Latar Belakang: Predisposisi mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan imunisasi, yang bertujuan mengaktifkan kekebalan agar tidak sakit parah saat terpapar penyakit. Kebaruan penelitian dengan penambahan variabel pekerjaan dan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan penelitian faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kunjungan ibu balita dalam melakukan imunisasi dasar, dengan faktor yang akan diteliti pengetahuan, sikap, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan Cross Sectional Study. Populasi ibu yang mempunyai balita berjumlah 70 orang kemudian sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang menggunakan teknik sampling purposive Sampling. Analisis univariat meliputi karakteristik responden, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistic chi square Faktor dari pengetahuan, sikap, pekerjaan, dukungan keluarga yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi balita.Hasil: Mayoritas responden pengetahuan ibu baik (70%), sikap positif (56,7%), tidak bekerja (76,3%), dukungan keluarga (53,3%), rumah jauh dari pelayanan (60%), riwayat imunisasi tidak lengkap (63,3%). Hasil analisis bivariat pengetahuan (p=0,004), sikap (p=0,000), pekerjaan (p=0,004), dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,002) ibu secara signifikan mempengaruhi kelengkapan imunisasi balita (p<0,05).Kesimpulan: Sebagai bahan evaluasi pelaksanaan penyusunan program imunisasi dan lebih mengaktifkan kader-kader posyandu dan sehingga sasaran target dapat dicapai.

The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) is an important indicator for assessing the condition of the Indonesian economy, especially amidst the current trade war between the United States and China. The problem is that many stock movements are asymmetric, with differences in volatility occurring during increases and decreases in stock returns. This study aims to determine the best model and analyze the volatility dynamics of the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) using the Threshold GARCH model. The data used are secondary stock return data from https://id.investing.com/indices/idx-composite-historical-data. The data range is from January 2019 to April 2025, with a daily period, with 1,523 observations. The results of this study indicate that the best model for observing asymmetric volatility is TGARCH(1,1), as it meets the non-negativity constraint assumption. The Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has volatility with an asymmetric effect with a gamma value () = 0.01336 and is significant, meaning that negative shocks in the form of negative news, such as the trade war crisis and Covid-19, cause greater volatility than positive shocks.

D’Celup Chicken Crispy is a well-known fried chicken culinary brand in Indonesia, recognized for its crispy fried chicken and diverse sauce options that attract consumers. In this context, the company must be able to observe consumer behavior that influences purchasing decisions as part of its marketing efforts. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, with active customers of D’Celup Chicken Crispy Medan as the research object. The research was conducted at six branch locations of D’Celup Chicken Crispy in Medan City, from May 28, 2025, to June 8, 2025. This study employed a quantitative descriptive research method. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling to target respondents who met the criteria, drawn from a population of 58 using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used was IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings reveal that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously. Furthermore, it is also proven that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as does service quality.

Perusahaan yang sanggup untuk memposisikan CSR dan aspek perpajakan ke dalam sebuah jalinan rencana sistematis dan strategis akan memperoleh manfaat pada peningkatan kadar competitive advantage perusahaan tersebut. Perencanaan pajak dan aktivitas CSR yang telah dikolaborasikan bermanfaat dalam mendukung pengimplementasian rencana strategis perusahaan dengan menanamkan nilai di benak masyarakat dan konsumennya sekalipun penghindaran pajak ataupun CSR menjadi motivasi awal perusahaan melakukan strategi yang dimiliki. Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Data penelitian adalah laporan keuangan tahun 2016-2018. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penghindaran pajak terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap penghindaran pajak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penghindaran pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap CSR dan CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap penghindaran pajak oleh sebab perusahaan dengan tingkat agretivitas tinggi pada aspek perpajakan akan cenderung mengungkapkan informasi CSR secara berlebih, baik untuk tujuan menguntungkan korporasi ataupun pengalokasian dana kepada aktivitas bernilai tambah.

This article discusses the perspective of the Muhammadiyah Tarjih Council on the eclipse phenomenon, by placing it in an integrative framework between modern science and community traditions. In Muhammadiyah's view, an eclipse is not a bad omen as some traditional communities believe, but a natural event that can be explained scientifically as part of Allah's law (sunnatullah). Nevertheless, Muhammadiyah still emphasizes the importance of the spiritual dimension through the eclipse prayer as a form of cosmic awareness and human submission to God. With a normative legal approach, this article also explores how Muhammadiyah's tarjih approach seeks to enlighten the community through da'wah that is educative, rational, and remains sensitive to local culture. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach and normative analysis, this paper concludes that the eclipse in the view of tarjih Muhammadiyah is a meeting point between faith, science, and tradition, which represents a progressive style of Islam.

