficient mathematics problem. From 35% questions, it shows that 75% students is in understanding level based on Bloom taxonomy. From the questioner, 75% students’ respond shows that they are happy toward material presentation by mathematics problem posing approach based on computer.

Makalah ini merupakan kajian konsep grup permutasi dalam sebuah permainan suit. Grup permuatasi yang terdapat dalam permainan suit adalah grup permutasi yang siklis. Penyajian grup menggunakan permainan dalam pembelajaran aljabar abstrak dapat dilakukan guna meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dan memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konsep grup. Kata Kunci: Permainan, Grup, Aljabar, Siklis, Permutasi This paper is a study of the concept of a permutation group in a game suit. Grup permuatasi contained in the suit game is a cyclic permutation group. Presentation of the group using games in learning abstract algebra can be done to increase student interest and provide a deep understanding of the concept of the group. This study aims to develop learning media quadrilateral with problem posing approach based GeoGebra. 8 teachers from three different schools have stated that this media can be used to teach the nature - the nature of the quadrilateral. After the learning is done using this media, this media can facilitate students in asking about the nature - the nature of wake quadrilateral, facilitating students to learn the relationship between the type - the type of wake rectangles that have the same properties, and provides the opportunity for teachers in the evaluation of mathematical communication current students ask and write.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa modul matematika berbasis discovery learning berbantuan flipbook maker yang valid untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi segitiga, (2) Menghasilkan modul matematika berbasis discovery learning berbantuan flipbook maker yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi segitiga. Penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahap Analysis (Analisis), Desain (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), Implementation (Implementasi) dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Pada penelitian eksperimen populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Mlonggo yang terdiri dari delapan kelas. Dengan teknik “Cluster Random Sampling” didapatkan Kelas VII D sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII E sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil validasi ahli rata-rata kelayakan materi sangat baik yaitu 82,03% dan validasi ahli media sangat baik yaitu 81,25%. Angket tanggapan siswa 83,92% yang berkriteria sangan baik. Jadi bahan ajar yang dikembangkan valid untuk diimplementasikan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan thitung> ttabel yaitu 3.050 >1,67 maka hipotesis H0 ditolak, jadi rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan modul matematika berbasis Discovery Learning berbatuan Flipbook Maker pada materi segitiga lebih baik daripada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan modul matematika berbasis Discovery Learning berbantuan Flipbook Maker pada materi segitiga. Sehingga modul tersebut efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi segitiga.

The objective of this research is to find the phenomenon and design the learning with the characteristics of realistic mathematical approach and the scientific approach for the procedure of constructing the line for the angle. This research is research and development which still on the table experiment stage that choose the topic stage, subject matter, concept, and scenario in relevant situation type with the concept. In the development stage obtained the first stage instructional design to determining the seat of advertising tower founded crossroads of three roads selected as a context for learning that leads students beginning in accordance with the characteristics of realistic mathematics approach.the initial design of the first stage of research development was implementation, by tested to three students of mathematics education level II semester 3 at one of the private university on December 2017. The result of design instructional tasted show that begins with the context of establishing advertising tower at the intersection of three streets can be used as an alternative design of line learning for angles. This design is in accordance with the characteristics of a realistic mathematical approach and will be more effective if students are adept at using GeoGebra and using the software in the learning process.

The purpose of this study was to determine the difficulty of learning multiplication and division counting operations in grade III students during the Pandemic (Covid 19) SD Negeri 03 Ketilengsingolelo Jepara. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed and presented in descriptions. This study indicates that the learning difficulties experienced in the multiplication and division arithmetic operations in students are classified as high. This is due to the misunderstanding of concepts, numeracy skills, and problem-solving. The factors behind the difficulty of learning the operation of multiplication and division arithmetic are internal and external factors.Keywords: Learning difficulties, counting operations, multiplication, division, elementary school====================================================================================================Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar operasi hitung perkalian dan pembagian pada siswa kelas III pada Masa Pandemi (Covid 19) SD Negeri 03 Ketilengsingolelo Jepara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan disajikan dalam deskripsi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kesulitan belajar yang dialami dalam materi operasi hitung perkalian dan pembagian pada siswa tergolong klasifikasi yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan kesalahan pemahaman konsep, keterampilan berhitung, dan pemecahan masalah. Selain itu, faktor yang melatarbelakangi kesulitan belajar operasi hitung perkalian dan pembagian ialah dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal.Kata kunci: Kesulitan belajar, operasi hitung, perkalian, pembagian, sekolah dasar

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Effectiveness of Problem Based Learning Learning Model on Improving the Reasoning Ability of Class II Students in terms of fractional materials assisted by audio-visual media. The research design used in this study was the One Group Pretest Posttest Design. From the pretest value the average value of the class is 57.88 while the posttest value is 86.83, and based on the t-test analysis obtained tcount (34.449) t table (2.062) so H0 is rejected, meaning that the average before and after being treated is not same. Also shown in the classical mastery test, the results of the pretest reached 27% classical learning completeness. The results of the posttest achieved a learning completeness of 88%. A class is said to be complete if there are 67% of students who have completed learning. Thus, the posttest results can be said to be classically complete with 88% of students completing learning. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Audio-Visual Media is effective in increasing the reasoning abilities of second grade students at SD Negeri Pleburan 02 Semarang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan mengidentifikasi dugaan – dugaan matematis, mengevaluasi argumen – argumen matematis, dan membangun pembuktian matematis siswa SMP setelah memperoleh pembelajaran geometri menggunakan GeoGebra. Penelitian menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen jenis studi kasus sekali tes (the one shot case study). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi kemampuan mengidentifikasi dugaan – dugaan matematis, mengevaluasi argumen – argumen matematis, dan membangun pembuktian matematis, setelah memperoleh pembelajaran geometri menggunakan GeoGebra sudah ada dan mulai berkembang, tetapi masih dalam persentase yang rendah. Agar kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa lebih berkembang dan meningkat, disarankan untuk menggunakan GeoGebra dalam kegiatan yang bervaariasi seperti mengunakannya sebagai alat bantu konstruksi, dan sebagai alat bantu proses penemuan dalam satu pembelajaran, disamping sebagai media demonstrasi dan visualisasi. Memberikan banyak kesempatan dan fasilitas kepada siswa dalam kelas untuk mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematis dalam hal memberikan argumen, membuat dugaan, mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi argumen dan dugaan, serta membuat dan membangun pembuktian matematis.