Breast cancer is a disease that often occurs in women throughout the world. Early detection has an important role in increasing the cure rate and reducing the death rate due to breast cancer. The breast self-examination method is a simple method that can be used to detect early changes or abnormalities in the breasts. This research aims to investigate the effect of demonstration of breast self-examination called SADARI among female students at PGII 2 Senior High School in Bandung. This research involved 70 female students as research samples. The sample was selected using a simple random sampling technique. This research used a survey method using a checklist as a data collection instrument. The data collected includes information about the practice of SADARI, and the effect of giving a demonstration on the practice of SADARI. This research shows that before giving the demonstration 97.1% of female students did not have the ability to practice SADARI and after being given the demonstration 84.2% had the ability to practice SADARI. The results of statistical tests of ability before and after shows the Asymp.Sig value = 0.000 (<0.05). There is a significant influence on the implementation of the practice of SADARI on increasing the ability of female students in efforts to detect breast cancer early. It is hoped that the school will always carry out socialization about health to female students and collaborate with health workers, especially regarding breast self- examinations by doing SADARI, so that female students can be aware of changes in their bodies and know the importance of practicing breast self-examination regularly to detect possible abnormalities in the breasts, and it could be one of the providing information to the community or closest family about the practice of breast self-examination so that it is hoped that it can reduce the number of breast cancer.Keywords: SADARI, demonstration, Practice

Purpose: This study explores the impact of family planning on family welfare, emphasizing its health, economic, and social dimensions. It aims to comprehensively understand how access to family planning services influences household financial stability, maternal and child health outcomes, educational opportunities, and women’s empowerment. The study examines barriers to the effective implementation of family planning, particularly in socio-cultural and policy contexts. Research Design and Methodology: This research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, synthesizing findings from relevant studies to evaluate the effectiveness of family planning programs. The study integrates theoretical frameworks, including Human Capital Theory, to assess the long-term socio-economic benefits of family planning. Secondary data sources, including peer-reviewed journals and empirical research, were analyzed to identify key trends, challenges, and policy implications. Findings and Discussion: The findings suggest that family planning has a significant impact on reducing maternal and infant mortality rates, enhancing child health, and improving household financial security by enabling more effective resource allocation. Family planning also contributes to social mobility by increasing access to education and economic opportunities, particularly for women. However, cultural and religious barriers, unequal access to healthcare, and policy gaps remain significant challenges in achieving widespread adoption. Addressing these issues requires community-based interventions, the integration of technology, and policy reforms. Implications: The study highlights the importance of evidence-based policies in enhancing family planning services, particularly in rural and underserved communities. Governments, NGOs, and the private sector must collaborate to expand access to reproductive healthcare, integrate digital health solutions, and ensure sustainable funding. Future research should explore the role of digital technologies in increasing family planning awareness and accessibility.

Purpose: This study aims to identify and analyze in depth various factors causing pathological vaginal discharge in adolescent girls and evaluate its implications for reproductive health. The primary focus is on the interaction between biological aspects, personal hygiene behavior, social and cultural constructs, and access to health information and services. Research Method: This study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a systematic literature review of national and international scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025. The analysis is conducted thematically to group the causal factors and analyze their interrelationships based on reliable academic references. Results and Discussion: Findings indicate that pathological vaginal discharge in adolescents is caused by a combination of hormonal changes, vaginal microflora imbalance, and poor hygiene practices, such as wearing tight pants and improper cleaning of the genital area. Cultural norms that taboo discussions about reproductive health further exacerbate delays in treatment. The lack of formal sexual education and access to youth-friendly health services are significant barriers to the prevention and management of vaginal discharge. Implications: This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic, intersectoral, and sustainable educational approach. Single interventions are insufficient to address this issue. Recommendations are directed toward integrating reproductive education into school curricula and providing inclusive and accessible adolescent health services.

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a tool for solving the basic problems of equations for model flow motion. The CFD application can be used to predict the magnitude of the ship's resistance which is related to the engine power needed to move the ship. Benchmarking is the process of comparing different methods, procedures, and physical models to provide a common basis for the validation of numerical methods. This study simulates the resistance test on the LHI 007 benchmark ship model using FINE™/Marine with speed ranges 1.63 m/s – 2.47 m/s at a temperature of 27°C. The purpose of this research is to complete the simulation approach and numerical uncertainty for the previous study. By adding a time step component to the verification and validation of the uncertainty analysis, the error value gets smaller than the validation value for various speeds 1.63 m/s, 1.8 m/s, 1.91 m/s and 2.02 m/s. It shows that validation was achieved.

This study aims to explore the relationship between workload and work fatigue among health workers at Puskesmas Sei Balai, Batu Bara Regency. Data was collected from 46 respondents consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives, analysts, nutritionists, and public health workers. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. The sample consisted of 46 health workers at the Sei Balai Health Center. Data was collected through questionnaires that measured workload levels and burnout. Statistical analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test and Fisher's exact test. The results showed that heavy workload was positively correlated with high work fatigue. This shows the importance of effective workload management to reduce the risk of burnout among health workers. The implications of this research can be used to devise better workload management strategies at Puskesmas Sei Balai and encourage further research in this domain. Based on the results of the study obtained p (p-value) = 0.00 (p < 0.05) that there is a relationship between workload and work fatigue of health workers at the Sei Balai Health Center, Coal Regency.
